Hi, guys! Today I want to report on just the news without the usual review because there are some very important updates not to be missed. There are also some programs that became scams and which you should be aware of. But first of all, I’m glad to report that it seems LibertyReserve SCI interface is fully functional again which means that you can make all the deposits automatically to any investment program that accepts it. Some admins have already been rushing to report the good news to the investors. For instance, the admin of ImperialFinances, Will, (read my review of his program here) sent another short newsletter where he mentioned this happy event:

“Hello everyone. Today I am just here to say one thing really.
LibertyReserve has corrected there problem with SCI Interphase. You can now deposit normally through your member account. With such an incident, being down 3 days, this did not stop deposits or payouts. We were really happy to see the support in that.
Tomorrow we will be back again to give you a full newsletter.”

The admin of another popular short-term program ProfitROI (reviewed here) also reminded the investors that from now on they are welcome to invest via LibertyReserve SCI and all the deposits are added automatically as usual:
“Hello! Brandon here again. Just to let you know that I’ve processed all pending payouts – please don’t forget to vote for ProfitROI and leave your feedback also on forums. Your support is much appreciated!
LibertyReserve has fixed the SCI issue so you can deposit from your ProfitROI account directly. This means you don’t have to send funds manually anymore!”

The admin of SilverLodge Louise (interviewed here) sent out another email which is a reminder that only 48 hours are left to join his program. After the deadline SilverLodge will go private and only active accounts (with no less than a $10 deposit) will be left in the system. So if you want to make sure that you won’t be deleted please join now and invest at least the required minimum within the next 48 hours. The same goes for any of you who have some doubts regarding SilverLodge but would not like to miss the opportunity to participate in this great program. I am going to meet Louise in London next week whenever he calls me (he knows my number) and hopefully after this happens I will be able to give you more details about how SilverLodge is really functioning and what investment avenues it pursues with investors’ money. So stay tuned and by the way don’t overload the admins with unnecessary emails which will not be answered if the answer to your question is obvious and is already answered on the SilverLodge site. The 25th is final and the last possible deposit for newcomers will be the 25.04.2009 at 23:59 GMT/UTC
Once more we will also not answer emails anymore to change uplines, if you did give the wrong link, or you decided to change your upline, sorry do not send us emails we will just delete them, we just do not have time and it is not fair for your upline anyway, and if you feel to get a ref-back because you see a promotion even more unfair to do so, so please ultimately no emails of this kind anymore!
When you send LibertyReserve manually, because of there sci problem, you need to submit your SilverLodge ID, the program you like to invest the money and the payment proof to our email, without this information we cant add it to the correct account, also this is manually so one email is enough, do not send us reminders or 2-5 times the same email! This is for all email so hen there is anything you need to say, say it once!

a) questions they can see when they read the start page or the faqs
b) emails what are send many many times because we might not respond in 5 minutes
c) wrong informations or missing informations

The admin of ProjectSurf Frankie (interviewed here) sent out a long-awaited update regarding the status of payous and what is happening behind the scenes. According to his update all the pendings will be paid and after this happens the program will be restructured into something more sustainable. So far I can see that only payouts to SolidTrustPay are being paid. I don’t know what is wrong with his LibertyReserve and AlertPay accounts but I have been paid only to STP and my pendings to AP and LP are ignored so far. The admin allowed for everybody to be refunded and you should contact him on the ProjectSurf forum for that. Remember that those members getting refunded will not be allowed to participate in ProjectSurf once remodeled. I can’t give any comment on what is happening with ProjectSurf but I would suggest not to join this program now before all the pendings are paid and the restructuring is complete. Here is the usually long update from Frankie:
“Hello Everyone, I want to give everyone an update! I have not been able to login to my webmail for 5 days already so if you sent me an e-mail I will get to it in a day or two. Hushhosting is working on a solution for me and it will be resolved in a day or two, I think it is someone trying to attack the cpanel and causes it to be locking out constantly. (another obstacle by jealous people).
I cleaned out our forum, everyone please do not post “issues” in threads that are irrelevant to the topic. Just to give an example people are posting support issues in “introductions” and there were so many topics and issues in different threads that do not belong there. I like to keep a uniformed forum so please only post in the topics that apply to your post otherwise I just have to delete them it just gets too confusing and I cannot address the issues.
I am sorry about pay-outs being a little slower I am dealing with members complaining to the PP’s and I must say that these people are trying to be a nuisance and it is obvious they do not care about their fellow members so I have to have reserve funds so that I can take care of these complainers and not ruin it for my supportive members because I will get this program back on track I am just waiting for my outside source revenue to come in which will not be much longer. I made the mistake of allowing too many people to come in and quickly cash-out and that is my fault so when this program is back on track I will make changes so that everyone can have a good earning incentive program without killing the revenue either until I have my whole network setup and making tons of revenue and then I can fluctuate percentages as the revenue consist. Everyone can still upgrade now and make incentive earnings while this program is getting back on track it will help me with revenue cash flow to start paying Pendings quicker while I am replenishing the PP with my own revenue as I want to create a good program for everyone and dominate the surf industry and seriously be the only reliable surf out there because lets face it the surf industry is just too brutal and there are really no trustful admins and have not been for weeks if not Months. Support a real program with an admin that has real good intentions for everyone… This program has lasted this long because I have put thousands of dollars of my own money in here so I just would like everyone to realize that.
If you do want to play these other surfs/hyips.. read trusted blog writers like Paul from Money-News-Online.com… He always seems to know the Intel of these programs and there sustainability.
I have added a refund thread in the forum – if you do not want to continue in this program and be a little more patient – please post your concern there and I will get to it accordingly. If you do decide to post there, you will not be able to join at a later date or earn incentives so please choose wisely I am keeping track and recording all your details NO CIRCUMSTANCES! Incentive payouts will be going out shortly so please be patient and only use the refund thread if you are absolutely sure you will not be in this program in the future. I have refunded several members and they will not be able to join my program in the future and now asking me to join again and I have said no.
I am here and I will continue to be here and I will give my best to everyone and create a nice program for everyone to earn incentives when they are feasible but please understand that this is a advertising portal with “incentives” so everyone needs to understand that this is not a “investment” per say and I do not want to be construed that way in any shape or form, I need everyone to understand that for the integrity of this program and my network that I am going to create. You have to have something to advertise and that is what you are paying for. This is going to be a nice structured program with real revenue driven vehicles when feasible and done in a legal ethical manner in all aspects of that to last a long time without any interference so I have to construct that accordingly and it will be for the integrity of this program.

