BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST!
Hi everyone! I hope you’re all having a good Sunday so far. I know that this weekend, or rather Monday in particular is a holiday in the USA, and as that’s where the majority of MNO readers reside let me wish you all a pleasant Memorial Day. I know that strictly speaking it’s supposed to be a more sombre occasion but similar to Victory Day in Russia (which is quite a party!) there’s no reason you can’t celebrate the achievements and the sacrifices of the men and women you commemorate either. So have a good one and I hope it marks the beginning of a great summer for all of you!
Back to business now and it’s been an unusually busy day for Sunday with a lot more news stories for you both good and bad to get through. Before that though there’s a new short term HYI program that I’d like to run by you and see what you think. It’s called InvestiHeaven and it just started a couple of days ago.
So how about we start with the investment plans. InvestiHeaven has two of them and they resemble what would usually have been associated with autosurf programs. One of them pays by the day while the other one pays a little extra on expiry.
The first plan runs for 12 days and requires a minimum deposit of $5. During the course of the term you get a 10% interest payment every day on your principal, which is already counted as part of the payments. So invest $100, get $10 per day, and finish with $120. The maximum investment is currently $1500 but the adamant that that figure will be increased with every cycle by $500 a time. Assuming InvestiHeaven survives that is.
The second plan is almost identical to the first but with one crucial difference – payment is made just once on expiry. The plan runs for a term of 12 days and requires a minimum deposit of $5. The maximum spend is $1500 but as with the previous plan the admin also plans to allow this to increase by $500 per every completed cycle. The return on your investment here is 144%, so the same $100 invested here would hopefully get you $144 back on expiry.
So the choice offered bu InvestiHeaven is a pretty simple one – go for a safer option and at least claw back a section of your principal should the program collapse all of a sudden (as we both know it inevitably will) with the daily payments plan, or else throw caution to the wind and risk everything for a substantially bigger payoff with the payments on expiry plan. Decisions decisions, eh? Of course the third option is to put your money back in your wallet where you will neither lose anything nor gain anything, but I suspect if you’re still reading this review you probably like a gamble and will at least think about it first.
If you do decide to proceed then the choice of payment options is reasonably good. StrictPay are included though for reasons I’ll be getting to in the news section that may not be the good option it once was at the moment. Fingers crossed they’ll get out of this present situation in tact because I like them but I’m not all that comfortable accumulating large sums of money there with a cloud over the withdrawal process. Otherwise InvestiHeaven is accepting AlertPay, LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney. Withdrawals are made manually so you need to request them. The admin asks you allow 24 hours for him to complete it. Also when investing the script requires you to first fund your account and then redirect those funds as you see fit to the available plans.
That script I mentioned is a new one licensed from Neversay so is most likely up to the high standard we’ve come to expect. Please note that it’s not compatible with certain browsers but the main ones like IE and Mozilla Firefox are ok. Mac users will also be ok using Safari. Unfortunately however SSL encryption is not being used, so keep that in mind when weighing up the risk. The hosting provider is the ever popular HushHosting who are keeping InvestiHeaven on a dedicated Piradius server. Any questions can be put to the admin via the online e-mail support ticketing form found on the contacts page.
There’s no business plan to speak of behind InvestiHeaven and it’s presented to you as exactly what it is – an online HYIP and a high risk gamble. So you have no excuse here for walking into it without both eyes wide open. A lot has been said on forums and elsewhere about the similarities in appearance between this program a couple of other recent scams so I didn’t want to mention it but I can’t really ignore it. The fact is that there is no concrete evidence whatsoever to suggest there is a connection. Though if there is, the majority of forum users don’t seem to care all that much anyway. Similar texts and cartoon style graphics are a lot more likely to indicate the same website designer that the same admin and as for the plans, they’ve been widely used and enormously popular in the online investments industry for many many years now. Personally, yes I do believe the admin is not a first timer and has been around the business before. But as to explicitly linking him to one site or another based on hiring the same professional graphics designer? No, I’m afraid I would be looking for something better than that. You should approach each individual program based on its own merits and not on unproven rumors. By all means do your own due diligence and if something feels wrong then by all means walk away. It’s your money after all.
And with just under 300 sign-ups already it seems that’s how most investors feel too. But if you play enough of these games you realize pretty quickly that you win a few and you lose a few and that’s the way things happen. So keep your expectations modest and spend accordingly, basing you investments on what you can afford to lose rather than what you would like to win.
OTHER NEWS FOR TODAY.
