Hello, guys! Finally I arrived in Istanbul tonight and though it took me a long time to get here and there were some delays I simply cannot leave you all without an update on MNO. Although the countdown to the New Year’s celebrations are on the way, MNO is still working and updating readers everyday. I hope you will all be having a great time tomorrow and wherever you are I would like to wish you all a good holiday.

There were several problems reported today about certain programs which I would like to discuss tonight in case you’re not aware of them yet. We’ll start probably with ProfitixGroup the admin of which released an update about the withdrawals that might take up to 48 hours for the next few days. I think this might be somehow connected with the holidays, but I’m not sure of that. You may remember that there were many similar updates from different programs recently about the Christmas holidays that in some cases could take up to two weeks even (as is the case with YamaFinance for instance). I must admit though that investors usually have quite a different attitude towards such breaks announced by low-ROI programs compared with higher-ROI ones. Of course for some of us any break or delay with withdrawals would be a warning sign anyway perhaps indicating cashflow issues but I’m always ready to give any admin the benefit of the doubt regarding this and let him prove me wrong. MNO always keep the programs that warn investors about the coming holidays beforehand and kept them all on Paying status as I’m perfectly aware that some programs just have to suspend the payouts for the time being in order to stay afloat during a really quiet time in the HYIP industry. I don’t know what the case with ProfitixGroup is but I was told that tonight some of the payments were processed though it took over 24 hours to do so. So I hope that ProfitixGroup will continue paying and will republish this update for those who might have not received yet and are concerned about possible delays. I would like to ask my loyal readers to report to me in case your withdrawals with ProfitixGroup are getting delayed for over 48 hours and the appropriate measures will be taken immediately. For now the program will be kept in Paying status on MNO. Here is the latest news from ProfitixGroup (reviewed here):
Hello dear members.
In next 5 days payouts might be delayed up to 48 hours, but we’ll do our best to make them faster then this. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Best regards, ProfitixGroup.

The slower cashflow and late withdrawals to LibertyReserve were reported by Felix, the admin of FelixFunds tonight (interviewed here). In his update he emphasized that the reason for the delay was due to the general slowness of the Forex market where they allegedly have most of their funds tied up and the delays in the exchangers work and their inability to fund their account in LibertyReserve as fast as usual due to the New Year’s holidays. Although the withdrawals from FelixFunds are still being processed within the 72 hour timeframe which was announced by them a few days ago there could be some further delays if during the new year their LR account will not be funded. If that happens I will have no choice but to move FelixFunds to Problem status on MNO temporarily but I tend to believe that Felix would do everything required to put his program back to Paying status as soon as possible. I would like to emphasize that it’s only a hypothetical view on how things might develop but I still hope that the program will overcome these temporary difficulties and I will leave them on Paying status on MNO as long as all the payouts are processed within the promised 72 hours. Anyway, as I mentioned earlier I do this for any program listed on MNO as I understand the seriousness of the situation when the cashflow at this time can be slower than usual. Anyway, I can see that FelixFunds (reviewed here) is still developing and recently the Twitter account has been added where you can be informed about the latest news (for instance, I just found out that the site can be temporarily down tomorrow due to moving to another server by Dragonara). The pending addition of a Facebook profile has been announced in today’s newsletter as well. These are the latest two emails from FelixFunds I received today:
Hello.
We added on our site our Twitter account (left side) so you can follow us there to read all news if you don’t like to read your email. We will soon add our Facebook account there too.
Hope you will enjoy it!
Regards, Felix
Sorry for bothering you with another email today but we need to clear some things for all of you.
Even before Christmas we emailed all members and told them that during holidays payouts terms will be up to 72 hours. It seems that many of them didn’t read or got this email, or if they read it didn’t care and don’t have patience to wait.
Many of you were asked why this delay so I’ll explain here now: during holidays all forex sites raised the spread to 30 pips (who knows a little forex knows what this mean) and because of this we can’t trade as easy or as fast as before and therefore we can’t withdraw from forex as often as we did before – that’s the first reason; sometimes we need to also make exchanges because we invested on forex part with AP and part with bank wires, but not all exchangers are willing to work during these times (holiday) so exchanges might be delayed, how was just happened these last two days -that’s the second reason; and third reason is bank holidays in some countries. Now almost all pendings on AP has been paid already, all pendings on PM has been paid. Only LR pendings (a lot of them) were not paid yet, due to exchanger not online since yesterday morning. We sent the funds on time to can pay within 24 hours but exchanger not being online it’s not our fault. Even so, the oldest pendings on LR are since 28th so it’s still within 72 hours. If the exchanger left for New Year holiday and won’t came back online tomorrow, then you’ll probably need to wait couple of more days, but we’ll still pay you. The cashflow (new deposits) are very slow these days so if we wouldn’t had had funds on forex, wouldn’t be able to continue. Because we have funds on forex we will pay, even with delays, no matter what and nobody will loose with us.
We have members on profit, members who withdrawed their deposits already and continued only with their profits so you can think that wouldn’t be possible if we wouldn’t had profits from forex as cashflow was so slow.
I won’t let anybody to mess up this good program only because they don’t read their emails or can’t be patient when we are so transparent and honest with you. We count on your support and understanding as you always showed us before. We’re doing our best to pay within less then 72 hours and you know it.
We wanted to move our site to the server on Dragonara tonight but because of pendings and exchange not coming we will delay it by tomorrow to not have downtime right now and members to freak out. We will keep you updated tomorrow with the situation.
Regards, Felix

