THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hi all! As promised this morning I have a news update for you this evening. Better late than never I guess but what I neglected to mention (so as not to distract from the admin I was interviewing) was that I also want to review a new HYIP that I joined just a couple of days ago. OK when I say it’s \u201cnew\u201d that’s not exactly true. I mean it’s new to me. In actual fact they’ve been running for over three months but there is still a chance to make a profit from it.<\/p>\n

With a name that reminds one of a Frederick Forsyth spy novel they call themselves TheFifthContract<\/a> and in a break from a lot of the new programs I’ve covered recently this one offers slightly longer mid-term plans that start at 30 days and run for a maximum of 60 days.
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nGranted there are a couple of drawbacks here, starting with their less than convincing cover story about their outside business and investment activities. They of course claim the usual ForEx expertise but that can be debunked fairly rapidly when we see that they spell ForEx wrong and the information contained in their ForEx section is not original. I can also assure you all 100% that nobody in the Euro-zone refers to their currency as \u201cthe fiber\u201d and nobody in the UK refers to their currency as \u201cthe cable\u201d. Wherever that bizarre idea came from I have no idea but never mind. I’d usually skip that bit completely myself anyway but I simply want to mention it here at the beginning to remind any over zealous investors reading this that HYI programs are largely gambling sites so proceed accordingly.<\/p>\n

However now that we have that bit out of the way there are also a number of positive aspects to TheFifthContract<\/a> as well.<\/p>\n

There are three plans for you to select from here but one feature that is most unusual for this business is that the plan that carries the least risk and bears the least reward (percentage wise) is also the most costly plan to join. But you can decide which, if any, is best for yourself as I’ll run through all three here.<\/p>\n

First up is the Beginner Plan. This will cost you a minimum of $7 to join and if you do so you will be paid 1.4% <\/strong>interest on your deposit every day for 60 days<\/strong>. In practical terms that means that if you were to make an investment of $100 here you could expect to be paid $1.40 per day for the duration of the term. That would eventually add up to $84 by the time the plan expires whereupon your original principal gets returned. Maximum deposit is $700.<\/p>\n

Feeling lucky? The Standard Plan opens at $701 and pays an increased dividend of 1.6% <\/strong>per day but for <\/strong>a shorter period of 45 days<\/strong>. So this time your payments will add up to a total of 72% profit with your principal returned. Maximum deposit this time goes up to $7,000.<\/p>\n

And finally the Investor Plan is open for deposits ranging from $7,001 to $70,000. Now as I know few people who would actually sink that kind of cash into TheFifthContract<\/a> in the first place there is little point in me telling you to seek professional advice if you want to spend numbers like that. But purely for informational purposes the daily ROI here is 1.8% for 30 days<\/strong>. For further information speak to the admin in person.<\/p>\n

A couple of other brief points I want to make about the plans is that first of all for those of you who like compounding then you can take advantage of that facility here. Another thing is that if for some reason you wish to leave the program early then you are free to do so. Free for a fee that is which in this case is 15%. That may seem steep but I have seen much much higher. Just keep that in mind before joining. And finally the selection of payment processors. Unfortunately TheFifthContract<\/a> let themselves down a bit here by limiting the choice to just LibertyReserve<\/a> and PerfectMoney<\/a>. Nothing wrong with either but the program simply will not reach the heights that the admin is no doubt aiming for unless the selection improves. Especially considering (as we shall see) the fine job he has done in securing the website, it would be a shame to see that hard work not live up to its full potential simply because of the want of a couple of extra options when it comes to joining up and getting paid. And speaking of getting paid you are requested to allow up to 24 hours from the time you make your request to it being processed.<\/p>\n

Despite the flaws that I’ve already mentioned with their business activities TheFifthContract<\/a>‘s website itself is actually quite good. Well above the usual standard I would say. The script is licensed from GoldCoders and the site is hosted on a dedicated server. Not just once but twice! BlackLotus and BlockDos are both hosting a version of TheFifthContract<\/a>. Not that I’m claiming to fully understand the complexities of why the admin finds this necessary but the mere mention of the name BlockDos is enough to satisfy me. They are the best and their nearest competitors are playing in a lower league completely. And another excellent feature is the inclusion of RapidSSL which is an outstanding security feature.<\/p>\n

