Beware! TeaHouse has stopped paying! Do not invest there!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Hello everyone! It’s been a long journey, seven weeks in the making, but I’m finally back in the family home in London tonight after another 13 hours on a plane from Singapore. Glad to be home in some ways, but I’ll also miss the relaxed pace of life, the climate, friendly people, the nice restaurants, and not to mention the best \u201cSingapore Sling\u201d cocktails anywhere in the world! But I don’t have much time to reminisce on all that now because it’s business as usual in the HYIP world including a brand new addition to the MNO monitor<\/a> that I’ll be introducing in the news section shortly, so keep reading for more info on that.<\/p>\n

There’s plenty of other things to catch up on today as well of course, starting with TeaHouse<\/a>. That’s the name of a new addition to the MNO Standard List<\/a> that joined about a week or so ago now, even though technically TeaHouse<\/a> has been running since just before Christmas. For a short term HYIP however, as TeaHouse<\/a> is, it’s by no means old as the program has been very much under the radar until now. The admin has decided to step up the advertising and promotion campaign by joining the MNO monitor<\/a> last week, just after his site was completely redesigned and made a lot more attractive to the investing public. So let’s see what TeaHouse<\/a> is all about and whether you think it might be a worthwhile addition to your portfolios.

\nI don’t know about the rest of you, but the one thing that jumped off the page and caught my attention about the TeaHouse<\/a> website was the slogan \u201chave some tea, make some money<\/em>\u201d. I get up around 7:00AM most mornings and this is actually the exact same phrase I wake up thinking to myself, so I can’t help but have a soft spot for the program. If you want to know how to make money from it however, these are the plans.<\/p>\n

The first option is a strange one for sure, though I would suspect it’s really more set up to keep the hit-and-runners under watch and keep tighter control over the program’s growth, development, and cash flow. The TeaHouse<\/a> admin can and probably will I think expand it at a later date to make it more inclusive. It has a term length of just one calendar day, and can be joined for a $10 minimum deposit. So in other words join today and get paid tomorrow<\/strong>. For anything up to $500 TeaHouse<\/a> are offering a return of 102.5%<\/strong>, principal included, or 2.5% profit.<\/p>\n

So what’s so unusual about that you might ask? Well, there’s a massive gap between the $500 limit and the next level. If you want to spend more that $500 in this plan, at the time of writing TeaHouse<\/a> will only accommodate $20,000 or more, and nothing in between. For the record the offer on this is 120%<\/strong>, principal included.<\/p>\n

The second plan pays once on expiry<\/strong> after a term running 5 calendar days<\/strong>. You can still join for a $10 minimum spend, and anything up to $1,000 sees TeaHouse<\/a> offer a return payment of 114%<\/strong>, principal included. Bigger spending players can get back 118%<\/strong> if they are prepared to gamble with between $1,001 and $2,000. For anything over and above that check out the TeaHouse<\/a> members area.<\/p>\n

The third option pays investors on expiry<\/strong> of a 15 calendar day term<\/strong>. The minimum cost of joining is still $10, and for anything up to a maximum limit of $1,000 TeaHouse<\/a> are offering a single payment of 145%<\/strong>, principal included. That offer increases to 155%<\/strong> for anyone parting with between $1,001 and $2,000. Next is a plan running for 30 calendar days<\/strong>, and as you can see the risk gets progressively higher as the term length grows. Thankfully the financial risk doesn’t have to be that bad however, as TeaHouse<\/a> still only ask for a $10 minimum to join. If you can afford anything between that and a $1,000 maximum limit the offer to investors is 210% on expiry<\/strong>, principal included. This becomes 350%<\/strong> for those spending between $1,001 and $2,000. Check out your TeaHouse<\/a> members account area for any information on amounts bigger than that.<\/p>\n

Next up is a plan lasting 45 calendar days<\/strong> in duration, again paying once on expiry<\/strong>. TeaHouse<\/a> still require an affordable $10 minimum to join, and for anything up to $1,000 are offering a single payment of 400%<\/strong>, principal included. If you are spending between $1,001 and $2,000 this goes up to 600%<\/strong>. Log into your TeaHouse<\/a> members account area to see any further information on what is being offered (and please note I said \u201coffered\u201d, not \u201cpaid\u201d) to amounts larger than that.<\/p>\n

The final regular plan, though aside from the fact that it need only cost you a $10 minimum to join doesn’t have much else to recommend it, runs for 70 calendar days<\/strong>. TeaHouse<\/a> offer a single payment on expiry<\/strong> of 800%<\/strong> if you invest anything up to a maximum of $1,000. For amounts between $1,001 and $2,000 that increases to 1,200%<\/strong>. Any rates above that can be seen in your TeaHouse<\/a> members account area. Of course, the thing you need to remember about on expiry plans with such long investment terms is less to do with the fact that the final payment becomes less and less likely as the term gets longer and the rate gets unfeasibly higher. Rather think about it in terms of how long your money is sitting in someone else’s pocket doing nothing, earning nothing (not for you anyway) when you could be doing something more constructive with it.<\/p>\n