Ok, despite today being Sunday there was plenty of news for us to discuss. Let’s start with some updates from the ever popular and currently ranked #1 on MNO program TrueEarn (reviewed here). It’s paying 116% after 4 days, 145% after 10 days, 210% after 20 days and accepting all the major e-currencies for about two months now. Yes, it’s unbelievable how they could run for such a long time with such high-paying plans while so many programs are collapsing each day paying even less percentage (for instance, today RogerVille officially closed). And we are not talking about the days when HYIPs were flourishing but rather about a time of crisis. So there’s even more kudos for the admin for keeping the program alive and paying for nearly two months. I can’t even imagine how many members of TrueEarn were already in profit from the program and I don’t know the exact amount of members. However according to the investors in my own downline (so far the best level of nearly 700 investors) I can safely say that TrueEarn has several thousand by now. I believe after publishing the second interview on MNO (read it here) TrueEarn is getting even more popular. Today another lengthy newsletter was sent and some very important things were outlined:
1) the first ever referral contest was launched with huge prizes for the top referrers running for one week, and
2) a one-time promotional bonus of $50 was introduced to everybody making a $500 or more deposit in any of the plans offered by TrueEarn.
All the details and rules of the currently running ref contest and promotional bonus can be found in the newsletter being republished on my blog below:
“Dear Members,

SECOND INTERVIEW WITH MNO PUBLISHED
====================================
As I mentioned in my last newsletter, TrueEarn achieved the great rank of being 50 days online a few days back. Since 50 days of being online is definitely a big accomplishment, especially in this industry, Paul, the owner of the famous money making news blog, Money-News-Online.com, invited me to have a second interview with him on that day, due to the high demand from the members and due to the ever increasing popularity of TrueEarn, and I was really happy to hear that and for having been invited by Paul.
The second interview I had with Paul has now been published in his blog, which you can read here: http://money-news-online.com/blog/2010/05/28/28052010-interview-with-the-admin-of-trueearn/

REFERRAL CONTEST
==================

That’s a one week long referral contest, in which you will have enough time to gather the maximum number of referrals, and grab one of the five prizes for the top five winners. Yes, you heard it! I’m going to pick out five members who will have the maximum number of referrals at the end of the contest, who will eventually turn out to be the top five winners of our first ever referral contest. As you all know, there are no contests without any rules. So let me make myself clear to you about the rules.

4. You need not have an active deposit in TrueEarn to participate in this contest.
5. You are not allowed to create accounts referring yourself, as it is against the terms. All such accounts will be terminated and the entire funds in them will be frozen, if any.
Ok, that’s the rules of the contest. Now let me get to the prizes offered for the winners. The top five referrers will emerge out as the winners of this contest and will be given away cash prizes. The prizes will be
The winner will be awarded a grand prize of $300 in cash

PROMOTIONAL BONUS
===================
Now let me get into the second exciting news. As a part of TrueEarn‘s promotional campaign, I have decided to introduce a bonus feature, All members who make deposits of $500 or more from any e-currency from now on, will be given an extra $50 bonus.

I once again thank all my members for showing your continuous support for TrueEarn. Remember, for TrueEarn to become even stronger, we need to work as a team. I’m doing my best to TrueEarn at the top, and at the same time, I would like to see my members supporting and promoting TrueEarn in forums and monitors, by posting your payment proofs in forums, and voting for TrueEarn in monitors. I will be really glad to see my members supporting me in forums and monitors.
I wish you all an enjoyable weekend ahead with your family and friends.
Regards, Scott. TrueEarn Manager”.
Of course more programs are trying to follow the success of TrueEarn and are really trying hard. For instance the admin of the above reviewed InvestiHeaven already sent the first newsletter to members thanking everybody for their support. It’s all ok for me but I really doubt the authenticity of his statement on attracting $37K in deposits in just 24 hours online. It’s really hard to believe, especially considering InvestiHeaven was launched on Saturday when less investors are online, but who am I to judge? Anyway, the admin of InvestiHeaven is pretty convincing in his attitude to save the industry from fast-folding scams but will the program manage to become a heaven for the investors and not to turn into a hell too soon? We will wait and see because the industry is highly unpredictable right now. But at least we should give the admin of InvestiHeaven the benefit of the doubt, shouldn’t we? Here is the full first newsletter from InvestiHeaven which was just reviewed above:
“Dear members,
This is DanB, the admin of InvestiHeaven, and this is the first newsletter I am sending to you. I am extremely excited.
