BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM IS PAYING SELECTIVELY!

Hi everybody! Well as you will see in my news section below that yesterday was a pretty bleak day all round with a number of programs failing to make their payments. It’s not all doom and gloom though, as I’m not having any problems whatsoever in finding quality programs to replace them with. And one of these is an HYIP called ImmenseInvest. Not exactly a new program, but at almost 200 days online it is a proven performer. So let’s start with the plans.

ImmenseInvest is a short term HYIP with two plans that will pay you either daily or weekly. Both of them are reasonable and in my opinion quite sustainable. First of all the daily plan will pay you a variable interest rate ranging from 21.49% to 27.78% daily for 5 days. Thats a minimum return of 107.45% which is quite low for a short term program like this. That’s not a complaint though, in fact I think it just adds to the programs longevity. The minimum investment sum in this plan is $25 which is a bit steep compared to most similar programs. There is no maximum.

Then there is the weekly plan. It pays a fixed rate, but comes with a greater risk. For a minimum investment sum of $500 you will get a return of 115% after seven days. For those of you who have it to spare, the maximum investment sum is $10,000. So quite clearly the preferred plan for smaller investors will be the daily one, but I think both plans have minimum requirements that may prevent many from investing. The payment options for ImmenseInvest include PerfectMoney and LibertyReserve. And whilr payouts are not instant, they are extremely fast.

The security of the ImmenseInvest website is quite acceptable. It’s hosted on a dedicated server and the script is licensed GoldCoders. Whats more they utilize the HTTPS protocol and have a validated SSL certificate. The are also boasting a seal of protection from Comodo who go so far as to offer a warranty to the tune of $250,000 to guarantee their work. So I think it’s a fairly safe assumption that you are quite safe from hackers with these guys. There is quite a professional design to the site as well so I think it’s another safe assumption to say that a lot of time, effort, and expense have gone in to ImmenseInvest.

There is also a postal address listed. Its in Manchester in the UK but I’m not in a position to verify if it’s authentic or not. To be honest I tend to doubt it as the first thing I noticed when I first saw the site was that they have the name of their own country spelled wrong. Maybe any readers in the Greater Manchester area with some spare time might have a look. Anyway I wouldn’t attach too much importance to that. A postal address in the UK is of little benefit to an investor in Australia if the program closes, so I would just treat it like a regular HYIP and not take anything too seriously here.

Another thing about ImmenseInvest is, like so many other online HYIPs, they make a lot of noise about all their great successes trading in the Forex markets. And like all the others not a shred of proof is offered on any of this. I have to say though in this case I wouldn’t be at all surprised if ImmenseInvest did have some sort of outside business interests. Simply because of the longevity of the site. We all know, or at least we should know, that online HYIPs all have limited lifespans but the ones that survive this long would typically be using the program to fund some other business concern and sustaining the members payments with the profits earned from that. None of this is proven you understand, just my own speculation based on experience. It’s just that for a short term program to survive this long and remain successful is a rare achievement so I can only suspect an outside business interest.

So to conclude I have to say that despite the obvious drawbacks of larger than average minimums to invest and the payment options being limited to just two processors, my own verdict on ImmenseInvest is a positive one. I know from the results on the poll just down below on the right hand side of the page (please vote if you haven’t already done so BTW) that most of you seem to prefer this type of program. So I think most of you might like to invest here. I’ll just repeat the usual warnings that there are no guarantees in this industry and never invest what you can’t afford to lose. Remember that and I think by adding ImmenseInvest to a diverse portfolio you can expect to see a decent return on your investment.

Other news for today.

First I would like to apologize for the delays with answering your emails and updating my blog. I was on a few days vacation and sometimes many outside factors prevented me from updating my blog and answering emails. I will try to improve it by posting regularly from now on and update you on the news and views from HYIP and autosurf industry on a daily basis.

