THIS PROGRAM STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!

Hi everybody! For today’s review I want to have a look at UCGCapital, an interesting little site I joined about a week ago. It stands for Urgen Capital Group and for those of you unfamiliar with it, UCGCapital is a low rate of interest long term HYIP. And not a bad one either. They are trying really hard right now to make a big impression in this arena and I’m starting to notice their ads and banners a bit more regularly on some of the popular forums. They would appear to be taking the program kinda seriously and often I find that when you come across a program with a large budget put aside for promotional activities it can indicate that it will probably be a long lasting one. Why? Well obviously it takes a lot of work to claw some of that money back as advertising on those sites doesn’t come cheap, but also it can indicate that the admin has a more ambitious longer term goal in mind, and not just a fast buck. (Plus the fact that they use a unique custom designed script which doesn’t come for free either). There are many exceptions to this I know, but typically this is the case.

So, what are the plans? UCGCapital has three plans that pay variable interest rates up to a maximum of 3% daily and all for a fixed term of 150 business days with your principal returned on expiry. I’ll break them down into more detail for you here. The preferred payment options are LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. You will also be offered the option of depositing via bank wire, but you will have to open an account first in order to receive details of how to proceed there.

The first plan, and that of most interest to the majority of readers here I think, is called the Balanced Growth Fund. Investments here start at $10 and are up to a maximum of $1000. Returns here vary up to a maximum of 1.5% daily with an average return being 1.35%. Remember this can go up as well as down during the 150 days.

Next we have the World Growth Fund and is for the bigger (or braver) investor. This plan offers up to 2% daily, and so far averages at 2% daily, on amounts from $1000 to $5000. Rates fluctuate over the course of the weeks and months so don’t expect to see that particular ROI paid every day for the duration of your investment.

And finally, for serious big spenders, if you’re out there, we have the ForEx Fund. Minimum spend here is $5000 and will max out at $500,000. Yep, you read it right. That’s a cool half a million bucks. For this investment you will earn a variable rate of interest up to 3% daily with an average return at the moment at 2.84%. Like the previous two plans this can rise and fall during the course of your 150 day investment term.

UCGCapital is hosted on a dedicated server which is always welcome news. It’s hosted by a Malaysian provider called Piradius, which while not exactly a household name to most, is an occasional name that pops up with HYIPs. The script as I mentioned is a customized one, unique to this program. In fact the whole design is quite unique. A very professional looking site over all, easy to navigate with emphasis on content instead of flashy graphics which usually only serve to distract. My own impression of UCGCapital is for the most part good.

I have certain misgivings about them but no more that I do about every other online investment program. For instance, despite the fact that they list a postal address in the same country that I live in, Ireland (not exactly a big place!), I have still not been able to confirm that they actually occupy this address. I have made a couple of attempts to make an appointment to visit their office, as all investors are invited to do on their website, but only ever get offered a vague reason why I can’t. The latest example for instance was that they could not meet me on Monday because they have “an unexpected visit” from some unnamed business partner. OK, but what about the next day, or week? No, that wasn’t acceptable either. They will be too busy for another month to take a 20 minute visit from me! The telephone works but I suspect this number just gets redirected somewhere else. I have a friend who works for the phone company here for the last 17 years and says this number, while it does ring somewhere, does not belong to this address.

In reality though I would not make too big a deal out of this. Just to remind you that when choosing an online HYIP you really need to cut through all the nonsense about trading in stocks and bonds etc, none of which is ever verified anyway and get down to the facts. Treat this one, like all others, as a regular online HYIP. That does not have to be a negative thing. In fact you have an excellent opportunity to be in profit with UCGCapital. Especially if you invest now. Behave responsibly, have realistic expectations, follow the golden rule about not investing more than you can afford, and I think UCGCapital will prove to be a decent earner for us all. It’s a good quality program and already one of my favorites.

Other news for today.

