17/01/2010. IwFunds Review and Other News
THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!
Hi guys! Hope you’re all enjoying your weekend so far. Busier than the usual weekend so far for myself though. After the interview I had yesterday I needed to have a few technical adjustments made to the site which unfortunately took a little longer than anticipated. So apologies for not bringing you the news last night but I’d like to get back it straight away. First though I need to tell you about one of the latest additions to my monitoring list. I introduced it already during the week, and I have to say there has been some interest in it. It’s called IwFunds and it’s a new short to mid term HYIP.
And it’s quite a simple one as well. And don’t get me wrong, that’s a quality I like in shorter and medium term programs. In a fast paced business it helps to keep things moving. Anyway, what are IwFunds trying to tempt us with? They have four investment plans, all of which have their own merits but like most investors I have my own favorite. I’ll get to that in just a moment but let’s take a look at them all first and you can see if you agree.
Out of the four plans, three of them pay on expiry and one of them pays by the day. And that’s the one I want to start with. It’s called the Standard Plan and it runs for 7 days. It will take a minimum deposit of $10 to join. The maximum amount to deposit is $2,500 which I guess is about as much as anyone would want to deposit here. In return for that you are offered a daily payment of 18% interest on your investment. Your principal is already counted in these payments so you won’t be getting that back. By the time the plan expires you should have broken even after the sixth day and finish with a total of 126% of your initial investment. Or in other words 100% of your principal plus 26% profit. Not bad for a week’s work!
The first of IwFund‘s on expiry plans is called the Basic Plan and it runs for just 3 days. You can join for as little as $5 or as much as $2500. Upon expiry you will receive a once off payment of 110% of your principal, which is already counted in the payment. Pretty simple like I already said and 10% is and easy couple of bucks for your self for just three days of waiting.
The next plan is a bit more substantial. The risk goes up a bit as does the reward. The cost of it doesn’t however as you can still join for just $10. It’s called the Premium Plan and it runs for 14 days. On expiry you will receive a once off payment, which includes your principal, of 160%. Or if you prefer, your money back plus 60% profit.
The fourth and final plan IwFunds has to offer us is called the VIP Plan. It runs for 20 days and offers a total payout on expiry of 190%, which includes your principal. I like this plan, and I’ll tell you why – the cost of joining. I am aware of the risk, ok, so no need to remind me of that. I am also aware of just how long anything that offers to (almost) double your money in 20 days can be sustainable for, i.e not that long at all. But consider this. It only costs $15 to join and I think that could make this a popular pick. Granted the maximum amount you can deposit is $5000 but if you are going to start throwing money like that around, well that’s a whole other story. But if you enjoy playing the HYIP markets and want to play this one for the fun of it as much as the profit then it might be worth a shot if we are only talking about 15 or 20 bucks. Basically I like the plan because the risk is high but the cost isn’t. Unless you get greedy that is. Playing with 15 bucks is fun. Playing with the mortgage money isn’t.
But it’s not my favorite plan. That would be the daily paying Standard Plan where IwFunds will provide you with high profits for a relatively low risk and in the worst case scenario the ability to claim at least part of your deposit back in the event of something going seriously awry with the program.
Your payment options include AlertPay, LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney. A nice little extra for you if you join via LR and PM is the facility of instant payouts. You still have to request them of course but once you do they will appear in your e-currency account in a matter of seconds. Faster than you can log out of one and into another. Unfortunately AlertPay doesn’t facilitate instant payouts in this program, but you should still receive it in 24 hours or less which is a good standard for the industry.
Apart from that the admin assures us that StrictPay will be added shortly. If that’s your favorite processor then keep an eye on MNO because as soon as it’s added I’ll make sure that right here is the first place you’ll find out about it. As usual!
IwFunds is hosted on a dedicated Staminus server which is supplied by DdosWiz. The script is licensed from GoldCoders. IwFunds have taken the unusual step of adding a “license checker” so you can satisfy yourself that the script really is licensed and not some hacked black market version. Which is fine but the thing that really impressed me was the addition of SSL encryption which is (unbelievably for 2010) still such a rare sight in the online HYIP business so kudos to IwFunds for that. Any questions can be directed at the admin through the online support ticket form.
