I would put the life span of a really really good HYIP at anything from 4 to 6 months. If it goes beyond that then I will take them more seriously and consider that they may have some outside business interests. They may not be entirely depending on new members to pay old ones. Obviously some HYIPs like PanaMoney make it longer than that, but would you agree that a good general strategy is to invest no more than 4-5 months after a HYIP goes public and then see if they last longer?
