THIS PROGRAM IS DELAYING PAYOUTS! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!
Hi guys! Does the new week get you down a bit? Would you prefer to just turn around, under the duvet, and say to yourself “I’ll just have another ten minutes” and then find yourself still there after an hour? Not me, but if you are one of those not looking forward to the new day then maybe I have just the thing to cheer you up. Today I have what I think is a really good interview with Frankie, the admin of ProjectSurf. As most of you will no doubt be aware of, there has been a huge number of autosurfs launched in the last number of weeks. Not all of them have been a success exactly but there have been a couple of examples of decent professional programs out there too. No disrespect to the other admins here but I just have to say that ProjectSurf is the jewel in the crown right now, as least as far as the new programs go. When you finish reading what Frankie has to say about ProjectSurf, I would advise you to check back and read my original review published here. In the meantime let me just recap and remind you that this surfing program pays you 9% daily for 15 days. It’s a very sustainable plan and accepts a good variety of payment processors. But let’s hear from Frankie now.
“1. Hi Frankie, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us a bit about your own involvement in ProjectSurf. Is this your first online venture? What other experience do you have in this Industry?
Hi Paul, my name is Frankie and I am the administrator of ProjectSurf and this is my first surf program or anything related to that nature. I have done a lot of affiliate marketing so I plan on incorporating my expertise there and introducing it into my surf program for all my members to benefit along with various other ventures I am involved with that correlate with incentive driven marketing and advertising vehicles.
2. Can you also give us some background information on ProjectSurf? Why did you decide to open your own program and what are you expecting to achieve by this? Are you alone or do you have a business partner or assistant?
ProjectSurf in just an infant to what I really plan on incorporating into my program, I have a lot of expertise in affiliate marketing and building projects from the ground up and I will demonstrate that here with my surf program. I am doing this project by myself right now along with my designer and 2 programmers who help me but I have a whole team of affiliates that I work with to insure longevity of this program and build on various projects to create revenue not only for me but for my member base as well. I wanted to do my own surf to change this industry from a positive point of view and give people knowledge and diversification through various outlets and not just surfing. As time goes on I will have a few accredited people join my project and they will use their expertise to create more substantial innovative projects as well that will interconnect with what I am doing with my program currently.
3. What are the plans you are offering investors? What are the minimum and maximum amounts to spend? What payment processors are you currently dealing with? Are payouts automatic or do I need to request them?
I am using the standard model in this industry which is $6 for 1 ad pack that gives you 100 credits to advertise all the way up to 500 ad packs with a total of $3,000. I think that is sufficient enough for advertises to create nice incentives for them. I am using AlertPay, SolidTrustPay, LibertyReserve and StrictPay – I think that is all I am going to use as processors but should the need arise for more I will add them on request. Ad packs expire upon purchase every 15 days with cash-outs requested manually but they do go directly in your cash balance and everything can be seen in their member’s panel. The plan I am using now for upgraded members is 9% daily for 15 days ad packs expire upon completion and you can then request a cash-out. You must surf a total of 15 sites for 15 days to earn the incentives stated above. I think my plan is very good for everyone and creates sustainability in a variety of ways which is good for my membership as a whole group.
4. How would you best explain to someone who has never heard of auto surf before how the whole thing works? From the very first moment I decide to invest until the time I receive my first payment, what happens? What do I do and what do you do?
Joining a surf program is to create traffic to your online business so the first thing to do is create an account by registering, you would also need to have an account with one of the payment processors I have listed on my site. You would complete the form and it’s entirely and you would be registered to login. Upon entering the site you will have a member management area were you can see and navigate through different areas that are construed with my program. You would in turn purchase ad packs which are advertising credits to allow your online business to be shown to other members in what we call a “program rotators” which is a window to present your business to all the members for a given time. The more ad packs you purchase the more exposure your business will get among other viewers. This will create traffic to your website but also allows you to generate your business expense back to you by viewing other member’s online business as well, so it is a great concept to list your business and create incentives in the form of advertising. Each Ad pack last 15 days for my program and you get an incentive of 135% of your ad pack purchase which you can cash-out or re-upgrade for more advertising exposure and incentives. If a manual request is made on your part for the incentives I will manually deposit the money into your processor, everything is logged and track in both the admin panel and the members area as well for seamless transactions. The concept and business module of this program is to generate traffic and earn monetary incentives for yourself as well as other members.
5. Tell us in as much detail as possible about the security features of ProjectSurf. Are you on a dedicated server? What measures have you taken to protect the program from DdoS attacks and malicious hackers? What about the script?
I believe security is the utmost important issue when dealing with online sites; I have my program on a dedicated sever with HushHosting and upgraded to full ddos protection which includes a “Mirror Site” which will carry the load to a remote location if the need arises because of heavy traffic or more maliciously a DDOS attack. I would say we are pretty well protected, the script is licensed by neversay and I have the upgraded addition which includes an encrypted manual key for data entry and has very high security which is hard coded into the script so hacking would not be likely.
6. On an other security related issue, I’ve heard of some surfers picking up some very dangerous viruses from their Surfing activities on membership site. In my own opinion it’s up to the owner to protect their own computer but do you think a site admin has any responsibility to somehow filter the content he expects his own members to view?
Absolutely Paul I agree, everyone should have some type of software enabled in their computers that detects virus’s or malicious programs that could effect their computers health, that is a must in these days and also to keep updating the software which will add to the protection. I think every admin should manually check each site that is listed in their program; I do that 1-2 times a day to ensure a smooth surfing and also to make sure no websites are listed against terms and like you mentioned sites that contain viruses – I have software that automatically detects that so I feel like I am doing my part to help protect against these issues and so should other admins.