It’s a nice website overall and easy to use. Cool graphics and a design from WebLineAlliance, though not counting for anything important, do provide a good first impression and that can’t be underestimated either when we talk about short term programs. There not around forever so snap judgments often need to be made, right? Actually the graphics kinda reminded me a bit of that “Mad Men” TV show some American readers might be familiar with. Sort of a sleek and sixties style look to it.
Don’t go looking for any stories about the business and investment activities of the administration team. They aren’t there. Brief and vague mentions are alluded to on the IwFunds homepage of some sort of trading accounts but this is just too cryptic, even by HYIP standards! Take it as a regular online HYIP game, treat it as seriously as it deserves, and don’t do anything that prevents you from enjoying the experience. Nice plans and still only six days online so if your timing is right there could be an easy few dollars in it for you. More fun than a losing lottery ticket as long as you don’t go too far.
OTHER NEWS FOR TODAY.
GoldNuggetInvest is back online after modifying the script and is now offering two monthly plans: 16% monthly on deposits from $50 to $20,999, and 20% monthly for deposits above $21,000. Both plans are running for 14 months with the principal being already factored in those payouts. The effective monthly rate therefore is lower but it’s still more than what your local bank can offer you per annum. So I guess this reformation was worth it and the vast majority of GNI members already agreed that such restructuring was much better than the other option which was the program’s liquidation. I’m not sure when the weekly plans will finally be closed and the money are transferred to members’ accounts. So far I can see the weekly plans and the monthly plans together in my account. The main difference now is that the money that was requested but never paid is now put back into the monthly plan. However the original deposit is still showing in the weekly plan. I guess that on the next stage all the deposits in weekly plans will be transferred into the monthly plan as was promised in the most recent newsletter from Robert (read it here). Anyway, the restructuring process will obviously take some time and probably at this moment it would be very risky to make any additional deposits to GNI until the first payouts resume in March. So I believe my “On Hold” status for GNI program is very fair. Robert himself confirmed to me today that they are hoping to be back on track by the first of March and I hope that’s when GoldNuggetInvest really should hold off as I don’t remember any program in my memory that could resurrect itself after such drastic changes. GNI really makes a positive change in this industry with its straightforward approach and I hope the changes will be eventually supported and accepted by all the members, even by those who are not in profit yet. Although if you have been in GNI since before September 2009 you should be in profit already (I’m not even talking about then members like myself who joined it back in 2008). Anyway, I suggest to wait for another news update anytime soon from Robert which will hopefully shed some light on the questions which many investors undoubtedly have now. I will also keep you informed on MNO regularly about the state of things in GoldNuggetInvest as I keep my position as the GNI exclusive monitor.
There was some important news from StrictPay payment processor last night about the deposit and withdrawal options. It seems that after eliminating ACH transfers last month they are short on another option – checks by mail. From now on you lose the opportunity to fund your account in StrictPay or withdraw your money from it using the check by mail option. Also emphasized by StrictPay was that they will be looking for a solution of this issue in the near future but if your check withdrawal request has been processed already it should clear without any issue. They just ask you not to delay with this process and lodge the check to your bank as soon as possible so the clearing process goes without any issues. There are still bank wire withdrawals and withdrawals via StrictPay Debit Card are available, in addition you can use the StrictPay official exchangers (like Xchanger for instance which is now offering a special promotion for StrictPay to SolidTrustPay for only 2%). Here is the official update from StrictPay administration about this:
“Dear StrictPay Customer, Due to current issues that our contracted check processing company is experiencing we can no longer offer check funding or withdraw options. We will send an update once we have a better idea of these issues and know what direction we need to go to make these options available again in the future.
Customers can currently deposit and withdraw using bank wires and exchangers. We also strongly recommend the use of our debit card as the loading times are fast and the funds are available to you as soon as we complete the transfer.
