BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!

Hi guys! One of my favorite things about Sunday is that it often tends to be a quiet day for news in the HYIP industry with a lot of program admins taking the day off. Which means a bit less work for me, and I hope it’s the same for you too. There are a couple of updates of course, there always is, but I’ll get to them in a moment. First things first though and I want to have a look at a new investment site called PremiumCapital that you may have noticed appeared on my monitoring page last week. Unlike a lot of the new programs I have been covering recently though, this one runs a bit longer with low rate of interest plans ranging from the mid to long term.

I imagine this one will be something of a slow burner. Not because the program is of low quality. Quite the opposite in fact, it’s actually not bad when you look at it by itself. But it is competing against some reputable and well established programs and offering pretty much the same thing you can get elsewhere. But that’s not to be taken as a bad thing. Things like popularity, respect, and the confidence of investors after all have to be earned over time and PremiumCapital is starting out from the very same position, no better and no worse, that the more established long term players in the business. Whether they get popular or not is another matter, but if they get the same fair chance as their competitors (and that’s all they’ll get) then it may yet evolve into something bigger. Unfortunately one thing that is going to hinder that popularity is the fact that the investment plans are not adequately explained to the casual visitor. You have to sign up and see a better explanation in your members area, and a lot of floating investors just won’t want to know about it. But all it takes is a few minor adjustments to the text to put that situation to rights. No big deal for the admin really and easy enough for him to fix.

Anyway, that’s really not for me to decide on. I’ll just concentrate on the facts. So let’s start with the plans. There’s really just the two proper investment plans to chose from you can also amuse yourself with a small test plan as well. Just to see how well the entire PremiumCapital machine works so to speak. It runs for just 5 days and pays you 1% interest per day on deposits ranging from $1 to just $9.90. so basically that’s just five cents per week for every dollar up to a maximum of 49 cents. It’s hardly even worth my while even mentioning it but for your information the option to use it is there if that is what you want.

For proper investments however you have a choice of two plans, one paying daily and one paying on expiry, with a number of variations within each depending on the size of your principal. Let’s first look at the daily plan. The investment term runs for 100 business days (that’s 20 weeks) and offers interest payments of between 2% to 4% per day, paid on business days Monday through Friday. You may invest anything from a minimum of $10 to a maximum of $500,000. That’s right, no half measures for the folks at PremiumCapital! 500 thousand bucks will be graciously accepted should you wish to donate.
The interest payments work out as follows:
$10 to $100 earns 2% daily, $101 to $500 will earn you 2.5% interest per day, $501 to $1000 will get you 3% per day, and finally $1001 and upwards will earn the maximum rate of 4% per day.

Your other option from PremiumCapital is the on expiry plan. Such plans are usually a bit more of a risk, but in this case it’s reduced a little as the plan has a shorter life cycle. It runs for just half the time of the last plan and expires after 50 days. So let’s see if you think it’s worth it. It’ll cost you a bit more to join for a start, entry is for a minimum deposit of $50. Deposits between that and $500 will get you a once off payment of 200% on expiry, which is double your money. If you want to step things up a bit and want to spend from $501 to $1000 then the rate of interest will be 230%. And finally for the big spenders who wish to gamble with between $1001 and a much more realistic maximum this time of $5000 then you can earn a return of 250% for yourself. And just like in the daily payments plan, PremiumCapital returns your principal on expiry here too.

The list of payment processors has been greatly improved upon since the program first launched. At first you would have been limited to just LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, and the less popular EcuMoney. All that’s changed now with the recent addition of AlertPay and StrictPay so your choice is pretty good in anyone’s book now. One of the best features here though is that payments to LibertyReserve are instant.

One of the very best hosting providers around at the moment are Dragonara and that is where you will find PremiumCapital hosted. There is little else I can say about Dragonara except that you rarely find a problem with them and that they have PremiumCapital on a dedicated server. The script is licensed from GoldCoders and there is the excellent added extra of an SSL encryption certificate by Thawte. Communication with the admin and customer support in general is available via an online ticket support system. Discussion threads have been opened on the forums but as no links are provided then don’t complain if the admin isn’t active there. It’s his choice entirely ans as long as he takes care of his own site then I could care less if he’s hanging around forums all day. A nice touch is the multi lingual translations into German and Russian. I can’t really vouch for the German version but the Russian one is a proper translation, and not the garbled nonsense that comes out of internet translation tools. Unfortunately it’s been left incomplete but hopefully the admin will get around to adding the rest of the site soon. Despite the translation however, there is nothing to indicate that customer support is available in any of the other two languages so feel free to ask the admin if you are stronger in those languages.

The texts by the way are a straight copy/paste of material used by countless other online HYIPs so in no way are you to approach PremiumCapital in any other way than an game and a gamble. My own opinion is that it could have done with a bit more work before it was launched, rather than trying to patch things up a bit later when a lot of potential investors will have already assessed you and possibly decided to pass in favor of a more professional effort. But nonetheless certain improvements have been made. There is more to do if PremiumCapital is to become a leading player in this industry but at least they have made a decent start, the security is of a suitable standard for sites like this (though nothing secures your principal) and the plans should be OK for a while provided the program gets an adequate level of support.

Other news for news.

Despite the concerns and fears that ShiftMoney (reviewed here) might somehow slow down after the recent problem with their AlertPay account (they since dropped them as a payment option) the investors seem to be staying confident in this remarkable program. I can see that many people continue to make large deposits into the program which is why I’m moving ShiftMoney to my Top 10 programs. I myself have received the first payment on expiry already for the 110% after 5 days plan and am looking forward to the other two investment plans I’m in: 150% after 15 days and 200% after 25 days. The program’s support is also working well on every major investment forum and you can ask all your questions and get a speedy reply even at the weekend. So in my opinion ShiftMoney are just getting stronger. Since the first payouts have been processed already I’m planning to send some questions to the admin of the program Bernard today and ask him about the legality of his exchange business and for proof that hopefully he will be able to give online investors to further boost their confidence his program.

Another great and innovative program is definitely SeamlessProfitable (reviewed here). Sometimes I just admire how the admin Dave can do so many things at one time by constantly improving the website. As you might have noticed the PTVPartner website (reviewed here) was unavailable last night for a few hours. It was due to Garrett’s and Co’s ongoing diligent work on the new site’s integration. I just heard that another autosurf program run by Diane from AdsDailyPro is going to collapse soon (I’m not a member so I can’t confirm the rumors). Anyway, I will leave AdsDailyPro on Paying status for a while but I’m afraid the coming demise of one program will definitely affect the other. So I would suggest you think twice before upgrading in AdsDailyPro at this point, at least for the time being!

Almost a third part of my readers (32%) think that the GNI Forum is the best. I believe GoldNuggetInvest wears the crown among all HYIPs and their forum is like a jewel in this crown. Sorry for this poetic metaphor but I simply love GNI so much I get a bit carried away! Ok, the second place goes to MMG forum with 25% of the votes, the third is to TalkGold with 19% which is followed by ASAmonitor forum with 17%. And the last (and in this case it really is the least, lol!) place is for DreamTeamMoney forum who scored only 7%. By the way, that should be a real hint for program admins as to where they will get the best results for advertising. Of course, you should replace your forum advertising with MNO blog advertising for the very best results, hint-hint!
