Hi guys! Before we get to today’s “main event” so to speak, I just want to make a quick mention of my monitoring page. As you may be aware from yesterday’s post, I was unable to update the status of the programs included there due to technical reasons. Well I’m glad to tell you this is now fixed and you can take it that the monitoring section is once again accurate and up to date. And remember my monitoring page is updated every 24 hours and will only ever give you new and current information. Unlike some other so called blogs and monitors I can think of, lol! When money-news-online tells you I got paid, it means I got paid today. Not yesterday. Not last week. TODAY!
Anyway, now that we have that out of the way, I hope you enjoy today’s interview with Enrique Madrigal. He’s the admin of SurfPal which I’m sure many of you will already know. The program itself is a promising one with two plans, paying either daily or on expiry. And as predicted by Enrique, membership has indeed broken the 1000 mark as we go to publish so congratulations to him for that. So let’s hear from him.
“1. Hi Enrique, please introduce yourself to the readers of my blog and tell us about your involvement with SurfPal. What kind of experience do you have in managing an online program such as this?
My name is Enrique Madrigal. I’ve been in the hyip autosurf industry for 1 1/2 years now. I am the owner/administrator of SurfPal.
This is the first time I have managed or been the admin of an online program such as this although as i intimated earlier i have been involved in other capacities.
2. Can you tell us about the history of the program? How long has it been going? Why decide to open your own autosurf? What do you hope to achieve by this?
SurfPal was started on November 13th 2008. Opening my own program has always been a dream of mine since I started in this industry and only recently has it come to fruition. It was the type of thing where all of the pieces fell into place and I knew it was the right time for this. Really I think the best that anyone can hope to achieve is to have an impact on the industry and a positive one at that. Tis the season to be jolly and I truly hope that all of our members will feel that way having SurfPal in their portfolio.
3. What are the plans available to investors? What are the minimum and maximum amounts accepted into each plan? How many sites to we need to surf in order to earn our rebate?
We have two plans currently offered. Plan one is 9% daily for 13 days with daily cashout. The second plan is 130% after 10 days payout upon expiry.
The minimum ad pack purchase is $5 and the maximum is 2000 ad packs or $10,000 you are required to surf 13 sites to earn the daily return.
4. What happens if I miss a day’s surfing? Will I be penalised somehow?
Let me just suggest that you do not miss a day of surfing…lol. But if you do then yes you will lose your earnings for that day so be sure to fit it into your daily schedule. Truthfully it shouldn’t take more then 3 or 4 minutes to surf so this shouldn’t be too tough for most people.
5. Do you have a referral program? Tell us how it works?
Yes we do have a referral program and the percentages are based upon the level of upgrades from the members. It works as follows.
Referral commissions for free members is 1%. * Referral commissions for upgraded members from $5.00 to $495 is 3%. * Referral commissions for upgraded members from $500 + is 5%.
6. What are the payment processors currently accepted by SurfPal? Will you be adding to this list in the near future?
Currently SurfPal accepts StrictPay, AlertPay, SolidTrustPay and LibertyReserve. these are the most popular processors and i see no reason why this list needs to be added to.
7. Something I am often asked about, and something I know you are keen to explain, is how long will it take before I see my payment after making the initial request? Some people seem to expect it to be done in a matter of minutes, but this was never actually the case, was it?
Thanks for bringing this up Paul. Here is the problem as I see it with this industry. If I pay quickly and then someone has to wait even one hour then they complain. If I take my time and stay within the term then people still complain that it’s taking too long. So here is what I’ve decided. I will do most of the payments at one time of the day and any support tickets that I get asking about payouts will just get deleted. Unless I go out side of the terms then no one should be sending support tickets about this. I understand that people are nervous because the industry seems volatile right now but we run a good and fair program and will continue to do so. That being said please do not bug me with multiple tickets asking why its been all of 5 minutes and I haven’t paid you yet.
8. Can you tell to us in detail about the security of SurfPal? What have you done to protect our details from hackers? What level of anti-DDoS protection do you have and who is providing it for you? Are you on a dedicated server? The script you are using also seems quite unique. Tell about that.
Our hosting is through amerihost. We have Ddos protection as well as a firewall and cysco routers. The script is a customized script. As you can tell we are going for a particular theme with SurfPal and why not make it a unique experience for everyone. One thing I like very much and simplifies my job as the admin is the surfing history where you can see every single site you have surfed. This makes it much easier to find frame breakers and offensive sites.
9. What have you been doing to promote SurfPal among online investors? After more than two weeks online are you satisfied with the progress? How has the support from the members been?
The support has been really great. We are about to hit 1000 members here very shortly. Actually by the time this is published we will probably be over 1000 members. Most of the promotion so far has come from word of mouth or blogs such as this one. I have considered purchasing some banners but for now the referral contest seems to be the way to go and it has been very effective for us.
10. What other source of income do you have, if any, to protect members’ investments and maintain payouts? If you want members to trust you with their money, what evidence can you show them of this?
Even before the creation of SurfPal it was my main goal to build for myself a steady safe and long lasting profolio of online and offline opportunities. Slowly but surely these have continued to grow and be fruitful even during the down turn that the world economy has seen.
Will I say that I’m earning the full roi from these investments? Absolutely not. But what I’ve learned is that even something suplemental will be enough to carry a program such as SurfPal through the hard times. Our growth has been steady and thats the way I’d like to keep it. This way we can be more spread out on the payments and that also adds a greater level of stability to SurfPal.
11. How do you plan to develop SurfPal into the future? Given that Christmas is often something of a lean period for HYIPs and autosurfs alike, how will you cope first of all with the next four weeks, and then into 2009?
Well as I said earlier steady growth is much more appealing to me then the monstrous all at once growth that some of the other programs saw. I think in this way we will be much more steady and sustainable. My above mentioned investments will provide a bit of security during this period. We run a fair program here and i think the investors will recognize that and will hopefully also stick with us through the holidays.
12. Is there anything else you would like to add? Anything you want to say to any readers still not convinced of the merits of joining SurfPal?
Research. Research and more research. Give us a shot and we will prove ourselves to you the same way we have proven ourselves to hundreds of others. I wish each of you a very happy holiday season.
13. What is your honest opinion of my blog? Is it beneficial to online investors in your opinion? Would you suggest any improvements?
It seems like you really have your finger on the pulse of the industry here Paul. You do a good job. Keep it up and you’ve certainly earned a new reader in me.”
Well he seems to be getting into the festive holiday spirit, lol! And I think so will the rest of us if the next month is as good for SurfPal as the last one was. I have been getting regular and reliable payments from the start now, and with an enthusiastic admin as Enrique at the helm, I see no obvious reason why this can’t continue. Needless to say in these uncertain times you should always get as many unbiased opinions as possible and never play with what you cannot afford to loose. But I can only comment on my personal experience with SurfPal and so far I have to say it’s been a positive one. In the meantime you can always refer to my review published here. Thanks and good luck to Enrique, and I’ll see you all tomorrow for more news and views from around the industry!
