I had been using PerfectMoney at CoolReturn. But after their decision to stop using PM, I figured switching to LR would be the path of least resistance. With one e-mail to admin my PP was changed to LR and my transactions could then be processed. CR support is prompt and diligent. But it seems to be the case that you’ve got to be using Liberty Reserve to be impressed there. I only wish I could have known that from the beginning!

CoolReturn has informed me that they will no longer be using PerfectMoney because their PM account was compromised by a hacker. Most members are using LR at CR.

Hi, Veyron! In my opinion the admin of CoolReturn is not very professional. He hasn’t even added AP, STP and SP though he promised to do it. I would not invest in this program via PM if the admin fails to provide the necessary information for you.

CoolReturn provides a PM account number in their Load Funds page that has the wrong format. PM has 6-digit Member ID numbers, and U 7digit account numbers ($US). CR has a 6 digit number there, not 7, and no letter in front. PM does not accept the number CR provides. CR says, again and again, to “manually” fund your account. They don’t explain what they mean by “manually.” I figure it must be log in to PM and do a transfer to member, but that doesn’t work with the number CR provides. I have sent a support ticket to ask what’s up…
