Today I would like to review the Richard-Falk program. But first I’d like to apologize that it took me so long to review it. Undoubtedly the program deserves to be reviewed on my blog as it made stable and punctual payments for the whole week. Ok, let’s start with the name.

As you may have noticed the name for the program Richard-Falk derives from the name of the experienced trader who manages and administrates it. This is how he describes his project on the Richard-Falk website:
“I am Richard Falk. I’ve been a day trader, CFD trader and an after-hour trader for almost five years now. Now I decided to give people all over the world to gain profit with me. Don’t compare me with a normal HYIP even if I offer you high returns. I am real. You can call me, chat with me, email me and invest with me without any disappointment after.”

There are also several points of contact on the website. So you can contact him via email, live chat, ICQ and MSN. Also notice that his enterprise is registered in the British Virgin Islands for tax and offshore reasons but his real office is in the UK. Many proper companies do the same thing so there’s really nothing special about this.

Richard-Falk is accepting LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and Pecunix payment processors and offering four plans. Remember that you will be paid on business days only, so do not expect any payouts at weekends! The plans can be divided into two categories: with daily payouts and with the payouts on expiry. Daily payouts are more complicated so let’s start with them.

1) 32 Day plan offers 6% daily for 32 business days. In reality you will be paid only 3.5% every business day (Mon-Fri) and will receive your principal back in the end of your investment period. In total you will be receiving 212% on your investment, hence the return announced is 6% x 32 days = 212%. The minimum to invest in 32 Day plan is $20.

2) 30 Day Trader plan is for the larger investors with the minimum of $500 invested. This plan offers you a flexible daily rate of 6%-10% every business day and will depend on the performance Richard had with this plan. So far the profit was only 6% but maybe in the future it will be bigger. You will be paid for 30 business days and your principal will be returned after that period. Moreover, Richard promised to send some trading report to the investors that will make deposits in this plan. So you can control his trading at the end of the Investment period.

3) The first and the shortest plan with payouts on expiry is the 6 Day plan. It means that you will be paid 116% after 6 business day. This one time payment includes your principal. The minimum to invest in 6Day plan is $20 and for sure it is plan for testing purposes.

4) Finally 14 Day plan where you can earn 150% after 14 business days. Note that 150% includes your principal and you will be paid in 14 Business days (so count only business days after you make your deposit). The minimum to invest in 14 Day plan is $20 as well.

Yes, the plans Richard-Falk offers are quite attractive and the return is high, but if the site is really backed up with real trading as stated then it can last for a while.

There are other distinctive features I’d like to mention regarding Richard-Falk which differentiates it from similar HYIPs:

1) Richard-Falk doesn’t offer referral commissions so it automatically excludes many promoters that are here only because of that. In my opinion, it will slow down the program’s growth and allow it to last for a longer time. At the same time the site is listed on many well known monitoring sites and forums. So far the feedback from investors was great and I hope it will continue the same way.

2) Richard-Falk is hosted on a dedicated server provided by LiquidWeb company. Like it’s stated on the website it’s hacker- and DdoS-protected.

3) The variety of plans with direct payouts will allow you to choose the most suitable plan for your needs be it daily plan or on expiry plan. Direct payouts option makes the site hackerproof and allows the investors the comfort of not having to worry about requesting withdrawals as they will be processed automatically.

And even if your payout is somehow missed (like happened to me once) please don’t hesitate to contact Richard. He solved my problem very quickly and paid me for two days on the next day. So there’s really nothing to worry about if it happens as the support from him is really great. I intend to conduct an interview with Richard and publish it on my blog soon so stay tuned for that.

Other news for today.

I hope Richard-Falk will not disappoint us like many other programs over this last week which was a very unlucky one for many HYIPs. For example, BristolCapitalGroup vanished into the thin air without saying good-bye. It happened despite its great design, witty features and seemingly flawless DDoS-protection. Though many people still believe that the real reason behind the disappearance of BristolCapitalGroup was a DdoS-attack it’s not true. In reality the real reason was non-payment to its hosting provider BlockDos. I managed to contact Majeed from BlockDos and his reply to me was really simple: “They had huge attack, didn’t pay, then asked for refund. We gave them 24 hours to move their data, they didn’t, so we shut them down“. So all BristolCapitalGroup accusations about BlockDos for their failure are simply ridiculous. If they couldn’t afford to pay for proper protection they could move the site somewhere else. But since they didn’t do it, and moreover didn’t even give us a proper update regarding this I consider them as finished now. I’m really disappointed by this outcome as many of you, but such things happen very often in the HYIP industry and we should be prepared for them to happen anytime.

