WARNING! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!
Hi everybody! Well I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready for another busy week ahead. I’ve got my usual long list of blog related tasks to take care of which I guess isn’t really a bad complaint to have. But you know just as I think the workload with money-news-online never seems to stop growing, I finally meet someone who seems to be even busier than myself. So today I give you an interview with the admin of not just one but two excellent new programs. His name is Jack Weiser and he is behind firstly InvestEvolution (reviewed here) which is an HYIP that pays a total of 127% on your investment after 7 days with daily withdrawals and more recently IEvolutionSurf (reviewed here) which is an autosurf that pays from 13% to 14% daily for surfing 10 sites per day for 10 days with payouts on expiry.
I was actually hoping to have this one a bit earlier but circumstances conspired against me and with the Jack having obviously more important priorities that you can read about below you can see that there was a delay. Better late than never though and I hope you’ll agree that this is quite an interesting interview that is well worth waiting for. I hope you all enjoy this as much as me.
Just before we get to the interview I’ll just point out that because of the timing our conversation concentrates mainly on InvestEvolution. Not to detract from IEvolutionSurf in any way of course. That’s also a fine program and one which we might just come back to and discuss with Jack in more detail at some time in the future. We’ll see how that works out but for now let’s hear what Jack has to say about InvestEvolution and the wider world of online investments.
“1. Hi Jack, please introduce yourself to the readers of money-news-online and tell us about your personal involvement with InvestEvolution. What kind of experience do you have in the running of online investment programs?
I’m Jack Weiser, owner and administrator of InvestEvolution and IEvolutionSurf. I live in the Unites States, am an American citizen but this is not my country of birth. My experience with hyips is vast as a member, I’m in the community of high yield investments since 2004 but never had ran a program, with all the recent drama especially in autosurf industry I decided to become an administrator.
2. Can you now give us a bit more information on the program itself? What was your original plan behind opening InvestEvolution and what are you hoping to achieve? Are you running InvestEvolution alone or do you have a partner or assistant?
Yes, after the recent drama in this industry I saw that I had a good opportunity to open a decent program, earn some money myself and make people finally experience a good HYIP after months of waiting. I want my members to know I’m also an investor in this industry, in fact at this moment I’m in the other side but it doesn’t mean my mindset differs from you members, keep with me and you will see I really know what members like to see in a program. You, Paul, track this industry daily with news, updates, reviews, interviews and know well, there are several months we don’t see any good HYIPs offering high ROI. Last one I participated in was in January. I don’t think I need to mention the program’s name here but it was a project that had potential to stay online for many weeks, 1-2 months possibly, but the admin stopped paying prematurely.
I’m the only administrator of both programs, InvestEvolution and IEvolutionSurf. Elizabeth (a friend) may help out sometimes running the program by attending to members questions and responding to support tickets, but at this initial stage she is not needed just yet. She will be ready when and if I need her, but at the moment I don’t want to spend resources paying somebody else while I still can handle the volume of work myself.
3. The investment plan you are offering is a bit different from anything I’ve seen before. Tell us in detail about how it all works. Explain to us also about the rates of interest available, length of investment term, accepted payment options, etc.
Compensation plan pays progressive interests over 7 days, 1% in the first day, 2% in the second day, 4% in the third day, 8% in the fourth day, 16% in the fifth day, 32% in the sixth day and 64% in the seventh day, completing 127% ROI, principal already included. Members can deposit using AlertPay, LibertyReserve, SolidTrustPay and StrictPay. Cashout can be requested at anytime, daily or upon expiry.
I’ve set some rules that are intended to make the program viable for members and for me, for example the minimum cashout is $5.00. Why? In the past we didn’t have investors cashing out $1 or $2, only newbies and small investors did it, but today’s average investor is doing this as an attempt to reduce the risk on their investment, which is OK but creates more work for the administrator. I don’t trust the API of payment processors, in a glitch with the server they can double payments, fail, or even be full of holes for hackers. So I process every cashout manually one by one, this way we will never have missed funds or problems with hackers.
4. Something I know you must find a bit frustrating is the fact that people expect to find you online 24/7. You went to some lengths to explain the schedule in a recent update but for the benefit of those yet to join, please remind us. Please explain why member’s will not be paid on Sunday and also explain how long we can expect to wait before we do get paid.
No Paul, I didn’t say people won’t be paid on Sundays, I said that I usually take Sundays off for resting and for family reasons. Of course I’d consider spending a Sunday working if necessary but that’s a rule for every week. On business days payouts are taking 24 hours or less to be processed, I spend 8 hours working during these days. I see today that the HYIP investor has the same profile of a forex trader, he is always online tracking his investments and worried if he is winning or losing. Forex traders have brokers, news, signals and trading boards to check his trades while a HYIP investor just waits for his investment to expire and receive his payment. So he expects to see the admin online everytime and it’s just not possible. That’s why I ask my clients to have some patience on Sundays, I am not lazy, I won’t spend all my Sunday drinking beer and resting but of course people should not expect me to be as active on Sundays as I am on business days.
