23/09/2010. GrapeVineFunds Review and Daily News from the Industry
BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST!
Hi guys! A couple days ago a somewhat offbeat and unusual HYI program was added to my monitoring page called GrapeVineFunds, a long term low rate of interest program allegedly with financial interests in the distilling and winery industry. In other words whiskey and wine making.
True or not at least it’s a welcome break from the endless conveyor belt of ForEx and precious metal HYIPs that seem to emerge by the truckload. And if you’re interested it’s also a subject that I personally know something about! I was something of an amateur brewer/winemaker myself in the past and have toured vinyards, breweries, and distilleries in several European countries as well as one in the US. And although it was only a hobby and one that I’ve since left behind I would still think of myself as a minor connoisseur of all things related to malt and grapes, lol! So hopefully the admin of GrapeVineFunds won’t be adverse to answering a few questions related to the topic should he agree to an interview.
All that’s of very little importance to you the investor of course so let’s move on to the more practical information you’ll need to get involved with them. GrapeVineFunds have three long term investment plans for you to think about. They come with a variety of payment options that include daily, weekly, and monthly depending on your chosen plan. Interest rates are variable and will depend on how much you decide to deposit, but I’ll go through them all for you below.
Your first choice offers daily payments and runs for 150 business days. It will only cost you a $2 minimum to join so it’s at least worth thinking about if you’re a smaller investor. From that up to a maximum spend of $100 GrapeVineFunds are offering 1.1% per business day. That would see you break even after 91 payment days and start earning pure profit after that. The total return will be 165% of your principal, which is already included. So your profit is 65%.
If you like that plan but you prefer to play with more serious numbers then you can earn 1.3% interest per day for the same 150 business day period. It will cost you a deposit from $101 to $1000 to avail of it, but if you do then you will have earned your principal back after 77 payment days and finish with a final amount of 195% of your principal, or 95% profit.
GrapeVineFunds second plan offers weekly payments. The payments themselves work out a little less on average that the previous plan but as the investment term runs for a longer period you might expect to earn a little more. In other words you will earn less for a week, but you’ll earn it for longer. Unfortunately that’s not exactly how it works out.
The minimum investment starts at a still reasonable $10 and anything between that and $500 will earn you a weekly rebate of 6.2% per week for 30 weeks. (The previous plan pays more over a 7 day period, but only lasts for just over 21 weeks). If that’s your investment budget then you can expect to break even after 17 weeks and finish up with a total return of 186%, principal included (86% profit).
If you have a couple of extra dollars to spend then a weekly interest rate of 6.4% for the same 30 week term is offered for deposits ranging from $501 to $5,000. That would allow you to break even after 16 weeks and finish with a total return of 192%, or 92% profit.
Unfortunately this plan would seem to be rendered somewhat pointless by the fact that a similar size deposit made in the daily plan can attract higher profits paid faster (or at least daily) and at a reduced risk, so it’s best to avoid this one.
The third plan pays by the month so is intended for those with more patience than shown by the average HYIP player. But in this case the lower rate of interest paid over a longer term will turn out to be more profitable in the long run. Assuming the gamble you take by participating pays off that is. The term runs for 8 months and during that time GrapeVineFunds will pay you 30% interest on deposits between $10 and $1000. This will see you break even on receipt of your fourth monthly payment and finish with 240% in total (140% profit).
Should you prefer to invest larger sums between $1001 and $5000 then GrapeVineFunds are offering a monthly payment of 35% for 8 months, meaning you break even after 3 months and complete the cycle with 280% of your principal (180% profit).
Clearly this is the most profitable plan in terms of how you actually complete the cycle, but given that the risk is substantially bigger and the fact that over the course of any given 30 to 31 day period the daily plan will still pay you more, it may be worth your while just joining the daily plan and reinvesting after it expires. Over the course of 8 calendar months it will be more profitable and less risky.
Moving on to the payment options, GrapeVineFunds are better than most. The usual HYIP favorites of LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney are there of course, and so too are AlertPay and SolidTrustPay, probably the most welcome sight for many readers and especially those using their debit card. On a side note now that StrictPay are finally a thing of the past STP are the only processor with such a debit card, which makes it hard to fathom how we see so little of them these days. Anyway, payments are made manually so you need to request them. The GrapeVineFunds admin requires you allow him up to 72 hours to complete your transaction, but at this early stage it’s fair to expect them a lot faster than that.