7. How have you been promoting the program so far? What advertising strategy are you using? How big a part have the existing members played in this? Are you satisfied with that level of support? Has there been any contests or promotional activities to get the members more involved?
I have been promoting my program in all the active forums, highly accredited monitors and blog writers such as you Paul. I also purchased some banners and sticky’s in the more popular forums. I ran a contest that would give my referrers the chance to earn double the commission if they reached a certain level which was very productive and I am also going to run more weekly contests that will be very appealing to everyone as time goes on. I am satisfied from the support of my members but at the same time the closing of some high profile surfs left controversial concerns for many people giving us a little more difficulty then usual especially active admins on the forums, but as time goes on the trust factor becomes less and less and I hope to accomplish a nice level of support and trust from all my members and people who would like to join my program. I must add that my members who are currently in my program are doing a fine job supporting me which is positive.
8. What kind of support and technical back up do you offer members? What happens if let’s say I can’t surf for any particular day? Or let’s say a payment gets delayed for some reason. What should I do?
I will always be upfront with all my members entirely I feel that is the best way to communicate with my member base and build trust with everyone, I constantly send out newsletters and my support is superb as I answer each ticket myself as of now and also I have my own forum to adhere to my members in all aspects of it. I will do my best to accommodate my members and always have them in my best interest. If they cannot surf for the day – I will look into it and credit them if I need too; being proactive is a big part of success with my project and everything else I do in general communication wise will benefit everyone and together we can collaborate as a group and make this project a success.
9. There is arguably more surfing programs online right now than at any time in the past. Certainly more than I remember. How are you dealing with so much competition? If you had just one thing to say to the undecided investors reading this to get them to join, what would it be?
I would say that there is a lot of competition and I think time plays an important role in this arena now for the most part – if programs make it past the first –second cycles – I think there is more credibility towards them as opposed to many starting out so its really up to the admins to show longevity to weave out the competition in general and do your best to make your member base happy. I would say take a look at my forum and notice a very proactive admin with professionalism along with my rapport building I have with many of my members. I intend to incorporate many different modules for my members to be able to create more monetary incentives along with knowledge to create advertising wealth in the same format utilizing my program as the foundation in doing so. I will do my best and this industry is calling now for more reputable admins and I think I can fit that part and bring productivity and incentives to the table in more ways then one and I think that would be the feat most admins will have to face now which is good for everyone.
10. Following on from that there has also been a high number of high profile sites that closed recently too. How do you think this has affected the image of the autosurfing industry overall? From your own point of view has it made investors more cautious? Or has it simply presented you with an opportunity to fill the void and cater for those who still want to surf?
That is a very good question Paul, I think the closing of the more high profile sites left this industry impacted for the most but not entirely, I think it just opened the doors for a future generation of people looking to surf but at the same time being more critical towards admins with closer scrutiny. Many people do not join right away now but watch the progress and the productivity of the surf. It seems now people are doing more due diligence when making decisions. I think it is productive for a new wave of people separating the good programs from the bad. I think in my case it has presented an opportunity for me to show everyone that I intend to do my best as a admin and that I will evolve to the best because I did come here with a plan to create and sustain my membership base for a long time to come. I think I am at the right place and the right time to change this industry and start a new trend of surfers and how they should see surf programs in general.
11. What are your plans for the future? What are your long-term intentions regarding ProjectSurf? Where do you see the program going in let’s say the next 3 to 4 months?
I plan on incorporating many modules into ProjectSurf – I plan on adding many different incentive driven vehicles for my membership to create monetary gains in the realms of affiliate marketing and advertising revenue and I will always be implementing different ways and infrastructures to create revenue for my member base from my perspective while teaching everyone how to create it on their own as well, so I will be combining knowledge with creativity though innovation to make this the best manual surf out there. I see my program involving to many different stages and not just surfing but a very complex vehicle of incentive driven productivity that I will implement for my members to last a very long time. I see my project evolved into many different layers of diversification through innovation that is surely going to be very beneficial for all my members to come and that will be the impression I will have on this industry.
12. And finally, what is your honest opinion of my blog? Do you think it is a worthwhile project of any real value to investors? Can you make a few suggestions as to how I might improve it?
I am an avid admirer of your blog I think it concludes honestly and it is very informative, valuable and shows devotion to your readers who like to participate in these various programs on the internet. I think you do a very professional job keeping your readers informed and your blog is an asset to them in all aspects of the word. If I was going to make a suggestion maybe you can have a separate section on your blog for your correspondence with admins of all your program listings. So your readers can see the questions and answers that are being asked and maybe a little probing on your behalf to add to the credibility of them and people can see the responses. I want to thank you for your time Paul and I look forward to a long time of success with you and your readers.”
I can think of very little to add here except that with Frankie at the helm, ProjectSurf would appear in safe hands. Of course I can only pass comment on my personal experience but that has been entirely positive. The first payouts on expiry have been processed and everything is looking bright for both admin and members of ProjectSurf. As I said in my review I would not like to be the one who starts telling you this is “The New Aggero” or “The Next Big Thing”, but if I am to be blunt, I can’t see anybody else competing for that honor right now. An affordable investment in ProjectSurf as part of a well diversified portfolio will be a smart move though and that’s something I can tell you.
