Beware! Mexeer has stopped paying! Do not invest there!

Hello everyone! I’m posting a bit earlier than anticipated this Sunday evening, as I wasn’t expecting there to be quite so much news there has been this weekend. At least I’m finally getting to write something while swinging in a hammock on my balcony here! Anyway one thing that forced my hand here was an unexpected scam which I needed to warn you about in the news section. With that in mind I also saw no further reason to delay the review of Mexeer, a new long term program just added to the MNO Premium List. There’s quite a lot to talk about in this one, so let’s get straight down to business and see what they’re all about and whether you think you can see room for Mexeer in your own portfolios or not.

What of the business interests allegedly driving the project then? Well, that’s what is supposed to set Mexeer apart from the rest of the HYIP industry, as they are presenting themselves not simply as an investment platform but also as some sort of quasi e-currency and an e-currency exchange center. Everything seems to work in their own e-currency, also called the Mexeer, however by a stroke of fortune it seems that one Mexeer is also exactly equal to one US Dollar. When you open your account with Mexeer first you will be given a wallet number, actually they call it a purse, much like a BitCoin wallet I suppose, or at least that’s the way they want it to look anyway. This purse is then where the money flows in and out of your account, switching from dollars to “Mexeer Money” and back again. At the end of the day I don’t really view it as much more than a distraction mind, but at least it’s an interesting one.

There’s probably a lot I can say about Mexeer that would make it sound and look overly complicated. Well, it isn’t, or at least it doesn’t have to be. I just want to look at it now simply as an online HYIP, and discuss the investment plans. I’ll get to some of the other aspects of the program as we continue, but first and foremost the one single thing you need to understand most is the investment plans. After that everything else falls into place. So, you will only need a $30 minimum to join Mexeer. You then have a choice between a series of long term investment plans. These start with one running for 75 calendar days, called The Light Plan. It accepts deposits up to a maximum value of $999, so I guess it will be the first choice for most readers. Mexeer offer a daily interest repayment of 2%, adding up to 150% in total by the time the term comes to an end. Your initial principal is already being counted as part of those payments and therefore will not be returned in a separate payment. So basically that leaves you with your own money back plus 50% net profit as your reward for joining the program.

To see how that might look in real, monetary terms then, let’s say you make a deposit of $100 in Mexeer. You can then start withdrawing $2 per calendar day for the following 75 days, leaving you with $150 back on your own initial hundred. You reach the break-even point, that is to say you earn back an amount equivalent to your deposit and cannot possibly lose money from this point on, after 50 payment days. The rest are just pure net profit.

The remaining two plans work along more or less the same lines, there’s just some adjustments to the numbers. So, for a deposit on the range of $1,000 up to a maximum limit of $2,999 this goes to what Mexeer call The Medium Plan. Interest rates are bumped up to 2.3% per calendar day, and the term lengthens marginally to 74 calendar days. This allows successful members to recoup 170% in total earnings here, or with Mexeer including your principal as part of the payments you can say it’s your own money back plus 70% in net profits. You should reach the break-even point after 44 days in to the term.

And finally for the bigger spending players, Mexeer offer The Large Plan. Deposits start from $3,000 and can go to a maximum of $100,000. The investment term this time increases to 72 calendar days, during which Mexeer are offering you a 2.5% interest payment per day. So for this plan you reach the break-even point after 40 days, and collect nothing but pure passive profit for the following 40 days after that. Total payments come to 180%, or with Mexeer including your principal among the payments again it’s your own money plus 80% net profit.

Before I tell you about the payment option open to you, I think I should just mention the process of how one actually gets involved with Mexeer after deciding on which plan is best suited to their needs. You see, it’s simply not enough to just create and fund an account. That alone doesn’t mean in the case of Mexeer that you will start earning. First of all you need to fund your balance, which is referred to as “replenishing”. You will need then to make a deposit from your available balance, that is to say transfer your funds away from your balance and into an active investment with the plan you have chosen. Otherwise your money will be sitting there doing nothing.

If you like any of the investment plans enough to join, then one thing there’s certainly no shortage of in Mexeer is payment options. Mostly they seem to focus of more modern digital e-currencies, such as BitCoin, however there are several other names in there that I personally have never even heard of before now, let alone tried out. For the more regular payment handlers Mexeer are dealing with PerfectMoney, Payeer, and the most recently added AdvCash. For digital e-currencies the full list is made up of BitCoin which I already mentioned, plus LiteCoin, DashCoin, PeerCoin, EmerCoin, DogeCoin and PrimeCoin. For some reason transactions using those final three coin wallets have been temporarily suspended. I don’t know anyone who uses them anyway so it’s hardly that big of a deal, just be aware of it if it is something you happen to use.

