Hi guys! Before we start let me say sorry to anybody who was looking at MNO yesterday for the news. To be honest it was just a quiet day overall and after putting a few notes together for today’s review I decided it might be more beneficial to just put everything back until today. Anyway, I hope your weekend has been as relaxing for you as it was for me. Back to business today and of course I have all the latest news stories for you from all the programs covered on my monitoring page, which I’ll be getting to shortly, but first I’m taking a look at a long term low rate of interest HYI program called WestFinance. Some of you I’m sure will already have heard of it, if you’re not already members. WestFinance isn’t exactly brand new you see, though it’s still new enough in terms of long term programs to give it some serious consideration.

The first thing of note about WestFinance is that it’s a legally registered UK based business. Now, don’t get me wrong here. I’m well aware that such things offer no guarantee to your deposit and no protection against fraud. But if nothing else it at least demonstrates the admin is pretty serious about what he’s doing and is making a serious attempt at running a worthwhile investment program. The details are available on the WestFinance website and you can easily verify them for yourself through Webcheck. How you use the information is entirely up to yourself of course, but just be aware that it’s there. The registration number is 06943746 and you can have a look for it at http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/

So let’s get on with a few of the more practical features, starting with the plans. As I said WestFinance is a long term low rate of interest HYIP and basically it just offers the one investment plan with the rate of interest depending on how much you deposit. One of the most interesting features however is that you are allowed to add to your deposit at any time and start collecting a higher interest payment from that day.

The plan itself runs for 120 calendar days and the minimum amount is $20. A bit higher than most but nevertheless still affordable to most regular industry players. And once you’ve joined with the minimum you can add to it from amounts of $5 and up. Anyway, for amounts between $20 and $249 you will earn 1.8% interest per day. I should also point out that payments are credited on business days only, Monday to Friday. For $100 that will be $1.80 per day and $9 per week. Your principal will be returned on expiry.

Deposits of between $250 and $999 more will get you 2% interest per business day, though of course you’re always welcome to join with a smaller amount, just to check everything out, and build up to that later if you are satisfied with the performance.

More serious players can earn 2.2% per business day on deposits from $1000 up to $2999.

And finally if you deposit $3000 or more you can get 2.5% interest per business day.

The choice of payment processor is acceptable enough with AlertPay (which was added more recently), LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney being used. Payments are generally made within 24 hours of being requested. Bank wires are also available for those of you who prefer not to deal with the online processors but keep in mind that they are only open to those spending $500 or more. Also, remember that you do have the option to withdraw from the program at any time. 120 days is a pretty long time in the HYIP world after all and you never know what’s around the next corner. A 15% penalty will be applied to all early principal withdrawals.

At the moment, for the rest of this month in fact, there is a $10 bonus on offer as an incentive for new members to join. When you consider that you can join for as little as $20 in the first place $10 is pretty substantial. There is also a 5% deposit bonus paid on completion of your first investment.

Moving on to security, WestFinance is hosted on a dedicated server. The hosting provider is KatzGlobal from Hong Kong. I can’t say that that’s a name I’m all that familiar with but the admin seems to rate them very highly and I’m unaware of the program having any significant problems since its launch. I’m open to correction on that of course, but it is a dedicated server. The script is quite interesting as well. It’s totally customized and unique to this program. And I must say it’s very impressive and I like it a lot so kudos to whoever put it all together. It’s a very professional design overall in fact with original texts (woefully rare in this business!) and attractive graphics. It isn’t just all about appearances though, the FAQ page is very comprehensive as well.

Everything is well explained throughout so you shouldn’t have any doubts about what you are getting yourself into. But if you do have any questions you can address them to the admin via an online e-mail support ticket system. Live Chat is also available, though this isn’t a 24 hour feature. One method you should not use however is to raise your question through the MMG forum. Why not? Because the admin got kicked out after just 3 posts for using multiple usernames. WestFinance also publish a telephone number, but nothing happened when I tried to call it. Maybe it’s just me but HYIP admins seem to be out to lunch every time I try to call them! Feel free to check it out for yourself though. Despite them being a registered company, WestFinance do not provide us with a postal address. What they do have is their own blog which you can find under the “press centre” tab on the home page. It should probably be your first port of call if you’re looking for any news updates on the program as it is fairly detailed.

WestFinance have been operating since mid October by the way, so like I said at the start it’s not a new one. The plans are quite sustainable however so I don’t see its age being a major drawback in this instance. They also claim to be involved in the foreign currency exchange business. A common claim in the HYIP industry, but not one I can easily verify for you. That much will require a certain amount of faith on your part but personally I’d be mostly positive about them overall. They are quite a unique program and offer a lot of good features. Their legality aside, not to skip over it but it’s not really something I can confirm about any online program, if WestFinance can get through the holiday period then 2010 could be very bright for them.

Other news for today.