Unfortunately I have to start with some not so good recent events when many HYIPs collapsed just over the weekend. I’m talking about InvestMonopoly, BrainManagement, EliteFundGroup and CadillacVentures. They had different stories behind their closure but the results are the same – they stopped paying without notification. InvestMonopoly and EliteFundGroup stopped paying a couple of days ago and there was no word from the admin regarding this. BrainManagement stopped paying straight after the warning regarding the fake registration that was posted on my blog a couple of days ago. They are still processing selective payouts for very small amounts but I received my last payout from them last Friday. But the most amusing thing came from CadillacVentures site that seemed to be exposed by some shrewd investors that made the information known to the the real Canadian company with the same name and which is located at http://www.cadillacventure.com The statement is the following:
“Cadillac Ventures Inc. (CNSX-CDC) (“Cadillac” or the “Company”) advises that it has come to the attention of the Company that an unknown person or entity has established a website using a slight variation of Cadillac’s web address. The similar web address — www.cadillacventure.com (with no “s”) — purports to offer “investment management services for high net worth individuals who have an appetite for investing in private companies with high potential backup by publicly traded Canadian exploration-stage company…” and then references Cadillac’s New Alger and Burnt Hill properties.
Cadillac wishes to advise the public that Cadillac does not backup these purported investments, and in fact has no knowledge of or affiliation with this other website, or the persons or entities involved with this website. Information contained on this other website should not be construed as being approved by or connected in any way to Cadillac.
Upon completing a preliminary investigation of this other website, it appears that there is substantial question as to its legitimacy. The entity does not have an office at the address listed on its website (15 Toronto St., Toronto, ON; which happens to be Cadillac’s former address) nor does the phone number listed on the website appear to be operative. Further, this entity does not appear to be registered with either the Ontario Securities Commission or with the Ontario Ministry of Consumer and Business Services. The website attaches a letter from Equity Transfer and Trust Company that was filed on SEDAR with respect to the mailing of shareholder materials of the Company, as a “Certificate” as to registered company status.
Cadillac has notified the Ontario Securities Commission of the existence of this website and will consider such other remedies as may be appropriate in the circumstances.”
I guess that the release of this statement in late January signalled the beginning of the end for CadillacVentures HYIP. That proves again and again that any info listed on any website cannot be taken for granted until it’s proven. Don’t believe the addresses listed on HYIP websites – visit them personally if possible to make sure that a program exists! Don’t believe the phone numbers listed on any HYIP website – call them to make sure that they are working! If you don’t wish to do these things just treat them as investment games which they are all the same in general. That way you can be sure you will not lose money you can’t afford to lose. And remember that even a registered entity cannot guarantee you earnings 100% so you invest money at your own risk.

Let’s get on to more positive news now. The admin of GoldNuggetInvest program (interviewed here) keeps members of the program up-to-date on the current situation with fixing script problems and working on the auditing of accounts and payouts. He diligently sends out emails on how the work is going and despite all these issues I can’t name any member that was not treated politely and whose problem was not solved. This is why I like GoldNuggetInvest (reviewed here) and I will continue to support such a dedicated admin and his program which is more than 2 years online by the way. Here’s yesterday’s update from GoldNuggetInvest:
“Our server upgrade was concluded by BlackLotus on Saturday early morning (GMT) and so far we are very satisfied with the response time and performance.
Since our script developer was on a business trip over the weekend, it took us until today to install the upgraded script on the server. Currently we are testing and tweaking, but all is looking good and we have processed the first automated payments to our members about an hour ago. Auto posting of earnings of the Weekly Fixed program will be working in a couple of hours time and from then on all current earnings should be posted automatically as before.
Now to the backlog:
Please note that Arthur has still a backlog of close to 400 requests now growing and is auditing each and every account. This is time consuming and we have accounts with multiple deposits and it can take take up to 20 minutes to check such accounts. Others with only one deposits are audited within 2 minutes. We have however to be fair, and work on this requests in the order we received them. We are planning to have a second accountant working on the backlogs possibly by tomorrow, if not by Wednesday and are expecting to be up-to-date by the end of the week.
As you all know, good things take time!
Another important issue: Today it came to my attention that a sick soul is sending out so called phishing emails, pretending they have been sent out by us. So far I got only about 20 complaints about this issue. This email contains a link to a very primitive made LibertyReserve login page, to verify account details etc. Please note that we will never sent out emails with any link to LibertyReserve or any other site. Please never click on any links in such emails and please note that LibertyReserve for example is always addressing you by your first name, if they are contacting you for any reason.
I also advised our esteemed members in one of my latest news updates to please change your password once the server and script upgrades are concluded. This is done now and if you have not changed your password yet, please do so!
Due to the fact that we were working 16 and sometimes more hours/daily over the last two weeks there was really no time to introduce our upcoming new features and other exciting news, as I have announced in our latest newsletter. Please allow us to settle and to finalize with the current affairs and after we will go on with those announcements.”
And this is the latest update that I received from Robert just a couple of hours ago:
“I just wanna let you know that everything is working fine as promised. We have installed the new script yesterday and it picked up all the missing weekly earnings. The daily payouts are also working well now for all members now, before we got this timeout problems and some didn’t get paid due.
All we have to do now is to credit members accounts with the missing earnings from last week and due to the fact that we don’t have to take care of the weekly earnings anymore, this will be sorted out until the end of the week, instead of the end of the week (Sunday) as mentioned yesterday.”
I believe that everything will be solved very soon and GoldNuggetInvest will be running smoothly again. Let’s wait and see what happens. I’ll keep you updated.

