03/06/09. CorpusTrust Review and Other News
THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!
Hi guys! After yesterday’s review of TheDollarDiggers I want to return today to the more familiar topic of HYIPs. And the particular HYIP I want to discuss is called CorpusTrust. Those of you who regularly check my monitoring page might recognize the name as I’ve been a member for approaching two weeks now. Long enough to verify that they are paying successfully and running without any problems. I’m extremely positive about the long term prospects of this one. I don’t want start throwing and wild statements around comparing it to other successful programs or saying its the new “this” or the new “that”. But having checked it out as thoroughly as I’m able, I’m going to say that I fully expect them to be around for at least a good number of months. I’ll admit I had some initial doubts based on the fact that CorpusTrust can at first appear overly complicated to newcomers which may scare some of them off. But on further inspection it’s really not that difficult and as the plans themselves are sound enough, that’s really the most important part of attracting new members.
CorpusTrust is a long term low rate of interest HYIP but I think you’ll find it a little different from the usual long term programs. We’ll get to that in a moment but first of all I’ll describe the plans. Basically theres two of them but there are enough variations contained within them to keep it interesting. Your first option and I’ll venture the most popular has the grand title of Hedge Equity 300 and it runs for 180 business days. Six months in other words, which is as long term as they come with HYIPs. The minimum cost of joining is quite high, but for unexplained reasons it varies depending on what payment processor you use to sign up with. Some might go so far as to describe the high minimum investment figure as prohibitive but I disagree. Look no further than NovalexFinance as a prime example of a high minimum investment figure being a contributory factor to the long term stability of the program. Of course I wouldn’t say that about every program. It’s only a rule that applies to long term plans like this one.
But anyway, if you decide to join using LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney membership here will cost at least $30. If however you prefer to join under SolidTrustPay or StrictPay it’s going to cost you a minimum of $100. But once your in you’re then going to offered a choice of payment methods. Your interest is calculated daily but you can decide if you prefer to receive your payment weekly or monthly. What’s the advantage of waiting for a month if you can get it after a week you may well ask yourself? Well its because a monthly payment offers a slightly better daily interest rate. For a weekly payment you will receive 1.2% interest per business day, paid every Monday. That amounts to a 6% return on your investment every week. In order for you to receive the improved rate of 1.25% daily interest on your investment you can opt to receive it monthly, paid on the first business day of the month. That will give you just an extra 1% every four weeks so I’m not really sure the extra risk is worth it. More than just the risk, it’s perhaps the inconvenience of waiting that much longer for what isn’t a significantly better reward. That’s my opinion but it will be up to you to decide which option best suits your personal needs. Payments will be made directly to your e-currency account without the need for requesting them. And if 180 business days seems a bit much to you and for some reason you need your money back out in a hurry you can at anytime withdraw completely from CorpusTrust and take your principal with you. Keep in mind that doing this will cost you a fee of 35%.
The other plan is for serious players and I feel it’s beyond the reach of most readers here, I’ll just give you the main features. They call it the Hedge Equity 500. First of all it’s going to cost you at least $5000 to join regardless of your choice of payment processor so you’d better do some serious homework here if you want in. It will also run for 180 business days and it will offer you the option to again choose between a weekly payment or a monthly one at a slightly more advantageous rate. This time the interest rates fluctuate between 1.35% and 1.6% and payments are again made automatically either every Monday or on the first day of the month depending on your choice. You can also take advantage of the opt-out clause which this time incurs a reduced penalty fee of 20%.
Apart from that I’ll just repeat the list of payment processors accepted by CorpusTrust which include PerfectMoney, LibertyReserve, StrictPay, and SolidTrustPay. And the option of compounding is available to you in both plans. You can decide what percentage if any upun making your initial deposit. Your principal will be returned on expiry in both plans.
The area of security is simply outstanding. Unfortunately, and it’s kinda hard for me to find a disadvantage with such exhaustive and extensive security measures, it does complicate the whole process unnecessarily, especially for those new to this industry. But to start with its hosted by Dragonara and I don’t mind telling you I always raise an eyebrow when I see that name. It’s a sign of quality and their record is flawless. It’s on a dedicated server with full protection from DdoS attacks and I expect downtime to be negligible if not downright non-existent. CorpusTrust is also running off a unique and totally customized script. All that is great news and should really be the envy of any online HYIP. But this is where it gets a little tricky. In order to log into your account you will need what is known as a crypto-card. It’s something you might be familiar with if you routinely use highly sensitive and confidential financial programs. As far as I remember the now defunct payment processor e-bullion had a similar system in place, so those of you with long memories can cast your mind back to get some idea of what I’m talking about here. For the benefit of newbies though, a simplified description is that a crypto-card is basically a tool you will need to download and it will be unique to your account. This tool contains a series of codes that you will need when entering you password. Every letter and number has a corresponding code. So for example let’s say your password is “ABC”. You will then check your crypto-card to find out the appropriate code. Let’s imagine A corresponds to X, B to Y, and C to Z. So instead of entering your correct password of “ABC” you will instead enter the coded version of “XYZ”.
