24/07/09. 12DailyClicks Review and Other News
Hi everybody! I must admit that the world of online surfing based investment programs has left me somewhat mystified of late. And I know I said recently that I would in future be highly selective about the surfing programs I would participate in and blog about. And not without a good reason either. I mean we can probably all come up with examples of programs that were just the most blatantly obvious scams designed to part the gullible from their cash in record time, but the collapse of some seriously good surfing programs run by competent and experienced admins has left a bitter taste in the mouths of most.
So it’s not without a certain degree of trepidation that I approach the subject of today’s review: 12DailyClicks. But at the same time I am quite positive about the program. I would stand by my original reviews of most programs. But there is always other factors beyond anyone’s control that you simply cannot foresee in any review. In the case of autosurfs it’s the public and their willingness, or lack of it, to join. There have been a few examples now of good solid programs that failed, not because the admin wasn’t capable of running it but because the general investment making public just didn’t want to know about it.
Now I don’t want to start a review by sounding negative, so let me be clear that the real point of what I just said is that 12DailyClicks is a pretty good program and one that deserves to at least have you take a second look at it. It’s hard not to tar it with the same brush as so many other surfing programs at the moment, but just based on individual merit 12DailyClicks is at least worth thinking about. I gave it a lot of thought and decided to join. Not because I think they can rescue the entire surfing side of the online investment industry (they can’t, nor should they have to) but because as an individual one on one basis I like the program and have chosen to not accept the baggage that sometimes accompanies new surfing programs. And considering that membership now numbers over 200 in less than a week, I’m not alone in thinking that. It’s not a huge number I know, but under the circumstances it’s more than acceptable.
So now that I have that out of the way, let’s take a closer look at what it’s all about. Well the name itself is slightly misleading. It’s a surfing site, that much is true, but it’s an autosurf and not a manual one. You don’t actually need to click anything 12 times as the name might suggest, you only need to do it once. The program will do the rest. Not a big deal, but I just mention it because I know some of you do have a preference. Anyway, 12DailyClicks follows the ever popular model of earning 12% interest on your deposit for 12 consecutive days resulting in a total payment of 144% made on expiry. So basically that means spend $100 and get $144 back 12 days later. Pretty simple you would think, right? It was a seemingly endlessly popular concept with some of the great surfing sites last year, which seems almost like a Golden Age now. The name MegaLido springs to mind. I wouldn’t draw a connection between them you understand and I don’t think there is any, but I do suspect an experienced hand to be at work here nonetheless.
So what do you have to do to get paid? Well it’s the magic number 12 again. You need to surf 12 sites in automatic mode. The minimum to deposit in order to participate, the price of one ad pack in other words, is $10. The maximum number of ad packs you may buy is 100, or $1,000 in monetary terms, but you are allowed to have anything up to six active upgrades($6,000) running simultaneously at any given time. So it’s affordable to join, but more so the excellent choice of payment options also contribute to making the whole package more attractive. All the popular processors are accommodated here with AlertPay, SolidTrustPay, StrictPay, PerfectMoney and LibertyReserve all being accepted. Once requesting your payout on expiry you are asked to allow them 24 hours to process it.
The security appears well up to an acceptable standard as well, which is something you should always look into first in my opinion. I’m not entirely sure who the hosting provider is so I can’t comment on that, but I do know that they are on a dedicated Staminus server and that really is the best available. Script is licensed from Neversay, so that’s safe enough too.
I the unlikely event of you coming up with a question not covered on their quite extensive FAQ section, you’ll find the admin to be pretty active on the MMG forum. He’s been very responsive up to now and that’s not a bad quality in any admin. To contact them directly via the 12DailyClicks website itself you have the usual e-mail ticketing system. Best of all though is the Live Chat feature for whenever the admin is logged in. I’m not sure if he keeps a regular daily schedule here, but if he agrees to an interview I’ll ask what’s the best time to catch him there.