If you have a check withdraw in the system that has not been processed the request will be canceled and the funds will be added back to your account so that you can request a bank wire, debit card funding, or use the funds in a different way.
If your check has been processed and you received a message that it was mailed the check should clear with no issues. We do need you to cash the check as soon as you receive it as that bank account will be put on hold shortly until the contracted company addresses and fixes their current issues. All checks or money orders that have not yet been received and deposited will be returned to sender. Any checks that have already been received will be processed like normal.
Team StrictPay. The Best Payment Solution”.
By the way, though I don’t have a StrictPay DebitCard anymore I still have one from SolidTrustPay from the same card provider (GlobeWallet). So I noticed that recently SolidTrustPay processed all the withdrawal requests to Debit cards quite fast and there is nothing even remotely close to their past delays when it could take up to two weeks before your withdrawal to the card was processed. The last two times it took me only one business day to get money on my SolidTrustPay card. So I’m glad to say that they are back in business and hopefully all the delays in STP are now a thing of the past and will not happen again.
Let’s get back to the program updates now. I guess I’ll start with BarterCrown (reviewed here). For the last two days I received a couple of complaints from my readers that their StrictPay deposits were not showing up instantly. So if this is your case don’t delay and submit a support ticket to the admin providing your username, batch number of your SP deposit and (the most important thing) the plans you want to deposit in. I remind you that there are several plans on offer in BarterCrown and all them are paid on expiry: 103% after 1 day, 114% after 4 days, 130% after 7 days, 145% after 10 days, 260% after 28 days and 410% after 45 days. As of today all payouts in BarterCrown have been processed and the admin sent the newsletter informing the members about that:
“Hi all, All withdrawals have been processed.
Kind Regards. Thanks for doing business with us.
BarterCrown.”
It appears that the issue with AlertPay in GoldenFleeceFund (reviewed here) is not going to resolved anytime soon. And though in the official update the admin of GoldenFleeceFund Felix mentioned about some complications on AlertPay‘s side I don’t believe that this payment processor would refuse them. I would say that the problem was in the account GoldenFleeceFund used for accepting deposits and usually the problem arises when an admin can’t verify his/her account by providing any additional proof of his/her true identity. We all know that HYIPs are being run by unnamed persons who never use their real identities but AlertPay has quite a stringent policy regarding this. So the programs that were not able to confirm their true identity to which the account was initially verified (like GoldenFleeceFund in this case) had to discontinue their relationship with AlertPay completely. Anyway, GoldenFleeceFund urged everybody who invested via AlertPay to submit a dispute to have their funds returned and promised to compensate for this inconvenience with the earlier introduction of Bank Wire options. Here is the latest newsletter from GoldenFleeceFund:
“Hello, After reaching phone communication with AlertPay, we have decided to part ways in business. They made it quite clear to us we didn’t suit their business model and that the sheer large amount of funds transferring through was not the type of business they are looking for. They have told us they are a consumer driven product targeted at internet consumers.
We have disabled AlertPay internally in our systems. We accept LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, GlobalDigitalPay and EuroGoldCash as usual.
For our AlertPay depositors, we are unable to access our account features (why we have not done AlertPay payouts). You need to login to your AlertPay account and create a transaction dispute for the return of your funds. You will receive your funds back as AlertPay is a processor more like PayPal. If you wish to still use AlertPay, our favorite AlertPay exchanger is ecashworldcard.com – http://www.ecashworldcard.com They will process your AlertPay into LibertyReserve usually within 48 to 72 hours. We welcome your re-deposit of your funds when you have them in a currency that will allow our very high funds reserve requirement.
We are sorry to our AlertPay depositors that we were unable to continue business with AlertPay.
To all our other depositors, payouts are still continuing 7 days a week as usual with profits being earned Monday through Friday.
Remember, Bank Wire is coming soon and you may request our corporate registration documents using the contact us feature on the website. A member of our support team will email you back with the attachments.
