THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!

Hi guys! As the fate of short term programs gets increasingly hard to call I recently found one that offers a mix of short and long term plans that really grabbed my eye. It’s called FxCapitalInvestment and while far from perfect (when are they ever?) it did have enough to convince me to take a chance on.

As well as mixing short and long term plans FxCapitalInvestment also features payment options that will pay either by the day or on expiry. So the majority of investors might find at least one plan that interests them. The first of which is called the Bronze Plan and runs for 30 days. It’s open to anyone willing to deposit a minimum of $10 and makes daily payouts. The interest rate you will earn is 1.5% and the maximum deposit is $1000. in practical terms that would see an investment of $100 earn you $1.50 per day for 30 days, adding up to a total of $45 (or 45% total profit) by the time the plan expires. Your principal will of course then be returned. It might not sound quite as rewarding at first as the plans available elsewhere in plans of similar length but it is more realistic and achievable. And in HYIP terms, sustainable.

Next on offer from FxCapitalInvestment is the Silver Plan and it runs for just 7 days and makes a once-off payment on expiry 117.6% of your initial deposit, which this time is included in the payment. The minimum amount you may get involved with this time increases considerably to $50 and the maximum goes up to $10,000. If you really need an example here (I doubt it but here you go!) an investment of $100 will get you back $117.50 seven days later. On closer inspection of the plans this is the one I decided to take the plunge with myself. Having considered the risks and the rewards this is the one that I decided was, to be blunt, the best option to make a fast buck. But that’s just me. Look at the others before making up your own mind.

And one of those others is the Gold Plan. We’re back to daily cashouts this time with a rather enticing offer of 3.2% interest per day for 45 days on deposits starting at a hefty $300 and reaching an upper limit of $10,000. A pricey option for most readers I am aware but the total reward, should you deem it worth taking a chance on will be 144% profit with your principal returned on expiry. As for a practical example, well let’s suppose you deposit the minimum $300. In exchange you will get a $9.60 rebate per day. At that rate you will have recouped your initial deposit and see your first profit after 32 days. It’s pure profit all the way from there on in and by the time the plan expires you should have a total of $432.

I’m afraid the fourth and final plan is all but redundant but for information purposes I will give a brief description of why I think so. To start with it’s called the Platinum Plan and joining will cost a minimum of $10,000. That by itself puts it beyond the reach of most of the players I know. But even if you did have that kind of money to throw around on HYIPs the return offers a once off payment of 140% on expiry which is a term of 70 days. Now why on earth you would want to join a plan that pays 140% after 70 days when there is already a perfectly good option in the Gold Plan that will pay you by the day and actually pay you a higher profit in total in a considerably shorter time with considerably less risk.

It lends me to think that FxCapitalInvestment are not the crack team of experienced traders and market analysts they would like you to believe. Oh, well. They go some way towards making up for that error with the selection of payment options though which includes LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, SolidTrustPay and AlertPay. An excellent list you must surely agree with all the popular choices covered.

The design is quite nice, it’s user friendly and easy to navigate throughout. But I do have a couple of niggling concerns about security. Now the thing is when it comes to these things I am well aware that I am a lot more difficult to please than most, and I know that a lot of you may think I make too big a deal out of certain things. Well that isn’t going to change anytime soon so I’ll just go ahead and make my point. You may consider it however you please. The first thing is the script. It’s from Neversay. Nothing wrong with that of course, it’s a fine product. Usually. This version however is incompatible with certain web browsers. Is that indicative of deeper unseen flaws in the design? I don’t know but I am not happy about the fact that it’s a question that has never been properly addressed. And yes, I have said it about every other program using this version so I am not singling anyone out for criticism. By the way, anybody who says “why not use a different browser?” has missed the point completely. The other issue is the server. It’s not hosted on a dedicated server though the admin assures me that FxCapitalInvestment is still well protected from DDoS attacks. Until proven otherwise I am prepared to take him at his word. But I really do hope that he looks into improving this situation sooner rather than later when the program begins to attract a lot more traffic.

Customer support comes via a direct e-mail contact address, but there are also discussion threads open on the main investment forums should you wish to air anything in public. Of course after just three days online it remains to be seen how active the FxCapitalInvestment admin will be on those forums but speaking from experience so far I find it impossible to fault the man when it come to maintaining a good level of communication.

All said, despite the flaws (and you’ll find them in every program) I still like it. Maybe not the finished article but I like it enough to take a chance on it anyway. As usual keep it sensible but if you’re getting in at the right time then you might just do OK out of this one for a while.

Other news for today.

To start with I’m sure you may have heard about some possible delays when making LibertyReserve deposits to various programs. It seems there are hold-ups with the deposits getting credited to the actual accounts. Please be aware of that. So if you, for example, made a deposit to your GoldNuggetInvest (reviewed here) account via LR it might be a bit slow to appear in your back office area. Don’t hesitate to submit a ticket to the support of whatever program is affected (GNI was just one of many) but I’m sure the issue will be resolved satisfactorily as it always is within a few days!