SilverInvest (reviewed here) though closed to new investors for now introduced a new plan recently. And this is the most profitable plan as well so don’t miss it out if you are about to invest in this program. 24over7 (reviewed here) is the first great program of 2009 utilizing 12% for 12 days concept and having more than 1300 members after just 11 days online. I hope that we will see many happy members tomorrow when the scheduled first payouts from 24over7 autosurf should follow. I’m expecting to see big amounts being paid and of course I will update you on my blog about this happy event. I hope that the admin of 24over7 James and the members will continue to support the program after the first payouts are processed. I’m also going to make my contribution by publishing the interview with James after these first payments are made. Last night I joined another autosurf which is going to be a big hit for sure. I’m talking about 12Dreams autosurf. The site gathered more than 200 members after just one day online. So what is so special about this site? Well, I will tell you all about it in tomorrow’s review but today let’s have a quick look at some of site’s features. 12Dreams utilizes the very familiar to many of us concept of daily surfing and getting 12% on your investment for 12 days. The payments are made on expiry and a multitude of payment processors are accepted by 12Dreams program with $6 minimum upgrade allowed. In addition to LibertyReserve, SolidTrustPay, StrictPay, AlertPay and PerfectMoney they have just added EvoWallet as well that just successfully recovered from a recent DDoS-attack:

12Dreams looks like a winner to me because it is hosted on a dedicated server and has a good level of DDoS-protection provided by HushHosting. The layout of the site is quite professional as well and the script, Neversay, is well known too.
By the way, 12Dreams site specifies that “Members are required to upgrade within the first seven days of membership to reduce the overhead cost of free accounts.” So bear this in mind and join only if you want to upgrade in this program within the first seven days. More about 12Dreams can be read on my blog tomorrow!

Another program with the similar 12% for 12 days and payouts on expiry is 12DailyShares. The program launched a couple of days ago and is also hosted by HushHosting (though on a shared server) and is using Neversay script. The payment processors accepted by 12DailyShares are LibertyReserve, StrictPay, SolidTrustPay and AlertPay and the minimum to upgrade is $5. I hope it will be a good pick as well but we can say this with 100% certainty only after the first payouts on expiry are processed.

If you’re into HYIPs then I also have something to offer to you. I joined and listed Z-Finance today which promises to be a good program for those looking for fast earning opportunity. Z-Finance allegedly has a physical address in the Netherlands and DdoS-protected by DdoSWiz (actually they were assigned the same server that CentFusion used before that but that doesn’t really mean anything). Z-Finance is offering direct payouts straight to your LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney accounts. The minimum to invest in Z-Finance is only $2 and the plans are: 102% after 2 days, 110% after 1 week, 130% after 2 weeks and 190% after 1 month. The program just launched a week ago so there is a good chance to make a profit from it.

Finally, the last program which I would like to intoduce in today’s update is TrustCapital. This is brand new program that has some very unique features which many HYIPs don’t. The program is protected by BlockDos (one of the best hosting providers) and has a very appealing and professional layout. SolidTrustPay is listed among the accepted payment processors but I’m not entirely sure about that right now. The others are StrictPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. There are two plans currently available: 110% after 5 days and 160% after 20 days. There is also an Investment Tracker option available where you can track your investment using your unique investment ID number because the payouts are processed directly into your account and there’s no script involved. Needless to say that those who join TrustCapital first will have the best chance to be in profit. For a program that launched today TrustCapital is a very tempting option to choose in my opinion.