5. On the broader subject of online HYIPs, can you explain how the process works to someone who may not be familiar with this industry? From the moment I decide to join InvestEvolution to the moment I get my first payout, what happens? What do I need to do?
I could come here and say I’m involved with offline ventures or that I’m an expert in Forex trading, but this is not the truth. I could say my project is well designed to last. I’m in the online business since 2001, when I knew the multi-level marketing industry. By 2004 I joined the HYIP industry, had nice winnings and also some losses in this industry, investing here I already lost almost all my reserves but already earned enough money to buy my car. Investing in HYIPs gave me a profit in less than 6 months of what I’d got got after I spent more than 6 years in my regular job. I’m able to run a good program, that’s why I’m here.
Hyips are investment programs where you earn high profits in the short term, and as with any other kind of investment it involves risks but if you have a good strategy you can make nice money. Please don’t ask me to sketch a strategy, I never was much good at that but but have some friends that bought apartments and beach houses using strategies with autosurfs and hyips. Of course they also needed good amounts of cash to invest. The important thing to know is that you can make a nice income quickly. In InvestEvolution you can start an investment from as little as 10 dollars, you will earn 127% at the end of 7 days, you may cashout daily or on expiry.
6. Security is a huge concern for online investors. What steps have you taken to protect InvestEvolution from hackers and DdoS attacks? Who is your hosting provider and are you on a dedicated server? What kind of script are you using? What about spyware and anti-virus protection? Can you also tell us in detail about those?
First of all I admit in the first stages of my project I didn’t take enough care of security. On the first day of InvestEvolution we had a problem with a hacker that tried to damage our database (he didn’t have succeed). On the second day we went down with a massive DDOS attack from some Asian group. But I contacted my hosting and took some measures to stop that threat. I was successful. Recently the downtime we had was due a power cut in the data center of my hosting in Panama. But they fixed the problem and, after which the site got faster.
My hosting provider is Hush Hosting, and at this moment I have two servers with them. One is up now in Panama and a mirror server that will be set up in case of failure in the main server. They provide me very good DDOS protection and despite some problems with them I still think there is no better solution in this industry. I’m using script programmed by Neversay, which as you know Paul is a popular option online and was a suggestion from a friend. I’m very satisfied with the services. Sometimes they don’t respond to me on Messenger but that’s OK. He is a promising script provider and has done a brilliant job for me.
7. I know that you have come under DdoS attack in the past. Can you tell us about that experience and how, if at all, it affected the operation of InvestEvolution? How was the situation dealt with? Are you satisfied with the support provided by your hosting provider concerning this?
We were under DDOS just in the second day but it was mitigated quickly. It didn’t affect our operation though, members kept investing and inviting friends. We have an invitation tool in the site and over 60 members already have used it at least once. Recent outages were not due to DDOS attacks As I already said the reason was due to power cuts in in Panama where our server is located. With these outages my sites were inaccessible for over 12 hours. At first I thought it might affect our business but again I had phenomenal support from my members. I can’t say I’m 100% satisfied with my hosting provider. They have always supported me when I had problems.
8. What advertising strategy are you using to further promote InvestEvolution among potential new investors? Are you happy with the level of support offered by existing members?
I’m advertising my programs step by step. I started with monitors, then blogs and then forums. Today you already can see InvestEvolution and IEvolutionSurf everywhere. Members have supported the program very well, especially InvestEvolution and I’m happy to see this support. I have just installed a new feature in my sites called “Testimonials”. There members may show their satisfaction with my services. Those who eventually have a complaint or suggestion to make please use forums, blog, or a support ticket.
9. What about the success of the program overall so far? Are you pleased with the level of growth to date? Can you give us any statistics on the amount of members and the total amount deposited? What are your expectations over the coming months?
Some days ago I was saying to say my sites are a “potential success”. Today I can say they are an actual success. I’m very happy with the level I’ve have reached with my programs and I’m proud of myself. What I said in your first question is true, this is my first time administrating a program but I think I started well. I have 2 programs now and over 850 members (about 380 active) and it’s just the beginning.
I spent two months developing this program, from the first idea to the final project with many hours of work, planning, some study to find this formula and now everybody can see the result. Would you be happy to work for 2 months building your house and can only live there for a few weeks? That’s my feeling with InvestEvolution and IEvolutionSurf. I made a serious effort building this project. I don’t wanna stop now and that’s my expectation, to run a decent program that lasts a decent time.
