BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING!

Hi guys! Well today I have something a little different. Yes it’s an interview with a program admin, in this case the admin of CashExplosive (the program was reviewed on my blog here). It’s not quite like any other I have published before. But it is exactly like one particular interview. Considering that there is a fair amount of concern surrounding the future of this program and of the security of your deposit there, I thought it reasonable to give the admin a fair and unbiased platform to address his members and explain the situation. What did I get back? A direct copy/paste job of the interview I conducted with the admin of two scam programs published on my blog on 30/03/09 (InvestEvolution and IEvolutionSurf). Talk about a lazy hack! Other than that we see another rather familiar name being dropped. That of “Lizzy Taylor”. No, not the Oscar winning movie star of the silver screen (if only!), but rather the nom de plume of the admin of 12DailyShares (another scam). Coincidence? Well I guess anything is possible in this business!

Now I am well aware of the fact that one admin can often be responsible for several different programs, occasionally even running at the same time. But I am always slow to reach that conclusion on the grounds that we can never actually prove it 100%. So you can draw your own conclusions here, but I will neither insult my readers nor make myself look stupid on my own blog by somehow hiding this or denying it.

“1. Hi, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us a bit about your own involvement in CashExplosive. Is this your first online venture? What other experience do you have in this Industry?

I’m George Jerry, owner and administrator of CashExplosive. I live in the Unites States, am an American citizen but this is not my country of birth. My experience with autosurf is vast as a member, I’m in the community of Autosurf since 2006 but never had ran a program, with all the recent drama especially in autosurf industry I decided to become an administrator.

2. Can you also give us some background history on CashExplosive? Why did you decide to open your own program and what are you expecting to achieve by this? Are you alone or do you have a business partner or assistant?

After the recent drama in this industry I saw that I had a good opportunity to open a decent program, earn some money myself and make people finally experience a good autosurfing program. I want my members to know I’m also an investor in this industry, in fact at this moment I’m in the other side but it doesn’t mean my mindset differs from you members, keep with me and you will see I really know what members like to see in a program. You, Paul, track this industry daily with news, updates, reviews, interviews and know well, there are several months we don’t see any good autosurf program after the fall of Megalido. I have two other partners running CashExplosive with me, Mustapha (a Programmer) who maintains the site and make sure the script is working well. Lizzy Taylor also help out running the program by attending to members questions and responding to support tickets.

3. What are the plans you are offering investors? What are the minimum and maximum amounts to spend? What payment processors are you currently dealing with? Are payouts automatic or do I need to request them?

CashExplosive offer a plan of paying 12% daily for 12days. The Minimum upgrade cost $5 and Maximum upgrade cost $10.000. We are presently accepting the following processors LibertyReserve, StrictPay, SolidTrustPay, EvoWallet and AlertPay. Payment is upon request and very fast to process.

4. How would you best explain to someone who has never heard of an autosurf before how the whole thing works? From the very first moment I decide to invest until the time I receive my first payment, what happens? What do I do and what do you do?

Joining an Autosurf program is to create traffic to your online business. The first thing to do is create an account by registering, you would also need to have an account with one of the payment processors I have listed above or on my FAQ page. You would complete the form and it’s entirely and you would be registered to login. Upon entering the site you will have a member management area were you can see and navigate through different areas that are construed with my program. You would in turn purchase ad packs which are advertising credits to allow your online business to be shown to other members in what we call a “program rotators” which is a window to present your business to all the members for a given time. The more ad packs you purchase the more exposure your business will get among other viewers. This will create traffic to your website but also allows you to generate your business expense back to you by viewing other member’s online business as well, so it is a great concept to list your business and create incentives in the form of advertising. Each Ad pack last 12 days on my program. Free members do not earn cash by surfing only on Ref Commission and upgraded memers earn both cash and Ref commission. The concept and business module of any Autosurf program is to generate traffic and earn monetary incentives for yourself as well as other members.

5. Tell us in as much detail as possible about the security features of CashExplosive. Are you on a dedicated server? What measures have you taken to protect the program from DdoS attacks and malicious hackers? What script are you using? What about spyware? Are you screening the sites being advertised to protect your members from viruses?

I believe security is the utmost important issue when dealing with online sites; I have my program on a dedicated sever with BlackLotus and upgraded to full ddos protection which includes a “Mirror Site” which will carry the load to a remote location if the need arises because of heavy traffic or more maliciously a DDOS attack. I would say we are pretty well protected, the script is licensed by Neversay and I have the upgraded addition which includes an encrypted manual key for data entry and has very high security which is hard coded into the script so hacking would not be likely.

