BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM IS PAYING SELECTIVELY! DON’T INVEST!

Hi everyone! Because of yesterday’s extended article you may remember I wasn’t really able to do a proper news update. Well normal service gets resumed today as I have all the latest info from your favorite online investment programs. But not before we take a closer look at a relatively new short to mid term program that was recommended to me by a couple of readers over the last week or two. And it’s not a bad program either by the look of things so far. Some of you guys have a really sharp eye for spotting interesting HYI sites before I do. Think I’d better watch my back from now on, lol!

So what’s the name of this new program? It’s called 4CountriesCapital and it’s a pretty high quality affair throughout. The first thing that might catch you eye is the plans. They are quite enticing without being too difficult to sustain. There are four of them to choose from (you’ll notice the number four is a recurring theme with this program) and the vary from making daily payments to making weekly ones. So let’s take a closer look.

4CountriesCapital first option is called the One Country Test Plan and it runs for 10 business days (2 weeks). You may invest anything between a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $1000. You can earn 1.5% interest on that investment per day, 5 days per week for 2 weeks. At the end of it all your principal gets returned. So here is a simple example. If we invest $100 here we will get paid $1.50 per day, paid Monday through Friday to a total value of $15 by the time the plan expires. Or 15% profit on top of our initial principal.

15% profit for what they modestly call a “test plan” isn’t bad in my books. Let’s see if the others are so generous. Next up is what they call the Two Countries Plan and it runs for 20 business days (4 weeks). You can earn a better rate of interest for joining here, with 2% per day, Monday to Friday, the going rate. But of course it’s going to cost you. Minimum deposit goes up to $20 for this one, and the maximum goes up to $20,000. So for the same $100 dropped into this plan you will get paid $2 per day, 5 days per week, for 4 weeks. That all adds up to $40, or 40% profit when your principal gets returned.

Things start to get a bit more serious for the Three Countries Plan. This plan will run for 30 business days (6 weeks) and for joining here 4CountriesCapital will reward you with an interest rate of 2.8% per business day. $100 here sees you earn $2.80 per day, 5 days per week for 6 weeks. That will all come to a grand total of $84 at the end, or 84% profit once your principal gets returned. It will cost you at least $50 to join and you may spend anything you like up to a maximum of $50,000.

So that’s it for the daily payment options but 4CountriesCapital also has a fourth plan that makes payments by the week. In line with the others they call it the Four Countries Weekly Plan and it runs for a term of 6 weeks. The rate of interest this time will be 16% per week so if you want to place our imaginary $100 in here you can expect a payment of $16 per week to a total of $96 by the time the plan expires. Again, as the profit is less than your principal, the principal will of course be returned. Minimum investment is $100 and the maximum is $100,000.

4CountriesCapital is accepting deposits from LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, and StrictPay. Standard for an online HYIP, acceptable without being exceptional. But for those of you preferring to avoid online payment processors, and God knows the reasons for doing so can make for a long list, you may also join with a bank wire. Contact the 4CountriesCapital admin for more information on that but keep in mind that this is on option only available to serious players. It will cost you $2500 to join with a wire so think carefully about what you’re doing first. The other thing you need to know is that partial compounding is also allowed. For personal reasons it wouldn’t be on my own checklist, but that’s no reflection of 4CountriesCapital. If compounding is for you, then you can select an amount up to 50% when first making your deposit.

Anyway, if the payment options are just average then the security features are a slight improvement. The site is running off a script from MonetarySoft who are slowly but surely getting their feet under the table so to speak in this industry and they are being hosted on a dedicated Staminus server, which as you may know by now is the best there is. 4CountriesCapital is hosted and protected from DDoS attacks by DdosWiz.

One of the more interesting aspects of 4CountriesCapital however is the customer support and communication. As is usually the case the most effective means of communication is electronically and you may get in contact with the admin via a direct e-mail link. However they also have that rarest of features among online HYIPs with an actual functioning telephone number. You should be aware that it’s just an auto responder and upon calling you will hear a very clear, distinctive, and well spoken voice identify the number you have just called as belonging to 4CountriesCapital and then give you instructions on how to leave your contact details in order to request a callback. Ok, so it’s not perfect. But at least they made an effort and it’s something that very few other programs have at all. In fact even the ones that do have telephones never seem to work. They also have a fax number.

