War against AlterGold and More News

Hi, guys! Have you even heard about the war which ECommerce-journal site started against AlterGold payment processor? If not then I advise you to read these articles (here and here) and decide for yourself if you want to deal with AlterGold payment processor. But wait! Isn’t there something fishy about the way ECommerce-journal was trying to condemn AlterGold while defending others? Doesn’t it sound all too familiar to you when one payment processor pays some e-journal to put all the blame on the other one? I’m not trying to accuse any of the payment processors of starting a smear campaign against AlterGold but I DO know that such things happen frequently in our industry. Just read my article here to make sure of this.

So let’s analyze some of the «facts» that were presented by ECommerce-journal and try to understand if there really is some hidden agenda behind their so called investigations?

1) They stated that the creation of AlterGold coincided with their promotion among different HYIPs and moreover, that the owners of some HYIPs may be involved in the promotion and even the creation of AlterGold.

Well, show me another payment processor that wasn’t created by an exchanger or some people that were in one way or another involved in the HYIP industry. Even the owners of ECommerce-journal themselves were involved in HYIPs by strongly promoting A3Union in the past which turned out to be a scam in the end although this obvious connection doesn’t make me think that all they say is lies and speculation. But let us agree that such involvement of ECommerce-journal in HYIP industry implies that there may be a hidden agenda behind their recent articles against AlterGold. So do you understand now how ridiculous this statement sounds to me: “This means that the CEO of AlterGold was connected with the illegal HYIP industry before the appearance of AlterGold payment system.“?

2) They accused AlterGold of unfair promotion of their payment processor including paid posters and unethical psychological methods used in their advertising campaign. So summarizing all these allegations the author concludes that “AlterGold makes every effort to impose its services on consumers. Its manipulations applied to ensnare customers are mostly unethical and this is not the system I would like to use.”

I don’t know many enterprises that actually didn’t use catchy banners or paid posters to make some aggressive advertising campaign. It’s the HYIP industry by the way and not the banking system where everything’s clear and transparent. Every company needs its customers and be ahead of others in the least possible period of time and you can’t say others are being unethical in their advertising campaign because almost everybody is behaving the same way and should be aware of it. So, for me it’s a normal advertising campaign and I can’t see any unethical things in the desire of becoming popular and with the minimum expense.

3) Sometimes their accusations are just downright ridiculous. For example, they accused AlterGold of DDoSing Pecunix payment processor: “Such payment processors as Pecunix are regularly being Ddosed by AlterGold. And such actions violate all the laws of the Internet ethic and the principles of a healthy competition.”

In my opinion, this is a simply bizzare and hilarious statement. Just compare the Alexa rankings for AlterGold and Pecunix and you will see that Pecunix is in no way a competitor for AlterGold payment processor. Actually, Pecunix‘s role in HYIP industry is so small now that nobody would notice if it disappeared tomorrow. ECommerce-journal couldn’t not be aware of it and they definitely know that the real competitors for AlterGold nowadays are PerfectMoney and LibertyReserve. So such statements like this is just plain speculation from ECommerce-journal.

4) By the way, sometimes the author’s fantasy knows no bounds. He tries to find some disturbing signs in everything (and I wonder why?). For instance, even AlterGold‘s Alexa’s rankings seem kinda suspicious to him and he tries to find some mystery here as well. According to the AlterGold‘s Alexa graph’s sudden surges he tries to imply what is an obvious speculation if not an outright lie: “All the facts mentioned above just bear evidence of the traffic purchase by the owners of AG. In other words, the system just bought the pop-windows on various popular sites to capture the headlines. And it means that AlterGold has used the methods of forcible attraction.”

The explanation to this is plain simple. Alexa graph can’t go only up or only down consistently during the long periods of time. If you look at my Alexa rank for example (http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/money-news-online.com) you will see that there were some surges and the traffic wasn’t growing to my site consistently. Does it mean that I bought traffi? to my site when it comes to the sudden periods of growth? I find this logic quite poor and perverted or coming from a man with a rich imagination.

But do you forget about possible downtimes and DDoS-attacks that can cause such surges of traffic after the downtime is resolved? Well, my site was under DDoS and I really know that in such periods the traffic to your site is close to none which is of course reflected by Alexa rankings. I doubt that the author of this article wasn’t aware of it and of the fact that AlterGold had their site offline a number of times in the past.

5) Well, here we face yet another fantasy or the speculation of the author (call it whatever you like). He states that these DDoS-attacks AlterGold suffered for all this time are not attacks at all and even suggests we believe in this made-up story: “AlterGold makes itself not available purposefully to let people to get used to such outages. And later it will be able to disappear with the clients’ funds under cover of DDoS attacks.”