Another great disappointment of the week was AmistaFund. The program only lasted for 4 weeks and not many investors made a profit from them. But if you were quick enough and didn’t reinvest much you definitely should be in profit by now as the longest plan offered was 150% after 15 days. Honestly, I’m very disappointed by AmistaFund‘s lifecycle as I thought it would run for longer (at least a couple of months). But such things are very hard to predict and those who are looking for a stable program should pay more attention to programs such as MegaLido.

By the way, MegaLido‘s total amount of members broke the 3,000 mark today and I can only send my best regards to the admin of MegaLido Michael (read my interview with him here) for his excellent job in making the program such a success. In my opinion, 6 weeks for a program offering 12% for 12 days of surfing with payouts on expiry is a great achievement and speaks for itself. I hope MegaLido will be online for many months to come and allow us all to make some good profits from it. Some more contests and promotions are on the way for the members with one having been held yesterday when the admin offered increased referral commissions for all the promoters and during the day they were able to get 12% on any upgrade made by their referrals instead of usual 6%. In my opinion such contests helped them to reach this milestone of 3,000 members today.

Another great program to be in is undoubtedly AggeroInvestment. Despite a not too high ROI of 8% for 15 days (120%) with payouts on expiry the program has been steadily developing and adding new and useful features. For instance, recently the admin of AggeroInvestment Roger (read my interview with him here) added live support which is now working in test regime:
“If you’ve noticed on the AI main page, we added an extra tab on top: “Live Support”. We are currently testing that now and will be operational hopefully by tomorrow. This will be a good addition to support the members more. Right now, our site is running flawlessly (albeit a few unexpected downtimes caused by the hosting server) so I don’t think we are going to use it that much, so I am just gonna start a few hours a day and just me doing the support. If you want to chat with me and ask about the program then you can also use that. It’s my way of saying thank you and that every one of you matters to me.”
After some downtime caused by the instability of its hosting provider AggeroInvestment seems to be completely back on track as of today with stable payouts and dedicated support. Here’s the latest update from Roger:
“Just to give everybody an update, the hosting service sent me an email stating that there has been many attacks on their servers the past week and that because of that they are moving to more powerful servers with stronger DDOS protection. Like I said on my previous update, this might cause some intermittent downtimes to the site. We are hoping that everything will be smooth and faster afterwards.
Also, I’ve been issuing payments every day including the weekends, I didn’t have to but I did because I had some spare time to check on the program and I wanted to make sure that everybody gets paid quickly. I just don’t see many posts here about it. There are no pending requests whatsoever right now. All requests have been paid. Business investments are making us extremely good profits so incoming funds are never going to be an issue here. Slowly but surely, we are getting more members to join us and trust us.
More improvements are being done in the background also. We are adding little things that hopefully will make your experience with us better. For any suggestions, issues or questions, you can either use our support form or email me at aggeroinvestment@gmail.com. Thank you.”

StableFinance is also in the process of adding more useful features on their website and though the admin was very slow in payments from the beginning now it seems everything is ok. Here’s the latest update from StableFinance program (read my review here):

Sometimes they come back unexpectedly. And sometimes it’s a pleasant surprise to all the investors. This happened with ApolloInvestGroup that paid all the payments out of the blue and made me return them “Paying” status on my monitoring page. Honestly, I didn’t expect that would happen. This is the email from ApolloInvestGroup explaining their situation:
“AIG apologize for any last week pending withdrawals, we had experiencing some website and database security issues, everything has been fixed now and all pending withdrawals were processed. We apologize for this interruption or any inconvenience caused.”
I really hope this will not happen again in the future but will not recommend ApolloInvestGroup just now. Let’s see if the program runs stably for a week or so before I can recommend joining it again. Though sometimes they return with the cruel intention to keep scamming. This happened with EliteMoney this week. It’s clear to me that the program stopped paying to all e-currencies except SolidTrustPay. I don’t know the reason for it but if you invested via this e-currency you can stay calm for a while. Unfortunately, the daily payment reports on EliteMoney website are fake because as I just said they don’t pay to other e-currencies except STP. So be careful, guys, and please don’t invest anymore in EliteMoney. I will list it as “Not Paying” though I keep receiving my weekly payments to STP.