Other that that 4CountriesCapital claim to be a registered company in Scotland. I don’t need to get into the fine details here but for the benefit of non British readers (i.e most of you!) the Scottish legal system is separate from that of England and Wales. Of course EU law has watered all that down a bit these days but that’s a whole other story. Anyway, my point was that they offer a certificate of incorporation as a registered company in Scotland. These certificates aren’t that difficult to obtain by the way and genuine or not they most certainly do not guarantee the safety of your deposit. Sorry to sound so cynical but I think you know I’m right. But as sheer coincidence would have it I was considering taking a short break in the Scottish highlands soon while the weather is still nice here and I see that 4CountriesCapital have a postal address in the “Granite City” of Aberdeen. So if there is enough interest expressed by readers I can perhaps try to combine business and pleasure and pay a visit to their office. No promises though, as I’m only considering it at the moment.

The concept behind 4CountriesCapital is as is always the case in this business unproven. But to give them some credit it at least makes for a more interesting read than most of their competitors. It’s all about the magic number 4, with 4 individual traders from 4 different countries combining to give you 4 investment plans under the umbrella of one site. There are even very brief biographies of the 4 traders with little photos that look more like they came from toothpaste commercials than the stock exchange. Anyway, the information is there for you. Believe what you want from it. All I know that as HYIPs go I’m looking forward to making a few bucks from this one. Join me if you like by becoming a member at the right time. It’s not a bad prospect at all.

Let’s start today’s news with an important announcement and clarification from MNO. That’s me! As you know I have three listing categories on my monitoring page:
Premium, Standard and Basic. You can see the sections on my monitoring page yourself.
For the programs that don’t wish to be reviewed and just monitored like in other monitors (like Goldpoll for instance) there is the Basic Listing. These programs will not be mentioned on my blog and not be reviewed. Of course I still monitor them and if you encounter any trouble with those programs you’re still welcome to email me and describe your issue. I will try to help by contacting the admin in this case, so please remember that.
Standard listing is just a listing with the review published. I write an impartial (by which I mean I’ll tell you I like it only in the event that I actually do like it) review, monitor those programs and report the news from them on a regular basis.
Finally, there is the most prestigious Premium listing. It will include placing a complimentary banner on my blog which will make the program more visible. I hope you can now better understand how MNO site is structured.
As you can see the placement in these rankings (Top programs) used to be at my sole discretion, meaning I was too subjective and put the programs I like higher up on my list. This was causing some criticism and controversy from my readers and even some admins telling me that I was pushing the wrong programs and not noticing better ones.
I must say I can understand their point of view as it is very prestigious to be in the MNO Top 5 or Top 10 programs. So I decided to take another approach to making the program rankings from now on. And you have possibly noticed that my rankings have changed a bit yesterday. This new ranking system will be fairer to my readers as well as to the programs’ admins and will work as follows:
The programs ranking will depend on how much money I earn from it (in both earnings and ref commissions). For your information, all the figures on my monitoring page include earnings and ref commissions as well. I never hide this info and it’s always accurate and is updated on a daily basis. So to make my rating less subjective and more honest I have made a decision that it will be based on total amount earned from any particular program. So for instance, if GoldNuggetInvest occupies the first spot now with $32K received, then the second spot should be taken by GeniusFunds with $8K, the third spot – by PanaMoney with $7K and so on.
So a program will be moved up in the listing if it’s gaining more popularity (which is reflected in the amount of ref commissions and profits received) and will be moved down if its competitors are gaining more popularity. Popularity that is measured in referral commissions received will be the most accurate indicator showing the level of support given to the program by the investors. Since all the stats on MNO monitoring are true you will be able to use this tool to analyze current trends and maybe even will be able to see when a program is going down and it’s time to pull your investment out.
Of course it can’t be considered as a very scientific solution for HYIP trends or analysis but at least it will show you the real situation and will help you make a choice. So currently all the programs listed on my monitoring page are lined up according to how much money was received in total. As you see there were some changes in the rating but it’s a necessary step in my opinion to make my monitoring and blog more transparent to you, the readers. So nobody actually will be able to say now that the rating is not accurate, it’s actually very precise now and properly reflects the level of popularity and stability a program is showing. I’m looking forward to hearing your comments about this, guys, and maybe some suggestions on how to improve my monitoring page even more (you can always email me if you have some comments).