One very important aspect of the Mexeer financial system is the fact that their transaction fees will be charged to you, the customer. Different rates apply to different payment processors, will also depend on things like if you are making a withdrawal or a deposit, etc, so I’m not going to list all of them here. You can just visit the Mexeer and click the “Rates” button at the bottom of the page. I’ll just give you the example of PerfectMoney as that’s the most popular. If you make a deposit in Mexeer using PM as a payment processor you will be charged 1%. If you are making a withdrawal then Mexeer charge 3%. See the Rates page for more details on charges to the other payment systems.

I just want to add a few words about the process of making a withdrawal from Mexeer, as just like the depositing process it’s a little different from most of the other programs you might be more familiar with. The first step obviously is to log in to your Mexeer account. You will then see around the middle of the page the details of your chosen plan. It also shows the amount of money you may withdraw, next to a button marked “move to purse”. You need to click this button first, remembering that this simply moves your money from one part of Mexeer to another, and not to your payment processor account. That will be the next step, where you then make the final withdrawal to the payment processor you joined with. When you hit the withdrawal button, the Mexeer script will then send you a temporary confirmation/security code via e-mail. While you go check this out a timer appears in your member’s area counting backwards from three minutes. That’s how long you have to retrieve the code from your e-mail and enter it in Mexeer to finalize your transaction. Once done you will then be asked to allow anything from a further 24 to 72 hours for your transaction to be completed.

Moving on to some of the more technical aspects of the Mexeer website now such as design and security features, in many ways it looks to be one of the most original and well prepared of the newer programs I’ve seen recently. The “two step” withdrawal process I just described above will also be used when you first open your account. You will be ased to set up a security PIN, and a verification code will be mailed out to you automatically. The hosting provider who are keeping Mexeer on a dedicated and DDoS protected server is CloudFlare, and a further layer of security is provided by an Extended Validation SSL Green Bar certificate by Comodo, allowing for safer browsing and more secure financial transaction. With quite an unorthodox customer interface however, the thing that will probably grab most people’s immediate attention is the script. It’s been developed especially for the program, and custom-made from scratch. It does take just that little bit of an extra effort on the user’s behalf when it comes to deposits and withdrawals when compared to let’s say GoldCoders, but in the longer term it’s worth it. It allows the Mexeer admin to also add and adjust new features for the program over time that will help it to grow and develop even further. For example, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, and Russian language versions have already been made available, and they’re professional translations as well.

That takes me to the next point about Mexeer, which is their customer support network. This is one of the very few programs out there offering multi lingual Live Chat which is also a 24 hour service so available no matter where you are in the world around the clock. That should probably be your first option for any further questions or account related issues, as in a lot of cases you can have your questions answered right there and then. To contact the admin you can fill in your contact details on the online customer support form and submit it through the Mexeer contacts page. There’s a postal address in the UK which I hope by now everyone knows to dismiss, as mostly these are only for registration purposes and not where you are likely to find anyone connected with the program physically located. Of somewhat more use are the social media network profiles as well, namely Facebook for the moment as the YouTube account doesn’t have any materials just yet.

Very exciting times in the HYIP industry, that’s for sure, so I am hopeful Mexeer can play a positive role in that. I wouldn’t get too carried away with the other roles being claimed as a business interest, as nothing can finance an online HYIP indefinitely, and anyway, there’s never any real guarantee that any business necessarily has to be profitable. As always, just keep it sensible. Spend no more than an amount of money it wouldn’t hurt you too badly to lose, and can be earned back in a short space of time form another income source. And if joining Mexeer at all then best to use them as a smaller part of a wider more diverse portfolio.

Before I get to the day’s other news events then, I hope you will take a moment to take part in the following opinion poll asking for readers own first impressions of Mexeer. Hit or miss? Voting is completely anonymous and will only take you a second, and I hope it will be interesting to look back in the months ahead and see how many people got it right or wrong as we see what direction Mexeer really ends up going in. So:

Will you make an active deposit in Mexeer?