First I would like to clarify some issues some of you experienced with GoldNuggetInvest recently. There is explanation from the admin regarding the current missing earnings and deposits and it seems to be connected with a flaw in the newly installed script. GoldNuggetInvest (reviewed here) is staying among my best picks and recommended programs and I’m not going to change my mind especially considering the fact that the admin Robert (read my interview with him here) is working hard to get his program back on track as soon as possible. There is quite a long update from him that the members should have received already explaining all the issues and the ways to solve it. So I feel obliged to publish the full update here. Please take a time to read it all as there is much important info contained within:
“You might have noticed that our script update was installed recently. It was a long overdue measure with new security features, some can be seen, like the virtual keyboard to enter your password when logging in or signing up, others are for the general safety of our project and are hidden in the core of the script. Other features worth to mention are that SolidTrustPay and PerfectMoney payments are processed automatically now, which is saving us a lot of time. By the way, I just had a chat with Mike, our script developer. We have tested automated StrictPay payments over the weekend and will implement this feature by next week.
Ok, now to the unpleasant experiences with our upgraded script:
Unfortunately not everything worked out as smoothly as we all anticipated and I will brief you today on the glitches we have encountered and will explain in detail what we are currently doing to make our project ready for the future.
The earnings for our Daily Variable plan which sometimes timed out with the old script due to server overload, leaving us with about a hundred or so transactions to be made manually daily is still not working fine. Mike is while I am writing this lines to you checking things and hopefully we have a solution within a few hours or so.
We have noticed that many earnings for the Weekly Fixed plan were not posted after the upgrade was installed. While this was a big surprise not only for us, but for the script developer as well, we looked into this failure yesterday and found out that our server is still running a SQL 4.1 database, which is not only ancient (in software terms) but also have well known security issues. Since we also planned to upgrade our server in the next couple of weeks, due to heavy load – our average Alexa ranking is around 60.000, some days even in the ‘twenties’. So I have contacted BlackLotus today and ordered a state of the art managed and dedicated server which the right software preinstalled. Another important feature is that we upgraded the protection to Prolexic, the undisputed market leader for DDoS protection. The migration to this server should be done without ‘foreseen’ downtime during Friday, Jan. 30, according to BlackLotus.
To make a long story short, by the end of the week everything should be on track again and run smoother than ever before.
But what are we doing with the ‘missing earnings’ since the script will not be able to detect past due earnings. In this regard I have to admit we need your kind help and we will bring Arthur into play. Arthur is a retired accountant who was helping us out in the past and will take care of this issues as from tomorrow. So please check and if you missing earnings in the Weekly or the Daily plan let us know. We have arranged for a dedicated email address for this purpose only.
Please address your missing earning request via email to goldnuggetinvest@yahoo.com.
Please do not forget and this is very important, to include 1. your GNI username, 2. the deposited amount for which earnigns are missing, 3. the plan or plans you request your missing earnings for and 4. the date or date range where earnings should have been posted.

Arthur will then go through your information and deposit the missing payments into your account balance from where you can withdraw or reinvest them.
Withdrawals have not been compromised by the current events and are processed as usual, daily between 9am and 5pm GMT. Just coming to my mind that some members asked me how they should now if we are still busy in the office or not, if it is the right time to post a withdrawal request etc. You can see our current business time in the bottom left corner of our homepage.
We know that it is an unusual approach to involve our members in this regard, but please always keep in mind that our main activity is to place surebets, currently about 150 a day, in order to offer you such returns and that is taking much of our time. On the other side, it is your money we are working with and nobody but you knows better when it is due. We do however apologize for the inconvenience this might cause!
Please allow us up to 48 hours to post your missing earnings and please do not send general support requests to this email address. We have received many support ticket during the last two days regarding payments which will be deleted, due to the solution we described above. If you have other queries and support requests please address them in the meantime to my email address goldnuggetinvest@gmail.com. This is my personal email account and I will follow up whenever I have time.
And if you don’t have earnings to be due until Friday or Saturday morning, depending where on this planet you are living, you don’t have to do anything. Every interest due after we are running SQL 5 will be made automated, as before.
Ok, now some general instructions which should be taken care of whenever a script upgrade was performed:
Please login to your GNI account and check the account information in the database, particularly your email address and the account numbers/names of your payment processors.
We also advise you to change your password. If you forget your password – it really happens, we got everyday support request concerning forgotten passwords – please click on the link on the login page and a new password will be delivered to your email account on record.
Our members using SolidTrustPay and PerfectMoney may now also enter their account name/number in their member profile. This will help us both, so please do not forget: If you do so, you don’t have to enter your account information in the memo field of the withdrawal request and we can perform automated and therefore faster withdrawals.