I can only laugh at laughable statements. It’s obvious that the author has absolutely no clue of what was happening with AlterGold recently. First, it’s already using BlockDos DDoS-protection which is already one of the best on the market. Compare to the author’s words: “We cannot understand why the company was refusing to install the reliable DDoS protection systems.” Second, the recent downtime AlterGold experienced for several days was not caused by DDoS-attack as implied in that article but by some technical issues AlterGold successfully overcame. Now they are hosted on a reliable hosting company which was highly recommended to them by BlockDos admin Majeed. I wonder why the author didn’t approach him in his “truth findings” or making his “investigation” on AlterGold. Maybe it’s because the simple honest answers were not enough for him seeking for philological and SEO expert analysis (lol!) and trying to make up a story filled with accusations and condemnation of this payment processor.

I hope now you can understand the price of such investigations the competitors must have paid to such internet resources like Ecommerce-journal. I could go on and on considering every point of this false analysis but I will not do it. I just wanted to give you a couple of examples of what can be made to scare off the possible investors and customers of one payment processor in favor of another one (PerfectMoney, LibertyReserve or something else). I don’t know who paid this so called reliable investment source to cook up such a detective story but one thing is for sure — the internet site that is accusing one payment processor while advocating another processor often having similar or even worse problems cannot be trusted in my opinion.

I am NOT advocating AlterGold payment processor in any way by writing this article. I’m just trying to be objective and point out some things many people seem to not be aware of. This is a tough game for people’s money and confidence and you won’t believe how much money can be spent to destroy one’s reputation just for obtaining a bigger slice of the market pie.

I don’t like the obvious facts that AlterGold‘s payment system is not properly registered, or that their physical office is located not where it should be, or that their owners are actually from Italy, or that their statement of being registered from 2005 is not true etc. I always thought that being an AlterGold customer was a bit risky. But do you honestly believe that keeping your money in LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney will make you feel more comfortable and will save your hard earned money from disappearing one fine day? Do you think they don’t conceal even uglier secrets and do they think they are properly registered entities? Then why didn’t WebMoney want to deal with them in any way? Is it just a coincidence or their stupid desire to be an isolated e-currency? I don’t think so. Just remember what recently happened to e-Bullion which many people considered to be invincible and out of reach for the government. Where is their money now? Will they get it back sometime? I really doubt this will happen.

So instead of listening to paid posters just please remember one simple thing. Never, I repeat NEVER keep large amounts of money in ANY payment processors. Just consider them as long-term HYIPs that can disappear any time. Of course, there is a possibility that they will be in the market for a long time but why risk your hard earned cash? Isn’t it better to keep it in your bank account? So here’s my good advice to you all, guys: in payment processors you should ONLY keep the money you use to invest in HYIPs and autosurfs. If you get bigger profits than you want to spend in these programs just withdraw it to your bank account as soon as possible. And remember that there is NO such thing as trusted payment processors in this industry. Any of them can scam anytime! So please be careful and draw the necessary conclusions from this article!

Other news for today.

Let’s start with the positive news. MegaLido is still #1 on my list and is still doing great. The payouts are issued on the same day of the request and the number of members is growing every day. There are more than 700 members already and I can’t see why there can’t be more. Just keep promoting MegaLido and you will be rewarded! By the way, recently the admin of MegaLido Michael (read my interview with him here) mentioned on forums about some great surprises the members should expect from his program in September. I found this news quite exciting and want to share it with you all: “I decided to write a special update just for you who are always browsing the forums. August is almost gone and I want to tell you that September will be a very special month for MegaLido, there’ll be several surprises, both for existing members and newcomers, I will not comment more on that now, you’ll have to wait for the surprises to come! Everything is going fine, the server has been up for the entire time and payments have been sent in time, we are on our way to perfection.”

UniCreditInvestment just announced the winner of their second posting contest who won $100: “The winner of the posting contest this week is the member with username: cindi. She’s got the bonus to her account already and she can either withdraw it or invest it. We’ll continue the forums posting contest with a new one starting from today (for 7 days) on all 3 forums again. Enjoy it!!” I remind you that UniCreditInvestment is a highly recommended program and endorsed by my blog. It offers the chance to earn up to 128% after 8 days and up to 144% after 10 days on your investment. The admin of the program Ingrid recently confessed to me in a private conversation that she earns quite good money from investments on Forex market and hopes that UniCreditInvestment can run indefinitely. Well, with two months of flawless service I would certainly like to believe it and would not be surprised that UniCreditInvestment can achieve ever new heights very soon. Read my interview with Ingrid here to get more info on the program.

