Hi guys! For the first of two updates today I have an interview with the admin of LiveProfits. That’s a new short term HYIP game that has attracted a fair amount of controversy in some quarters. But let’s hear what the admin has to say about all of that and see if find any credibility to it. As always, when we talk about money we talk about your money and nobody else’s. So take the time to carefully think about your options in any online HYIP before proceeding.

My Name is James Poland, I’m in Computer and Telecommunication Engineering. I’m working online with some businesses for many years, I have Experience in trading forex, promoting products, and HYIPs. I make this site to help people making good profits as I’m a good trader. I will work with forex and trading to get profits for all my members.

This is my first time running an HYIP site, and I hope to reach my plans and get this program to the top and success.

2. You are probably aware by now that the LiveProfits website is from a template used by a recent scam.
a) How can you expect to be taken seriously with this?
b) Where did you get it from? Who is the designer and did he make you pay for it? If you did pay for it will you get a refund?
c)What are you going to do to fix it?

I noticed that’s we have same template with an recent program that’s gone. I say that’s we are not related with them, and we didn’t knew about this site when we buy the template. I want to calm all readers that’s we will change the template very soon .

Yes, I heard a lot of comments about the template, we bought it from a designer, but the seller looks to sell it to others. So now we are working on a new unique template for the site. It will take a couple of days to an week, our new designer I working on it.

We get the Template from buyphp, and we didn’t know that this template was sold before. I contacted him about a refund and am waiting for his reply.

3. I also noticed you have a seal of approval from the Better Business Bureau.
a) Can you tell the readers who they are and what it means to have this seal? And
b) When I contacted the BBB and asked them they said they never heard of you or your website and said you are not entitled to display their seal. Why do you think they said that?

BBB is a good business review service and rating for many businesses. Yes, we are sorry for the lateness and are still working on it. We will have a certificate from BBB soon.

4. What kind of investment plans do you offer your members? How long do they run for and how much interest do you pay? What payment processors do you accept?

We offer 5 investment plans :
– Starter Plan 105% after 7 days – Min $10 – Max $1,000
– Advanced Plan 110% after 10 days – Min $10  – Max $50,000
– Professional Plan 125% after 20 days – Min $50  – Max $50,000

5. Your homepage says there is a 30 day lock-in period for the investor’s principal. Why is this? Especially as the first plan expires after 7 days.

Principle is locked in for the period of investment plan, eg when Expert Plan expires that’s 140% after 30 days member will be back his principle after this period. The 30 day lock-in on home page is just an example for this plan. So Principle will be locked in for the Period of investment only.

6. Who is the hosting provider for your website? How secure is that? How highly do you rate them as a service provider?

We have secure protection from DdosWiz. This protects the site from frequent downtime due to various types of DDoS attacks. This protection secures the site on any DDoS attack or hacking. You can check the banner on the home page of our site.

7. What about the script? Who provides this? What are the advantages and disadvantages to using them for both admins and investors? Are you a bit concerned about the recent spate of successful hacking attacks against them?

Our Script is from GoldCoders and is Licensed by them. This script is used by almost all HYIPs and it’s very safe and with cohesive files without any error. GoldCoders is an official seller of GC HYIP Script always updating it with new e-currencies used in the market and some new files and details.

8. I see that you have been permanently banned from TalkGold.
a)Why was this?

Yes, Very sad to say that our account has been permanently banned from TalkGold because of comments about the program and the template used. So All members thing that I’m the same Admin of last recent site with same template. But in real I’m not realed with this site and I don’t have any idea about it. Like I sad before I’m really surprised about this. So we are working on new unique template so all things will be better, and members regain trust in our program.

b)How do you respond to them moving your program to scam status? What was their reason for that and what is your version of events?

I contacted the TalkGold admin, and he said to me that he will talk with moderators about it, our site is online since 7 April, and there are many members still sending their payment Batch numbers there. Hope we get a reply soon.

9. What is the best way to contact your support if I need any help? What have been the most common questions submitted to you so far?

10. Your business interests are alternatively stated as Precious Metals which was copied from the old scam owners of your website and ForEx trading which is copied from PanaMoney. So what exactly are you really doing with the money (neither metals nor ForEx generate those profits anyway) to support the payments?

Our Plans are very reasonable and stable. I have made them on my notebook with some calculations. So this will help us and Will improve our program and be stronger for a longer time. Our interest are based on forex trading and we give members our profits earned in forex and exchange currency Trading. We work with Dukascopy Trading forex company.”

Well, some cryptic answers in there I must admit, but I am especially looking forward to this certification from the Better Business Bureau! Anyway, make what you will from all of that and good luck to those who decide to take the risk.
