Such autosurfs are paying 12% for 12 days with payouts on expiry and their history is going back to 2004 when they became extremely popular. Such a model proved to be quite sustainable and the autosurfs utilizing it can run up to 3-6 months depending on many factors.<\/p>\n

And the most important factor that can define if a program is going to be successful is its admin. Well, the admin of 12DailyHits<\/a> is Edgar Zaragoza. I like the fact that he’s not hiding his true name and didn’t call himself Joe Baxter or Phillip Morris for example.

\nOf course, the main purpose for the admin of any autosurf should be earning money for himself and there should be no doubt in your mind about that. But at least the admin here sounded pretty genuine to me when we chatted for a while. I believe he can run the program for some time though he’s not very experienced.<\/p>\n

For example, his AlertPay<\/a> account was temporarily locked by AlertPay<\/a> administration which caused the delays with AP payouts. Fortunately the issue was solved very soon and now AlertPay<\/a> cashouts are processed on time again. By the way, besides AlertPay<\/a> 12DailyHits<\/a> accepts upgrades via LibertyReserve<\/a> , PerfectMoney<\/a> and SolidTrustPay<\/a>. The cost of 1 ad unit is $6 and you can purchase a multiple amount of units and surf 12 pages to earn your daily rebate. You will be paid 12% daily for 12 days and be able to request your cashout after expiry and be paid within 3 business days. If you miss a day of surfing you will not be credited your daily rebate and miss your earning so don’t forget to surf daily in order to earn the full 144% rebate.<\/p>\n

As the program is quite new and is online for only 5 days you may wish to wait and see when the first payouts are processed in a week. This way you will be insured against getting trapped in one of the quick scams that are opening very often before Christmas. I somehow believe that Edgar is not going to run a short-term program but rather prefers it to grow slowly and pay stable for some time. This is the way I would like to see all autosurfs!<\/p>\n

Unfortunately 12DailyHits<\/a> site is hosted on a shared server together with 25 more autosurf sites. I hope the admin will consider a move to a dedicated server when the program grows enough. 12DailyHits<\/a> is based on Neversay script and is hosted in AutosurfUnion servers. As the name implies they should specialize in providing hosting services for autosurf programs and as you might know Surf2Sawa<\/strong>, that was quite a popular autosurf some time ago, was also hosted on the same server. I hope DDoS-attacks will not knock the site down because such a possibility exists, especially in this unstable Christmas season. So if you like to join 12DailyHits<\/a> play it wise and don’t play with money which you can’t afford to lose!<\/p>\n

Other news for today.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tysin, the admin of TrafficAlmighty<\/strong>, issued an almost side splittingly hilarious statement today. I say “almost” because when you remember that he ripped off a lot of people, it stops being funny. It seems our accident prone friend was indeed the victim of a hit ‘n’ runner, just not the kind we are more used to here, lol!
\nNever mind Tysin. If your programs keep collapsing you can always look forward to a long and rich career writing short stories for children. Because that is what he has issued here. A work of fiction. The phrase Caveat Emptor has never been more apt than when dealing with this mollusc. Now, usually I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time by reprinting a single word any scammer has to say, but then I thought maybe you guys need a good laugh too!
\nExpect much hand wringing to follow on forums, followed by selective refunds to his mates, i.e. the ones he thinks most likely to be fooled by his next venture. And expect that to be followed by a bitter argument in which every one from Elvis to Osama gets blamed for their part in the demise of TrafficAlmighty<\/strong>. Everyone except Tysin of course. From what I know so far he has only been making payments to those who invested towards the end. Most who invested prior to his “brush with death” will be lucky to see anything. There will then be enough people to defend him on forums against the majority still waiting. The fact of the matter remains that he made off with tens of thousands dollars while telling you that he is the victim. HARs, payment processor fees, server costs, other admins, et cetera et cetera et cetera. Take your pick. All have some how conspired against him. By the way, don’t rule out the possibility of Tysin having another crack at running a program soon. Before Christmas even. But not before the bandages come off, lol!
\nAnyway, here is his latest update. And let me just say the Brothers Grimm could hardly have come up with a better fairy tale:

\nThe problem with the php errors in the site was a security measure the programmer took, which I do not blame him for doing. He didn’t hear from me in 3 days so he decided not to let any more deposits go in as it would not be fair.
\nTrafficAlmighty<\/strong> is in quite a mess at the moment with missing deposits not credited, huge numbers of withdrawal requests eating up all our finances and panic all around the messaging areas.
\nThe problem first started this weekend when we had that DDOS attack on the site. I would finally like to tell you that the DDOS attack was initiated by the admin of hyip365.net because he wanted me to buy premium service in his monitor for $30 a month. So much for running monitors to guide members to make the right choices. I also believe he has done this to other surfs so I would urge caution from this site. After the DDOS we saw a huge influx of withdrawals being made over the weekend. I did believe that this was just a small scare and that everything would go back to normal come the new week. Then as you can see my situation didn’t help as much more panic was created these past few days and withdrawals continued to fly in with little deposits. To further add to it, the past 2 days, due to the problems with the deposit and withdrawal pages, no deposits could have been made. Since fixing the withdrawal function today, the withdrawals started to fly in again during the past 3 hours. It is clear what is going to happen in a few days.
\nApart from all this, again we had the heavy hitters that where throwing in $100s and $1000s in the first few days and withdrawing just to move on to the next program. We had 5 maxed out members in the first 5 days whom 3 of never re-deposited a cent and the other two re-deposited a small fraction back. Along with this there were admins of other programs doing the same, depositing a large amount and withdrawing without re-depositing anything back. Some even gathered more referral commissions then they had deposited and still never decided to deposit anything back. It’s funny since most of these admins preach how important it is to keep their own programs stable with re-deposits when they themselves do the opposite in other programs. These admins know who they are and I would see it very unprofessional to mention them as not to threaten their programs for the sake of their members.
\nI am therefore going to start processing refunds now from what is left in the accounts. I am aware most of you will take to the message boards and express your feelings towards this decision but while you do so, I will be processing the refunds.
\nThis obviously was not my chosen faith for TrafficAlmighty<\/strong> but after evaluating all the options, I feel this is the best way to go about the situation. It is not even possible to process the pending withdrawals that there are due to depleted finances. We were even planning to open another site (non-surf) in our network mid-next week that would give us a good outside income to help in TrafficAlmighty<\/strong> but it seems that it will not survive till the weekend.
\nI will be ending this mail here and start the refund process now. I’m sorry for all those who really believed in TrafficAlmighty<\/strong> like I did but certain circumstances were beyond my control.

DailyProfitPond<\/a> (reviewed here<\/a>) paid me referral commissions today. Does it mean something good or is it an attempt to fulfill selective payouts? I don’t know yet. So I encourage you all to report to me if somebody is also paid and if everything is really back to normal now. Despite their probable origin from Nigeria (just rumors though) I believe DailyProfitPond<\/a> can really convert to 5% for 30 days program with twice monthly allowed cashouts. It’s really obvious to me that they are still experiencing cashflow problems as yesterday all the pending requests were returned to members’ balances and were then reupgraded into the new 5% for 30 days plan. The worst thing is that it was made without the investors’ consent. I don’t like that at all, that’s why I didn’t return it to my list of recommended programs yet. I believe they have to prove to us that they will not share the same fate as MegaLido<\/strong> and will continue paying. So please let me know if you have a positive or a negative experience with DPP which will help me decide if the program is still worth listing on my monitoring page. I will never support scammers but I will support determined administration which is willing to continue payments and not scam its members like many of the programs did recently. I don’t know if this is exactly good news for the members of VolcanoInvest<\/strong> not in profit but the admin said in his latest newsletter that the refunding process has already been started. Commoditex<\/a> (reviewed here<\/a>) is delaying payouts. And not because it turned into a scam but because of technical difficulties connected with the upgrading of their DDoS-protection by BlockDos. They honestly warned all their clients that withdrawal requests will take more time than usual to be paid because they are processed manually. Here’s the latest update from Commoditex<\/a> administration regarding this:

Some news regarding ANOI<\/a> program (reviewed here<\/a>). I’m glad to report that the program is https secured and all the payments to LibertyReserve<\/a> are processed instantly so there’s no need to wait at all. It’s certainly great news for the investors and for the admins of ANOI<\/a> as well as it will decrease the workload on their side.<\/p>\n

As some of you noticed there was another strange redirection from EasyCash24<\/a> site to Mountain-Mining<\/a> site. It continued for several hours and gave rise to many weird rumors that the admins of those programs could be closely related. Well, when I contacted the admin of Mountain-Mining<\/a> it came as a total surprise to him as he was not aware of it. So I think it was some kind of mistake again similar when it happened to PanaMoney<\/a> and Tradelite<\/strong> sites last night.<\/p>\n

By the way, regarding EasyCash24<\/a>. I received one complaint from a reader today that she didn’t receive her principal back from them. I contacted the admin but received no reply so far. That’s why I encourage you to be careful when depositing in EasyCash24<\/a>. I don’t know if they pay selectively because I received my payment today but the fact they didn’t reply to me is strange. I will give them another 24 hours though and hope it’s just a mistake.<\/p>\n

Some sites are having trouble now and are not working for me. Among them is SafeAtom<\/a>, EKOFunds<\/a>, FXOIC<\/a> and MaxShare. It’s confirmed that SafeAtom<\/a> has an extended DDoS-attack and their anti-DDoS protection is probably filtering all the bad IPs and so access to the site is restricted. Let’s hope it will be back up soon. As for FXOIC<\/a> and EKOFunds<\/a> they both paid me today so I guess they are also under DDoS-attack (confirmed by the admin of FXOIC<\/a>). I’m not sure what problem with MaxShare is as the admin credited my missing upgrade today and after that the site went down.<\/p>\n

Finally here’s my payment report. By the way, did you notice the new program PrivateOffshoreCapital<\/a> in my Top Recommended? It’s a mixture of HYIP and autosurf built on Neversay script. PrivateOffshoreCapital<\/a> has an eye-catching design and hosted on a decicated and DdoS-protected server. There are two main plans: one involves surfing and the other one is a simple passive HYIP plan. For the autosurf plan you will get paid 4% daily for 12 days and the principal will be returned back to you on expiry (so you will get 148% including principal).
