THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!

Hi everybody! I hope the first weekend of the summer is going well for all of you and especially if May Day is a holiday where you are. Anyway today I’m pleased to have an interview with Hassan-Al-Fadi, admin of the eponymous HYIP. Hassan’s answers are quite detailed and I think it really requires little introduction from me. I’ll just remind you that the program offers you a choice of investing for three weeks or six weeks and will pay you a total of 145% and 205% respectively, made in daily installments. If after you finish reading the interview you wish to see further information, you may see my original review published here. But first let’s hear from Hassan.

1. Hi, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us a bit about your own involvement in Hassan-Al-Fadi. Is this your first online venture? What other experience do you have in this Industry?

Hello Paul, and thank you for the interview. First my name is Hassan Al Fadi. Founder of the Hassan-Al-Fadi Capital Limited. And it is my first online venture. From 2000 – 2007, I worked as a Senior Stockbroker in different investment banks in Egypt, Dubai and Kuwait and as a personal financial adviser for different Arab leaders. In 2007 I decided to use my business contacts and opened a small investment company in Doha, Qatar on my own. At this time the market in the Middle East was providing some of the most lucrative investment opportunities in the world. January to April 2008 was a hard time. MPs had even tried to get Kuwait’s exchange closed to save investments, but even at the bad times I made profits from 2-3% daily. In August 2008 it became better again and 5-7% daily are realistic in a well managed portfolio. I have to say I use day trading sometimes hour trading depending on the profits. Of course it can come up and down but I know where to invest also due to some insider information. I opened first just for friends and family members. Last year I finally decided to give investors all over the world the opportunity to invest online in my company and started working on the Hassan-Al-Fadi Investment Platform. Due to Investment regulations in Qatar I registered my company also in the UK to offer my investors a legal, stable, secure high profit investment.

2. Can you also give us some background history on the Hassan-Al-Fadi program? Why did you decide to open your own program and what are you expecting to achieve by this? I must say it’s not very common to see a program named after it’s admin. Are you alone in this or do you have a business partner or assistant?

I had a business partner since a few days ago. He was more responsible for the web design as I am more focusing on my trading activities. Then he decided to change the invest now page to his personal account (Just LibertyReserve was involved) and all passwords from my .net address. My hosting provider is still investigating this issue. But all Investors should use the .com or .biz address. And I have one more url in case of DDOS problems. After I discovered that I reported my ex web designer to the police in Doha and investors who invested into his fake account (in total just six) are also getting paid by me. From now I do all my web updates on my own and I installed different spyware and Hacker protection on my servers. I made a mistake by trusting the wrong person. All our investment funds are managed by myself (Hassan Al Fadi), my brother Junid and our close friend Shafik. they are also specialized in the middle east market. Transfers are just made by me.

3. If you will permit me a personal question, I read in your short online biography that you studied law in two countries, neither of which was your country of birth. I can only imagine that you took this subject extremely seriously. Why did you do that only to start
work as a stockbroker?

Well. This has more to do with my family. In our tradition we still respect the wishes of our family. My father’s wish was to give me the best education and he wanted me to become an advocate. He always told me after you have graduated you still can do whatever you like. But education must come first.

Why I wanted to become a Stockbroker after that? Easy question. Law was not my world as I said but it also helped me a lot. We’ve all heard about how much money stockbrokers stand to make each year in bonuses and salaries I just can refer to your first question where I explained mostly everything. But I started slowly. So, similar to becoming a photographer or artist, if you want to know how to become a stock broker then it is important that you start your own investment portfolio (what I did with my small company in Doha, Qatar) that can track your investment successes. You can then use this portfolio as a showcase to try and make sure you have the trust and confidence of others when it comes to showing you know how to trade with your client’s funds. In most securities brokerage firms you will likely be asked to undertake up to 6 months on-the- job training, as well as some theoretical challenges, such as Series 7 and Series 63 exams. I did that long ago. Once you have completed these, you will then become a qualified stock broker who can trade with his clients funds.

4. I live in London and can find no record whatsoever of a company called Oezdemir Securities. Can you tell us a bit more about them and your activities there?

Oezdemir Securities was not incorporated. It was an investment club (strictly private). I don’t like to talk about them because the owner Faruk still owes me money for my trading success. But I started with them so that is why I mentioned them.

5. What are the plans you are offering investors? What are the minimum and maximum amounts to spend? What payment processors are you currently dealing with? Are payouts automatic or do I need to request them?

I offer one Investment Plan. You can choose if you want the investment term to be over after 3 weeks or 6 weeks. If you want the investment term to be over after 3 weeks you will receive a total return of 145%. (3% daily + Principal returned). If you want to earn 3 more weeks (in total 6 weeks) you will earn a total of 205% (3% daily for 3 weeks, and 4% daily for the last 3 weeks + Principal returned). All payments are made daily on business days! After 3 weeks you can remove your principal at anytime!

Term: 3-6 weeks (payments just on Business days)
Profit: 3.0% Daily in the first 3 weeks, 4% daily in the last 3 weeks
Investment: US$ 20-198000
Total Return: 145%-205%
Principal Returned

6. On the subject of payment processors, I notice you are having some difficulty adding SolidTrustPay as an approved agent. What is the reason for this? A lot of people will not invest at all unless STP is accepted. What are you going to do about this?

STP is accepted now. I think with SolidTrustPay, Pecunix, LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and StrictPay every member can find his preferred payment solution.

7. How would you best explain to someone who has never heard of an HYIP before how the system works? From the very first moment I decide to invest until the time I receive my first payment, what happens? What do I need to do first of all, and how involved will I need to get afterwards?

