Hi, my dear readers! The situation with LibertyReserve is still unstable and today it was up for some of the time but mostly it was down. Many experts think that all LR is trying to do in order to avoid DDoS-attacks is not to implement secure and expensive DDoS-protection but rather to wait until it’s finished by itself changing the DNS therefore making the website available for short periods of time. But if they aren’t trying to implement anti-DDoS protection then another question arises: why are they lying to their clients that they are looking for a new solution to make their PP better. I think they have completely destroyed their reputation by this 5-day downtime and it will be extremely difficult to gain this trust again. On this wave of growing mistrust in LibertyReserve their competitors are doing everything possible to replace them as the most stable payment processor. I’m talking about AlterGold that can easily become such an alternative because it’s easy to fund and withdraw and offer their clients very flexible options and good support. The interview with AlterGold payment processor administrator can be found here. Please don’t think that I’m promoting them because I’m not. AlterGold is too new to be a completely reliable and trusted payment processor. I just can’t think of other PPs that could be a good replacement to LR which will surely lose their clientele very soon. And I recommend you to diversify and don’t keep big amounts in LR anyway.

The other program that started to accept AlterGold is UltimateHYIP, one of my favorite long-term programs which will be celebrating 6 months online on May, 10. I would like to congratulate the admin Chris on this occasion and encourage you to check UltimateHYIP website and read the interview which Chris gave to my blog here.

Here’s the most important part from the latest update from the admin of UltimateHYIP:
For about five days Liberty Reserve is almost permanently down now, as you might have noticed. We were only able to process a very few LibertyReserve withdrawal requests today, but most of the time the only message we received was a timeout of the connection to LibertyReserve.
The situation is not only dissatisfying for you, our esteemed members and clients, but for us as well. Since the start of UltimateHYIP back in December 2007 a smooth operation and payments on time were our almost concern.
This situation shows us once again how vulnerable this whole industry is, while the main payment system of the arena is not able (or willing?) to get hosted with a reputable ddos protected host.
However we will continue trying to process LibertyReserve withdrawal requests, until we are up to date.
Please note that members who invested with e-gold, v-money or Epay are not affected at all and withdrawal requests with these e-currencies are processed as usual!
During the last uncertain days, due to the situation with LibertyReserve, we had discussion with some of the stakeholders, clients, monitors and forum admins and decided to add another Payment Processor to our accepted e-currencies.
As from today we are accepting AlterGold. Their API/SCI is already implemented into our script and you can invest as from today with AlterGold.
I had a long chat with one of their admins today and believe they are a new, but very friendly and responsive e-currency.
If you don’t have an AlterGold account, please go to AlterGold and open one.
AlterGold will give you the advantage to withdraw your earnings with AlterGold’s VISA ATM card and to fund your AlterGold account direct with a bankwire, without the need of an exchanger. Furthermore you can fund your AlterGold account instantly with e-gold or LibertyReserve.
Our members will get their Altergold Debit card with a discount of 15%. Just send an email to admin@altergold.com and type ‘UltimateHYIP member’ as subject and request your discount.

Many programs were affected by this long LR outage and LRStream was another victim. Although after a long period of silence the admin has updated the members finally today: “By the way this address: http://www.libertyreserve.com/en/customer/login/ and https://sci.libertyreserve.com is very slow, unstable or overloaded. I think LR site still have problems. I decided to wait 12 – 24 hours before final decision will be accepted.” I remind you that LRStream was a very successful short-term program until this LR problem appeared. As you can imagine no short-term program can bear 5-days downtime without consequences and I just hope that the decision of the admin of LRStream will be fair. For example, members will understand if they are refunded only their principal or their deposit term are extended or just another decision is made that would not lead to total loss of funds. There can be many options to solve this problem but only the admin can decide what is better for his program. Certainly, when LR is still unstable no appropriate decision can be made and all we have to do is to wait patiently for the admin’s decision.

There are many programs out there that don’t hold off from processing payments via LR and making excuses even when the payment processor is only up and running for a few hours a day. I would like to mention that iNetCapital is one of such reliable programs and the admin started to process the oldest cashout requests today and almost finished all the processing for a day. Here’s the latest update from him: “Though the LibertyReserve website was accessible for a few hours, it seems that they are still working on resolving the current issues. We began processing cashout requests made on 4/30 & nearly completed them. We will hold off on processing remaining cashout requests until an official update is posted on the LibertyReserve blog. Thank you for your patience, understanding & support.” I’m delighted to say that iNetCapital is one of the programs that are fully endorsed by my blog and iNetCapital has been remaining my “Pick of the week” for quite some time already. iNetCapital pays you 18% for 6 days and accepts only LibertyReserve. The interview with the admin Stephen can be read on my blog here.

I’m glad to report that there was enough uptime for Tradelite to finally pay me my first pending withdrawal. I remind you that it was not the program’s fault that LR was down for such a long time. And I’m surely grateful that my pending payment was finally processed today. I’m going to add Tradelite to my Top 5 Recommended programs and will make a second deposit there as soon as LibertyReserve is accessible and fully working again. For those interested I received my payout for 20 days plan (118%) but there are also other plans available (147% after 40 calendar days and 194% after 60 calender days). The best feature in Tradelite beside their state-of-art investment platform I like is that you can cancel your contract with the program at any time before your deposit is expired and receive the full deposit except 10% fee. The other details you can read in my Tradelite review which was published on my blog here. The interview with the programm’s administration is coming soon so stay tuned.

Among other programs that paid me today I can name OG Fund and Dreab. As soon as LR is fully functional I will publish my review of the Dreab program which offers you one investment plan of 5% for 28 days with automatic withdrawals (you don’t need to make a withdrawal in order to get paid). As for OG Fund, what can I say? It’s a proven long-term program and my interview with the admin David Sansom can be read here.

In the end, I must say that I will watch closely the situation with LibertyReserve and will update my readers with the most valuable and relevant information regarding this. Stay with my blog and don’t be in despair! Everything is not as bad as it seems, believe me. See you tomorrow!
