BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM IS PAYING SELECTIVELY! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!

Hi everyone! If you enjoyed the interview from earlier today and are the type of investor that leans more towards shorter term games then for the first half of today’s update (the second half is as usual the news) you might be interested in this latest addition to my monitoring page which has the rather odd but undeniably catchy title of 10000Dollars.

It’s a short term HYIP with a pretty big selection of plans, some of which are probably the shortest I’ve ever covered on any program featured on MNO. The plans themselves however are not really explained in the public area. You’re going to have to open an account first and see the details in your member’s area before making a decision on them. There are 11 plans in total and within them there are no less than 41 variations. Sounds like a lot but in actual fact a lot of these options are priced well beyond the reach of most investors so I’ll just run through the main options.

To start with 10000Dollars have a number of plans that run for just a few hours. Personally I’d prefer to think of them as more like one day plans that just allow you to withdraw early, but whatever you think I know a lot of you like to gamble on such high risk ventures like this. Anyway, the first plan runs for 13 hours and pays 8% interest per hour. That all adds up to a total of 104%. Minimum spend is $10 and the maximum is $100,000.

The second plan from 10000Dollars offers a reduced interest rate but over a longer period. They will pay you 5% interest over 21 hours on the same size deposits as they previous plan, adding up to a total of 105%.

The third plan is for more serious players and has a minimum spend of $3,000 with a maximum of $100,000. It runs for 18 hours and pays 6% interest every hour, so that adds up to 108% in total.

Then the more “traditional” (if you could call them that) HYI style plans start. The Fourth plan from 10000Dollars runs for a full day this time and pays on expiry. Amounts from a minimum of just $10 will get you started here with deposits between that and $1000 getting you a total payout of 105% on expiry. Serious gamblers who wish to play with amounts from $1001 up to $3000 are offered 106% after 1 day. Higher rates are available but require investments the size of which I’d rather not think about here. For example you are offered 130% interest but are then asked for a minimum of $10,000 in order to get it. But as very few would have it in the first place there is little reason for me to describe it.

Then we come to the 7 day plan. It has a number of varieties that pay on expiry including 130% for amounts between the minimum required $10 and $1000. Larger rates are also available, for example deposits from $1001 to $3000 will collect 135% on expiry and deposits from $3001 to $6000 can expect 140%. See the 10000Dollars website for further details about larger deposits in this plan if you like it.

The next payment on expiry plan runs for 15 days. Deposits from $10 to $1000 will receive 150% interest on expiry. From $1001 to $3000 will get 160% interest. And deposits from $3001 to $5000 are promised 200% on expiry. Larger payouts are offered, up to 300% in fact, but require more money than I’d suggest is wise in such an obviously high risk game like this one. If you’re interested then take a look at the 10000Dollars website for yourself.

And then the last payment on expiry option we come to runs for 30 days. There are fewer options here and your choices are a bit more clear cut. It’s also not exactly a cheap option to join and involves the highest risk in an already high risk program. Deposits between a minimum of $250 and a maximum of $500 are offered 500% interest on expiry. Deposits from $501 up to $2000 are offered 600% interest while larger deposits up to the maximum allowed $100,000 are promised 700% interest. It’s difficult to see just how any of that can be achievable so exercise caution. On the other hand of course 10000Dollars like every other online HYIP is going to be largely dependent on cash flow so it’s totally unpredictable as well. But it’s your money and that’s the gamble you will have to take.

The next set of plans are also high yield, high risk, and short term. 10000Dollars offers you a series of plans with daily payouts, starting with one that runs for 2 days. Deposit from a minimum of $10 up to $1000 and you will get 52% daily per day. I guess that includes most investors but it’s pretty hard to see the logic behind this option. I mean the total amount you will earn after 2 days will be 104%, but an earlier plan offers you 105% after just one day for an investment of the very same size. Anyway, if you wish to risk a little more then for amounts between $1001 and $3000 will get you 53% per day. Deposits between $3001 and $6000 will get you 54% interest per day. Beyond that you are allowed to deposit anything up to $100,000 for higher rates of interest. See the 10000Dollars website for more info on that.

Next up is the 3 day plan with daily payments. Here a minimum deposit of $10 up to $300 gets you 36% interest per day, or 108% in total. Amounts between $301 and $3000 will get you 37% interest per day, or 111% in total. And deposits from $3001 to $5000 should earn you daily payments of 38% interest, or 114% in total. Again the 10000Dollars admin will gladly take amounts of $100,000 from you (naturally!) but if you wish to avail of any higher paying options then look at the website and contact the admin for more details.