I have to warn you about RobusTrade. It seems that the payouts ceased yesterday and today there was no sign of the payouts being resumed. Usually when this happens the admin is expected to give some update to the members as to what was the reason for the delay. So far no update was given and moreover, some investors complained that their emails were also left unanswered. So unfortunately it seems like RobusTrade lived up to its name and became “Rob-Us Trade”. Please stop investing there! I have already moved the program to Waiting status on my monitoring page and will move it to Not Paying if the payouts don’t resume within the next 24 hours.

InfrastructureInv having paid selectively for the last few days stopped paying at all and officially turned into a scam. Please be aware of that and don’t invest there. Anyway, the program lasted for a couple of months and those who joined InfrastructureInv from the beginning were able to make a good profit from it. As we know nothing in this industry lasts forever that’s why it’s very important to be prepared for losses and always diversify your investments.

Fortunately, some programs come back online after it seems their situation was hopeless. VentureFundsGroup (reviewed here) is definitely on this list. After their script was hacked there was little chance that they would come back online. But after several days they are back with the new Neversay script and new plans. They are paying now: 1.4%-1.6% for 100 days (minimum to invest is $5), 12% for 15 weeks ($10 is the minimum to invest in this new plan) and 25% bi-weekly for 8 periods ($500 is the minimum to invest into this plan). The principal is included in these payments and will be not returned. There are four payment processors accepted in this renewed VentureFundsGroup: LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay and SolidTrustPay. The admin of the program Morris asked me to announce on my blog that all old members of VentureFundsGroup are required to re-register in the new program and send him the details and the batch of the transaction from the old site. Once it’s done you will be able to go on and continue to earn your daily or weekly rates. I’m going to review this program again and possibly interview the admin since the program re-opened with the new plans. Stay tuned for that!

I have noticed that the payouts from Nexelim program (reviewed here) were somehow delayed after the recent problems with the database. The admin of the program although assured me that it was just a temporary delay connected with those issues. If you also have some delayed payouts in Nexelim (according to FAQ they should be processed within 3 business days) be aware of that email that I received last night:
“Due to the database problems it came to a delay of payouts. We are working on this and first payouts have already been processed. All the remaining payouts will be processed within the next few days.”

As you might remember I used to move DukasFund from Paying to Waiting status on my monitoring page quite often. It happened because the payouts though limited to only 4 per month are constantly delayed. Well, this time was no exception. I moved DukasFund to Waiting status a couple of days ago but just yesterday the admin paid me again so the program returned to Paying status where it belongs. So tonight I received an apologizing letter from the admin explaining the reasons for the delay:
“Hello Paul I apologies to send you delayed reply.
I apologies I was really busy for one of company in energy sector which is going for pre IPO. I was in team of underwriter and did not have time to look into this matter, But anyways I have already made payments for everyone and even your payment has been released. I apologies once again and I will send newsletter once more time for this. Next week I will keep one person to process at least these payment so that no more delays. Kindly bear just 1-2 week for me. So that I will smooth this. I apologize once more time for this.”

Hassan-Al-Fadi sent out another update last night but it seems that SolidTrustPay hasn’t been completely integrated into the site so you can’t make deposits via STP just yet. However Hassan contacted me today and said that STP and Pecunix would be integrated by tomorrow. So we should really wait for another update from him.

Good news for those members of NorthBizz who were concerned by the sudden disappearance of the website a couple of days ago. Well, now the site is back online and I have already received all the pending payments. This is the latest update I received from the administration of NorthBizz last night even before the payouts started:
“After about 24 hours downtime, our website is now online and continues working as normal. We will start complete payment from Thursday morning.”

InvestmentForge program (reviewed here) is still paying fast and consistent and keeps bringing you the reports allegedly connected to their investment activities. Well, it’s your choice of course to believe it or not. Anyway, here is another update from InvestmentForge:
“Today, the Clough Global Equity Fund GLQ declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.24 per common share for April 2009. The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2009 to shareholders of record on April 17, 2009.