10. What level of customer support do you offer members? How can they contact you if they have any issues with their investments? Do you offer telephone or e-mail support?
I believe I provide best member support currently. My members can contact me using Live Support and a support ticket system. I’m online every business day for at least 8 hours supporting members live, on Saturdays for 4 hours and Sundays I’m usually offline. They can also use tickets and will be responded to in less than 48 hours. This is often 24 hours or less currently right now and I read and respond to tickets every day. I don’t offer support via telephone for privacy reasons. I’m in the United States and this country has rules for every step you take. I don’t think it would be secure for me to provide telephone support.
11. I see you have some pretty serious plans for the future. Tell us about them and specifically your new autosurf site. How will this affect existing members of the HYIP? Is it of any real benefit to them or will it even affect them at all? Are the two programs linked somehow or will they remain independent of each other?
I’m sorry to respond this interview so late, I think this question is now partially old. IEvolutionSurf affects members of my hyip (InvestEvolution) in the perspective that they have a new site online, a good way to attract members for both sites. IEvolutionSurf was primarily done to accommodate people who don’t like hear the word “HYIP” as well as members who like to surf everyday, see other people’s ads and show his site, blog or service. Consequently members of InvestEvolution benefit with a new program but this is not the main purpose. They are independent programs. Anyway it’s linked to my name and not about what program is paying. It’s not InvestEvolution or IEvolutionSurf, it’s Jack Weiser who is paying.
12. Already some have suggested that this autosurf will simply be a vehicle for sustaining payouts to InvestEvolution. What is your response to this?
Yes, I read this suggestion in one of your reviews, I think. If members think IEvolutionSurf was created because I needed money to pay members of InvestEvolution they are completely mistaken. It was created because with this program I reach a different audience online, the autosurfers, you know Paul that many people who use autosurfs simply hate HYIPs. A group of administrators created a very ugly image for the HYIP industry. When the first upgrades of IEvolutionSurf expire people will notice it’s not “a vehicle for sustaining payouts to InvestEvolution“.
13. With so many new programs coming online every day, what would be the one thing you would say to investors who are still undecided on which program to pick? What are the benefits of joining InvestEvolution over any other program?
First of all, innovation. I believe InvestEvolution is the innovation of 2009 in the HYIP industry. I’m an investor in this industry too and I don’t remember the last time a program did something different. I think from now that I started a program using a totally different plan other admins will follow. And that’s very good, people are tired of seeing the same formulas everyday. Adding to this my members have: dedicated live support every day, very diversified and interesting material to promote the program to his referrals (splash pages, banners of all sizes, invite friends form), a very interesting and innovative compensation plan, and a three level referral plan.
14. By the way, as one of the few admins honest enough to not make any pretense about involvement in some fictional investment activities, what’s your opinion of the HYIP industry in general? Can you tell us anything about your personal experience here, other than as a site admin? Would you say the same for the autosurf industry?
I’m not a guru in this arena but I’m here for some time. Program administrators are used to saying they are backed by real ventures like ForEx, stocks, arbitrage etc. That’s very beautiful to some members, especially newbies who think “Wow, I’m investing with a ForEx expert that will profit with a nice income and share a part with me”. 99.99% of these programs have no income source actually. I preferred to start with sincerity telling my members I have no source of income other than deposits. In a first moment it may sound harsh to members but I always make my decisions based on reality. Words are just a group of letters that do not always make sense. The word “oficina” means a lot of things in the spanish speaking countries, for English speakers this same word means nothing.
HYIPs are today achieving less than 1% of the success rate they could if there were only some respect in this industry. I’m not here to save the industry but at least to make a program that people enjoy. I’d love to believe autosurfs are different but last results showed there is only one difference: HYIPs don’t require people surf everyday.
15. And finally what is your honest opinion of my blog? Is it of any real benefit do you think to online investors? Can you offer any suggestions on how it might be improved?
I enjoy your blog, since last year MNO is my main source for information about this industry, I won’t say you are unbiased because you are not, that’s impossible I think. I can say you are doing some very good work, you have a nice base of visitors, and your Alexa rank and feed readers reflect that. At this moment I don’t have any suggestions for improvements but if you keep your services as now it will already be very good. Thanks for this interview, I apologize for the delay but I had many tasks that just had to be done before this interview. But now you finally have it.”
Well that’s quite a lot of information to take in but I do think it was quite an interesting read and also I have to say I really do appreciate the honest down to earth approach. As I said above you can check out my reviews of both of Jack’s programs here and here for more information on them, but I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with either. Both InvestEvolution and IEvolutionSurf are quite well planned and organized and in my opinion managed in a very professional manner by someone who knows that the key to long term success in this industry is keeping the members satisfied and therefore coming back for more, sustaining the program and attracting ever more members.