Next I would like to update yesterday’s review of ComradeFinance (read it here). The thing is ComradeFinance is now on a dedicated server with the DDoS-protection by Dragonara which is also the hosting provider for PerfectMoney payment processor and many good HYIPs. Not a shared one as had previously been the case. This of course is really a good sign in my opinion.

InvestMonopoly program (reviewed here) issued another update today where the admin reminded that the program reached 300 active members being only two weeks online. Well, I have been received all my daily payments in time so far and I hope InvestMonopoly will continue to grow at such a stable rate. Here is the update from the admin:
“We are glad to inform that now We have more then 300 active members. Thank You for choosing InvestMonopoly! All Payments have been sent On Time. Please check your e-currency accounts.”

Another reminder was sent by the admin of SilverInvest today (read my interview with him here). The program is going private again shortly. It will happen on February, 1st and you still have the chance to become a part of this silver-trading company and profit from it. By the way, SilverInvest program is accepting almost all major payment processors and has now a legal certificate of incorporation issued in Cardiff just a couple of days ago. To all interested investors they can read more about the plans (which are quite sustainable by the way) in my review published here. So you still have a couple of days left to be a part of this legally registered entity so you should hurry up. You can find the proof of registration on this page. Please type the number of company 06789875 in the Company Number field and you will see the results and be sure that SilverInvest is a real registered company. That’s all I wanted to say about SilverInvest and here is the important reminder from the admin:

This is an important announcement for those who waited till the admin of 24over7 (reviewed here) added SolidTrustPay. Well, there is some good news for you because finally his SolidTrustPay account was successfully verified and now you can upgrade in 24over7 via STP as well. I remind you that 24over7 is paying 12% daily for 12 days and you will get your payout on expiry. The program is now experiencing huge growth having more than 800 members after just after 4 days online. I hope the admin will continue to do a great job after the first payouts are processed. And here is the latest update from Jim of 24over7 regarding adding STP:

And so a word of caution on MutualForexFund! Be aware that the program is behind schedule in payouts and they are delayed without any reason or explanation being provided. The worst thing is the admin of MutualForexFund stopped communicating with me and I consider that as a very bad sign. He could at least provide some explanation to us, his members, as to why the payouts are being delayed. I have two pending payouts now and the oldest one is dated from last Friday. I would advise you to stop depositing in MutualForexFund until we hear from the admin. It’s always better to be safe than sorry and I have already moved MutualForexFund to Waiting status on my monitoring page.

It seems that the admin of Youmilex is still on forums giving one lame excuse about delayed payouts after another. Here’s his latest so-called “update”:
“Our e-currency accounts are currently being funded. Funds should arrive sometime this week. We apologize for the delay which was caused by circumstances beyond our control.”
I wonder what currencies he needs to pay to everybody and not only to monitors and smaller investors. Well, in my honest opinion Youmilex is dead. Being a very successful program and having lasted for more than 3 months the admin chose the way of scam and lies in the end. It’s very unfortunate to see it happen! Especially as it seems he was quite a professional admin and knew how to run Youmilex for such a long time. I know that eventually it will happen with every program but maybe somebody will have the guts to tell the truth someday instead of making up ridiculous excuses for selective payouts.

