BEWARE! THE PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST!

Hi everyone! Hope you’re all having a nice weekend so far, as it’s been pretty good for me so far. As Sunday is usually the quietest day of the week for me I decided to take advantage of the free time and do a little more exploring in the area surrounding Bergen before I leave on the ship in a couple of days. I decided to go climbing on Mount Ulriken this time, the highest mountain in the area. And at 643 meters, let me tell you it was some pretty tough work! But very very rewarding when you make it to the top as it’s just spectacular up there. Absolutely breathtaking. I think both of my legs have earned a cold beer this evening. Maybe tomorrow, because I’m too sore to enjoy it tonight, lol!

One thing I have to report to you today that I am very pleased about is the recent decision by the admin of Vodapex to upgrade his listing on MNO. If you use the information on my monitoring page you might have noticed their name as they’ve been listed there for about the last three weeks or so. And it’s been a good little performer up to now, always consistent and always paying on time. Over the last couple of weeks there’s also been a few changes made to the Vodapex website itself, but now that the admin considers it to be more or less complete it’s time to start expanding the program’s horizons a little and trying to bring it to a wider audience. He seems to have one or two other promotional ideas up his sleeve to help that along it’s way and I’ll get to that in a moment. First let’s start with the plans.

Vodapex has four of them and they vary in range from medium to long term. All of them make daily payments and all of them will see you in profit before they mature. Unusually for longer term HYIPs however, they only make a partial refund of your principal when the plans expire. And that’s not such a bad thing. In adding a small lump sum payment at the end they return just enough to make the plans seem that little bit more attractive but without putting too much of a drain on the programs cash flow. Each of the four plans is different but don’t worry if you don’t quite understand it all just yet because I’ll give you some examples as we go.

First up is The Silver Plan. It runs for a term of 45 days and is open to deposits from a minimum of $5 to a maximum of $10,000. Your deposit will earn a daily payment of 2.8% interest – allowing you to break even after 36 days – and on expiry you will see 24% of your principal returned. That all adds up to a 150% return, 50% of which is profit.

So what does that mean in practical terms? For a $100 spend you get $2.80 per day, which accumulates to $19.60 per week, gets you your hundred back on day 36, and will see you finish with a total of $126. Then Vodapex will return an additional $24 form your principal, giving you a final return of $150 on your investment, or $50 profit.

Vodapex‘s second plan, oddly enough called The Bronze Plan, runs for a term of 60 days. The daily interest payment stays at 2.8% but upon expiry you can expect back 26% of your principal which will all add up to a final figure of 196%. Minimum investment required to join this plan goes up to $50 and the maximum goes to $15,000.

So for a $100 spend here you would still receive $2.80 per day, still break even on day 36, but on expiry your daily earnings will have amounted to $168. Add that to the $26 from your principal and you have a total of $196, or 96% profit.

Next we have The Gold Plan. You’ll need a $100 minimum to join this one so it’s getting a bit more serious from here. The plan runs for 90 days this time and in return Vodapex are still offering 2.8% interest per day. On expiry the portion of your principal getting returned goes up to 28% which brings your total return up to 280%, or 180% profit. Maximum spend is $15,000.

So for a $100 spend in this plan you again receive $2.80 per day, again break even after 36 days, but finish up with payments totaling $252. Add the $28 from your principal that then gets returned and we have a grand total of $280.

And finally there’s The Platinum Plan. At a $200 minimum it’s not quite for everyone’s wallet but on the other hand other programs that offer similar plans to this one can often ask for several thousand dollars to join, so putting things in perspective it’s actually not that bad a deal. As long as you can afford it that is. 2.8% is still the daily payment but as the plan runs for 120 days this time and returns 30% of your principal on expiry then your total earnings here will add up to 366%, or 266% profit.

Something I like about the Vodapex plans is that none of them carry much more of a risk than the other three. Other than the obvious fact that they cost a couple of extra bucks to join, they all have you break even on exactly the same day. So in that sense (if it’s not too much of a financial burden for you) you may as well take a chance on one of the later ones. You’ll break even just as fast but afterwards your potential earnings are quite a bit better.

One thing that has improved since the initial launch of Vodapex is the introduction of instant payments. The list of payment processors isn’t all that great mind, with just LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, and for the first time (that I’ve seen) in about six months, RoutePay. Yes, there are certain advantages such as convenience and ease of use, but also certain disadvantages in that there will be no assistance offered in the event of any payment difficulties. Anyway, that seems to be the usual way for longer term HYIPs at the maoment so Vodapex is really no worse than any of them in that sense. And I think instant payments will probably go a long way towards compensating for the lack of choice. I mean who doesn’t like them, right?

Like a lot of the better organized programs these days, the admin has opted to avoid the more generic style scripts in favor of something a bit more original. The hosting provider is Koddos and they are keeping Vodapex on a dedicated Staminus Server. The website also comes with SSL encryption as provided by Comodo. Any further questions you may have can be put to the admin via the online support form. In my short experience they’ve been pretty reasonable folks to deal with so far.

One recent additional feature to Vodapex is the introduction of a monthly referral contest. Prize money here is a very generous $1,500 so no doubt that will give existing members a little jolt out of any complacency they may have been feeling and get them a bit more active in promoting the program. As we will shortly be entering September and we hope the recent mini-revival in the industry will pick up a bit more steam then hopefully (fingers crossed!) it might be a case of perfect timing for the program. Potentially it could anyway. A weekly financial report is now being sent to the members regularly so that won’t hurt either, helping as it does to keep the Vodapex name bouncing around public forums and the like.