Is that all a bit complicated? Sorry if I’m not making it fully clear, but I’ve never seen this used by an HYIP before and am yet to be convinced that it’s absolutely necessary. Not that there’s any such thing as too much security when it comes to protecting your money, but it does appear a little puzzling to first timers and ultimately offers no protection anyway in the event of the program collapsing. If properly used however it will guarantee that no third party ever accesses your account.
Customer support is available via an online e-mail ticketing system and also via a couple of contact e-mail addresses. There is also a postal address offered that’s in the city of Sliema in Malta. An odd coincidence that, as that’s where I spent my winter vacation last Christmas and saw in 2009 from one of the many taverns there. No telephone number is offered so short of taking another vacation there I can’t really verify it. If there’s any Maltese readers with an hour to spare some afternoon might take a stroll down there and let us know what you find. But probably best of all is the availability of live chat. You can communicate with a real representative there in real time and have your questions answered immediately.
Overall I must say I feel quite optimistic about CorpusTrust. I have several misgivings about it, that much is true, but I have little doubt as to the long term stability of the project and probably even less doubt about the long term intentions of the admin. None of the things I dislike about it are really going to have any real impact on the program itself. I think that despite the fact that might take you a full three months to get your principal back and see a profit (most investors simply aren’t that patient) and despite the fact that it gets a little complicated to get into the whole thing, CorpusTrust will soon enough become a big hit and will get quite popular. It all comes back to the plans I suppose. No matter what else I can say about them they remain safe, highly secure, profitable (eventually!) and perfectly sustainable. It’s a slow burner and that’s for sure so it’s going to take months for them to prove themselves so when I say I’m optimistic, it means cautiously so. One to keep an eye on.
Other news for today.
Let’s start with good news today. ElegantMoney (reviewed here) paid the first profit payments on expiry for those who invested in the 115% after 7 days plan on the very first day. Other plans ElegantMoney is offering include 140% after 14 days and 200% after 1 month. I would not recommend to invest into 200% plan now as I consider it as a high risk option so only invest what you can afford to lose there. However the first two plans seem like a right pick for me now as they are quite sustainable and I believe one week online is just a first milestone in the hopefully long history of ElegantMoney.
The admin of ForexExperts (reviewed here) Wendy reminded the potential investors about the possibility of investing into her program via SolidTrustPay and AlertPay. However you can’t invest via the site itself buy you will be given all the details if you contact the admin of ForexExperts personally:
“Dear members, About 20 days ago, I announced that we can accept SolidTrustPay and AlertPay deposits. Now I just want to remind our new members that we still accept SolidTrustPay and AlertPay. Pls contact me first if you want to make a deposit via these two ecurrencies.”
It seems I was right regarding AmericanWorkGroup as the program closed today. The admin explained the reason for the closure by saying it was hackers and holes in the script which led to stealing money from payment processor. Although the admin of AmericanWorkGroup promised to return the deposited amounts to all the investors by the redepositing into the new project which is going to be launched pretty soon I strictly suggest you to hold off from depositing there as in my opinion such an admin is a total amateur and scammer who forged the certificate incorporation, stealing it from the well-known program NovalexFinance. Anyway, for those interested in entertaining stories here is the latest update from him:
“Dear investors! Project History AWG:
2009-05-16 stole 700 $ (script OroHYIP thief broke)

Stole a couple of times:

They wrote a complaint to the domain americanworkgroup.com
Blocked domain americanworkgroup.com
Acquired domain americanworkgroup.net
And finally today, stole the password from script, from PerfectMoney, entered and stole 130 dollars.

Following these events. Script OroHYIP does not work properly!
Wrote in support script OroHYIP assistance and the removal of holes in the script OroHYIP.
Unfortunately, after such big problems, we are forced to close, and say to all of the future, if you find a script ORO , Run away from him
Hello. Draft AWG put to a general discussion of the Board, it was decided to purchase a new script. Work will be an experienced administrator, the project is scheduled to start 2009-06-24.
Be patient. Finance will be made with the total amount of the bank in Panama. Debt will be repaid to customers.”
There was a brief but important update from Robert over at GoldNuggetInvest a little earlier. By the way, if you want to read my interview with the admin of GoldNuggetInvest you can always refer here for more details and the full description on how they operate.
But first the important thing about them which I found out today is please be informed that the minimum to withdraw is now different for different e-currencies and Bank Wires. This is what I found on GNI website:
“Please note our minimum withdrawal amounts:
LibertyReserve, StrictPay, PerfectMoney and V-Money: $1.00
SolidTrustPay: $2.50
Bank Wire: $100.00
Lesser amounts will not be processed and returned to your account balance!”
For those who were unable to read my detailed review of TheDollarDiggers program you can do it here. And yes, Thomas agreed to the interview so I hope soon I will get answers to many questions that I had while reviewing his program. Here is the latest update from him:
“I just want to inform you all the Paul of MNO published its review about TDD. You can visit it by clicking this link.