The only other thing I can think of adding is that everything seems to be in place for 12DailyClicks to become a huge success. Everything except one crucial factor that is. You. The admin has done everything he can conceivably do in order to make 12DailyClicks a runaway success and in a perfect world that’s what we would be looking at now. One thing I simply can’t factor into any review is whether or not anybody reading this actually cares. If the public just don’t wanna know about it then it matters very little how good the program itself is. So what I can tell you is that as an autosurf, 12DailyClicks is excellent and deserves to be popular. What I can’t tell you is how popular it will be in reality. What happens next is entirely down to the support offered by the members in re-joining once their plans expire and trying to recruit others. If the admin can make the first cycle a worthwhile and profitable experience then that should hopefully go a long way towards establishing a firm and loyal membership base. It’s a slower process than I’d like of course, but that’s how it goes in the surfing industry at the moment.
So the bottom line? 12DailyClicks is a worthwhile project and there is little else the admin can do to improve on it. Everything is in place and now the future of it really just hinges on the reaction of the members and the surfing public. I think it deserves a good reaction but whether it gets it or not remains up to you.
Other news for today.
First of all I would like to give you another update on GoldNuggetInvest because I know that this is the most popular program among my readers. Well, as I was cautiously optimistic about their fate yesterday now I’m even more than confident that soon their current troubles will be nothing more than an unpleasant memory. Although the site of GoldNuggetInvest is still offline, an encouraging update can be seen by anybody that try to access it:
“We expect to have the site up and running on or before Friday, July 24th at 6:00 PM GMT, 1:00 PM EDT. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. As a result of these last three day’s unpleasentries, it was decided that a complete reinstall of our servers and database was the appropriate remedy. This procedure has proven to take longer than first anticipated.
We thank you for your patience and anxiously look forward to serving you upon completion of these activities.”
Although it’s just an estimated time frame it’s still better than nothing. The communication with members was always a strong feature of Robert and all GoldNuggetInvest staff. And even yesterday when their website was down as well as their official ASA forum Robert managed to send me an update to publish on my blog and calm down the investors of his program. I really appreciate such efforts to keep the program going and investors remain informed even when such enormous headaches and hacking issues continue. Today I read on ASA forum that the head of GNI support staff Todd admitted that the hackers they are currently dealing with were not taken seriously enough and were underestimated. At the same time GoldNuggetInvest didn’t give in to them and refused to pay any ransom from the investors money. Apparently the admins of some other programs did which only exacerbates an already dangerous situation. So with all the current updates I don’t think the members of GoldNuggetInvest (reviewed here) have anything too serious to worry about yet. I still trust in the and the capabilities of the GNI staff to bring the site back up as soon as possible, especially after reading this update from Todd:
“Well, I’ve got the bulk of my emails responded to. I spoke in great length to Robert over some issues…some pleasant, some not as much so.
All of you have made suggestions, some of which are more readily implementable than others, but none can be readily installed to correct the current status.
This has to be done manually and, as we speak, is being done. The perpetrators, to their uncanny credit, are sophisticated, knowledgeable and experienced.
Unfortunately, and that which gives them motivation to pursue this is other site owners and admin have capitulated to their blackmail, something we refuse to do.
Regardless of their antics, Robert and Jurgen continue to place trades, and, all the while Robert is working with our security provider BL to get this site up and at em.
There is something that needs to be made perfectly clear. This project has business model which has guided its growth and obvious success. Under no circumstance(s) will GNI permit perpetrators of blackmail and extortion to force the deviation from this model.
What allows us to take this position of strength is the overwhelming support of our customers and clients
Our sincerest of thanks to you all.”
I have received many emails from readers who invested with NovalexFinance and are concerned with the ongoing situation with pending payouts for the last three days now. Unfortunately I can’t bring you any good news except maybe for the ones joined via the StrictPay payment processor. It seems the payouts are still being processed from Novalex’s StrictPay account and there were only few complaints received by them so far. This is the reply one of my readers got from StrictPay support after he requested some info on Novalex’s account status:
“We have received a few complaints and have been monitoring their account. Their activity looks typical of their account, but we will continue to monitor it. Have a great day.”
