Today I would like to review another new autosurf called MegaLido. There is really nothing special about it at first glance. Judge for yourself: MegaLido is a classic autosurf with 12% for 12 days (144%) rebates and the obligation to surf 12 sites daily in order to earn the rebate. The upgrades are accepted in $6 ad units and the maximum one can purchase is 1,000 units. Five payment processors are accepted for upgrades: AlterGold, LibertyReserve, AlertPay, SolidTrustPay and StrictPay. The earnings are paid on expiry of your upgrade within 48 hours after making a withdrawal request. As you can see all is quite standard and the admin of MegaLido didn’t hide the fact that he studied from some famous predecessors like Dad’n’Daves, 12DailyPro and others.
But MegaLido program is not as simple as it seems at first. It will certainly be big very soon and there are several factors that can contribute to this upcoming success. [Notice that I’m not talking about longevity as such high-ROI programs last for a couple of months maximum so it’s vital to join these programs early enough to make some profit.]
First thing that caught my eye on the main page of MegaLido site was the bold statement from the admin that he’s actually spending his own money on creating the program and advertising it in the early stages before it becomes fully sustainable. Really, it’s true as if the program could prove its seriousness by lasting longer than the usual lifespan for such programs (one-two months) it would give members the additional confidence to spend more and more and recommend the program to more investors. We know a few examples of such high-ROI programs running successfully for 6 months and more. So with good management MegaLido could achieve this in my opinion. I guess the admin of MegaLido really studied the form of previously run successful autosurfs and will do his best to provide the longevity for his program as he claims on the main page.
So what made me think mistakes of older programs were learned from and can be avoided in the MegaLido program? What can guarantee its success?
First and foremost, it’s a very familiar model to many investors and surfers. The 12 x 12 x 12 model (meaning 12% for 12 days for surfing 12 sites). This will remind to many of us about the huge autosurfs from the past and will push to upgrade. Of course, such tactics were used in the past by many admins (recent example of 12Daily.Pro) but I think it still works when it comes to attracting investors. This model is really so simple and attractive that it’s actually hard not to notice it and it proved itself many times which is also vital for attracting investors.
Secondly, and a very important thing to do after creating a good program, is to provide it with top-notch protection. It’s proven now that the best anti-DDoS protection you can get is from BlockDos. So MegaLido admin didn’t try to re-invent the wheel and used BlockDos service too. MegaLido is proudly hosted on a dedicated server by BlockDos which will definitely protect the program against DDoS-attacks that will almost certainly be aimed at it in the future. It means MegaLido program will be more stable in the long run and if the admin really has such great plans to run his program for a long time it will be a great investment to provide its stability and sustainability in the long term. From past experience I know that if the work of such 12 x 12 sites is interrupted even for short period of time it will be extremely hard to regain the confidence of the investors again (sometimes it’s even impossible and then a program dies). So the admin certainly made the right choice by buying DDoS-protection from BlockDos.
By the way, there was some controversy unfolding on the forums that MegaLido might be the autosurf from the previous admin of MoneyTrip. Well, I can say that the “evidence” presented there didn’t make me believe it to be true. On the MegaLido site the admin said that his real name was Michael Odrgan and he is from Belgium. I can’t see any reason not to believe him until proven otherwis but I may ask him about it in my interview that I’m preparing to send him soon. All I can say for now: MegaLido is really a well-made program and it’s hard to believe that it came from an inexperienced admin as Michael claims to be on his website and on various forums.
Even looking at the great design MegaLido has presented to the online audience one can say that the program is here for a long time and the admin has some serious plans in mind. He has even created some contests to attract the attention of the investors (I will ask him the details of them too). The money MegaLido admin spent already to buy the script, the anti-DDoS protection and to advertise on many forums and monitors makes me think that he has a balanced budget to sustain the first payouts. Well, from the financial point of view I can say that the admin really spent thousands of dollars from his own pocket and I believe one would not spend such money just to run away after a couple of weeks. The worst that can happen is 1-2 months online, and that is still good enough in my expierience to make a good profit from MegaLido.
So I chose to monitor MegaLido on my blog as I think the program is worth it and it will definitely become huge soon. The question is for how long a time it will stay. Well, I can’t say and probably even the admin can’t say it yet either. Only time will tell… well, and my blog of course. Stay tuned for the upcoming interview with the admin of MegaLido… soon!
Other news for today.
The most controversial news for the last couple of days was referring to TrustyPig program. Allegedly the admin of TrustyPig Costy stole the design and layout from the SmartyPig program. There is even some campaign to destroy TrustyPig‘s reputation being developed on one blog that is run by Andy Brudtkuhl. I will not name this blog or give a link to it as I think that the admin of this blog only needs to bask into spotlight of an already popular TrustyPig and get attention to his junk blog. Well, otherwise I can’t explain why he keeps posting regarding this issue all the time. Just look at what he posted recently:
“Yesterday I posted about a Romanian company, TrustyPig, ripped off a local Des Moines web startup SmartyPig. After that, I made a call to action – for a Social Brand Hijack. It had ten steps – the first being to blog about it. In this post I’ll highlight how your blog post should be structured for the best effect. I’ll assume that your blog already has a basic SEO strategy in place. If you do not, Ask Me how you can do that.”