You can also see the Review Banner in the Homepage of TDD. I want to say thank you to Paul for the wonderful review of TDD.
I am done uploading the updated list of the 3SC and you can now check it in your members area. We hit 51 positions today from 8 members who participated. It cycled 5 positions out of Stage 1 and 1 position out of Stage 1.
I will do some changes with the 3SC Activity Plan. Instead of hitting 100 positions for today, June 3rd, we will hit 30 members to participate. No limit on how many you will purchase, it can be 1 position or you can go ahead and buy 500 positions. Once we hit 30 participants, the incentives will be 2 free positions in Stage 1 for each who joined and the participant that bought the most positions will still get 1 free position in Stage 2. We are now 207 and I guess hitting 20 is not that hard. The numbers of target participant will increase each week. For this week, our target daily is 20 participants.
I want also to ask those who got paid to please give TDD at least a minute of your time and vote to our monitors which you will find in the Rate Us page and please post in forums where we have threads. This way people will notice us and will know that TDD is paying.
Time for me to hit the sack and get some rest. All support tickets will be answered as soon as I wake up.”
Poplans program (reviewed here) is still offline and seemingly having some problems with their server. I have therefore moved Poplans to Waiting status on my monitoring page and hopefully it will be accessible soon again. Here is the latest update from the admin of the program:
“We are so sorry for the temporarily problems caused. The site may be unavailable on some places but this is temporarily. If you have any problem accessing site please email us. We are working hard to fix the issue as soon as possible.
Instead of this problem we increase our profits. I need your support as usual. Don’t worry i am here and work for you as a worker.”
TraderSolid has also been moved to Waiting status as I have two pending withdrawals already and I don’t know the reason for the delay with the payments. Let’s wait for a while before making any conclusions about that.
As you might remember I announced Merchandies program on my blog yesterday. It seems the program is having some problem with the script now as somebody approached me and told that his account was not credited after depositing. I sent this issue forward to the admin of Merchandies and am awaiting his response. I hope that the account crediting process is now ok and so I will be able to review Merchandies on my blog soon enough. The first payment was already received by the way.
This is the list of online programs that paid me today: AsianInvestGroup, XagaEnterprise, EwoCapital, TheDollarDiggers, Fexity, GoldNuggetInvest, NovalexFinance, SigmaTral, UnitFX, ForexExperts, GeniusFunds, Verifield, SilverLodge, NorthBizz, VentureFundsGroup, Treckswana, LonixFinance, SteadyGrowthInvest, ElegantMoney, EnscoOffshore, OrybFunds, PanaMoney, Merchandies (the first payment received) and YesICanSurf (the first payment received).
YesICanSurf is a new program on my list. It has an interesting concept of long-term low-ROI autosurf but better suited to HYIPs in my opinion. It pays 1.7% for 120 days (204% in total including your principal). The payouts are processed daily and the minimum to request is $1. Each adpack will cost you $2 only and you can upgrade via five popular payment processors: LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney. AlertPay, SolidTrustPay and StrictPay. YesICanSurf was apparently named after the popular election slogan by Barack Obama “yes, we can” and the investment plan is even called “Obama plan”. I think a touch of humor is really what this industry needs most now and the admin realizes this. By the way, the admin of YesICanSurf Sarah is a very responsive person and she already helped me with some issues along the way. All the other features YesICanSurf is having I can’t complain on: the graphics are beautiful and the layout is quite user-friendly, the site is hosted on a dedicated server with DDoS-protection provided by HushHosting, the plan is reasonable and sustainable in the long run and all the major e-currencies are accepted. I think not only me thinks that the site has a lot of potential as after 5 days online YesICanSurf has over 200 members already. More about YesICanSurf can be read on my blog tomorrow.
The second program I joined yesterday was CoolReturn. It is a kinda conservative HYIP where the rates start from 1% to 3% for 100 days with principal returned at the end. The program launched a couple of days ago but is already offering a nice $10 bonus for all new investors which will be deposited to your account and you will be able to withdraw $0.10 profit daily. I guess the admin is simply hoping that being satisfied with the free bonus the investors will want to deposit more but there is no obligation and all you have to do is to open a free account in CoolReturn and contact the admin of the program to claim your bonus. The minimum to invest in CoolReturn is $10 but the choice of payment processors is quite poor: only LibertyReserve, Pecunix, V-Money and C-Gold are accepted. Another thing I don’t like about the program is that CoolReturn is hosted on a shared with 200 other sites and a server which is not so safe and could possibly lead to significant downtime in the future. The administration of the program claims to be investing in Google Adsense and sports betting which is legal of course but no solid proof was shown. So we can take these claims with a grain of salt especially considering the above mentioned disadvantages. I’m going to review CoolReturn after the first profits are received so stay tuned for that!
That’s all for today and I’m going to bring you two posts tomorrow: another interesting and hopefully useful interview, comprehensive review and of course the most recent news from the Industry! Remember to always stay on the money with Money-News-Online!