Let’s get back to Paying programs now. I would like to tell that WorldFinanceCorporationGroup has added another plan. The first two plans will pay you 1%-1.6% forever until you decide to make a withdrawal. Now the Exclusive plan is open for investors willing to spend $10 or more into the program. They will have the opportunity to get 2% for 30 days fixed daily profit and the deposit will be returned back on expiry. I think it’s a wise decision from the administration of WorldFinanceCorporationGroup allowing to diversify the amount of possibilities for an average investor giving him more choice in the plans available. Anyway, I have just received an update from the administration of WorldFinanceCorporationGroup explaining this new plan in detail:

TradeContract (reviewed here) renewed their banners today and you can download them from their site for further promotion:
“We added 4 size new banners in packages page for you advertise us.”
I have already updated the banners and must say that the new design looks much better than the previous one. I remind you that TradeContract is paying 112% in 10 days, 130% in 20 days and 150% in 30 days for LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney deposits. The program is based on a GoldCoders script meaning you should make a withdrawal request in order to get paid after your investment plan expires so be aware of it.

ImokTrade (reviewed here) returned my principal last night. I got paid my 3.1% for 25 calendar days (77.5%) and received 100% principal back very fast after making a withdrawal request. In my opinion ImokTrade is still looking good and doesn’t show any sign of slowing down. Quite the contrary in fact, the admin recently added PerfectMoney option as another accepted payment processor (together with LibertyReserve) and therefore attracting new investors. He’s quite active and replied to me very soon when I recently requested to update my PerfectMoney account. I remind you that for security reasons to change your account you should contact the admin of ImokTrade first providing him the secret question and secret answer which you specified during the registration process in ImokTrade. After that he will add your PerfectMoney account or update your current LibertyReserve account manually.

There were many e-mails recently asking why I haven’t reviewed NovalexFinance yet. Well, the answer is simple: the admin of NovalexFinance asked me to postpone the review until he can provide me with some documentation confirming that he has nothing to do with Tradelite program. But I have no reply from him since and no further info is available. I think the waiting process is taking way too long now and that’s why I have made up my mind to review NovalexFinance next week regardless if I have these documents or not. As you know nothing is 100% certain in this HYIP world and regardless whether it’s true or not that NovalexFinance might be connected somehow with Tradelite the program keeps paying its members and that’s an undeniable fact. I’m glad to report that I received my 100% profit back a couple of days ago and reinvested today. In my opinion NovalexFinance is one of the best programs now. Unfortunately it doesn’t accept LibertyReserve for some unknown reason but you can make a deposit there using PerfectMoney or StrictPay. The minimum to deposit is $50 and you can deposit in both Dollars and Euro. The rules of the program are simple yet appealing: you will receive 100% of your principal back on the 30th day of your investment and 100% profit on the 50th day. I remind you that there is no script involved and all the payments are processed directly to your StrictPay or PerfectMoney accounts. You should specify your email address when depositing to which you will be sending some confirmation after the deposit process is completed. That’s all and I think it’s quite simple. I think NovalexFinance is the next big hit, and you?

By the way, I joined another program last night. It’s called ForexInv and it was launched just after Christmas 2008. So the program is online for a month already and as you may imagine the testing period should be over by now. They are paying 2.5%-3.9% daily for 42 days and as far as I know principal is returned at the end of your investment term. You can make a deposit into ForexInv with a minimum of $10 allowed using the following payment processors: LibertyReserve (both USD and EUR deposits are allowed), PerfectMoney and AlertPay. I’m not sure what their connection with Forex is except their name but I got used not to paying attention to the fact that 99.99% HYI programs are seemingly investing in Forex, lol! I don’t quite like either the design of the website nor the fact that they are hosted on a shared server which is not such a good idea at all. Only the fact that the program is paying consistently for one month made me take this decision to monitoring ForexInv. As like the majority of such programs ForexInv will not last forever but I expect a decent lifecycle for this one.