Unfortunately, YiwuWorld stopped paying last night and was immediately moved to Problem status once I became aware of the situation, thanks to one of my vigilant readers who reported the issue. To tell you the truth, I expected much better results from this one. It only lasted three weeks in total and scammed exactly when it was time to deliver profits to its very first investors who might have only barely broken even from YiwuWorld. It was listed on MNO for five days only and scammed shamefully fast. Such programs should not be encouraged to come to MNO which is a place for the best investment opportunities only, but I guess by losing money on advertising here and not making it worth his while then next time he will avoid listing his programs here. Perhaps it was a genuine attempt to deliver some good results, but YiwuWorld was just ignored by many investors simply because the investment plan implied the admin was not here for long, and that’s why he didn’t bother to make his only offered plan a sustainable one in the long run. So, once the program has reached the point when the admin had to pay profits from his own pocket he decided no, since so few people were joining anymore took the easy route of scamming. It was just a pity that a program with a totally custom-made script and flawless (until yesterday) payouts spiced up by an interesting concept of high unlimited in time income had to finish like this and will remain in investors’ memory as another failure. Well, it’s time to move on, guys, and remember not to invest in YiwuWorld anymore, as the site is still there to collect your money!

Quite a few new investment plans have been added recently by one of the best short-term programs in the industry at the moment PalUnion. Although the program has been paying instantly to PerfectMoney and BitCoin to everyone for 45 days only and brought profits to hundreds of smart investors already, I believe the new set of plans inspire some negative vibes and signal a possible pre-scam stage in the program’s development. Why do I think so, you might ask? Well, to tell you the truth, it’s always a warning sign when a program, especially when it comes to short-term ones, adds more investment offers with unjustifiably sky-high returns even on smaller investments making it highly unlikely for investors to be paid on expiry at all. Judge for yourselves – the new available plans in PalUnion include such a ridiculously overpriced 500% after 10 days and 1,200% after 20 days available from a $50 minimum. There were now two more VIP plans made available promising to pay 1,000% after 8 days and 2,000% after 12 days on investments starting from $1,000 each, while 200% after 3 days plan and 500% after 5 days plans ask a minimum spend of $3K and $2K respectively. The addition of such new plans is a not good sign at all for one simple reason – you won’t get paid, because it’s impossible for the admin to pick up ten-fold money to pay you from a money tree he allegedly has been using all the time. All this 45-day marathon is no more than bait to give you a taste of instant payments on the smaller amounts to seduce you to take part in the larger ones. That’s the way all the successful short-term HYIPs work and I personally have no problem with it myself, because smart investors can really profit nicely from such programs like PalUnion. However, it’s easy to forget and let your guard down, as one always should be on alert and recognize the signs of a coming scam which PalUnion is clearly showing now, so please be careful if you still want to invest there. I will keep a close eye on PalUnion‘s performance myself and will let you know on my monitor if/when I hear about any issues. And just to compare the current investment plans with the original ones PalUnion offered from the beginning you can read my review here.

On the other hand, the addition of new investment plans announced today by Magnum is a totally different kettle of fish, in my honest opinion. Let’s have a look back at the review of the program posted here to see why. Originally, Magnum that claims today to have been online for 380 days was a totally different program, a kind of a sleeper meaning it was intentionally flying under the radar for the vast majority of investors featuring an unappealing design and low-interest investment plans. Then just a few weeks ago the design was changed for the better, Payza has been added to the list of payment processors which also included PerfectMoney, Payeer, BitCoin, and AdvCash before that, and the investment offers have been totally altered. The current investment plans covered in my review of Magnum included 5%-6% paying over the term of 30 business days and 111% paid once on expiry of the 7-calendar day term.

The new investment plans from Magnum have been added today allegedly as a token of appreciation for everyone supporting the program over the long months in celebration of its long lifetime, but in reality aimed at attracting the spends of more serious investors willing to invest at least $1,000 limited in number to the first 20 investors daily only plans. If you really scrutinize the new investment plans offering 7% for 20 business days and 115% after 7 calendar days returns, you might see that they are not much different from the existing plans. They are by no means laughably profitable, and are actually sustainable in the long term. In fact, the once on expiry plan only adds 4% extra to anyone going with the one-week paying on expiry plan (115% against 111% for smaller investors). And if we talk about the new daily paying plan for those making $1,000+ deposits, it will actually cut the overall profits to be earned over the investment term (40% against 50% and 80% available in the old plans respectively), but such investors will reach their break-even point on deposits much faster (15 days against 17 and 21 days in the old plans respectively). As you can see, the new designed investment offers are definitely not the ones we should be most concerned about and will possibly do Magnum more good than harm, especially taking into account the instantly processed withdrawals everyone seems to adore. The only thing that concerns me now is how these new investment offers will be taken by the existing investors of Magnum and whether think all this is a warning sign of the coming scam, as many investors simply don’t like change no matter what. So, whether the new investment plans announced in the latest newsletter from Magnum will make the program more attractive, sustainable and longer running or, on the opposite, shorten its lifetime while making it more vulnerable due to investor skeptisim only time will tell. In any case, the admin of Magnum has made his decision and the new investment plans are available for investors with $1,000+ in their e-wallets, as specified in the following newsletter:

