QuantumInv<\/a> is a new program that I joined just yesterday and the review of which I’m presenting to you today. This is a small program with a neat layout and modest design and I can say that more than two weeks of stable payments is already an achievement for such a program. I think that’s the main achievement by the site. The admin of QuantumInv<\/a>, Alicia, seems to be the right person to administrate this website. I hope she will soon tell us more about the program herself when I ask for an interview with her. But let’s first conduct some analysis and see if QuantumInv<\/a> is really a program to invest in.

\nQuantumInv<\/a> accepts only LibertyReserve<\/a> (both in USD and EUR) and as Alicia explained to me if there is high demand for other e-currencies she may consider adding them. But since LibertyReserve<\/a> is currently the most common e-currency for HYIPs and the vast majority of investors keep using it I don’t think there will be too much need to add more payment processors.<\/p>\n

The plans QuantumInv<\/a> offers to online investors are simple and will be paid on the maturity of your deposit directly to your LibertyReserve<\/a> account you made the original deposit from. Here are the plans: 106% in 3 days, 116% in 7 days, 125% in 10 days, 160% in 20 days and 200% in 30 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I like the feature that all the transactions should be approved manually by the admin before they are actually accepted. On approval you should receive an e-mail to the address which you indicated during the depositing process with similar content:

\nYour investment will be matured on 27 September 2008

Well, I like the fact that you can actually track down your deposit in QuantumInv<\/a> which I didn’t notice in other similar programs. Don’t you think that receiving such a message after your deposit is done is much more convenient than just being redirected to some confirmation page? Well, for me it definitely is.<\/p>\n

QuantumInv<\/a> doesn’t keep a database online for security reason and of course for more convenience and that’s why there is no need for expensive methods of protection. The site is hosted by Zydusnet and is located on a shared server which should not be such a big problem for a website with an offline database and is not highly advertised. The admin of QuantumInv<\/a> claims that a DDoS-attack in case it occurs will not be too harmful and she is preparing some backup domain now to be accessible in case the main site is down. Let’s hope it’s really true!<\/p>\n

Since QuantumInv<\/a> is 18 days online and paying without any hassle I believe it can become a very popular one among online investors. The admin seems to be dedicated and supportive, and the site is stable despite the lack of DDoS-protection. I therefore have added QuantumInv<\/a> to my Top 12 Recommended list and hopefully the site will meet my high expectations.<\/p>\n

Other news for today.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You may have noticed that very many websites were offline for 12 hours or more today. It concerned the members of AggeroInvestment<\/a>, MaxShare<\/a>, TopProfitWorld<\/a> and 12DailyForever<\/a>. I don’t know what the problem was but it seems now all the sites are online and paying. I only found one unpleasant surprise from 12DailyForever<\/a>. It appears that the system only allows you to make 4 cashouts per week: “Sorry you have reached weekly cashout limit of 4 times per week<\/em>“. Well, I didn’t find anything about it in the FAQ section of the website so be aware of that please when you plan your cashouts from 12DailyForever<\/a>. So I requested from the admin of 12DailyForever<\/a> to reflect this 4 cashouts weekly rule and $5 minimum rule in the FAQ section. I hope he will do as I requested because it all can be really confusing for new investors. I already sent some questions for the interview to the 12DailyForever<\/a>‘s admin Richard but meanwhile you can read my review of the program published here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Some people reported having even about 6 pendings in ProtoAds<\/strong> and I’m sure that the admin won’t be able to do anything to get the site back on track despite her (his?) promises:
\n“Please give me time to solve all the problems. I processed some payouts today and yesterday but not all of them. But I did a lot of them. Watch out for your payouts to be processed. You can panic and shout whatever you want to say I dont care. I will pay. Just takes a little bit of time. Kelly<\/em>”
\nIn my honest opinion, the damage has been done already and I don’t believe the members of ProtoAds<\/strong> will be in a hurry to reinvest even if they receive their payouts. Anyway, we should always remember that John Keller cannot be trusted and since ProtoAds<\/strong> is probably his program it’s better to be prepared for the worst.<\/p>\n

It seems I was too fast in recommending ApolloInvestGroup<\/a> again. Probably in paying off the principals they hoped that the reinvestments will follow immediately. Now I can see that the reinvestment level is close to zero as many investors have lost faith in ApolloInvestGroup<\/a> due to their continuous downtime and delays with payouts. Now everybody can see that the pending withdrawal requests are starting to accumulate again and now reached almost $700. So I decided to wait for a while before reinvesting and see if ApolloInvestGroup<\/a> could cope with the growing pile of withdrawal requests and the lack of deposits they currently have. I urge you to please report to me if you’re paid from ApolloInvestGroup<\/a> in the last couple of days. Then I can make a reasonable decision on what to do next. So far I’m really confused about the whole situation with ApolloInvestGroup.
\nP.S.<\/strong> I just received one report from a reader informing me that his withdrawal requests were not paid during the last 4 days. So I advise you to be careful with ApolloInvestGroup<\/a> so far and hold off on your deposits there until you receive some positive update from my blog!<\/p>\n

The 4th weekly newsletter was issued by Roger, the admin of AggeroInvestment <\/a>today (you can read my interview with him here<\/a>). The topic was mainly dedicated to the one month anniversary that they will be celebrating tomorrow. My sincere congratulations on this occasion go to Roger who seems to have built a stable program with much potential for the members of AggeroInvestment<\/a>. I hope that the administration of AlterGold<\/a> will be able to allay any anxiety of their clients and continue their smooth operation without any major downtime in the future.<\/p>\n

I received my payouts from many programs today including: FxSlaughter<\/a>, BlosFinance<\/a>, Tradelite<\/a>, SafeAtom<\/a>, Olympex-Group<\/a>, TopProfitWorld<\/a>, 8DailyForever<\/a>, MaxShare<\/a>, MegaLido<\/a> (in addition a new deposit has been made) and QuantumInv<\/a> (first ref commissions were received today).<\/p>\n

Thanks to one of my readers for letting me know about PanaMoney<\/a> company that I joined today because it’s really the one program that I was looking for for a long time.