Unfortunately, I have to move RussianOilFund to Problem status on MNO tonight due to delayed payouts to LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney for over 24 hours. I have received some verified complaints from some readers and could see it myself since my own payouts to LibertyReserve are pending as well for over 24 hours which is the term during which they have to fulfill all the pendings. Funny though that the admin of RussianOilFund admitted that their LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney accounts had been hacked at the same time and blaming the vulnerability of the script but that was not actually mentioned in the official email from RussianOilFund sent to the members tonight. In this newsletter they only mentioned that the were looking for a reliable exchanger which would be able to exchange significant amounts and fund their LR account:
We are looking for a Liberty Reserve exchanger. Our exchanger is on holiday and we need to make an exchange from cash to Liberty Reserve. Please contact us if you can provide services.
Thank You, RussianOilFund
”.
I cannot move RussianOilFund to Paying status on MNO yet as only AlertPay withdrawals are currently processed. I’m not sure if this hacking incident mentioned in private to me is true. But even if it’s real and their LR and PM accounts were emptied it will be impossible to get the funds back as all transactions in those payment processors are irreversible and therefore such significant losses of thousands of dollars can still affect the program’s performance in the long run. I would not advise to make any additional investments in RussianOilFund (even via AlertPay) for the time being. And of course I will update you on the most recent developments from the program as they happen.

ChristmasCracker was another program that had been moved to Problem status on MNO tonight. This happened due to confirmed case of selective payouts to one of my readers. I was provided with the username and password and was able to verify myself that a huge payout of over $200 was pending in the program for over 24 hours. Understandably I haven’t received any reply from the admin regarding this incident yet, so I must assume that ChristmasCracker is a pending scam that is paying selectively only to some members and ignore others. MNO doesn’t tolerate selective payouts and cannot tolerate such a situation so further investments there are not recommended. Apparently the promise of the admin to run until early February of 2011 were nothing but mere words like it usually happens with HYIP admins.

The programs that paid me today during the last 24 hours are listed below:
DollarCommerce, TerraProfits, AmiloTrade, SpicaFinance, InvestPlatforms, SolidPercent, XSeedFinance, FenixTrust, GorgonProjectInvest, ReProFinance, PandaTrade, MutualTreaty, AccessTomorrow, AllianceAdvantage, FelixFunds, RevenueBuild, ProfitixGroup, ECashBroker, AssetManagement, FondosMayores and BetBankFund (the first instant payments processed).

BetBankFund is another ultra short-term game that was launched today and is offering a variety of different hourly and on expiry paying plans with instant withdrawals to both LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney: 105%-125% after 1 day, 118%-200% after 3 days, 4.35%-5.5% for 24 hours, 2.3%-3.6% for 48 hours, 180%-800% after 15 days, 265%-2000% after 30 days. Of course, given the general trend with such programs 15 and 30 day plans are not recommended as well as depositing too much money which you can’t afford to lose. But for small amounts and shorter plans investing with BetBankFund might be quite a pleasing experience. I have already received a few instant payouts for some ref commissions and profits from the hourly plan I joined with so I can confirm its authenticity myself. The design of the program is also good and fits its description as an enjoyable game with the pretty girl, a flashy car and a huge mansion with a swimming pool and money falling from the skies on the flashy header accompanied by an annoying melody on the background. BetBankFund is running off a licensed GoldCoders script and is hosted on a dedicated server with the protection of a Ukrainian provider AntiDdos which is an unfamiliar name to me but it is a dedicated server. More on BetBankFund will be published on my blog soon, probably tomorrow. Stay tuned for that, guys!

That’s about all I can think of for today so I guess I’ll say my goodbyes. I will try my best to update my blog tomorrow although I’m not promising to do the same on New Year’s Day because, well, the celebrations might go on a bit late. So please excuse me for any possible interruption to service for the sake of the Happy New Year which I hope you will spend in the company of your family and close friends. See you tomorrow for the last update to be published in 2010!
