Hello all, and welcome again to the biggest and most popular news blog covering the HYIP industry! It’s been a slow enough end to the business week here, so I guess that means I’ll have a lot more free time on my hands to go sailing down the Mekong river over the weekend as that’s where my vacation takes me at the moment. But despite a shortage of actual news headlines there are still two hugely important articles to discuss in today’s news update. One is the introduction of a highly promising brand new program which I think is going to be the biggest we have seen so far this month, possibly even one of the first real industry giants of the year. Keep reading through to the news section for more info on that. The matter at hand first of all though is another new program called JSRentHouse<\/a>, which is what I want to take a more detailed look at for you today. There’s quite an eclectic mix of plans in JSRentHouse<\/a> as we shall see, but don’t think the program is by any means old as the impression they would like to give. The \u201cofficial\u201d history states over 400 days in business, whereas the reality is the website only came online as a sleeper in the middle of last month. It’s only now that any real activity is getting underway with JSRentHouse<\/a> with a proper website design and a more practical and appealing set of plans. So let’s see what it’s all about and whether you think JSRentHouse<\/a> is worth adding to your own portfolios.

You can join for a $20 minimum and all deposits up to a $50,000 maximum are offered the same flat rate of 103%<\/strong> back on expiry<\/strong>. That includes your principal so it’s your own money back plus 3%<\/strong> on top for yourself as net profit<\/strong>. Or to put that in monetary terms, if you invested $100 today JSRentHouse<\/a> should pay you back $103 on expiry.<\/p>\n

Straight away you can see the advantage of this plan over the first option. You can still claim a daily interest payment, just as long as you are prepared to keep re-investing the rate is better this time however, and has the added advantage of allowing you to stop and just put your principal back in your pocket anytime you think you’re unlikely to earn much more from the program or just think you’ve found a better place to invest it.<\/p>\n

The rest of the JSRentHouse<\/a> plans continue following this model, i.e. one single payment on expiry<\/strong>, except the terms just start getting longer and longer. The fourth plan keeps very similar financial parameters, that is to say you can spend anything up to a $50,000 maximum but the minimum required for an entry level investment does go up somewhat to $100. JSRentHouse<\/a> offer members a single payment of 165%<\/strong>, principal included, on expiry of a 15 calendar day term<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As you can see once the terms get longer and longer the planned or promised returns look increasingly unlikely to be achieved. At the time of writing you can join the program using any of PerfectMoney, Payeer, and AdvCash<\/strong> if you prefer the more conventional style payment handlers, and BitCoin<\/strong> if you prefer the more direct route of using your own crypto currency. So in other words all the most popular names used in the HYIP industry are there. I can tell you that payments to JSRentHouse<\/a> members are made instantly<\/strong>, which is always a popular feature. You will simply need to visit your JSRentHouse<\/a> members area as usual and place your withdrawal request, and the money should be in your account faster than the time it takes you to log in and confirm receipt. Just be aware though, there are some restrictions placed regarding minimum withdrawal limits, so smaller investors in particular please take note here. Withdrawals to the regular payment processors are made for amounts of $5 and upwards, however they are a fairly hefty $250 if you are using BitCoin. So whatever you do, don’t join JSRentHouse<\/a> with an amount of money that you won’t be able to withdraw again on expiry! In fairness to the admin, I can see his hand has been forced here due to the extortionate fees and near constant delays plaguing BitCoin at the moment. Maybe the $250 limit will be reduced if the situation changes, but to be honest I don’t see that happening overnight.<\/p>\n

Looking at the more technical aspects of the JSRentHouse<\/a> website now such as their design and security features, overall my own opinion (which is subjective) is that it\u2019s a reasonably well organized and constructed program. No prizes for guessing that the script JSRentHouse<\/a> is running off comes from GoldCoders who have it under license. I suppose most regular industry players will recognize it without having to check anyway, so I can only add that it comes with the trademark user friendly and easy to navigate layout you\u2019d expect from most HYIPs using it. As well as that, the JSRentHouse<\/a> website comes with a superior Green Bar Extended Validation SSL encryption certificate from Comodo for safer browsing and more secure transactions. For hosting the JSRentHouse<\/a> website is being kept on a dedicated server by Hetzner with the support and protection from malicious DDoS attacks being provided by a another provider in CoverDDoS. Remember real traders lose huge amounts of money all the time, so it would be a bit weird to say the least for anyone to start treating anonymous untraceable online HYIPs as being any better, don\u2019t you think? So remember the number one rule of online investing and always do what\u2019s best for yourself first. That means setting a sensible spending limit you can comfortably afford to lose, keeping your expectations modest, and if you do decide to join JSRentHouse<\/a> then try to keep them part of a wider more diverse portfolio.<\/p>\n