Now finally let’s get back to the news. First of all I would like to remind you that today being Friday means there is only a few hours left for you to request your weekly 8%-10% withdrawal from SazaInvestments (reviewed here). Well, as you might guess it was a result of a massive DDoS-attack that has been successfully mitigated by now by the program’s hosting provider. It seems not only the experienced investors noticed this potential hit but some experienced blackmailers as well. Since ShiftMoney is involved in online exchanging business they offer some bonuses to investors willing to deposit to the particular e-currencies they have in demand at the moment. The admin of ShiftMoney also mentioned the recent review published on my blog (read it here) and welcomed everybody to an open discussion of his program on various forums. I remind you that ShiftMoney has three investment plans paid on expiry: 110% after 5 days, 150% after 15 days and 200% after 25 days. While seemingly they are too high it can be backed-up by some real profits from e-currency trading (providing they really do that of course). Therefore I think an interview on my blog would be beneficial for the investors to see if the admin can offer us any proof of their exchange business. So I have sent Bernard (the admin) a request for an interview and hopefully his reply will be positive. And here is the latest newsletter from him:

It seems that the announcement of a referral contest from the admin of RoyalRoi (the program is paying 125% after 5 days and is reviewed here) made the program really take off. I must say that I was right about the program and those who deposited in GainRoi at the beginning should have quite a nice profit by now. GainRoi (reviewed here) is approaching its first month online and it’s still paying on time which is great considering the high-ROI investment plans it’s offering: 120% after 10 days, 150% after 20 days and 200% after 30 days. Hopefully GainRoi will stay online for another month as well to bring us more gains day after day.

The admin of WLInvestments Selina sent out a second newletter this week but this was really necessary as many important factors had not been covered already in the earlier one. The admin of INSPremiumAds Ubaid has probably started to realize that in the highly competitive autosurf industry his program can just go completely unnoticed if your plans are too low, there are high deposit and withdrawal fees, payouts once a month and in addition to that you should buy an annual subscription before being allowed to deposit in the plan with variable daily returns. The server is a shared one but the admin explained this to me by incompatibility of the script with a dedicated server and promised to buy a dedicated one soon. In my opinion, Ubaid might really be a Forex trader providing that the plan is really nothing special and there are too many hidden charges. Still INSPremiumAds can become a good choice but only once it’s an established program (should be online for at least 6 months to prove its sustainability). Please remember that sign-ups in INSPremiumAds will be closed soon so secure your position now. There is no need to invest straight away, just register in the program. I have joined another program called PexmoFund. It’s a new HYIP offering three investment plans: 124% after 5 days (minimum is $50), 12% for 12% with daily payouts (minimum is $20) and 6% for 25 days with daily payouts (minimum is $10). The program accepts five payment processors: LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay and RoutePay. PexmoFund started two days ago and is based on the new Neversay script (meaning again not compatible with the Opera web browser) with all the complications I dislike. Please treat PexmoFund as a game despite the nonsensical statement about their official registration in the US in 2007. Please note that this is a total lie as HYIPs are illegal in the US so they can’t be officially registered as anything. Well, PexmoFund seems to not care about backing up their claims. The layout of the program is quite good though, it has attractive banners and a decent advertising budget (I can see their banners already on the main investment forums). It’s hosted on a dedicated server with DDoS-protection provided by Koddos so there should be no serious problems with DdoS attacks. The golden rule with PexmoFund is getting in and out fast and considering the fact that it launched only a couple of days ago some investors have a pretty good chance to be in profit from that program. Of course I will review PexmoFund on my blog pretty soon!
