THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!

Hi guys! I hope everybody’s weekend is going well so far. I’m just about ok myself but am still so behind in my schedule I can hardly believe it. It’s down to yet another weekend given over to moving house. This being my main task right now, and with the other being the growing list of programs to be reviewed, you can see how the two are not exactly helping each other. But with just a bit of patience I think I will get through this soon enough.

But before today’s review I want to ask you all a question that is very loosely connected with today’s review. No prizes, just for fun. As some of you might already know I’m a bit of a movie buff in my spare time, and so today I wonder who can find the common link between the following works of Hollywood fiction. 1) Capricorn One (1978), 2) The Killing Fields (1984) 3) Law & Order, the long running NBC television drama series, 4) EnscoOffshore, a newly launched HYIP that you can read about on all the major forums.

Give up? The answer is Sam Waterston, one of the most popular living American TV stars of the last 15 years. Having been nominated for an Oscar, several Golden Globes, several Emmy Awards, and countless others Sam Waterston’s latest (dubious) honor is to have is image used to promote a new online HYIP. That is exactly the image waiting to greet you when you first log on to this program, the face of a man known to just about everyone in the world who so much as owns a television set. But never mind that now. Let’s concentrate on the merits of the program itself and forgive EnscoOffshore this little misdemeanor. Let’s talk about the serious stuff there instead.

Firstly the plans. There are three plans available from EnscoOffshore and they are all what I would describe as low ROI long term plans. And all the above silliness aside the plans are not that bad at all. Well worth a look in fact but let me clarify first that the first plan is the only one I would seriously consider here. In the interests of fairness obviously I will mention all of them but most readers here will probably not go past the first one.

And that first one is called the “A Plan.” That will pay you 2.5% daily for 60 calendar days. The minimum to invest here is a basic $10 and the maximum is $10,000. You will break even after forty days, be in small profit after 41, be in profit to the tune of 150% at the end of the investment term, and then you will have your principal returned.

So let’s just simplify that for the newbies reading this and take a practical example. Should you invest a nice round figure of $100 this is what you can expect. You will receive $2.50 every day for sixty days. That means that after forty days you will have gotten back a total of $100 so everything past that is pure profit. After sixty days you should have received an accumulative sum of $150 and then finally you should receive a lump sum of $100 back, i.e your principal.

Just to briefly touch on the other too. The details are pretty much the same but they concern investment amounts that are out of reach for most online players, and so as not to waste your time I will just suggest you check out their home page for details. But the other two plans require minimum spends of $10,000 and $20,000 each so best you check the site out thoroughly for yourself if that’s the kind of thing you’re into.

But there is another feature here that will surely prove popular. And that is the option to withdraw your principal whenever you like. Whether you get cold feet or just have other commitments, the option is always there, at a fee anyway. It will cost you 25% after a lock in period of ten days. By the way, almost forgot to mention that two e-currencies are accepted by EnscoOffshoreLibertyReserve and PerfectMoney.

The security is pretty good here too. A dedicated server which is of course a major plus, and supplied by Dragonara which only adds to the reputation. On top of that there is the licensed GoldCoders script and the SSL-certificate so your investment is pretty well protected from hackers anyway. They also furnish us with what is supposed to be an office address and telephone number In the Dutch city of Groningen. You are all cordially invited to try and contact them there with your questions. Good luck in getting them answered and anybody who tries please get in touch and let me know the results, good or bad.

Despite this being obviously not a real company, a quick search in Google of the very name “EnscoOffshore” will prove that (there is an actual UK based company of the same name), I like this as far as online HYIP games go anyway. The main plan is good. It’s both affordable and sustainable. And it’s well protected. Just remember to look past the far fetched claims about Bio technology, IT, infrastructure, Nano-technology and the like. It can be a winner if you use your head and who knows? Maybe even Sam Waterston himself might invest a few bucks, lol!

Other news for today.

LibertyReserve site was down for maintenance again today for several hours. I wonder if it’s connected with the security issues recently reported by some admins or it was just another small downtime. Anyway, on the LR official blog there is not much info about it but rather there is some information regarding collaboration and sponsorship of some event by LibertyReserve. I’m sure that my readers would be more interested to know about the frequent downtimes and the reasons for them than any other events but anyway… here’s the update:
Dear Friend, We are proud to announce, that as a result of a successful collaboration between DirectTV (television network), Re/Max (world’s largest real estate agency), LibertyReserve (your favorite payment system) and Setanta Sports (very popular sports channel), Mërge movie project was born and is being presented by Chameleon Entertainment. The script that will win this competition will be made into a full featured movie that will be presented in major countries on TV and PPV.
We are proud to be one of the general sponsors of this project, and truly hope that our collaboration will restore the cultural bridge between the continents.
Chameleon Branded Entertainment, has announced the launch of Mërge, an international script-to-screen competition, dedicated to highlighting multicultural experiences in the ever converging global environment. The contest’s goal is to bring accounts of international and multicultural stories to the forefront of mainstream international audiences. Mërge 2009 focuses on the Russian multicultural experience.

Meanwhile, it seems that the admin of FloatingFastProfit decided to jump at the chance to blame LibertyReserve for the money allegedly stolen from his account. Here is what he posted on the main forums regarding this issue:
Dear members,
Here is a bit of technical information about hack:
1. I can easy login into main account without any problems. Be informed what after last downtime, LibertyReserve has implemented a new security options such as IP security. So, anyone, except me, can’t access to main account and options of XML API interface.
2. All security options for XML API interface has been properly configured. I mean, the “IP filtering” has been set for our server IP address. So, anyone can’t use the XML API interface from another IP address. No new added XML API’s was not found.
3. Our script which process the payouts via XML API have serious restrictions: the payout amount can’t be send to the script, the payee account number can’t be send to script, max. amount for payout is $200 per transaction.
4. Security word for script always sends via HTTPS secured connection.
5. I have checked our server security and all folders where scripts are located – no new files or changes. Of course, I’ll send request to the hosting provider regarding additional information.
Only one transaction has been made via XML API, but for ALL amount. Hacker must know the account balance before. How? I think, via XML API also.
I continue investigate the situation. Also still waiting reply from LibertyReserve Abuse dept.

It might be true or not but anyway – we can’t deny that FloatingFastProfit is dead now. The LibertyReserve withdrawals are on hold now and I doubt very much that even if the admin’s LR account was hacked he will get his money back. So we can assume that the game is over for FloatingFastProfit. I noticed on the website that you can still make deposits via PerfectMoney but I would strongly advise you not to do so before the situation with LR is clear. All the deposits and withdrawals to LibertyReserve are frozen now and I have no choice but to put FloatingFastProfit to Not Paying status on my monitoring page.

By the way, be aware that 13Daily.Pro and ResidualForexIncome are also in Not Paying status and I suggest you not waste your time or money on those programs. Obviously now that they have folded anyway.

I will see you on my blog tomorrow when I’ll try to give you an update on Paying programs. As LibertyReserve was down for many hours today I will update you with the stats of payouts tomorrow. Have a nice weekend, guys!