I must admit I was initially mistaken about the security of GrapeVineFunds and now know that it’s better than I first thought. The script will appear to most investors to be from a certain popular generic provider, whereas in actual fact (and I had to ask the admin about this) it’s fully licensed from HotHyip. Not a name I’m all that familiar with but as long as it’s licensed then the admin can count on a certain level of technical support. Where the security is to be found lacking however is with the hosting. The website is kept on a shared server, and while the admin assures me he will move it to a dedicated server if the need ever arises, I feel it best to be proactive in these things and take care of it before it goes that far. After all, knowing some of the low grade characters in this business, the need always arises! So it’s better than I thought at first but still needs improving. The hosting company is called HighHosting. Contact with the admin is made by filling out the form on the support page and submitting it.
Texts, what there are of them, appear to be original which at least demonstrates a little extra effort on the admin’s behalf. In fact the subject matter of their investment activities is a new one to me, and after I don’t know how many thousands of HYIPs listing ForEx and sports betting as their main sources of income it’s also welcome to see something different for a change. In this case it’s the purchase and reselling of wines and whiskey. How true it is is entirely up to you to decide, and if these things are more important to you than they are to me, then feel free to research it yourself and send your questions to the admin.
Personally of course I will made the same recommendation about GrapeVineFunds as I do with all other online opportunities and that is that you proceed with caution, keep your spending level at a safe and responsible level, don’t be afraid to ask too many questions, and use it only as part of a wider more diverse portfolio. Apart from that all I need to say is that if you join and enjoy a drop of the good stuff and know the difference between a malt and a bourbon, the difference between a merlot and a pinot noir, then I raise my glass and salute you. Good luck!
DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY.
I have received quite an interesting update from the admin of Vodapex today explaining in technical detail how the withdrawal process works within their script. I remind you that Vodapex pays 2.8% for 45-120 days and the payouts are always instant to LibertyReserve and RoutePay. As for PerfectMoney, the payouts are still manual and the administration of Vodapex are currently looking into ways to make them instant as well. During its first seven weeks online Vodapex managed to go straight to #7 in MNO rankings and proved to be a very popular program. So the insight to how it actually works and what technical requirements it uses should be appreciated as it explains the details which are usually kept in the background in HYIPs. So here is the latest newsletter from Vodapex (reviewed here) describing the automated withdrawal process to their investors:
“Subject: Vodapex Automatic Withdrawals!
Presently, Liberty Reserve and RoutePay cashouts are fully automatic. They are fully integrated into the Vodapex script and functions perfectly.
This is how the cashout process works. When you make a cashout, the details of the cashout are recorded in our database. Then the automatic payment script is called from our other secured dedicated server and given your account ID to process any pending cashouts. The script is mandated to run 100 loops on each payment with your account ID as the reference. The purpose for the loop is to ensure a response is received from Liberty Reserve or RoutePay when the api call is made. The api call is stopped midway when a response is received and the payment is made.
When there is no response, the script will continue running until the 100 counts are reached, then it will stop. The reason for this loop is to ensure that the payment is completed successfully.
If you are an investor in another company that also operates an automatic payment, or if you have money in both Liberty Reserve and RoutePay, we suggest that whenever you made a cashout and the cashout remains pending, you should try withdrawing with the other processor or from the other company. It will give you an idea that our automatic process remains active at all times.
Also, we are presently testing Perfect Money automatic cashout. When the test is completed, cashouts through Perfect Money will also be automatic. As a matter of fact, the Perfect Money automatic cashout script has long been part of Vodapex, but it only works from browser and not from server. We called Perfect Money attention to their documentation as it appears incomplete.
Best Regards. Admin. Vodapex.”
As I guessed in the previous update OrderDollar (reviewed here) had to disable instant withdrawals due to security concerns after only a day of introducing it. Well, what can I say? Of course, instant withdrawals are very much appreciated by the investors, especially considering the lack of choice of payment processors accepted by OrderDollar (currently only LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney), but security must come first and if a good admin discovers that instant payouts can breach the security of his site then he must disable it for the sake of the program’s longevity. I hope that this retraction will not affect the program’s performance as the payouts should be manually processed within 12 hours maximum for both plans: 23% for 5 days and 135% after 10 days. By the way, the first payouts from the second plan paying on expiry will be processed in a few days and I would like to find out when my readers in this one get paid. So please let me know via email or on my Shoutbox, Thanks, guys! And here is the latest short update from OrderDollar announcing the disabling of instant cashouts:
“Hello Members, Just a quick update regarding the withdrawal procedure. Due to security related concerns associated with the instant withdrawal feature, we have decided to disable instant withdrawals. All withdrawals will be processed within 0 to 12 hours, like before.
Regards, OrderDollar.”