This is so called “call to action” probably came from the competitors of TrustyPig who failed to destroy the program by sending constant DDoS-attacks to the site at first. Let’s think: wasn’t it stupid to steal the design from SmartyPig’s website if you knew that this deceit would be noticed sooner or later? Wasn’t it stupid to steal the design intentionally instead of paying a couple of dollars to a freelance designer and spend hundreds of dollars on DDoS-protection and developing an original program at the same time as the admin of TrustyPig did? I think it was stupid and the admin of TrustyPig Costy wasn’t capable of doing such stupid things to threaten the programs’ reputation. Before giving his proper reply to this accusation I would like to add that the TrystyPig site is in no way affected by these stupid accusations from the owners of SmartyPig’s website or the blogger Andy and continues to pay to its members as usual. As you might have noticed already the layout and the design of TrustyPig site are being remade now and I hope it will be finished soon, and put a stop to all the accusations from people who prefer to destroy instead of create. This is the end of my rant as I believe this explanation will put the end to all naysayer’s misinformed opinions.
Below is the full explanation from the admin of TrustyPig that was given to me by email (read the interview with Costy on my blog here):
“I got several comments on the blog regarding this issue last night and I must confess that I was shocked to find out about this. I initially hired to developers to build the site, a programmer from Romania and a freelance designer from China.
You have to trust me that I wasn’t aware of this problem, I never heard about smartypig.com and moreover I obviously didn’t want to copy their visual identity. I ordered the designer to make me a project related to my domain name and in a web 2.0 style.
Now that I think about it I was surprised that he had ready the design in 2 days, I was really impressed with the professionalism and creativity that I truly believed that were his. I should have suspected something but I was really impressed and excited and that’s why I suppose I let myself believe that he was really talented and professional.
I messaged the designer this morning demanding for explanations but I didn’t get an answer yet.
I already contacted a designer here in Romania and he’s on the job. Shortly we’ll have a makeover of the design. I do realize that I cannot totally change the layout because it would affect the site generally and it would require to much time that would be better invested in developing the program rather than this. But we’ll sure change the site in such a way that it will not resemble smartypig anymore.
As soon as I get the designed changed I’ll give an official communicate and offer my official appologies to the smartypig people. It’s true that the main guilty person here is me because I’m responsible with the site but I truly say that I didn’t know about smartypig.
I do not encourage intellectual theft in no way and I know from my own experience how bad is the feeling of being copied. I’m sorry that the people from smartypig didn’t contact me immediately and explain the situation, they would have surely find an understanding attitude from me. They prefered to go on the blogs and now I got hundreds of tickets and messages about this situation. But I’ll certainly do my best to change the visuals shortly.”
8DailyForever site asks the investors to contact the admin immediately if their account wasn’t credited properly after the upgrading. It seems the site of 8DailyForever still has some small glitches in the system:
“Are you one of the members that bought Adpacks and didn’t get credited? Don’t worry, we are already working on this issue, anyway I kindly ask you to send us an e-mail about your problem, our address is eightdailyforever@yahoo.ca
We have received lots of e-mails, so please be a little patient to get a response. We are working hard to have all upgrades credited and all e-mails responded asap.”
ApolloInvestGroup finally cleared up the situation with the funds that were stuck in e-Bullion accounts. It wasn’t decided to pay to different e-currencies instead as was the case with SafeAtom for example. In other words, the e-Bullion deposits are considered lost as the site of e-Bullion will probably never get back to normal (to read more about the situation with e-Bullion currency please refer to my article that was published here). ApolloInvestGroup prefers to list such deposits as suspended as it’s really not clear yet if e-Bullion will ever return online:
“We have suspended all e-Bullion investments and payouts until e-Bullion website is back to normal activity. All e-Bullion withdrawal requests will be removed and funds will be credited back to your AIG account balance. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.”
If you want to get more info about ApolloInvestGroup please refer to my interview with the administration of this program that was published here.
Important info for all CapitalizedInv investors! Please read it carefully!
All CapitalizedInv members should register in the new autosurf site called T3Surf and then contact the admin with the amount deposited in CapitalizedInv. You will be able to transfer your deposit (minus the money you received already) to the new T3Surf program. The program just started today and has very similar plans like CapitalizedInv had. GadgetsINV plan will pay you 6%-7% daily during 20 days. While for 12Day Plan you will receive 114%-120% after 12 days. LibertyReserve, AlterGold, AlertPay and SolidTrustPay are accepted as payment processors and the cost of one ad unit is $5 only.
Of course, since T3Surf is an autosurf you should surf 15 sites daily in order to get your daily rebate. But I guess it will not be a burden for you. The most important thing in my opinion is that the admin Paul could overcome the current situation and could launch another program that will hopefully not follow the bad example of CapitalizedInv that fell victim to constant DDoS-attacks. The reason why the admin opened another site instead of bringing the old one back is explained in T3Surf site: “After days of thinking, I decided to create an autosurf website and put down CapitalizedInv (HYIP) because I think making an autosurf website is much better.” Well, I still didn’t really get the drift of this explanation and I’ll try to ask Paul about this in my upcoming interview with him that will be dedicated to his new program and the reasons why such a decision was made. Now I repeat that if you were a member of CapitalizedInv and were not in profit you should join T3Surf and then contact the admin. I’m sure he will help you!
I got my payments today from MegaLido (my first payout), UniCreditInvestment, Tradelite, MaxShare, SafeAtom, AgriFund, e-Confidence, EliteMoney, BristolCapitalGroup, ApolloInvestGroup and T3Surf (my first payout).
Guys, I see a growing interest in PerfectMoney payment processor which seems to have some big plans for the future with more and more online programs accepting it as their processor. For instance, yesterday EliteMoney announced that PerfectMoney would be an alternative payment system for all their customers that would like to make deposits in the program. Seeing this I decided to publish another interview with PerfectMoney payment processor admin Andrew Draper who contacted me recently with this suggestion. I’ll post the interview tomorrow and I hope it will be useful for you! Stay tuned and see you tomorrow!