The next in this seemingly endless list of investment plans runs for 5 days and makes daily payouts. Deposits again start from a minimum of $10 and for amounts between that and $1000 you are offered 25% interest per day, or 125% in total. Larger amounts of from $1001 to $3000 will get you 26% interest per day, or 130% in total. Deposits from $3001 to $5000 will earn you 27% per day for 5 days becoming 135% in total. Once again larger amounts are accepted but I advise you speak to a professional before even dreaming about figures like that in a short term HYIP.

If you think that’s all then you’d be mistaken! We’re not finished with the investment plans just yet. 10000Dollars still has one more to run by you and this time the term lasts for 3 weeks and payments are made by the week. The minimum deposit is $10 and between that and $1500 will earn you 50% interest per week amounting to a total of 150%. Larger deposits of from $1501 to $3000 get you 55% interest per week or 165% in total. And amounts from $3001 to $7000 should earn 60% interest per week, adding up to 180% at the end. Just like all the previous plans 10000Dollars are perfectly happy to take pretty much any amount of money you wish to throw at them. If you are seriously interested in what their options are for even larger deposits then see their website and see a professional. Possibly a psychiatrist.

In keeping with the normal traditions of short term HYIP games the list of payment processors accepted here is extremely limited with only LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney taken. And most of you know perfectly well what that means so enter with both eyes open, don’t pretend you didn’t know what the risks were when you joined, and accept any potential losses with the same attitude that you accept the profits – as a reasonable consequence of gambling.

To be fair to the admin however he has gone a long way towards compensating us for the lack of choice by introducing instant payouts, a feature that is consistently listed by many investors as their favorite whenever they see it implemented. Mind you there was a couple of glitches in the system earlier on but they have since been ironed out. When I asked him about it the admin quite candidly admitted that he was simply overwhelmed by the immediate popularity of the program and had not properly organized it to handle such unexpected numbers. All that’s been fixed now however and all payments from 10000Dollars appear to be made within a matter of seconds of the request being placed.

I must say that the admin has also done a decent job on security. Despite this being a short term program a bit more effort and expense has been made. And while I know that alone will never prevent any program from collapsing, it would make me think that a fast scam is not the first thing on the admin’s mind. Programs like 10000Dollars have a limited shelf life, it’s true, (as do all HYIPs) but if you were to take the cynics viewpoint an admin that spends a lot of time and money on his website would prefer to stick around until he gets something back. Anyway, the first thing I noticed about the site was the use of SSL encryption to protect your account area. Other than that the website is hosted on a dedicated Staminus server, supported and protected from DDoS attacks by DdoSWiz. The script is licensed from GoldCoders. Customer support is available through the online e-mail ticketing system.

The bottom line here of course in determining how long any HYIP can run for is cash flow, and that’s totally unpredictable. When HYIPs like this go, they go quietly and quickly. What will help a lot in keeping 10000Dollars online a bit longer than some of its competitors is the fact that the plans seem to have been reasonably thought out in terms of keeping the smaller (i.e more affordable) ones quite achievable. Yes, there are some dubiously high rates paid out in some plans that could put a severe drain on resources, but as few online investors could afford to try their luck with them they may as well not be there at all. Couple that with the fact that they make instant payouts and have made an effort to secure the site with SSL and 10000Dollars looks as good as any of the short term competition around right now. Worth a look if you enjoy a gamble. Just keep in mind that when the admin says “profits are 99% guaranteed”, I’d be pretty sure he’s talking about himself and not you, ok.

OTHER NEWS FOR TODAY.

It seems that GeniusFunds (reviewed here) made some error today and send a strange and rather weird proposal to all the investors inviting them to deposit into a special premium weekly plan offering higher variable return than the usual weekly plan which pays 6%-9% weekly. The minimum to invest was set to $2,000 and the investment could not be done from your existing account balance, but rather you had to introduce completely new funds. After receiving this email I immediately logged into my account in GeniusFunds but didn’t find any option to invest in this plan. This raised some concerns on the forums regarding the authenticity of this email. However their own Live Support confirmed that this email was indeed sent by GeniusFunds causing even higher concerns among investors regarding possible cashflow issues as this practice never took place before. This is the email which was sent today:
My name is Michalis Constandines and I am your new account manager. Your account has been upgraded to premium status and it is my pleasure to invite you to participate in an excellent investment opportunity offered by invitation only, to a limited number of Genius clients.
We are introducing WBMF Select fund which will consist of three share types:

The minimum investment into this fund is $2000. The investment must be a new deposit and not be proceeds of share sales or profits generated by your current investment. There are no minimum or maximum reinvestment requirements for this fund.
There is no no-sale term for this fund, however, sales of shares within the first 30 days of investment will be subject to 25% early sale penalty. There will be no penalty or fee for sales of shares after the 30 day period following the initial investment.
I have enabled access to this fund for you. You may purchase shares of WBMF Select from your Genius account portal. The dividend rates paid on shares on this fund are fixed at the following values:

The formal offer is attached hereto in PDF format. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to e-mail me at any time.
Sincerely Yours, Michalis Constandines. Premium Account Manager. Genius Investments Limited
”.

The situation soon became clear as it appeared the email was sent to investors by mistake and perhaps intended to some larger investors I suppose. Anyway, that was still pretty strange as to why the GeniusFunds administration would send this email at all because as far as I know there was never any premium accounts available so far. Previously it had been offered via special terms and conditions for the investors willing to deposit over $200K. However, now they say the following:
We currently reached the capacity limit for the Premier accounts. These are no longer offered directly to the public. Once we will be able to increase the capacity, we will again start offering these great investment products.

So I really don’t get it how any member could get his account promoted to premium status without investing thousands of dollars into the program. Anyway, after several hours and total confusion a follow-up email was sent where they apologized for the mistake and the inconvenience caused:
I am sorry, but the invitation in my previous message was sent to your e-mail address by mistake. The fund in the message is not yet marketed to our investors and you have not been offered to invest in it. I will notify you again if and when the offer to invest in this fund will be made to you.
Sincerely Yours, Michalis Constandines. Premium Account Manager. Genius Investments Limited
”.

Another strange thing that happened in my GeniusFunds account today and which a few people reported to me as well. One of the withdrawal requests made was suddenly canceled and put back to my account. I don’t know how this happened but after re-submitting it for the second time I was paid straight away (my second larger withdrawal request is still pending though). However I started suspecting what if GeniusFunds have some script issues causing some withdrawal requests to get bounced back to investors accounts. Then another question rises: why wasn’t it reported properly instead of causing panic and unnecessary complaints? At the moment GeniusFunds remains a mystery to me when it comes to their payouts to so many members but at the same time the lack of communication and their apparent inability to explain what is really happening with the delays and problems in some people’s accounts isn’t doing them any favors. Anyway, be it a cashflow or just a technical issue I hope it will be resolved soon.

MandarinInvest (reviewed here) is expanding its presence online and is launching Facebook and Twitter profiles. The admin of MandarinInvest Robbyn (interviewed here) just let everybody know that from now on you can discuss the program on Facebook and join them on Twitter for the latest updates. There is also a new poll on their forum available with the question: “Do you think MandarinInvest should accept deposits and process withdrawals via bank wires?” I think many investors would agree with my opinion that despite the already wide range of eight payment processors available for depositing and mostly instant withdrawals Bank wires might be a perfect solution for larger investors who prefer not to deal with any payment processor. This will definitely help them to expand and offer their investment plans to a wider audience. I remind you that MandarinInvest is a low-ROI program currently paying on the following plans: 1.1% for 30 days, 1.3% for 100 days and 1.6%-2.1% for 150 days with the principal returned on expiry in every plan. Here is the latest news from MandarinInvest:
Social networks are more important nowadays than e-mail and forums, so we have decided to create accounts on two popular networks – facebook and twitter.
You can discuss our program in this group:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=353521257257
And follow our news on twitter here:
http://twitter.com/MandarinInvest
For some of you this might be a more comfortable way to share your thoughts on our program than the usual forums.
There is also a new poll for you on our forum. This time it involves bank wires, so please voice your opinion here:

I just received another newsletter from WeeklyDividend (reviewed here) notifying the investors that the 5% promotional bonus that was added to new deposits on their plans (1.1%-1.5% daily forever and 9%-11% weekly forever) expires tonight. Although the admin (interviewed here) mentioned that there would be more rewards for the loyal members of the program soon. Here is the latest news from WeeklyDividend:
As stated previously the 5% Bonus on all first time deposits will end tomorrow. This was intended as a promotion to help spread the WeeklyDividend name and the intended purpose was surely accomplished.
The 5% bonus will end at midnight GMT Monday March 8th. All first time deposits made prior to this time will still receive the bonus.
We are in the process of considering other methods to reward the members and when/if those are adopted they will be announced.
The management and staff of WeeklyDividend thank you for your support.
Thank you, Support Team, WeeklyDividend.