Well, it looks like there is another holiday in Japan preventing YamaFinance investors from receiving their profits for today. Why, oh why do Japanese people like to have so many holidays – one might ask, lol? Anyway, just in case I checked out the list of public holidays in Japan and the next happy day for the people of Japan (and unhappy day for the rest of us) will be on the second Monday of October. So be ready for that, lol. Anyway, apart from those seemingly endless list of holidays YamaFinance (allegedly based in Japan of course, where else?) is paying instantly like clockwork to LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney on all the plans they offer: 1.2% for 100 business days, 6.25% for 22 weeks, 1.3%-1.55% for 110 business days and 1.6% for 120 business days. More on YamaFinance can be read in my review published here and the interview with the program’s administrator here. This is the latest news about this event in Japan due to which your profits will not be credited to your YamaFinance account but you will still able to withdraw them if its already accumulated and are present on your account balance:
“Welcome to YamaFinance.
Dear clients, please be informed that today on September 23 our company has a non-trading day due to Day of Autumnal equinox. The stock exchanges TSE, OSE, TFX and TOCOM also do not work.
The clients have a right to carry out the investment operations and to withdraw profit but the interest will not be paid due to no trading this day. We hope for your understanding and adequate attitude towards the company values.
YamaFinance – Peak of your financial imagination.”
The admin of WorldPrivateFunds (interviewed here) reminds us about the recent payouts and about the 5% bonus that can be obtained by everybody who made a new deposit within the range of $10 to $500 into one of the program’s various plans: 0.9% for 10 business days, 1.1% for 30 business days, 1.4% for 60 business days, 1.8% for 90 business days, 2.2% for 120 business days. Also Samuel, the admin, asked for members support with the public voting on forums and monitoring after receiving payments which will help the program grow and develop even further. Here is the latest from WorldPrivateFunds (reviewed here):
“All withdrawal requests for Sep 22nd have been completed.
Do not forget: all NEW deposits from $10 up to $500 (new or old members) are eligible for a 5% cash bonus that will be added manually directly to cash balance. This bonus may be withdrawn or reinvested any time the member wants.
We appreciate if you will post about your payment proofs on forums and vote us on monitors in order to increase rating and popularity of our investment program.
Thanks for your great support.
Do not hesitate to contact me for any problem.
Kind Regards. Samuel Arildsen
WorldPrivateFunds Admin”.
The admin of the above reviewed GrapeVineFunds Ryan refused to give in to blackmail today and said that he was tired of different promotional offers that he was inundated with over the last few days since his program was launched. Honestly, it looks like there are now more monitors and paid posters than the real investors in the industry. Maybe that is the reason why it’s not in very good condition now? Just food for thought. Anyway, Ryan posted the latest update today from GrapeVineFunds which you can see here:
“We have had another 40 members today and investments are very good, I am still being bombarded by monitors and so called people asking for money to post in the forums. I had one monitor prostoinvest.biz who actually asked for extra free money because he only invested $2 and I gave a $2 bonus. I refused to give him extra money so he changed his monitor to ‘problem’. I will not risk members money on greedy monitors so I have removed him from the monitors page, I hope you all agree with this decision.
We have a good business and I will not give in to blackmail. Ryan”.
I have added a program today which has been online for quite a long time already and which many of you have no doubt heard of already – FenixTrust – a program that has been online and paying since May 2010. Despite of only LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney being accepted FenixTrust is considered by many online sources as one to watch. Really, if we have a closer look at it we will see a totally unique script, original texts, hosting on a dedicated Staminus server, SSL-connection and very many other features that makes the program stand out from its competitors. Of course, the most important thing about FenixTrust is the reasonable and sustainable in the long run investment plans: 0.6% for 30 business days and 0.8% for 90 business days with fixed daily returns and fluctuating interest rates for 120-270 business days. Such a flexible approach and slow but steady growth of FenixTrust has attracted many investors all over the world and made the program already widely known among serious investors. I hope to give you more details about the investment plans FenixTrust is offering and the other unique features in the upcoming review of the program that will follow on MNO after the first payment is received.
Stay tuned also for more questions in the PawnShopFund sponsored contest that is running on the specific MNO forum thread and can be found here. As promised the next question was published today and was answered correctly within a few hours. Moreover, the admin of PawnShopFund Frederick (interviewed here) contacted me today and asked to reward not one but three right answers that were submitted on my forum thread tonight as apparently there were more than one right answer. So the lucky winners already received their $5 prize money to their accounts. And to all others I say don’t just sit there looking at others get paid free money, get involved and participate yourselves! It will cost you nothing to try, so why not give it a go? More interesting surprises will come on the MNO forum soon so stay tuned for that! This is only the first contest from many planned to make MNO readers a bit richer and a bit happier. So please check out this thread often as the next question will be posted daily. But always at a different time so everybody can get a fair chance of this opportunity and earn $5 prize money straight to their LR accounts.
