Hello all, and welcome again to MNO \u2013 the only proper English language blog dealing exclusively with high budget HYI programs from experienced admins. The program will hopefully be introduced on my blog tomorrow (now that Payza have cleared the funds) so I’ll add it to my monitor<\/a>. Another interesting program with popular investment plans and a well-developed website called Zinc7<\/a> joined the Standard List<\/a> on MNO last night immediately after its official launch. I’ll be introducing it on my blog after the Top Five article alongside the results of the poll that ran on the MNO TalkBack<\/a> page over the last week, so keep reading for more info on that.<\/p>\n

Before the new Top Five list<\/a> let me just remind you how the rating is formed. To qualify for a place in the Top Five a program must first be listed in the Premium<\/a> or Standard<\/a> listing on the MNO monitor<\/a>. It should also have a steady history of prompt payments and no warning signs of imminent closure. The position on the list is determined by the total percentage profit paid so far (including both my own deposit interest and referral commissions received from my respective downlines). The higher the percentage the higher the rank, because including ref commission indicates popularity among readers. Note that the rating is only valid at the time of writing as the situation can change quickly, so please always check the MNO monitor<\/a> to make sure the program you wish to join has a healthy Paying status.