Thank You, Felix Zeller. GoldenFleeceFund Manager”.
If you are not aware yet I have published another interview today with the admin of another short-term program HugMoney (it offers 122% after 5 days, 135% after 7 days and 200% after 20 days). You can read the interview on my blog here. The admin of HugMoney also notified his members today about the interview. Here is the update:
“Today Paul ( MNO ) Published our Interview.
Here is Interview Link.
Please Check It. Thanks.
Albern Walker. HugMoney.”
Things are moving ok for WeeklyDividend (reviewed here) and the site is growing with stable rate. I remind you that WeeklyDividend offers some quite moderate returns of 1.1%-1.5% daily and 9%-11% weekly with no expiry. The admin of WeeklyDividend though stated in the interview for MNO (read it here) that he has some stable income from ForEx trading with the help of trading robots. Of course you’re free to believe it or not but at least the story is there and Ed, the admin promised to provide some more evidence of their successful trading soon. Today I received a regular newsletter from him stating that WeeklyDividend has almost 600 members and that those people who couldn’t access the site for some reason should contact him to get their IP whitelisted. Here is the newsletter:
“It is the end of another wonderful week for WeeklyDividend! We are very close to crossing the 600 member mark which is excellent for the amount of time that we have been open to the public.
Remember that this is just the very beginning of many wonderful things to come for the members of WeeklyDividend.
I would like to ask anyone that is having trouble accessing the WeeklyDividend website to please email me at support@weeklydividend.com so that I can fix the problem for you. Occasionally our Ddos protection will blacklist an ip that accesses the site to quickly and I’ve gotten a few reports of this.
Other than that we are moving along nicely and it continues to be business as usual.
If anyone has any comments or suggestions in regards to WeeklyDividend please also submit them to the same email address. Our members are our greatest asset and we will continue to work hard for you!
Thank you, Ed and the WeeklyDividend Team, WeeklyDividend.”
InstantMoneyBets (reviewed here) has been online for over two months already (can you imagine that?). Tomorrow they will be having a script upgrade and a new design which will hopefully make their program even more attractive for investors. There will be instant payouts to some payment processors after the upgrade process is complete. InstantMoneyBets is now offering four investment plans (1.2% for 6 days, 1.9% for 42 days, 2.23% for 120 days, 18.2% weekly for 202 days) and accepts seven e-currencies. More info about the program can be read in my interview with the admin published here. This is the latest news from the program:
“Wow now we are over 60 Days online, have more then 1090 Members and YES we have paid to this members over 47.000$.
Is it great?
Tomorrow we will setup the Script Updates and the new Design.
After we have setup it, SP, GDP, CGold and PM Deposits will be back instant.
If you request GDP Payouts, please write your GDP Number into the Comment field.
Thanks for all members. Michael and Staff”.
It was a headache for me to read the first update I received from the admin of Xcelsus program (yet to be reviewed on MNO). With no punctuations it’s really hard to do as I have no idea when the first thought finishes and and the next one begins. From what I was able to understand he wrote that if you deposited in Xcelsus via LibertyReserve and your account was not credited automatically please contact him and your issue will be resolved. Here is the newsletter from Xcelsus:
“Hi and welcome to all members and investors at Xcelsus, a week already, we are achieving a slow but steady growth, as my Grand father use to say “excellence always sells”, remember to diversify your investments, save some money in Xcelsus ill be growing, like us, i know roi is not very appealing but is secure, so is your investment with us, and as we grow also the returns will, we are here to stay and we didn’t came to see if we can, but because we can we are here, other issues now LR deposits don’t show immediately but they will don’t worry also your daily earnings don’t show don’t worry all calculations are done of line what is important is that when payment day comes your earnings arrive to your e-money account if not, worry, i mean write a support ticket with your user name, please send us any ideas or suggestions, we will be glad to hear from you, by now welcome once again and have a safe and pleasant weekend, thank you. Best Regards, Boss. Proud Xcelsus Admin”.