If you need to contact customer support then you may do so with the usual e-mail ticket system. Overall this wouldn’t be a strong point. I mean the lines of communication themselves are working fine but when it comes to transparency the details are a bit hard to come by. For instance there is no ratings page. Despite that there are a number of monitors covering the program, but TheFifthContract<\/a> simply doesn’t link to them. Likewise with the main investment forums. Discussion threads are open but the admin has not deemed it necessary to publicize this. But the FAQ page isn’t bad so that should take care of at least some of your questions.<\/p>\n

So the final verdict is one of mixed feelings overall for the program but on the other hand one of the most important aspects that I haven’t mentioned in too much detail is the fact that the program has been running (and more to the point, paying!) successfully for well over three months now. 106 days in total as I write this in fact so don’t underestimate them either. On the other hand the slow growth experienced by the program up until now could actually be the very reason for its longevity so be aware (but not afraid) of the fact that this could also be one final throw of the dice for TheFifthContract<\/a> to get themselves some long overdue popularity. The optimist in me is always looking for a good run so if you like it, proceed. But proceed with caution.<\/p>\n

Other news for today.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since I haven’t updated my news section for the last 48 hours I will start with a serious warning regarding two programs that were listed on my monitoring page<\/a>. Please note that neither EquiFex<\/strong> nor FlexiPlans<\/strong> are paying anymore. They both stopped payouts during the time I didn’t update my news section but my monitoring page<\/a> itself is up to date. But if EquiFex<\/strong> just halted payouts without a single word the admin of FlexiPlans<\/strong> showed himself as a real sneaky scammer by putting false versions of the logos of monitoring sites showing his program as \u201cPaying\u201d. Moreover, he even sent an email trying to get even more money from unsuspecting investors. Here is the email and please don’t deposit in FlexiPlans<\/strong> anymore:

The recent collapse of two promising programs like EquiFex<\/strong> (after 10 days online) and FlexiPlans<\/strong> (after 7 days online) lends me to think that most investors now try to get into short-term HYIPs during the first two or three days but then the cash flow dries up. That is what makes the admins scam prematurely. I can’t think of any other reasons except the obvious ones of greed and stupidity. As many successful short-term programs proved in August (like TenTraders<\/strong> and BestInv<\/strong>) with good planning and management and a well thought-out advertising strategy it can last for comfortably over a month without any major hassles. Even InvestiMates<\/strong> ran for 77 days which was an exceptional result for what was openly stated to be a game. I think the month of September might be not so good for short-term players but hopefully there will be more programs launching soon that can satisfy the members’ thirst for good and high-quality short-term programs.<\/p>\n

Who knows but maybe FoxiVer<\/a> (reviewed here<\/a>) is one such program. Running for over two weeks now and having quite sustainable plans of 107% after 5 days, 120% after 10 days, 150% after 20 days and 190% after 30 days I think FoxiVer<\/a> can be a pretty attractive option for diversifying your investment portfolio. By the way, the admin of FoxiVer<\/a> Jessie answered my interview questions yesterday which you can read here<\/a>. And this is the latest update from FoxiVer<\/a> I found on the website today:

Really, not every admin is so eager to chat with their members online in real time and explain in detail not only about the investment plans his program is offering but also about the investment activities which he claims to be involved with. By the way, PTVPartner<\/a> currently offers four investment plans: 110% after 10 days, 125% after 20 days, 145% after 30 days and 190% after 40 days. I have added another program to my monitoring list<\/a> today. It’s called FxCapitalInvestment<\/a> and was launched yesterday. The program looks good and has four investment plans: 1.5% for 30 days, 3.2% for 45 days, 117.6% after 7 days, 140% after 70 days. Personally I think that the safest option to invest is the 176% after 7 days plan as the risk vs. reward ratio is the best here. And you should certainly be aware that FxCapitalInvestment<\/a> is simply a game and not a real investment company with texts having been borrowed from other sites and usual stuff about a group of experienced traders and market analysts working on the market for years. However, I would say that FxCapitalInvestment<\/a> is a quality HYIP that accepts all the major payment processors including: LibertyReserve<\/a>, PerfectMoney<\/a>, StrictPay<\/a>, SolidTrustPay<\/a> and AlertPay<\/a>. The script is licensed from NeverSay (Opera browser is not supported unfortunately) however the server is just a shared one from LiquidWeb. I’m not sure if FxCapitalInvestment<\/a> has any kind of DDoS-protection at all but we will wait and see if the site is stable over the next few days. I’m going to review the program on my blog once I receive the first payout so stay tuned for that!<\/p>\n
