Hi guys! For the first post today I want to bring you this interview I recently received with th the admin of SureBetInv, one of numerous HYIPs taking advantage of the gap in the market of arbitrage betting based investment websites left open by the closure of one of the market leaders in that field.

Take the information presented here anyway you like but SureBetInv has definitely been one of the best and most consistent performers around from the newer HYI related programs, which has to count foe something in a time of such uncertainty in the HYIP industry. Before we begin let me first remind you that SureBetInv was first reviewed on MNO here (where you can find further information regarding how they operate) and offer plans that pay 1.4%-1.8% daily or 11%-15% weekly, principal back after 84 days (12 weeks).

“1. Hi Benjamin, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us about your own role within SureBetInv. What are your own duties within the program? How would you describe a typical working day for you as an admin of an online investment project?

My name is Benjamin Steinway and I am the administrator and arbitration manager of SureBetInv. I am the person who gives directions to the company, as I stated in the site we are associated to RB8 Wagering Inc. This company was registered in 2009 when we started doing arbitrage. At the moment I also take care of customer support but we are in process of hiring a new person that will attend users in the Live Chat (already available in the site) and via telephone (still not available). Right now I’m working on more supporting members than managing SureBetInv, in a few days we will have someone taking care of customer support.

2. Can you also give us some background on the program? How long have you been running? What were you hoping to achieve by starting it in the first place? Apart from you is there anybody else working on SureBetInv?

First of all activities of SureBetInv did not start on March 16 (launch date). Our business in the arbitrage market started in the beginning of 2009 when I decided to team with some friends that could help me by giving strength to my portfolio. We created RB8 Wagering Inc. and begun the most successful partnership I’ve ever participated in in my long 33 years of business life, for those who don’t know I am a 56 years old german. My first goal with SureBetInv is to build a stronger portfolio that allows me expand the revenue of RB8 Wagering Inc.

Since we started many things already changed, we started as 3 partners, today we have 5 persons in the company.I’m working to put a person in the telephone and live chat support soon, I promise it will be available in the coming days. I understand some investors really prefer when they can call and talk to a real person, I hope this service improve our credibility and bring more loyal investors to SureBetInv.

3. What about the investment plans? Can you explain them in detail to us? What are the minimum and maximum amounts for investment, what rates of interest are on offer and how long do they run for?

We have two investment plans, the Daily Pack and Weekly Pack. Investors can choose between earning interest per day or once per week, for obvious reasons the weekly plan is more profitable. If you choose to make an investment in the Daily Pack you earn from 1.4% to 1.8% per day, depending on amount of your deposit. But there is a more profitable plan, the Weekly Pack pays from 11% to 15% per week. The minimum amount of deposits is $25 and the maximum is $20,000.

We designed these plans after some calculations about average profit per week, offering such percentage we are very comfortable to do our business and pay interests to the members.

4. Tell us about the payment options available from SureBetInv. What payment processors are you currently dealing with?

At the present time we accept Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, SolidTrustPay and StrictPay. This list is not definitive, we have noticed the increasing demand for Global Digital Pay, a very respected e-currency powered by a very reputed exchange service. This e-currency may be added in the future. Adding to this we submitted documents for verification to AlertPay and if everything goes okay we will have our account verified in the next 2 to 3 weeks and we will work to add this e-currency in the system.

I already submitted a ticket to AlertPay three times asking them to check the documents, but no response. I will keep trying but after we have our account verified we will prior check if it’s possible to use the funds from AlertPay in the arbitrage business. I recently heard of some sites that have had problems with AlertPay, I hope members understand if we eventually do not add this e-currency is to maintain SureBetInv secure and free of any problem. For those members who are waiting we add these ecurrencies to make a deposit I ask patience, we are working to provide the best services. Before we add them we will make sure it’s possible to work free of risk.

5. How highly would you rate the security of your own website? Tell us about your hosting provider and how highly would you rate them as a service provider?