Anyway, I guess any attempt to withdraw huge amounts of money from StrictPay will be reversed by the administration and I suppose NovalexFinance‘s administration knows this perfectly well. That’s why many StrictPay withdrawals are not affected at all. Of course, it doesn’t mean that you should reinvest in NovalexFinance just after receiving your next withdrawal from them as it’s now just a matter of time before the payouts halt completely on StrictPay as well.
By the way, some investors that managed to get through with online chat on NovalexFinance website got a promise that all the pending payouts and even referral commissions would be paid by Monday. Well, this is way too bold a statement to believe entirely, especially considering that there is still no official update from the admin of NovalexFinance on the site. He still keeps silent and probably only tells the support members what to tell investors to make them calm down. Surely this will not last for too long and if the payouts don’t resume within the next few days the program will inevitably collapse. This is just how things work in this industry and I don’t believe NovalexFinance will be any exception and surely it can’t last for much longer. I will repeat that I strongly advise you NOT to invest in NovalexFinance at least until we hear something official from the admin (which I doubt will happen anyway). Anyway, miracles sometimes happen but I don’t think we should expect them in this case. I might be wrong of course, but let’s just wait till Monday before assessing the situation further.
Although sometimes HYIP programs recover and continue paying their members even after a few days of downtime. The best example of that is AsianInvestGroup (reviewed here) that successfully returned to Paying status on my monitoring page after successfully mitigating a huge DDoS-attack experienced over the last couple of days. In addition, both of my principals invested with them expired after 20 weeks and were successfully paid to my LR account. So I guess we have nothing to worry about as I know many other members of AsianInvestGroup have been paid as well. The program is really a prime example of a successful comeback and they’ve done it more than once before. I hope it will be able to continue despite these frequent downtimes. Here is the official update from the admin I received this morning:
“We have recovered after heavy DDOS attack and our site is online again.
As you might notice due to database error caused by DDOS attack some amounts were mistakenly credited to your account multiple times.
This is corrected. You need to re-submit withdraw request.”
My deposit expired in PanaMoney (reviewed here) as well and I decided to reinvest straight away. PanaMoney has been an excellent performer since September 2008 and all my experience with them was extremely positive. They provide very fast and efficient support and their administrator seems to be a very knowledgeable and professional. He provided my blog with a very detailed answer to every question I managed to ask him and you can make sure of this by yourself by reading my interview with Allen Flank (the admin of PanaMoney) published here. It’s no wonder therefore that PanaMoney occupies #2 in my list of recommended programs now with only GNI ahead of it. It certainly deserves it for all the flawless work for months on end and hopefully for many more to come.
SazaInvestments (reviewed here) is another good program which pays 8%-10% weekly forever and though it has a long way to go before reaching the stature of quality programs like PanaMoney it’s definitely on the right track. Although it was surrounded by some controversies regarding their questionable registration (we touched on this topic briefly in my interview with the admin of SazaInvestments published here) now that it’s just getting better when they removed the certificate of incorporation. I hope they listened to my advice that instead of arousing suspicion it’s always better to get things straight and remove anything questionable from the site. Anyway, hopefully soon the new registration documents will be uploaded on the SazaInvestments site as the admin promised. So far the program really pays like clockwork. The payouts are made just once per week (on Fridays) but usually they are very fast and you can be sure you’ll get paid on the same day you requested a payout. Also I like the fact that they are sending some reminders to their members when the deposit button is disabled so it’s really hard to forget to make your withdrawal. If you didn’t do this yet today then you’re advised to do so as soon as possible as the withdrawal button will be disabled in a few hours and you won’t be able to do it again until next Friday. This is the latest reminder from SazaInvestments:
“Because part of our staff is traveling a lot lately for our businesses we decided to open couple of hours earlier the cashout button today. So please don’t forget it’s Friday and it’s payday again for us, so request your withdrawals. Thank you all for your trust in us.”