InvestiHeaven has just been launched before 24 hours ago and has already attracted over 190 members and $37k in deposits. 12 of them are already upgraded at the total maximum deposit amount allowed. I have been receiving many positive emails in these 24 hours of members that already identified the potential of InvestiHeaven and I want to thank everyone for the tremendous support. As you all know, the situation in the HYIP industry is extremely awful now. In fact, it has been so awful that few members sent me an e-mail asking me how many days InvestiHeaven will last, because they have a trauma from many of the fast scams in the HYIP industry recently. Unfortunately most of the admins in this industry have an advanced intention to scam and shut their programs after one or two cycles only, as they get too greedy and can’t manage a program properly even for such a short period.
InvestiHeaven is here for a change. For a big change to be more precise. I opened InvestiHeaven with the goal to outlast some very successful programs in the past which used similar plans (you probably have an idea of what I am talking about) and I am going to work very hard to make it the most long lasting and profitable program for everyone. I strongly believe in the power of members support to keep the program running for a long time and combining this with my hard work everyday will show you the results. I just request everyone to stick with InvestiHeaven no matter how much old it will get and keep reinvesting until it becomes a very powerful and self-sustainable program. Those who still have a trauma from the fast scams over the last few months, please feel free to wait as much time as you like before joining InvestiHeaven. No problem with that. I totally understand that the honesty of an admin can be judged only after a certain period.
You probably noticed that I wrote on the main page of the website that I will be using a strategy to keep InvestiHeaven sustainable in the long haul. Well, the reason I decided to use this strategy is to let those who invested the total maximum deposit amount to reinvest the full amount in the next cycle. That’s why every cycle (12 days) I will be increasing the maximum deposit amount by $500 more than the cycle before. So this way the program will get even more stronger.
Regarding those who asked me how many days InvestiHeaven will last, this is my answer to you: if I had an intention to shut InvestiHeaven or scam, I could possibly answer your question. But unlike 99% of the admins in this industry, I don’t have an intention to close the program or close its doors to investors in the future. I am here to provide you with the best service I can, process payments in the fastest time possible and answer to support requests as soon as I can.
Oh and by the way, Paul the admin Money-News-Online will publish a review of InvestiHeaven today on his blog. I will give you the link to the review as soon as it is published. Stay tuned for that everyone!
With Warmest Regards, DanB”.
The admin of KaizenPortfolio let everybody know that this newly launched low ROI program had been reviewed by MNO. I’m grateful for that and hope that every member of KaizenPortfolio will find the review useful. Here is the update from KaizenPortfolio:
“KaizenPortfolio has been reviewed by investment blog Money-News-Online.com. Review is posted here:

I’m glad to report that I have finally had all my inaccessibility issues with YesInvestment (reviewed here) solved and was properly paid from them again today. Nothing special but I just thought I would let you know.
It looks like PrivateDiamondClub (reviewed here) is having some issues with its nameservers causing problems loading the site in some locations around the world. So the admin gave a temporary URL where you can access your PrivateDiamondClub account and request a withdrawal. Here is the whole update from them:
“Dear members, please note that we still have some serious issues with our nameserver from some hacker. No member account is hacked as we keep all member accounts on a backup server very secured. Also no profits are lost! We start to open our backup site now… The member site PrivateDiamondClub is still unavalible in some parts of the world. For the time being, we update our members on our twitter page
http://twitter.com/pdiamondclub
our backup page is
http://public.pdc-ltd.com
and online now, but the member login will be function tomorrow because our webadmin is not in the office Sundays. From tomorrow members will be able to login on pdc-ltd.com into their member area to withdraw or deposite money as always.
Regards. Lars von Oldberg. PrivateDiamondClub Limited”.
Bad news came today from Roger, the admin of RogerVille, for those who hoped that his new program could outlast the previous one – Cashift. Unfortunately in these turbulent times with less members reinvesting it proved too hard to keep the program online for any longer. Anyway, RogerVille has lasted for over two full cycles and put many members in profit. As Roger stated in his interview (read it here) the program was a straightforward game and everybody was aware of that. Roger as usual issued the newsletter about the program’s closure and disabled the deposits. So technically nobody was scammed as everybody was perfectly aware of the rules and knew there would be winners and losers.