6. How have you been promoting the program so far? What advertising strategy are you using? How big a part have the existing members played in this? Are you satisfied with that level of support? Could anything be done to improve on this?

I have been promoting my program in all the active forums, highly accredited monitors and blog writers such as you Paul. I also purchased some banners and sticky’s in the more popular forums. I am satisfied from the support of my members but at the same time the closing of some high profile surfs left controversial concerns for many people giving us a little more difficulty then usual especially active admins on the forums, but as time goes on the trust factor becomes less and less and I hope to accomplish a nice level of support and trust from all my members and people who would like to join my program. I must add that my members who are currently in my program are doing a fine job supporting me which is positive and I say a Big thank you to all.

7. I find it difficult to remember a time when the reputation of the whole autosurfs industry was as low as it is today. How are you dealing with such a negative image? How is it affecting the growth of your program?

That is a very good question Paul, I think the closing of more high profile sites left this industry impacted for the most but not entirely, I think it just opened the doors for a future generation of people looking to surf but at the same time being more critical towards admins with closer scrutiny. Many people do not join right away now but watch the progress and the productivity of the surf. It seems now people are doing more due diligence when making decisions. I think it is productive for a new wave of people separating the good programs from the bad. I think I am at the right place and the right time to change this industry and start a new trend of surfers and how they should see surf programs in general.

8. What about the success of the program overall so far? Are you pleased with the level of growth to date? Can you give us any statistics on the amount of members and the total amount deposited? What are your expectations over the coming months?

Thanks Paul for this question, we are doing great so far. This is the present stat of the site as of today 12-04-2009:

My expectation in the coming month is a great success to the site, we will continue our promotion and get a bigger membership and high investors back on the surf industry.

9. What level of customer support do you offer members? How can they contact you if they have any issues with their investments? Do you offer telephone or e-mail support?

I will always be upfront with all my members entirely I feel that is the best way to communicate with my member base and build trust with everyone, I constantly send out newsletters and my support email to all members (free and upgraded). We also have a live support chat on the homepage of CashExplosive in case their is an urgent issue.

10. For many now the most important question will be about the recent changes in your payout system, by which which I mean switching from daily payouts to payouts on expiry. First of all can you explain the reason behind this?

Thanks for the question again, we offered daily withdrawal when we started and it lasted for a while, I have to change this because I need to spend more time on advertising and forums to spread the news of CashExplosive and what we offer investors. This is the reason why I change the payout plan.

11. And now don’t you agree that this has made your program significantly less attractive to investors? Particularly at a time when most prefer to avoid them completely?

I think it has changed nothing, I made the announcement 2days before I changed the payout plans and all payouts where completed before it was changed as I know you can confirm this Paul as you have already cashout more than $300 from CashExplosive and I think its a good evidence that we are paying.

12. Like it or not this will raise a lot of suspicion that you may have cash flow problems and may be about to close imminently. What is your response to that? What proof can you offer investors to ease their concerns?

I repeat it again Paul, I think it has changed nothing, I made the announcement 2days before I changed the payout plans and all payouts where completed before it was changed as I know you can confirm this Paul as you have already cashout more than $300 from CashExplosive and I think its a good evidence that we are paying. We are doing very good and we do not have any cashflow problem.

13. And finally what is your honest opinion of my blog? Do you think it is of any real benefit to online investors?

Paul, you are doing a perfect job, I love your blog and will say keep the good work and keep giving us full updates about any new investment program listed to your site and also do your best to attract more investors to your blog. I want to say thank you to all my members to the good work they have been doing by referring new members to the program. I love you all and God bless you.”

I should also point out at this point that I understand that not every admin I interview is a native English speaker so usually I take the liberty of editing their answers. Merely to correct a few typos and grammatical errors to make it easier to read (but the actual meaning of the answers remains the same). In this case however I have neglected to do that. If this is what the admin has chosen to present to you, his members and potential members, then so be it. I would feel a little concerned about the safety of my money right now if I were you.

I’ve always tried to be upfront with you guys concerning the risks involved in this industry. Every program collapses eventually, it’s the natural order of things, but not every program admin is dishonest in the sense that he deliberately opens a program with the one single intention of stealing from you. In this case however, regardless of whether the admin really is the same guy behind InvestEvolution and IEvolutionSurf, by copying the same answers directly from that scammer he has at least demonstrated that he is in no way taking the interests of the CashExplosive members seriously. I advise you to do next what ever you feel is best for you and your money. The only substantial benefit I ever saw in joining the program in the first place, i.e daily payouts, has now been removed and I can’t help but suspect a dwindling cash flow situation to be followed by imminent closure. I shall gladly apologize to all concerned if I am wrong. But I doubt it.