The security of SureBetInv is extremely good. We are using a dedicated server provided by Koddos, a hosting that uses servers from Staminus. We have no problem with Koddos so far, for this the rate for their services is the best possible.

6. What about your script? Who is the provider and what do you think the benefits of this script are to both the admin and the investors?

We are using a licensed Goldcoders script, a versatile solution. The key benefits of Goldcoders are the the level of customization allowed to administrators. For the investors it’s very easy to use.

7. What kind of customer support do you offer? What is the best and most efficient way to contact you if I have any questions? What is the most common question or support issue that you have to deal with?

We offer Live Chat support In this channel members talk directly with me the administrator or one of our staff. I think the most efficient way is Live Chat, but if it’s not available just then the best choice is sending an email. We have received many questions, most of them regarding our investment plans. Some people don’t understand how we can offer fixed rates when the arbitrage market has its ups and downs. By the way the answer to this is that we made the necessary calculations to offer such interest, they are based in the average profit of our business.

8. Can you give us any statistics about the program regarding the number of members, the amounts deposited and paid out, and the popularity of the individual plans?

Yes, at the moment we have almost 500 registered members and this number is growing everyday, even stronger on weekdays. A very relevant number of members prefer weekly plan, I think the obvious reason is the higher percentage this plan offers. The number of deposits are good in this moment, I’m sure we can do better, today people already understand the business of SureBetInv, not everyone believe in our activities, it’s a fact but they are slowly accepting our program as something stable to make money.

9. What other outside business and investment activities are SureBetInv involved with? What are you doing with your member’s money and how are you generating such profits? Can we see any proof of your activities here?

The only business we are involved is arbitrage, and in this market we deal only with football games. We decided to deal only with football because this is the most profitable area of arbitrage. In this moment we already show in the main page of SureBetInv some football matches we have bets, our arbiters choose the best championships because these events. A very small percentage of our capital (5%) goes to gambling (poker). I have a friend and business partner that is a very good Poker player, in fact I consider him a specialist. Let’s suppose this guy loses all the money (it never happened) we are still profit with our real business in the football events.

10. Are there any plans to develop SureBetInv further in the near future? Will there be any interesting changes made soon? How are you planning to keep the program competitive with so many new HYIPs opening every day?

We are developing SureBetInv everyday. Recently we added a gadget in the main page to show the latest news from SBI Blog. We are also working to make the Guess’nWin promotion finally work. I have a small problem because GoldCoders script (unlike many as people think) have some secure settings, there are few configurations in the script that blocks any kind of third party script we attempt to run. I have a small script that is going to manage the guesses visitors place, as soon as we can make it work properly I will launch Guess’nWin. Members and non-members will be able to participate in this promotion, by paying $0.25 they can make a guess of the exact score of selected football matches. Our initial idea was Champions League matches, but for technical issues I think when we start this promotion Champions League will be over already. The winner earns $100 prize, if we have more than 1 winner the prize will be divided among the winners.

We are developing other services too, In the coming days we will set telephone support, I already have an employee in training to answer the calls. This person will also be available in the Live Chat support when I’m busy. We sincerely hope that people support SureBetInv for the next months, we have very nice expectations for some events that will be coming soon. The World Cup is the most important for us, the biggest sport event in the wold attracts many people to the stadiums and lots of investors to the betting houses. In these events professional arbiters can do nice cash, we worked still as amateurs in the World Cup 2006, Germany and had great results. We expect to increase by 35% the profits during this event in South Africa.

To maintain SureBetInv competitive we plan some actions, but the most important is the reliability and security of our services. We are not online to promise big interests to our investors, because it’s not possible to offer 20-30% when you have arbitrage to provide resources. I dont know if Forex, stocks and other investment areas could provide such amount. I am a little skeptical about it, just because most programs that offer great profits based on these markets always fall short. I prefer to promise what is possible and deliver on these promises than to promise the impossible and fail too early.