There are two other plans in TeaHouse<\/a>, but as they are currently well outside the financial reach of most investors (something that may or may not change in the future) I’ll just mention them briefly. The first is an hourly paying plan that costs at least a $10,000 minimum to join. On the off chance that anyone actually takes TeaHouse<\/a> up on the offer, they are promised 5.7%<\/strong> interest back on their deposit every hour<\/strong> for the following 18 hours<\/strong>. Principal included that adds up to 102.6%<\/strong>, or 2.6% net profit. The other option is a so called VIP Plan where the minimum investment is $20,000. The offer here is 1,000% paid back on expiry after 10 calendar days<\/strong>, something anyone who can afford that kind of money knows not to even consider thinking about.<\/p>\n

Plenty to consider in the investment plans for sure, though most experienced players will only be looking at the first couple. No matter what your own preferred option, if you are going to make an investment in TeaHouse<\/a> then the next thing you probably need to know about is what your payment options are. PerfectMoney, Payeer, and AdvCash<\/strong> have just been joined by NixMoney<\/strong> for any investors still favoring the more traditional style payment methods of moving your money around. On the other hand if you are one of the growing number of HYIP investors who favor making direct payments with their own e-currency then BitCoin<\/strong> is available too. Unlike a lot of shorter term programs however the TeaHouse<\/a> admin has opted to keep instant payments off the agenda for now. Withdrawal requests are going to have to be made manually and submitted from inside your member’s private account area. Once done TeaHouse<\/a> investors are asked to allow a further 36 hours before the transaction is completed<\/strong>, however in the week I’ve been monitoring the program I’ve never had to wait much longer than a few hours at most. Best to allow the full length for any withdrawals of course, but nice to know the TeaHouse<\/a> admin will be on the case lot faster in most instances.<\/p>\n

Moving on to some of the more technical aspects of the TeaHouse<\/a> website now such as design and program security, this is actually the first program I remember for a while now running off a GoldCoders script. Most regular investors will recognize it anyway and be able to navigate their way round the members account area given that it’s famously customer friendly, I’ll just confirm for you here that the script is under license. For an extra layer of account security members will be pleased to see that TeaHouse<\/a> has a superior Green Bar Extended Validation SSL secure connection certificate from Comodo for safer browsing and more secure transactions. For a hosting provider the TeaHouse<\/a> admin has opted for what’s a new name to me in Amarutu Technology, however despite not knowing much personally about the company I can confirm at least that they are keeping the program on a dedicated server, so malicious attacks shouldn’t be an issue they can’t handle without ease. There’s also a publicly viewable Live Stat page where you can check out all the most recent deposits and withdrawals being made in and out of the TeaHouse<\/a> program.<\/p>\n

If there are any further questions for the TeaHouse<\/a> admin you think weren’t explained all that well in this review or any account related issues you need to have dealt with then there’s a couple of ways to get in touch. I suppose as with all programs the first avenue you should really be looking at is of course the FAQ page, but for anything else TeaHouse<\/a> offer Live Chat support. Generally this should be available during business hours, GMT, but if that’s not suitable then you can fill in your details on the online customer support form and submit it through the website’s contact page. You may also write to the TeaHouse<\/a> admin directly at the e-mail address listed on the same page. You will also notice a postal address in the UK where TeaHouse<\/a> is incorporated as a company (naturally, being famous as a nation of tea drinkers of course!) however it’s probably a good idea to ignore that as these tend to be more for registration purposes and virtual serviced workspaces as opposed to where you find anyone connected with the program physically located. On the other hand the address also comes with a telephone number, so feel free to give that a call if you expect anyone will pick up and answer. Perhaps of more practical use to most online HYIP investors is that TeaHouse<\/a> have active profiles on some of the most popular social media network sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube if you want to see a visual presentation on the program.<\/p>\n

While savvy investors will already know what to take seriously and what to ignore in TeaHouse<\/a>, the website itself looks good and leaves a good first impression if things like content and background story are important. For the record this is the production and trading of tea on the international market. Speaking as something of an expert on the subject (I rarely get functioning in the morning before drinking about a liter of the stuff, and strong enough that a rat could skip across) I know there’s nothing that costs more than a couple of cents per pound in Sri Lanka (where I also personally visited tea plantations about a year ago on vacation by the way) and not potentially \u201chundreds of thousands of dollars\u201d as the TeaHouse<\/a> website strangely claims. But if we take TeaHouse<\/a> as a new short-term program and forget about the almost two months they spent under the radar then the program has some potential to develop further, depending of course on the admin’s intentions, ambitions, and abilities. Just remember to treat TeaHouse<\/a> as you would any other high risk gambling based HYIP and spend accordingly. Set yourself a sensible limit that you will stay well within, only spend what you can comfortably afford to lose and earn back easily from other sources, and if joining TeaHouse<\/a> at all then keep them as a smaller part of a wider more diverse portfolio.<\/p>\n