Here is what I got from the administration of Capitalex (reviewed here) concerning the problem today:
There is some problem with LibertyReserve SCI section. All deposit with LibertyReserve should be added to your account immediately after payment. If you can’t see your deposit in your account, contact and provide us your deposit amount, date and batch number.
Good Day, Capitalex
”.

The admin of PTVPartner (that was interviewed on my blog here) was more elaborate in his email and together with LR issue he mentioned my interview and some other things you may wish to know. Please read the following newsletter from PTVPartner (reviewed here) to find out more about the program and the four investment plans that pay on expiry:
The membership continues to grow. More and More are joining our Chat Room. Making lots of new friends and receiving lots of advice and praise.
Overall we feel as we have a very successful start.
Money News Online MNO posted our Interview today. I was fairly long winded as usual, but I had a lot to say. Because of that, Paul made it an exclusive …lol. I guess I really didn’t give him much of a choice.
So the interview will likely be buried by whatever else he needs to say later this evening. But that’s ok.
Here is a link to the interview in case you missed it. …
LibertyReserve‘s API has been inoperable this late evening and early morning GMT. At the time Withdraws were processed we had 47 deposits not reflected in our system. Our cross checking procedures noticed the discrepancy and rectified the problem with only one client having the time or inclination to ask what happened. Pretty good, even if I do say so myself.
If your deposit ever fails to show within 15 minutes, please come and make us aware. This gives us the chance to get in front of the situation and make any changes or provide whatever solutions/ corrections necessary.
Our new Site is coming along nicely. I cannot wait for you to see it. Still a few weeks out.
All Withdraw requests for 9/15/2009 have been processed On Time and In Full As Usual.
Don’t fail to participate in our contests. If you haven’t heard we have two going on right now.
So you might as well participate. Investor, or Not, all are welcome.

Today is the cashout day for the members of YesICanSurf (reviewed here). Since there are new rules now applicable to the cashouts the admin explained in detail in her latest email to the membership:
Greetings Surf Family, Just a quick clarification regarding the use of Wallet.
Folks, please note that before the system can rollover your earnings into more ventures, you must transfer them to your wallet balance.
So it’s necessary to use wallet for every transaction: withdrawals, rollovers or purchases!
It’s similar to placing your cheque in a bank before it can be cashed. Once you get used to it, it becomes automatic!!
Please remember that for your convenience, the cashout button is always open. You may cashout rebates and ref coms once weekly, always remembering the 50% rule when cashing out rebates. (This doesn’t apply to referral commissions. You may withdraw your entire commissions.)
First transfer to Wallet, then request your earnings over $3. Anything not cashed out after your request is made will be rolled over automatically by the system.
Hope this clarifies things for you! Phil and Sarah.

For your information, I had plans to review another program today and a very promising one – AtlantisMutual. Unfortunately I was unable to do so because their site was offline for the whole day. But it seems they will resume normal service shortly and I will be able to review it on my blog properly. Here is what I got from the support of AtlantisMutual today:
There is a temporary website access issue which is to be solved shortly.

I have joined another program today and it’s called MoneyTurbo. At first glance it would appear to be another short-term HYIP with very attractive but quite risky plans of 110% after 3 days ($10 minimum), 125% after 7 days ($100 minimum) and 260% after 30 days ($200 minimum). But the concept behind the site looks a little different to me. So MoneyTurbo claim to make money on sports gambling. I’m not sure if they are any good at it like GoldNuggetInvest but at least I can ask them about that in an interview if they agree to take part. From MoneyTurbo website you can see that they are accepting LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and AlertPay however the admin warned me from the beginning that AlertPay has been temporarily removed from the list due to reasons outlined below:
AP have had technical problems with processing our documents submitted for verification thus we had to resubmit them again which caused time delays. Due to AP do not allow any outgoing transactions for unverified business accounts until verified we have temporarily removed AP option. We hope to get verified within a few next days to start accepting AP as usual. This info can be useful to you readers.
MoneyTurbo site was launched two days ago so it’s possible that the first payouts on expiry will be processed by tomorrow. The website utilizes a licensed NeverSay script (so all the deposits must be made in $1 increments) and is hosted on a dedicated server with DDoS-protection provided by DdosWiz. All in all, MoneyTurbo looks quite good and hopefully it will become the new leader among the short-term program which we are all eager to see soon. The more detailed review of MoneyTurbo can be read on my blog soon, so stay tuned for that!

To wrap things up for today I would just like to report the programs that paid me today which are: PanaMoney, Capitalex, XagaEnterprise, GoldNuggetInvest, Verifield, IncoForex, GeniusFunds, WLInvestments, PTVPartner, TheFifthContract, SensibleInvest, MetaStocks and CedexInvest. That’s it guys! I will see you again tomorrow with another review and the most up to date news from the industry that you will find anywhere online!
