Hi everyone! One of the very best new medium term investment programs I’ve come across in recent months is undoubtedly ForexNetClub so today I am really pleased to have this interview with its admin Thomas Vugt. It’s one of the most professionally and efficiently managed programs around today with some excellent options for investors. Very easy to use but at the same time remaining highly secure, ForexNetClub also offers a level of customer support almost unparallelled in this industry. So they’ve got it all really! But I think Thomas explains it all better than me in the interview. He does seem to be quite ambitious but at the same time level headed and responsible, adopting a sort of “it’s a marathon, not a sprint” attitude that will serve the members well in the long term.

“1. Hi Thomas, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us about your own role within ForexNetClub. What are your own duties within the program? How would you describe a typical working day for you as an admin of an online investment project?

Hello! My name is Thomas Vugt and I am one of the managers of ForexNetClub. I am the General Manager of the program and my main objective is to make all the team follow the strategy that we have set for us since the beginning – development of ForEx trading and sharing of profits with our users. A typical working day is a very hard and tiring one. Especially now, when we have to work very hard to take a share of this huge ForEx market. There are thousands and thousands of very good traders and we have to make something very special in order to be picked out of this multitude of options. But it provides and gives huge satisfaction, first of all just by knowing that you run a company which makes profit for you and for the regular members. You don’t need a pile of money to start your investment and this is great, because the entry level is so low that all can reach financial satisfaction with us!

2. Can you also give us some background on the program? How long have you been running? What were you hoping to achieve by starting it in the first place? Apart from you tell us who else is involved in ForexNetClub?

The background on the program is our steady evolution and respect towards our users. We are registered as a company since 2007. We are hoping to achieve many more millions of dollars the following years. And, we wish the same for our users, of course! Actually, they are the main core of our program, the main partner and sponsor. We have around 20 members in the team but we plan to increase the number of employees very soon as we are already on the online field that will require more attention. We understand that in order to succeed we need to stay focused on how the market goes, so having a very good customer support will make our reputation sky-rocket!

3. What about the investment plans? Can you explain them in detail to us? What are the minimum and maximum amounts for investment, what rates of interest are on offer and how long do they run for?

Now, some of you may be bothered by this, because they just don’t have this financial power. But this is the policy that we set for our company and it will reduce dramatically the number of transactions required. Just imagine what would have been if the minimum deposit was $1? Further on, as you can see, we are kind of unique because you can’t deposit more than $10,000 in our company.

4. Tell us about the payment options available from ForexNetClub. What payment processors are you currently dealing with?

At this moment we are dealing solely with LibertyReserve due to its popularity and good services offered. But we know that there are many members who prefer for example PerfectMoney or StrictPay. As soon as we will notice that our clients need other payment systems we will deploy them without any difficulties. Also, we will think about bank wire options, even if there are more fees to cover. There is no need to hurry anywhere since the best evolution is the slowest and most analyzed one!

5. How highly would you rate the security of your own website? Tell us about your hosting provider and how highly would you rate them as a service provider?

As high as we could do it! And we think we did it impeccably! We use the latest and the strongest SSL encryption technology to ensure that your account is accessed in the most secure environment. Also, we have the highest level DDoS attack Protection, keeping your account safe and secure from such attacks. We are very pleased now by the way the system is responding and we are making updates and monthly maintenance operations.

6. What about your script? Who is the provider and what do you think the benefits of this script are to both the admin and the investors? I also believe it’s been heavily modified to suit your own client needs, is that correct?

It is a standard script with a lot of customization in order to meet the needs of our investors. The platform actually is very simple in design and usability, with the main purpose of making things very simple to follow. But the inner core and the internal language of it is full of tricks and locks which stop any attacks and protect our user’s activity. We did a thorough analysis before choosing it, as we didn’t want to have a design that could be similar to others.

7. Can you also explain the benefits to potential clients of using SSL encryption to protect the investor’s accounts?

SSL allows a secure connection between your web browser and the ForexNetClub web server. Many people seem to be hesitant to shop online/deposit money because they believe it to be less safe. However, the protection offered by SSL means that your credit card number/online payment system number will be seen by far fewer people than if you use it at a physical store or restaurant. When you make a purchase at a physical store there is a trail of paper left behind containing your number in its entirety. Once your order is electronically received by ForexNetClub all of your personal number information remains encrypted until the order is processed off-line. This means more security and makes it almost impossible for a hacker to get your personal information.

8. I said in my review of your program that the only thing I didn’t like was the lack of choice regarding payment processors. Do you think this might hinder the growth of ForexNetClub and do you plan to add more in the future?

It may harm the development of the company but so far we are having a steady increase in client numbers. We will take the appropriate measures when we see that the flow of users has stopped and we really need to use other payment services. We are very pleased by the actual payment processor and also by its fees. We did receive some positive feedback from users also regarding Liberty Reserve. Of course, there are people who are saying that hackers can steal money very easily from payment processors, but I think if they take all the required security measures nobody will steal anything from them! Just change your password frequently, use a screen keyboard when logging in, buy a firewall + antispy and don’t let others use your own computer. 10. Tell us about your postal address in the Marshall Islands. Is that an actual office where I would find real ForexNetClub employees working or is it more of a serviced “virtual” office for mail collection and things like that?

This is our registered and mailing address. At this address reside the lawyers who legally represent our company. I doubt that from the hundreds of thousands of companies registered offshore you will find more than 1% who actually have an office at their registered offshore address. The main purpose for incorporating offshore is widely known – tax efficiency and flexibility. We have trading desks in the top financial centers – London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore – ForEx is a 24h business and we need to be covered at all times.

11. What other outside business and investment activities are ForExNetClub involved with? What are you doing with your member’s money and how are you generating such huge profits? Can we see any proof of these activities?

We don’t have any other outside business as this one is sufficient enough for our entire team to have a fulfilling life and a great experience. We are multiplying member’s money by using our ForEx arbitrage trading. We have brokers with experience of more than 10 years in the Foreign Exchange market. The main proof is the fact that we are paying, and we are paying a lot! We are not promising astronomical returns, 91% in 8 weeks means 91%/58 days, which means around 1.57% per day. In the ForEx market this is very possible.

12. Are there any plans to develop ForexNetClub further in the near future? Will there be any interesting changes made soon? How are you planning to keep the program competitive with so many new HYIPs opening every day?

We saw that this HYIP word is more related to scams and ponzis rather to real and genuine investment companies. You know good companies in this HYIP world, as you call it, are just like diamonds in mug. So we think that users will come on their own to us! This sounds bizarre? Well, when 99% of the programs that surround you are ponzis and scams, you are getting the ability to immediately see one by its characteristics. But when a real, powerful company like ours comes along this has an immediate effect! Somebody invests out of curiosity, somebody else because he follows his instincts. But, after the first payout, things are different! So far, we are receiving the desired feedback, so there is still no need to make some serious improvements.

13. I know you have quite a good system of communications set up with your members, but what have been the most common questions, problems, or complaints you have had to deal with so far? Are there any particular issues that people keep contacting you about that you would like to address here?

Well, the main concern of all them is the security of the system and our serious-minded attitude. We have to deal with some users for months before seeing them as registered members with active deposits. There is a very big number of skeptics now, and believe me, I do understand them! When there are so many programs who are ripping your pockets apart and sucking your coins out of the floor, even big names such as Lehman Brothers!
