what I gather from SilverLodge is that they get too many e-mails and have too much admin work for the amount of staff employed and they are thinking of ways to facilitate this. About advertising: it makes no sense to use banners if the program is closed, but I agree that it is difficult not to discuss things on forums. To me it makes sense that they don’t want to be bothered with all kinds of discussions and allegations, especially as they have their own forum now.