More website translations are always good for a quality HYIP. It helps customers, as it expands the program’s appeal internationally allowing more people from different corners of the world without needing to English to join and make a deposit. The Spanish speaking market is always a step in the right direction due to about half a billion people worldwide who can become potential customers, like the admin of Razzleton noted in the latest update posted on the website. Along with English, Russian, German, and French professionally translated versions, Spanish becomes the fifth language the Razzleton website is available in. I’d also be surprised if it was the last:

Spanish language bar
Do you know that Spanish is ahead of English by the number of speakers? According to various estimates, more than 500 million people in the world speak the language of legendary bullfighters. For the comfort of our Spanish-speaking investors and partners the Razzleton platform has been translated into their native language.
All information on the platform is now available in 5 different languages:
-English, -Russian, -German, -French, -Spanish.
Improving the platform we do our best to make Razzleton most comfortable for our investors and partners.
We appreciate your trust. Gracias amigos!

Razzleton offers a wide variety of investment plans which can be divided into two distinct categories – paying daily with the principal return on expiry with investment terms measured in calendar days and paying once on expiry of a term measured in business days. The first category include 2.1% for 15 days, 2.3% for 30 days, and 2.9% for 55 days plans, while the second offers an even bigger choice and includes 150% after 15 business days, 500% after 20 business days, 300% after 30 business days, 1500% after 40 business days, 1000% after 60 business days, and 5000% after 90 business days. Claiming to have been in business since December 2015, in reality Razzleton just relatively recently changed its design by incorporating a much more appealing outlook while expanding the choice of available payment processors too, which currently includes PerfectMoney, Payeer, AdvCash, BitCoin, YandexMoney, Qiwi, NixMoney, and even Neteller. Investments can start from only a $10 minimum for selected plans and withdrawals have to be requested from your account to be paid manually by the admin within a 48 hour maximum. For the full review of Razzleton please refer to this article.

NixMoney payment system might not be an obvious choice for many people when dealing with HYIPs (I myself know of no one holding an account with them), but nevertheless a bigger choice is always good when we talk about the addition of new payment systems in a program on its way to success. Every such step opens new opportunities for more investors. So, when RightRise reported the addition of NixMoney today I was not particularly thrilled with the news itself for that reason, but was still satisfied by the fact that more HYIP investors can now use NixMoney to buy $30-worth shares and earn from 1% to 3% in daily profits for an unlimited term:

Today is Sunday and we again add the new payment system.
At this time our choice fell on NixMoney.

Beside NixMoney RightRise works with several more payment systems so you can invest there via PerfectMoney, Payeer, AdvCash, BitCoin, and LiteCoin. As a rule, many payment systems are accepted in different currencies (USD, EUR, RUB) and you may spend pretty much any balance for the $30 priced shares from your available balance in your accounts. Withdrawals are usually processed instantly too and you shouldn’t wait for more than a few seconds before actually receiving money sent to your payment processor account after manually requesting it from your RightRise account first. For more information on the program please check the detailed review of RightRise posted here.

That’s all I wanted to share with you this warm sunny Sunday from St. Lucia, guys. I’ll definitely be taking a day off tomorrow and will continue exploring this wonderful tropical island, so if I delay replying to your emails you know why. I will still try to reply to everyone within 24 hours, so don’t hesitate to contact me via this form if you have anything important to report, including missing payments from the monitored programs. I will keep a close eye on the MNO monitor too, as could be some changes tomorrow following the start of the next business week which I hope will be successful for you. If you haven’t voted in the MNO TalkBack poll you still have time to do so here and express your opinion on investing in the hourly paying programs. So far, over half of my readers do invest in such programs or favor the best-looking hourly-paying ones, so admins should take note on that. Anyway, the final results which will be drawn on Tuesday may still change pending more feedback from readers, so we will wait and see the final outcome. I think I’ll also be updating the Top Five Popular Programs on MNO series by then too. The last one from the series was more than five weeks ago, but still relevant as containing the list of paying programs can still be seen here. However, since there were some changes it’s high time to update it. In order not to miss anything important, please subscribe to have the daily news delivered to your email address here, follow MNO on Facebook and Twitter, and keep a close eye on the MNO monitor for possible new programs and change of statuses for the current ones. I always strive to provide you with the most up-to-date experiences and many regular readers are already aware of that and appreciate my fast response and timely scam warnings which indicate the recent spike in Alexa ratings for MNO. Thanks for your continuous support of my work, guys, and see you all on Tuesday!