Moreover, I was surprised by the violent reaction of some investors who called Roger a scammer over and over again and blamed me for promoting him. I think you should make up your mind, guys, if you participate in programs like RogerVille then be ready for possible losses. I’m not defending Roger but at least he’s better than 99% of other admins who simply vanish into thin air but continue to accept deposits from unsuspecting investors until their site is suspended by hosting providers. I think this no-nonsense approach will bring members into the next program launched by Roger either under his current name or a new one. Well, if it’s another name we’ll never know if it’s his program until he says so. Everything else including the reasons for closing RogerVille are specified in the following update and they are pretty obvious in my opinion. Please read below for more details:
“It is with mixed emotions that I inform everyone today that RogerVille has to close today. I watched as the deposits declined the past week. Now it has reached its last day online, with only less than $100 deposited today and about the same yesterday and some hundreds the past weeks. The support that RogerVille has received has declined by a huge margin. This is because of the thinking of many that at this stage a program is not worth depositing more into anymore because it has reached 30 days? Well I hope this attitude of depositors stop soon because this is what killed RogerVille. It may be applicable to some sites but supposed to not be on RogerVille.
Please be advised that the deposits today are to be refunded fully. And that is all that we can do as you know this is how I handle sites I have when I close them. No refunds are issued because everyone knows what they are getting into and not an investment site. Everything up front and all cards laid in front of you.
You know how serious I am when I manage my sites and yet some still do not play it with me. We had a good site going but the terrible attitude of too old, too late thing killed it. Next time please, when I am the admin, be assured that I will only manage the program properly and so you can continuously support it so we can make a long lasting program.
We just need to eliminate that attitude that kills programs.
I will be online in 8 hours. Depositing has been disabled already. Please spread the news.
Regards, Roger”.
Some more disturbing news from StrictPay today. They removed all the pending withdrawals and now you will have to re-submit them with smaller limits allowed. For instance, for bank wires the limit is set to $500 which is really small considering that some investors have thousands there. Note that even for those small amounts the exact timeframes were not given so you could theoretically wait for months before seeing your money in your bank account. Well, it appears that things were not so bright as described by StrictPay in the previous email. Apparently they were hoping for somebody to place enormous amounts via Bank wires. I hope you were not one of them as MNO already warned from doing that. Now it would be really hard to get your money back as even many exchangers are refusing to accept them now. In fact, they are desperate to get rid of it, sometimes reaching tens of thousands of dollars. So they offer you specials of selling SP with 0% fees to any e-currency possible. Please do not buy it as having StrictPay now is like having monopoly money. I believe each e-currency has its own value based on its level of liquidity, i.e. is capable of be bought and sold in large quantities and converted into real spendable cash. It’s an economic law and if an asset loses its liquidity nobody wants it anymore. That’s what is happening with StrictPay now as it’s still accepted by many HYIPs but that will be over pretty soon if StrictPay is not able to find a way out of their banking troubles anytime soon.
I don’t want to sound negative as I used to like StrictPay a few months ago before all this happened and always considered their team very professional. Maybe it’s not their fault that they got into this trouble but it doesn’t matter to many people that paid 2% from every transaction for their service and want to have a proper service from them. I don’t think we’re asking for too much here. But while I respect the honest approach with which StrictPay explained the problem to its clients in the latest newsletter, I simply cannot recommend using them anymore. Moreover, I didn’t see any e-currency before that recovered from similar situations and were safe to use again. I really hope I’m mistaken in this and StrictPay would recover. And it’s not about being biased like StrictPay is implying but rather about being realistic and not sugar-coating the issue. You can argue with me in the StrictPay thread created in the MNO Forum here. I would be glad to hear your comments and thoughts after reading the following update from StrictPay I received this morning:
“StrictPay Customers
We want to share more details concerning our current banking situation, and some changes that are going to be occurring due to that situation. It appears that the authorities and the bank have not come to a complete understanding as we thought they did previously. The bank is still holding onto our funds, and they are no longer giving us any concrete time frame for when we can expect them to be released. We have some funds in other bank accounts, but the majority of the funds are in the bank that is currently not allowing us access to our funds, and it appears that the situation may not be completely resolved in the near future. We understand that many of our customers have questions concerning this situation, but for the integrity of the investigation, and for obvious legal reasons, we cannot go into any details at this time. We believe that one day we will be able to speak about the whole situation, but until that time we just cannot.