I do not know how a normal HYIP works. I know how mine works. When the investor transfers his investment to my e-currency account I remove it. (With Bank Wire or Western Union). This money I deposit in my regular trading account at a Bank here in Doha. The online investor has nothing to worry about. He starts earning just one day after his deposit! (I pay on business days only) Every week I deposit money back (the profits, or principal) to the E-Currency accounts to keep my promise and to pay the daily payments. No investor is paid with someone’s else money. This is not legal and haram (forbidden by Islamic law) in my country. It makes no sense to pay old investors with new investors funds, that’s why I deposit new money weekly on the E-Currency account.

8. Tell us in as much detail as possible about the security features of Hassan-Al-Fadi. Are you on a dedicated server? What measures have you taken to protect the program from DdoS attacks? What about the script? What are the advantages (if any) of working without a script? Do you have spyware and anti-virus protection?

I just implemented spyware and anti-virus protection last week. All my sites are hosted on dedicated servers and I have 4 different urls. The main one is www.hassan-al-fadi.com. Also Hassan-al-fadi.biz is ok. When one would have a problem the other ones are still there. And anyway all payments are made automatically daily to your account (business days) from my offline database. So you don’t have to worry about withdrawing money every day. The only time you have to use the withdraw option is when you decide to remove the principal (minimum 3 weeks). Otherwise I also pay you back the principal after 6 weeks automatically.

9. What advertising strategy are you using to further promote Hassan-Al-Fadi among potential new investors? Are you happy with the level of support offered by existing members?

I do not need new members all the time as I pay my investors from real profits. But you will find more Banners in the coming weeks on forums, HYIP monitors and Google adverts. The support from my members is mostly positive. As I do most work on my own there can also be someone who complains. But I always resolve the issue together with my members and in the end everything is fine.

10. I see you publish an office address in the UK as per your registration documents. Is that an actual office where investors can visit and find one of your representatives? Or is it a “serviced office” to provide mail and telephone answering services and so on?

I don’t lie to my investors. I registered my company in the UK because I started my financial career from there and as you see you can just find my UK certificate of registration on my website. If I wanted to use the Qatar company for the online business I needed to make written contracts (and ID verification) with every member. To avoid that I decided to open the company also in the UK. And I am not a fan of fake offshore companies… But in the UK it is more a serviced office. You won’t find our employees there. My main office is in Doha, but I am also often in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Visits in Doha are welcome anytime. I plan to open an small office as I have one old friend of mine who wants to become a representative in London. But we did not decide on a date yet.

11. How important is getting registered in the UK to the overall success of the program? Why should investors believe that the legality of the program should have any bearing on the safety of their deposit?

The Investment is not 100% secured just because my company is registered in the UK in a legal way. But I would not have registered my company legally if I had bad intentions. A risk is still involved. But a small one as I use a very profitable and stable portfolio and I have good connections with people who provide me with insider tips. So I can know today what deal a company is doing next week, and how it will influence the company share price. If you are familiar with the stock market you know we can set stop loss limits. And I always set very tight stop loss limits to secure the investors funds.

12. What kind of customer support do you offer members? What is the best way they contact you if they have any issues with their investments? Why don’t you offer telephone support at this point?

The best way is to write an email or send a support ticket on my contact page. Also MSN, ICQ, Yahoo and Skype are available but I am online just 2-3 hours per day. But in the coming weeks I will find offer live chat 8 hours per day.

13. Maybe you could tell us more now about the outside business interests of Hassan-Al-Fadi? How are you investing members money? I have seen hundreds if not thousands of programs claiming to be involved in things like Stocks bonds and equities trading but have never seen a shred of evidence to prove any of it. How can investors independently verify the truth of any of these claims?

I am working on a site where members can see my previous week’s performances. It should be ready already but due to the web designer who was more a con artist (happy to get my FTP and Client Logins) it will take one more week as I do it on my own. Also from next week I will publish my daily top performance company share on my start page.

14. With so many good new programs coming during the last couple of months, what would be the one thing you would say to investors who are still undecided on which program to pick? What are the benefits of joining Hassan-Al-Fadi over any other program? What are the advantages to the investor?

The Investor has to decide himself where and how to invest. I think a good online investor should invest in different programs. That’s what I do on the stock market. I don’t put $ 100,000 in one company. I better put $10,000 in 10 different companies and set a very tight stop loss limit. If one company makes a loss I still have other ones who make profits for me.

15. And finally what can we expect to see next from Hassan-Al-Fadi? What are your plans for the short to medium term future of the program?

As I said. I am working on a site where members can see my previous week’s performances. I also plan to implement a new investment plan in the near future and phone support if my investors are interested. The most important thing is that you will see me (Hassan Al Fadi) for a long time online and I hope you don’t get tired of me, my good performances and my picture banner everywhere… Inshallah (God willing), one day Paul we will meet in person as I am also still sometimes in the UK. Thank you Paul for your Interview and regards to all my members and future members.

As with the recent interview I had with Will from ImperialFinances, I would also like to thank Hassan for providing such a good interview and for not avoiding any questions like so many others do. I would only question the legality of his suggestion of insider trading in his answer to question 11, but then again I would never claim to be an expert myself in such matters. It remains your own decision ultimately how you proceed with the information offered here anyway. I myself can only comment on my personal experience with the Hassan-Al-Fadi program and so far I have little reason to complain. Some technical problems did affect the program’s website recently but they were swiftly dealt with and have not had an adverse affect on the payments to members. And I think we can agree that Hassan does appear to take the program quite seriously and is approaching it in a way that is most professional. Hopefully, as he said himself, we will be seeing a lot of him in the future. Inshallah!
