Hello Richard M Williams!

Thank you for questions. I will try to answer all of them and hope that you will be fully satisfied with answers.

Our company was incorporated in Belize and name of company is available on our site and at wire transfer information.

Customer can complain about issues to our support team (all contacts are available on site) and to payment processor that customer work with.
We provide bank information only to verified members in order to prevent money laundering and fraud transactions.

So if you want to see our bank information you need to register on our site and follow several steps to get full information you need.

We do not give public name of executives or id because we do not want anyone to be associated with our company. On the first place we are company not an individual. We are verified exchangers of Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, C-gold, AlertPay etc. All that companies have our details, id’s, bank details and other needed info so ‘in case anything unexpected’ payment processors can contact us directly to resolve all kind of issues.

I have noticed that the full names of persons working in such sensitive and important services such as that provided by Goldexpay are NEVER given. The gentleman in this interview only said his name was "John". I mean, there are millions of "Johns" in all the countries of the world. Why is the full name of the person not being said in public?

Also, what is the name of the company as it is incorporated in Belize? Where could a potential customer be able to see the names of the executives of the organization?

Who does a customer complain to in case a mistake is made?

I don't see why the site does not offer the names of the persons in charge of providing the services, along with their phone numbers, so anybody can call them in case anything unexpected happens... All they offer at the site is a simple message sending windows...

Also, why don't they offer the account to which the bank wire transfers should be made?

If I am going to trust 10,000 or 20,000 or more dollars or euros to a company, at least I should be able to see these data.

Thank you, "John" for the interview, but, who are you really John? Can you offer official ID's to your customers just as you ask official ID's from them? This would only be fair.

Great interview! Have MNO won any awards for most reliable hyip news source on the net? If not you have my vote. Can't wait next for the best performing program for 2009 article that you'll be posting soon.

Best wishes and a prosperous new year.