It is imperative that our customers understand that it is not StrictPay that is under investigation, but instead it is our one major bank account that has the funds frozen at this time. As we stated earlier we have some funds in other banks, and this coupled with the new deposit and withdraw options we have available has allowed us to continue processing some withdraw requests for the last couple of months while we have dealt with this issue. We understand though that these withdraw requests are obviously not happening at a pace that is convenient for anyone. Due to these struggles, we have discussed many scenarios for keeping StrictPay operating. As we have always wished this to be a long-term payment option for our customers, we must make decisions that insure that we will still be in business for many years into the future. We have decided that the best options for long-term company success are as follows:
1. Cancel all pending withdraw requests, and all funds go back into customers’ StrictPay account balances
2. New withdraw limits for each different withdraw option we offer
3. Remove the current time frames for withdraw requests
4. Introduce the new average time frame tracking option
There are new withdraw limits in place for each different option we offer, and you can view these limits by clicking on the Withdraw link and choosing each option. You will also notice that on each page we have replaced the expected time frames with the current average time frame for that option of withdraw. We cannot know if the time frames on withdraws are going to be days, weeks, or months, but at least we wanted to give our customers the option of monitoring the time frames as they gradually trend towards improvement. Our funding department will then continue processing withdraw requests in the order they are received as funds become available to us, and this also gives all customers the option to use one of the many exchanger services that accepts StrictPay to withdraw their funds if they wish.
We know this solution is not ideal for anyone involved, but it allows us to continue serving our customers for both the short term and long term. These reduced limits allow us to be able to maximize our available funds in order to help us to process requests for a bigger percentage of our customers. Our customers can also count on being able to either use their funds with merchants that accept StrictPay, or to know that they will be able to withdraw their funds eventually. The only other two options we see available at this time would be to temporarily shut down the StrictPay website until this situation is resolved, or to change our entire system so that we only do deposits and withdraws through the use of exchanger services. We feel that these newest changes will at least give our customers more than one option, where as the other two choices we mentioned really do not.
Over the years we have been very flattered by, and thankful for, the level of support that our customers and merchants have shown us. During these next few months the success of StrictPay is going to be inherently tied to this continued support of our customers and merchants. We are aware that there are certain online information sources that have been making claims of us not doing any withdraws for people, as well as spreading other disparaging rumors that are just not true. Our plea to our customers is a simple one: do not buy into the negative thought processes that seem to be prevalent in many online forums, blogs, and message boards. While it is true that our withdraw request time frames are delayed, and a major inconvenience for our customers, the claims that we are not processing any withdraws are simply false. We truly believe that the changes we have implemented, along with the continued support of our customers and merchants, will insure the long term success of StrictPay. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, and we ask for your patience and understanding during this transition period.
Thank you. Team StrictPay”.
And already some comments regarding this all of this has come from HYIP admins. First was Brent, the admin of StaunchFinances (interviewed here) who made known his opinion. StaunchFinances (reviewed here) will continue to use StrictPay for the time being and if there’s any change regarding that He’ll let us know. Here is the latest news from StaunchFinances:
“Dear members,
This is going to be quick and might be important to many of you.
Regarding the program’s usage of the StrictPay payment processor, we are still USING them. I just read the update they sent last night and I believe many of you might be asking what our stance is, I just want to stress that even with all of their issues, we are still going to use them. I firmly believe that they are eventually going to find a better solution to what they have in place right now.
I will be in contact with them many times this week as it’s going to be critical. Should I hear something and we eventually decide what to do with them, you will all know ASAP. But for now, we are still doing business with them.
Thank you and have a great rest of the week! Brent”.
I have added a new program to my monitoring tonight called LoyalIncome. Though it’s quite a high-paying program it offers more moderate returns than those offered by the likes of TrueEarn etc: 120% after 7 days, 135% after 11 days, 150% after 15 days, 175% after 21 days, 220% after 25 days. Will it help it last for a longer time? We’ll wait and see. The minimum to invest in the first plan offering is only $1 so actually everybody is able to test the waters. Plus they only launched a couple of days ago by the way. The choice of accepted payment processors is quite good and includes StrictPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. I can see the SolidTrustPay logo on the site as well but couldn’t find it available as a payment option from my member’s area so I’m assuming the admin is awaiting verification. But I’ll ask him about that first. The site itself looks quite good, has a licensed GoldCoders script and is hosted on a dedicated server with SSL-protection and a dedicated Staminus server with Koddos hosting. More about LoyalIncome can be read in my upcoming review to be published on MNO next week. Stay tuned for that!
Here is the list of the programs that paid me today:
TopEarnClub, EzProfit, GoldenInvestment, BookmakerOffice, InvestAward, FinFex, HighYieldClub, StaunchFinances, KaizenPortfolio, GoldWayMoney, ForexNetClub, YesInvestment, TrueEarn, SpaceInvest, RichWorld, GroupUniversal, OilInvestment and InvestiHeaven (the first payment received).
That’s about it, guys! I will see you on my blog tomorrow with an interview with the admin of FinFex. Later in the evening there will be another review and more news and analysis from the industry. And have a nice holiday tomorrow if celebrating!