ExcellentProfit program (reviewed here) finally added StrictPay as their third payment processor like they promised in the interview (read it here). Hopefully this will raise some interest into their program which is paying 1.5% for 60 business days with the principal returned back on expiry. Here is the latest from ExcellentProfit:
“Dear Clients, Our administrative team has just added StrictPay as a payment solution. We are constantly making changes with payment solutions. Our next goal would be to explore other options and also implement bank channel soon. Nathan, Support Department.”
Xchanger added PerfectMoney payment processor in testing mode and now you are able to exchange four payment processors with them. Together with PerfectMoney they are: LibertyReserve, SolidTrustPay and StrictPay. I would like to add that PerfectMoney exchange rates are not so good I know exchangers that will buy your PerfectMoney with 8% fees while Xchanger offers to exchange your PM to LR for example for a 10% fee, while the fees to exchange PM to STP and SP are even higher at 12%. Hopefully soon they will be reduced. Anyway, Xchanger is a service endorsed by MNO blog and you can read my interview with the admin Andrei here to find out more about them. Here is their latest news:
“Hi there, We’ve added PerfectMoney to our system. We are testing PerfectMoney right now and if we see if there is a demand for it we’ll keep it in the payment processors we accept.
You are welcome to exchange PerfectMoney to SolidTrustPay, StrictPay or LibertyReserve. The rates are based on the current market conditions.”
InvestmentForge (reviewed here) though being an excellent performer with fast payouts for about 4 months now publishes some really weird and useless updates on their site. I wonder what copy-pasted news about hedge funds has to do with them. What is it? Stupidity? Or desire to play on investors’ ignorance? I can’t say exactly. You can try to figure it out for yourselves by reading this latest pointless update published on InvestmentForge‘s website:
“Hedge Fund Inflows Reach $19.2 Billion – 23 July 2009
Dear members and partners!
Hedge funds attracted $19 billion of fresh capital (gross) in June, marking their second consecutive month of net inflows of $6 billion. Nearly 75% of all reporting hedge funds are in the black for H12009, with event driven funds up an impressive 19% (YTD), on average, according to Eurekahedge.
Gross inflows into hedge funds totalled a healthy $19.2 billion (or 1.5% of end-May assets), about two-thirds of which were negated by redemptions of $13 billion. A good portion of these redemptions (nearly $5 billion) represented the assets withdrawn by funds of hedge funds, which continued to witness redemption pressures as investors are increasingly opting to invest directly into hedge funds for better returns and capital protection, as well as relatively lower fees.
The Eurekahedge Hedge Fund Index gained 9.5% while the S&P 500 rose 1.8% over 1H2009. Since Jan-2007, hedge funds are up 10.4%, while the S&P 500 is down over 35%.
Best regards, InvestmentForge Team“.
It seems that in the current climate of uncertainty with so many well-established low-ROI programs collapsing or experiencing difficulties many investors wish to try their luck by investing in such high-risk but at the same time highly profitable HYIP games the most known of which now are InvestiMates (reviewed here), RegalProfit (reviewed here) and of course BestInv (reviewed here). It seems the admin of BestInv just can’t stop issuing the payouts with lightning speed and she still has time to reply to members questions and to be active on forums. You can read my interview with her published here if you wish. Being online for about two weeks already BestInv shows no signs of any trouble yet and dozens of new members are joining and depositing on a daily basis. Of course you should be aware that BestInv is not more than just a game with such high-paying plans as 120% after 5 days, 145% after after 10 days and 175% after 15 days. However, the quality of the program, flawless performance so far and many payment processors accepted keep the investors rushing into it anyway. Being aware of the risks involved you can increase your earnings in BestInv by attracting new members to the program and earning ref commissions for your efforts. This way not only will you help the program to stay online for longer but you will also get some reward for that straight to your BestInv account which you then can withdraw anytime. The admin of BestInv Olivia recently issued another newsletter that was devoted mostly to the ways of how you can benefit from your earnings in BestInv by attracting new members. Please read it carefully as these tips can be useful not only with BestInv but can be successfully applied to any other online HYIP:
“Dear Members,
