Today was another quiet Sunday news-wise so I decided to publish an interview that I received last night from the admin of SummitReserve program Clark. My review of SummitReserve program published here needs to be revised a little because since that time its just been a hive of activity over there. The site experienced a complete overhaul and has been redesigned to meet the criteria of a quality program. In addition, SummitReserve experienced some enormous DDoS-attacks but managed to survive a lot stronger for the experience. Well, that’s enough from me. Let’s let Clark do the talking.

“1. Please introduce yourself to my readers. And please tell us a bit more of the history behind SummitReserve and your own involvement there.

My name is Clark Terry Jefferson, aka Clark, and I am the administrator of SummitReserve, which started to offer our services to online investors since this September 2008. I am responsible for all the online operations of Summit Reserve, which include but are not limited to: manage the funds from currency account to the brokerage accounts, watch the results, report it, receive the returns back and distribute to the investors.

Behind the scene, we have 6 employees. Two teams of three analysts and three traders work with us. The team of analysts make sure we are the first ones to know when new highly profitable markets open up. The other team manages our trading accounts, they have been working on Stocks, Stocks on Margin / CFD’s, Futures Markets for the last couple years.

In the beginning we’ve been offering our services offline with a high minimum deposit at $1,000 to invest with us. The idea to launch our project online was made on mid-2008 to allow smaller investors to earn with us. The decision was quickly taken, we hired a web-designer to create our website and we setup a team that will work on the SummitReserve online project.

2. What investment plans are currently available through SummitReserve? Tell us about the returns on offer and the investment terms.

We have three different investment plans to suits investor needs, each plan was highly tested before put available to the public.

The first plan (Starter Plan) offers up to 18% interest return after 7 calendar days, principal will be returned together with your profit.
The second plan (Premium Plan) offers up to 20% weekly interest return for 10 consecutive weeks, principal will be returned at your 10th payments.
The third plan (Exclusive Plan) offer up to 100% interest return after 30 calendar days, principal will be returned together with your profit.

We do not offer a daily plan, since it is almost impossible to generate stable returns from any markets on a daily basis.

With our program you don’t have to place a withdrawal request to receive your return of investment, all payments are made automatically into your currency account from where investment made.

3. Why do you only accept LibertyReserve now? Do you plan to add more payment processors in the near future?

We’ve decided to go with LibertyReserve only at this moment as we can transfer the funds from LibertyReserve to our brokerage account and back fast with relatively small costs. However, we plan to add more payment systems, we have been contacted by StrictPay and PerfectMoney, we are also considering some other payment processors in near future.

4. I see that you have recently survived a DDoS attack without too much adverse affect. Can you tell us a bit more about this experience and about the anti-DDoS protection that you are using at the moment?

A couple of weeks ago, we were under massive DDoS attack, and the website was down for about 2 days, to be honest at first we didn’t see much trouble with the downtime of website, because returns were generated and paid as usual without being affected by the inaccessibly of the website. Kindly be informed SummitReserve operation does not depend on website accessibility, as we do not store any database online. Somehow being offline for couple days has created panic among our online investors even though we had explained that their investment was not affected by the downtime of the website but some of them still felt inconvenienced by the situation.

For that reason and to prove the seriousness of our project we made a decision to launch mirror sites of SummitReserve where each site is hosted under a different server. At this moment SummitReserve websites hosted on 5 different servers (2 dedicated servers) each with different anti DDos provider, these are: Black Lotus, DDosWiz, and Awknet. With the launch of our mirror sites I think we just eliminated the one major problem of any online investment program, which is DDOS attack.

5. Following on from that, can you also tell us a bit more about the overall security of your site? About the server, anti-hacking measures, etc.

Since payments are made directly into and from your e-currency account, we can say that it is almost impossible to hack our website. In addition we do security check up for any possible HTML injection on a daily basis.

6. Compared to similar sites, your advertising campaign could be described as “low key”. Are you satisfied with the uptake of your site by investors? We know big ad campaigns are not always necessary, but how else are you promoting SummitReserve?

We are looking at this advertising campaign from various different angles. While we have taken on the monitoring websites in the beginning, most of our advertising is word of mouth, we believe, a recommendation from a friend will always be more reliable for many potential investors than any information that we post on our website. In addition the introduction of attractive Two-way commission is proving to be an effective, unique advertising strategy which is working very well for the growth of SummitReserve. We will consider adopting other methods of promotions in the future.