The supposed business activities of Vodapex are apparently connected to the energy sector. I wouldn’t look into that in too much detail myself as the texts are not original and therefore not to be taken at face value. On the other hand I think the plans are unique and as well thought-out as the program itself. The overall impression is still good and the program is pretty well organized. I can’t tell you how long it’s going to run for but the real question is will it run long enough to make a profit from? As of now I’d have to say there’s a pretty good chance of it and I’d say the admin will at least make a serious attempt. Just remember to treat them like a regular online HYIP, base your investment on your own level of experience, and make sure to spread your money around between a diverse portfolio to help you with long term success.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY.

Another week has come to an end and that means that it’s time to get the results from the regular weekly polls and offer you some new ones. So let’s start with the most important poll (joking!). In the tea poll which is coming from the series of MNO Reader Profiles polls Lipton was acknowledged as the most popular tea brand among MNO readers (29% of the voters). In second place – Tetley (21%), followed by Twinings (18%) and Brooke Bond (15%). The outsiders were the most less popular Pickwick and Dilmah which both scored only 9% votes each. So in tea poll my preference is the same as with my readers. Well, I’m pretty flattered that we have so much in common as in the previous poll tea was named as the favorite drink among MNO readers as well.

I wonder if there are more similarities between us, guys. So for the next poll I ask you to choose your favorite color. Well, as you know mine is green as it’s featured everywhere on MNO. And it’s not because it’s the color of US dollars (although somebody might think that) but because it’s the color of nature in its wildest, color of peaceful and untamed forests where you can feel free and at one with eternity. That’s exactly what I experienced today when I stood on top of Mount Ulriken in Bergen – the feeling of total freedom and eternity. You can’t buy that for all the money in the world!.

Anyway, I feel that your favorite color will be the next thing I want to know about you. So please choose your favorite color from the following: white, black, green, blue, yellow, red, orange or purple. I will be waiting for your answers, guys, and will see the results in a week. For some reason I think nobody likes grey as it’s associated with boredom which has no place on MNO.

Today I returned from my climbing trip to find once again that my Shoutbox was spammed by this “caution” character whose self-destructive behavior really worries me. His hatred and obvious obsession with Pickash and its admin really doesn’t bode well with me and I can only imagine how miserable that guy’s life is if this is what occupies such a large part of his day. I truly feel sorry for that guy as he’s clearly unhappy with his life. But this behavior is starting to annoy the readers and I can appreciate that. Some of you have asked me to do something to prevent this from happening in the future. So I decided to make it harder for any spam related comments or any other slanderous or unsubstantiated rumors to be posted there. From now on to make any comment on my Shoutbox please register by choosing your desired username and password in the simple form which you can find in the Register link above the Shoutbox. I’m aware that it’s not the best way to keep spammers away, but at least it’s not going to be made easy for them. So please register and speak your mind in my Shoutbox as usual!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the MNO readers who participated in the other regular weekly poll that asked you to decide the future fate of the MNO forum. I’m really glad that the majority of my readers chose the first option and said that “The forum should stay online and the way it is now”. I think 38% of all the votes that picked this option really made my day. Thank you, guys!

I always appreciated constructive criticism and I’m aware that MNO forum turned into just another TG and MMG with little to no discussion and mostly containing votes from monitors. That’s why I also appreciate that Tony from HYIPBlogger has graciously agreed to become my moderator and help me improve the forum and make it more informative for investors. I appreciate his contribution and his ideas he already shared with me to make the forum better. I will try to implement some of them next week, and I ask you, guys, to be more active on the forum and actually create some discussions that will benefit everybody. If you create a thread on MNO forum and think that it might be interesting to encourage every MNO reader to share their opinion on that topic please don’t hesitate to contact me. I promise that if I find your subject deserving then I will mention it on my blog as well. Anyway, I’m also grateful to those 29% of my readers that think that “The forum should be reconstructed with more diverse subjects and moderators added” and voted for that option. I will listen to what you said and will implement some changes to the forum that you will see in the coming weeks.

Of course, there are also 17% of my readers that thought that “The forum should be removed as there is no way further discussion can be encouraged”. I respect that opinion and actually a week ago I had thought about that myself. Now, I’m not so sure about that and as per request of the majority of my readers I will try to rearrange my forum a bit and add more features that hopefully you will find useful and will change your mind about it.

The least voted option of the poll was “The forum should offer some incentives for the members to keep them interested in posting (i.e. paid-per-post or some regular cash contests)” as only 16% of my readers thought it should be done. I will still keep it in mind and perhaps some contests and incentives will be implemented on MNO forum as well in the near future.

Can you believe that I am running out of ideas for my next poll? Can you please help me with that? Submit your ideas for the next poll which will start tomorrow in my Shoutbox or email me your ideas at abramsonp@gmail.com I hope that someone comes with an interesting question by tomorrow.

Again thanks to everybody who contributes to the MNO community by sharing their ideas with me. You help me make MNO better and inspire me to continue what I started, guys. Thanks for that!

Since there was no other news to report today I will just leave you with the usual monitoring update about the payouts received today. So for the last 24 hours I was paid by the following:
GlobalTradeManagers, Vodapex, OptimumPride, AvaInvestment, OilStructure, VividTrade, CherryShares, ForexCompanyOnline, ReProFinance, YamaFinance, Flamanta, FundsOMatic, Forexica, HOX and UniteTrade.
