BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!

Hi everyone! As promised earlier today I’m back with my second review of the day so I hope I’ll be able to clear the backlog soon. Maybe I’m joining too many? Never, lol! Not as long as they earn a profit for us all anyway.

So now it’s the turn of Capitalex to come under the MNO microscope. This is a recently launched HYIP and like the program reviewed earlier today it also offers short-medium term investment plans. Or rather I should say “plan”. Singular. There’s just one but if it’s the right one for you then there is no problem. It keeps things pretty simple for admin and members alike if nothing else. And makes reviewing it so much easier for me. Not that that’s exactly an advantage to Capitalex of course!

So anyway what is this plan? Well for deposits ranging from a minimum of $10 up to a maximum of $20,000 (that figure has recently been increased by the way) you are offered a daily interest payment of 2.5% with your principal returned on expiry. Payments are made on business days, so that’s Monday through Friday for 40 business days. Or if you prefer to put it another way you get paid 5 days per week for 8 weeks. So let’s take an example. Suppose you were to invest $100 with Capitalex. That would entitle you to a daily payment of $2.50. You would receive this five days per week adding up to $12.50 by the end of the week. At the plans expiry date that will all add up to $100, which is equal to your principal. So you need to wait for your original deposit to be returned before anything can be considered a profit. But should everything go according to plan it effectively doubles your money after just eight weeks.

Accepted payment options with Capitalex are the standard norm for online HYIPs with LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, and StrictPay being the e-currencies of choice. Bank wires are also available to those who prefer not to deal with online payment processors at all so contact the admin for further details if that includes you. And also just to finish with the finance side of things I’d just like to add that despite being online for around three weeks or so the plan on offer here can be sustained for quite some time if the admin knows what he is doing. Long enough to see you in profit anyway.

And speaking of whether the admin knows what he is doing, I have to say I suspect the answer to be yes. Unless I’m very much mistaken I believe it to be the same person behind a number of moderately successful HYIPs in the recent past. I know that tends to scare some people off but really, it never ceases to amaze me just how many online investors genuinely believe that HYIP admins are all exactly who they tell you they are and they are all genuinely involved with ForEx trading and that none of them have ever contributed to more than one (the current one) online program. Wake up folks, there’s guys out there that have been doing this for years! Just running one program after another as a full time occupation.

Of course I can’t actually prove this is the case with Capitalex. So as I have already mentioned who I think they are when I first introduced the program a couple of days ago, I don’t feel the need to repeat it. But I’ll just say that mostly they were not bad programs. They were not exactly world record beaters, but they were well managed and dependable payers while they lasted. And at least the admin has some experience under his belt. Plus the fact that he’s kept it a bit more simple this time which could help in the long run.

Security wise Capitalex is of reasonable quality. It’s hosted on a dedicated server with good anti DDoS protection and features a highly customized script. There is also SSL encryption. You can contact customer support via an online ticketing system and the admin is also available from time to time on the main investment discussion forums. You will see the links to the relevant threads on their Ratings Page. And the design is also quite crisp and professional in appearance with convenience and ease of navigation at the forefront. I would have one major criticism about that though and it’s the lack of any kind of FAQ page. Granted the program is quite simple and straight forward with very little being difficult to understand, but not everybody who plays with HYIPs has the same command of the English language. And it will just add to the admin’s workload in the long run when he finds himself answering the same question ten times a day when all he really needs to do is answer it once and put the answer on open display.

Mercifully we have been spared too much of the drivel that fills so many other HYIP websites about their business and investment activities. OK, so there is a brief mention of ForEx trading (isn’t there always?) but to their credit Capitalex do go on to say very explicitly, and I quote, “We are not a registered company or licensed bank or financial firm.” So read between the lines here and treat this as you treat any online HYIP. Accept the risks and keep it sensible. The best way to use Capitalex is as part of a well diversified portfolio. The final word? Average, but an improvement on their previous effort.

Other news for today.

First of all I have to tell you that MetaStocks just paid the pending withdrawals so I have returned it to Paying status on my monitoring page. Hopefully everything is ok now. To read more about MetaStocks paying 23% for 5 days please refer to my detailed review published here.

I have also moved LiberalTrade back to Paying status as well. I have checked the forums and see that other people are also getting paid. That gives me hope that LiberalTrade (reviewed here) will be able to continue as usual. At least I really hope it will happen.

It seems OnisGroup also started payouts and I got reports on my ShoutBox that many investors received their pendings as well. So I must say it was a false alarm and OnisGroup is still paying on time. Some members of AdsDailyPro (reviewed here) experienced some difficulties in loading the website today. Now though everything seems to be back to normal and the admin Diane sent a newsletter where she explained the reasons behind today’s issues and also told of the growth AdsDailyPro experienced lately. The admin of CoolReturn program (reviewed here) sent out another monthly newsletter to his members. The program has been online for over three months and is still paying well. However with such low returns of 1% for 100 days (for deposits lower than $500) this can hardly be called a major achievement either. It’s obvious to me that CoolReturn is just slowly but steadily earning a reputation as a reliable HYIP.