7. Are you otherwise pleased with your progress to date? What about the level of support offered by members? Do you see any room for improvement there?

Our progress has been steady to date, I can consider it successful, as we were able to roll quite a good amount of capital deposits and produce profits substantially since the launch of our project in late September.

The level of support is great, as we have seen lot of investors starting to invite their downline to join us. To sum up, we are satisfied with our progress to date, but we also realize that progress and growth are areas which need to increase.

8. Christmas is often a pretty slow period for HYIPs and autosurfs alike. Where do you see SummitReserve going between now and say the end of January 2009?

This is a good question. At first I had no idea with the mention of Christmas effect in this industry, but you know I’ve been done some research on the last couple years of Christmas time where usually most investment companies collapse at Christmas time. From our point of view this is a very good opportunity to prove the consistency and reliability of our program to online investors. We are very confident by January 2009, SummitReserve will climb the ladder of the top performing programs, and that will be just the beginning of our larger goal to change this industry, and to take it back from the “fly by night” programs that so many people have been victimized by.

9. Tell us a bit about your own trading and investment activities. As the payouts available from SummitReserve are quite generous, how are you financing all of this?

SummitReserve is a private investment program which holds investment portfolios with major investment companies that are positioned to generate positive results despite negative economic conditions. These returns are attained through the successful trading specializing in short selling, buying put options and using leverage. Generally speaking, an investment in SummitReserve is a bet that the value of a particular index or portfolio of securities will decline. We have the ability to provide 100% of our time to the full analysis of the changing trends in the current global stock markets while having our dedicated traders place short-selling position based on our recommendations.

Our portfolio fluctuates on a weekly basis based on the results of the previous week trades. This is done to ensure that we are placing more focus on areas where we are gaining more returns, and pulling out of areas where the returns are not as favourable. The key thing for SummitReserve is to make sure we’re building an investment program which is as diversified as possible, as strong as possible, so that if we have setbacks in one area, we still have some drivers of growth going forward.

10. You have recently announced an almost complete overhaul of your website. Can you outline the most important changes taking place there?

For the last 2 weeks we have made several changes to our online project, I think each of these changes are equally important, such:
– The mirror sites were launched to give peace of mind to investors, no matter what, our website will always be online to allow investors get in touch with us.
– The design has changed to provide better navigation to browse our website.
– Two-way commission was launched as part of our advertising campaign, rather than throwing money at some advertising campaign that we are not sure of its results, we decide to pay both our investors and their upline 5% of commission back for each investment they made, and so far the result is fantastic.

11. After seeing largely positive opinions of SummitReserve to date, this must surely enhance your members confidence even further. Tell us about the reactions to these recent changes.

Judging from the rapid growth of membership, I think investors are starting to realize that we are a strong and well planned program despite the difficulties we’ve been through during the first month of our online operation.

We also like to assure our members that we are not resting and will improve the security and adding more positive features for the benefits of our members.

12. In this fairly cut-throat world of online investing, why should I believe your program is better that the next?

Trust is something hard to get, especially in this online jungle. The most important factor in us gaining trust will be to continually provide our members with the returns as stated on our website, and to provide them with prompt payments as stated. We also understand the lack of trading evidence is a huge barrier to gain investor trust, we are planning to update our trading results on a weekly or monthly basis soon.

13. If you have just one thing to say to potential investors who are still not convinced, what would it be?

We have strong and experienced teams that will do everything necessary to maintain the future stability of SummitReserve, that’s the bedrock, that’s the foundation stone, and that’s what we concentrate on, making sure that we’re ready to stay in this business for an indefinite time.

14. What is your honest opinion of my blog? Is it a worthwhile project? Would you do anything differently?

I admire the way you expressed your opinion for information which is expressed with intelligence, your blog is stand up information while others back off for something wrong in this industry.

I see your blog was DDoSed couple days ago, I think that’s the answer of how worthwhile is your blog in the eyes of investors. We have a saying here: “Every born of great project there always someone awake”.

I would like to add that I was quite impressed with the detailed way the admin of SummitReserve answered all my questions. I believe SummitReserve program is quite under appreciated still by the online investors and I hope that with my help the program will get a lot of exposure which it definitely deserves. Anyway, good programs are always hard to find and I’m thankful I found SummitReserve and am making some good profits with it.