The admin of FxPetroleum (reviewed here) was quite short in his update today and only mentioned that everybody that invested in the 15% weekly forever plan had been paid. Well, what else did you really want to know I suppose! Here is the email:
Dear Paul, Good Morning to all members of FxPetroleum, where you Rig your ROI from the deep!
All cashout have been completed. All free members should please upgrade their accounts within 7 days from today or will be deleted from the site to reduce the load on our server.
Thanks for all your support and I do hope you all have a wonderful week.
Admin. FxPetroleum
”.

I would like to remind that if you invested in one of the plans offered by BioEnergyFunds (8% for 2 weeks with principal back on expiry or 8.5%-12% for 30 weeks with no principal return) you are required to make your withdrawal request. As you know the withdrawal button for weekly profits in BioEnergyFunds (reviewed here) is only open on Mondays and Tuesdays so don’t miss it. To withdraw your money simply login to your account, click on “Account Statistics” and then you will see your earning balance which you can withdraw by clicking on the appropriate link.

I have to move three programs today to Problem status on my blog. Please make sure that you will not invest in them and thanks to those who let me know about their pendings. These programs are: Skinex, StanbicArbitrage and XciteInvest.

Skinex had some issues with their instant withdrawal system yesterday when only withdrawals to StrictPay and smaller withdrawals to LibertyReserve were processed instantly. Today however I can see that the instant option was switched off completely and even the smallest cashouts are not being processed. With no update from the admin it definitely seems to be a goner for me. Anyway, the program was quite successful overall and lasted for 6 weeks. Apparently there was some cashflow issues recently that influenced its performance. Well, we all knew that Skinex would not last forever.

I would like to thank my readers who told me about their withdrawal issues with StanbicArbitrage. I got paid a few days ago myself so wasn’t aware of the issues. Be assured that StanbicArbitrage has been moved to Problem status on MNO now.

The third program to go soon is XciteInvest. I got the last payout two days ago but having four pending cashouts now I contacted the admin today and as you might assume never got an answer. So it looks to me XciteInvest will also be gone soon.

The full list programs that paid me today include:
PTVPartner, HugMoney, Aballong, TheKapital, GeneralIncome, RedOrchidInvest, BiotechInvFund, NasMos, Verifield, PanaMoney, MandarinInvest, FxPetroleum, XagaEnterprise, WaterInvestment, BioEnergyFunds, GloboFunds, DynFxTrade, GeniusFunds, InvestAward, EuroNanoInvest, CSMFinance, AtlantisMutual, YesInvestment, GoldenInvestment, EzProfit, ExceptionalFunds, BVBC, OneDailyPro, SmartTradersInv, WeeklyDividend, UmaxFunds, AvaInvestment, WestFinance, DepositPalace, MoneyPlus, Eternidex and 10000Dollars (the first instant payments received).

A new addition to my listing today is CottonFunds. This is a program that has been online for nearly 40 days and which is offering three low-ROI plans: 0.8%-1% daily for 200 days, 6%-8% weekly for 245 days and 30%-40% monthly for 270 days. All the five main payment processors are accepted by them: LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay, SolidTrustPay and StrictPay. I will talk about the plans in more detail in the upcoming review. Right now I would like to say that I like the overall layout of the program is good and that the site is SSL-secured which makes it safer for the potential investors. CottonFunds is hosted on a dedicated server with HushHosting protection and is utilizing a Neversay script where you can invest in units of $1each. The minimum investment starts from $5 but the minimum is different for each plan. More on CottonFunds will be in the detailed review on MNO soon.

That’s all for today, guys! I hope to see you on my blog tomorrow when I’m going to publish the interview with the admin DynFxTrade, another review and of course am going to update you on all the latest news from the Industry. MNO has now reached over 1,800 e-mail subscribers via FeedBurner and it means MNO is getting even more popular. Don’t hesitate to subscribe to receive my daily news straight to your email every day by submitting your email address in FeedBurner subscription form which you can see on the right sidebar on my blog. See you tomorrow on MNO!