Christmas is getting ever closer (as if you didn’t know!) and in keeping with the festive spirit let’s start today’s news with the latest update from PTVPartner (reviewed here). PTVPartner is definitely one of the few programs that will almost certain to survive this Christmas and probably even step things up a gear in 2010. I’m absolutely sure of that seeing that the admin of the program Garrett (interviewed here) is preparing to celebrate Christmas with enticing cash prizes via different giveaways and an exciting Christmas party where everyone is invited. Of course the business side of things was not forgotten either and there are three meetings scheduled for the next few to be held in different time zones for the convenience of every investor. I remind you that PTVPartner is offering four investment plans with payouts on expiry: 110% after 10 days, 125% after 20 days, 145% after 30 days and 190% after 40 days. The minimum to deposit starts from $10 for deposits in the ten day plan. There are four payment processors currently accepted by PTVPartner who are now in their fourth month online: LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay and the newest addition – GlobalDigitalPay processor (reviewed by MNO here). Spammers and scammers won’t be taking any holidays this Christmas so be continue to be extremely careful, guys! The latest attempt was recorded just last night when many of the members of GeniusFunds received a phishing email telling them that their accounts in GeniusFunds were suspended and encouraging them to click on the link to restore access as soon as possible. Well, the trick was that the link looks very legitimate but actually by clicking on it you will be redirected to a different site where your passwords will be stolen. Of course, such big programs like GeniusFunds (reviewed here) never send any links in their emails and you must not click on them in order to do any action required. It’s a simple rule and I hope everybody is following it to ensure the safety of your funds. Here is the email in question allegedly from GeniusFunds:
“Due our latest IP Security upgrades we have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. Because protecting the security of your account is our primary concern, we have limited access to sensitive GeniusFunds account features. We understand that this may be an inconvenience but please understand that this temporary limitation is for your protection.
How can I restore my account access?
Click the link below and confirm your GeniusFunds account information, otherwise your account access will remain restricted.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Please understand that this is a security measure meant to help protect you and your account. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

A very similar email was received allegedly from the admin of ArbsFund where you were invited to put money by direct deposits into the spammers’ LR or PM accounts. I hope there is no need to remind you that this e-mail originates from a well-known spammer oscarferengi@gmail.com who is well experienced in this area and may very well be collecting quite a bit in ill gotten rewards from less clever investors. Anyway, again I repeat that you can invest in ArbsFund only from your account in the program so please ignore all e-mails telling you otherwise. ArbsFund pays you 8.5% weekly with no expiry date (read more in my review here) and I’m glad to report that it seems the script is working fine now as this week my weekly 8.5% profit was credited to my account with no issues as is always the case.

It seems that XagaEnterprise (reviewed here) is looking forward to becoming even better in 2010. Just to give you a sneak preview of what to expect the head of customer support, Diana, listed three main improvements that we can expect from the program soon: The addition of AlertPay as another payment processor (currently you can invest in XagaEnterprise only using StrictPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney), the launch of their own forum where the admin of XagaEnterprise Kevin will be available to answer any questions about his program and its income revenues (for more information you can refer to my interview with him published here), and finally, there will be the opening of the so-called Xaga reward center where you can expect to earn points and to exchange them for some prizes. As you might remember the admin of GloTrade, Jarrous, (interviewed here) promised to add some weekend bonuses to members’ accounts on Saturday and Sunday. However, since the bonuses have to be added manually it has been decided that only one 2%-3% bonus would be added. So watch out for that, guys! Since I didn’t publish yesterday I must add that my 3% bonus was successfully added by the admin of GloTrade and I have received it to my account already. So after adding the weekend bonus manually to the investor’s accounts Jarrous sent another update to the members. Here it is:

The admin of FinanceNova (reviewed here) sent out an update informing the members of the successful migration of the site to the new, more powerful server by BlackLotus. I’m glad to see those positive developments. First the layout of the site was changed to a more attractive one and now the technical side of things was also taken care of. I remind you that FinanceNova pays you 2.15% for 365 days (with payments being credited on business days only) and 11% for 53 weeks. It seems that some people want to take advantage on the popularity of StableInterest (reviewed here) which has been already paying for over a year. By creating fake LibertyReserve accounts and conning the members to deposit directly into them they are obviously not only trying to deceive the members of StableInterest but also endanger their good reputation in the HYIP world. So please be careful and never send money if you want to invest in StableInterest directly but only use the form on their site that will lead you to LibertyReserve SCI interface. Here is the warning taken from their website:
“Lately some people created LibertyReserve accounts using the possibility to name accounts in LibertyReserve anyway they want, so they named the accounts (StableInterest), hence using the newly created accounts for possible stealing money from the LibertyReserve users accounts, as if making deposit to StableInterest. Naturally we have nothing in common with these FAKE accounts and have no idea who these people are. At the same time we strongly recommend to doublecheck the target LibertyReserve account you are making a transaction to. Remember to ensure maximum safety of your funds before making a deposit to StableInterest, login to your member area and use the SCI form of LibertyReserve. The real and the only one LibertyReserve number owned by StableInterest can be seen there. Be highly attentive please! Don’t buy into fraudsters tricks and keep your funds safe!”

Unfortunately I have no choice but to move MoneyCare to Problem status on my monitoring page. Lately I received a couple of complaints from my readers regarding non-payments. First I though it was a glitch in their payment system so I contacted the admin of MoneyCare with the offer to explain the situation to me and pay the due payments to the members complaining. I have received no reply for over 24 hours now so I’ve made a decision to move MoneyCare to Paying selectively status on my monitoring page. Please note that many members are still receiving their daily or weekly payments and this status is only the reflection of reality when not everybody gets paid from MoneyCare. I sincerely hope that the situation will be resolved soon but until then I recommend to hold off from depositing into MoneyCare until the further notice on MNO blog. Remember it’s always better be safe than sorry.

Finally again I ask your apologies for not posting yesterday due to some technical reasons. I know that my readers appreciate my daily updates and I always try my best to provide you with the freshest news from the Industry. However, sometimes I can’t do it for a reason but then I always let you know about this.