Some sites are unavailable for me at the time of writing this post. For instance, highly-acclaimed autosurf program 8DailyForever (read my review here) is experiencing some difficulties again. But this time it has to do not with the script but with upgrading their DDoS-protection by BlockDos to a higher level. Let’s look at the latest update that was recently published on their blog:
“If, like me, you are working the wee morning hours, you’ll be looking for an update on our server status.
I have just heard from the techs at BlockDos, and apparently the decision was made to upgrade yet again our DDOS protection, and move us to a faster dedicated server at the same time as 8DF is growing so quickly. It’s anticipated that we should be up again within 24 hours.
So relax guys, it’s Sunday ! All is well. If the timeline changes, I will let you know in the morning.”
I hope 8DailyForever will be back online soon and I will keep you all updated. And remember that you don’t lose any earnings due to the program’s downtime as you’re choosing when your upgrade is going to expire. That is the main distinctive feature of 8DailyForever which is being copied by many other autosurfs now.

The same downtime happened with TopProfitWorld and the site was unavailable since yesterday. The admin though left an update on forums and that’s why there’s a good chance that TopProfitWorld will return soon:
“Please keep patience. My existing host is in great trouble i.e. big attack. I am just waiting to download backup from their servers. I have find three other excellent hosting providers. As soon as I download backup from existing hosting server I will switch site to new host.”
As of now TopProfitWorld site is up again and I already my payment from them.

I don’t quite like the situation surrounding ProtoAds now. The admin stated in the last email that she was running out of LibertyReserve and AlterGold and asked the members to upgrade via SolidTrustPay and AlertPay:
“Please be patient with the payouts with LibertyReserve and AlterGold. I am doing all I can to complete these payouts but right now funds in these processors are not growing as supposed to be. I will resolve this issue by liquidating some other processor funds where we have much funds right now and fund the LR and AG accounts.
This is the best way I can do it since we are not investing the upgrades yet. I am however working on getting the investments rolling. I have talked to several members who expressed interest in my real investment ventures that I explained clearly to them. And luckily several of these members agreed and have actually chipped in and we will be rolling in the funds pretty soon. If you want more details about this. Please contact me.
Again, LR and AG cashouts will take a tiny bit longer to process for now until we resolve the issues. As you know we are still a game at present and we depend on the upgrades up to now. I suggest everyone to keep promoting and upgrading if at all possible.
We might need to break the TOS a little bit with the LR and AG cashouts. I hope you would somehow appreciate my being upfront and straightforward with regards to matters such as this.”
This is strange behavior indeed from the admin. I must admit I was quite shocked even with this update. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with admitting difficulties are coming but is it a wise thing to inform the members about them? Yes, we all realize that ProtoAds is a game and it was stated by the admin herself in the interview for my blog published here. But such statements can be very harmful for any program especially if it’s stated to be a game. ProtoAds is not an exception. I can predict that since the admin reported these difficulties the cashflow will be adversely affected. Many smart investors will not reinvest and they will be right because it’s still their money involved. In my opinion it was not a smart move on the admin’s part and that’s why I have to temporarily downgrade the position of ProtoAds in my Top 12 Recommended. I repeat, I’m not saying that ProtoAds is not paying. It’s still paying perfectly well to STP and AP (I was paid today as well) but at the same time it’s delaying payouts to LR and AG. I’m only saying there will surely be some negative consequences to the program’s cashflow and I hope it will not affect it in a severe way.

I was paid during the weekend from these programs: Surfovat, MegaLido, AggeroInvestment, BlosFinance, ApolloInvestGroup, ProtoAds, StableFinance, Tradelite, 8DailyForever, FinoFex, HermisCapital, SafeAtom, TopProfitWorld and MaxShare.