Some exciting news came today from ResidualForexIncome as well. The admin announced that they are ready to accept AlterGold as their second payment processor with PerfectMoney also on the way: “Kindly be informed that due to numerous members requests AlterGold is now added! Every member registered before 09/01/2008 wanting to use AlterGold as well as LibertyReserve must contact us attaching his member ID and AG account number. We will update your information within 24h. PerfectMoney payment option is coming soon also. Stay tuned!” Also the admin of ResidualForexIncome kindly explained to me in his email why they claimed to have changed their servers for DDoS-protection while it was not reflected in their whois info. I found the explanation quite logical and will give him the benefit of the doubt regarding this matter. I trust Mike’s straightforwardness and respect his honesty which he demonstrated in the interview for my blog that you can read here.

Now let’s get to some negative news. Unfortunately e-Confidence program seems to have turned into a dirty scam. The last payments were made last Friday when only some of the investors with smaller amounts received them to their accounts while the majority had been left with nothing. Although on e-Confidence site there was a statement that all the payouts had been done even though in reality many investors were not paid. Now it appears that the site is gone with all the money it managed to collect. I’m truly sorry for those who lost their money in e-Confidence scam and hope that the scammer will get the punishment he deserves from higher powers. But this often happens with HYIPs therefore don’t forget the golden rule of any investment: never deposit more money than you can afford to lose!

Unfortunately despite all the admin’s promises I have to move T3Surf to «Not Paying» programs list on my monitoring page. In the most recent email to the members the admin Paul stated: “Ok up to now STP has not verified our account so I am going to find another way to move on with our business without being anymore delayed by the verification status of the SolidTrustPay account. In 5 to 7 days I will have all payments from my clients with the interests and will pay out all cashouts via LibertyReserve / AlterGold and AlertPay. SolidTrustPay cashouts will be paid via LibertyReserve or AlertPay only. So I will want to ask all STP users to please send your LR account details and your total requests to me via contact page.” I wonder just how badly he planned his program from the beginning if he couldn’t allow for such a simple thing like SolidTrustPay verification. I can’t trust the words about being paid “in 5 up to 7 days” as I saw such delaying tactics too many times before. I strongly recommend you NOT to invest in T3Surf before the payouts are actually resumed. All we have to do is just sit, wait and hope that Paul will really fulfill his promise to his investors. But sometimes it makes me think that he’s not so experienced as he seemed to be at first glance. All those problems that occured to his two programs (CapitalizedInv and then T3Surf) were just childish and plain stupid. That’s why I have no big hopes that T3Surf will be back on track soon. Let’s wait and see anyway!

I advise everyone who suffered losses from TrustyPig scam and upgraded via SolidTrustPay and AlertPay to immediately submit a complaint and request a chargeback as it is allowed by these payment processors policy. It’s obvious that Costy is trying to delay the very possible outcome of this member’s decision by paying small amounts to members upgraded via AP and STP. But don’t be deceived by this and please report to SolidTrustPay and AlertPay support so this scammer’s account could be frozen in both processors. I guess this will teach him a good lesson when he tries to scam the next time!

I would like to mention that for the last couple of days I was paid by several programs including: RamiCapGroup, Tradelite, ApolloInvestGroup, LargeSum, TopProfitWorld, UniCreditInvestment, BristolCapitalGroup, AmistaFund, MaxShare, SafeAtom, AgriFund, EliteMoney and MegaLido.

I joined a very promising program today which based on a surfing platform though there’s no need to surf in it to earn your daily return. The HYIP is simply called 9DailyNoSurf and as the name implies you will be paid 9% for 16 days (144%). The minimum unit for purchase costs $1 and you can purchase up to 10,000 units. Unfortunately, only LibertyReserve is currently accepted for deposits in 9DailyNoSurf but the admin promised to add PerfectMoney and AlterGold payment processors as soon as possible. For bigger investors willing to risk the amounts starting from $1,000 the rates of interest will be different and more profitable — 16% for 12 days (192%). The second plan will be available only temporarily and only one withdrawal maximum per day is allowed to request in both plans. From other distinctive features of 9DailyNoSurf I would mention great design, dedicated server and anti-DDoS protection. More details of the program can be read on my blog tomorrow when I will publish a comprehensive and detailed review of 9DailyNoSurf.
