21/04/2011. CitaFund Review and Daily News from the Industry

Hello everyone! I suppose it’s fair to say that the recent trend for new HYI sites added to the MNO monitoring list has been very much in favor of shorter term programs. And today sees another one join them, not a bad one either, called CitaFund which is a brand new project that only opened yesterday. So experienced players reading this will know what that means.

In the best traditions of short term HYIPs it’s a very straight forward and uncomplicated program with two investment plans. One of them pays you just once on expiry while the other is slightly less profitable but comes with the added safety net of making daily payments over a longer term. CitaFund sets itself apart from most of its competitors however by offering a better selection of payment processors, though I’ll get to that in a moment after I describe the plans. I’ll start with the one that makes daily payouts as it’s the more affordable of the two.

For a $20 minimum investment you can join CitaFund‘s Classic Plan, which runs for a term of 14 calendar days. In exchange for your deposit you are being offered a daily payment of 10% interest. That number includes your original principal an so will not be returned. Therefore you can break even after ten days and finish up with a total return of 140%, out of which 40% is your net profit. Or to put it into more practical terms were you to invest $100 you can get back $10 per day, have your original hundred back by day ten, and finish up with $140 in total, $40 of which will be your profit. The maximum spend is $20,000.

Not a bad return for such a short term, but CitaFund have something even more lucrative. The catch is (and there’s always one!) that it’s a bigger risk despite running for a shorter term. It’s called The Premium Plan and will cost you at least $100 to join. Couple that with the fact that you get just one single payment which is made on expiry this time and you can see where the gamble lies. The term itself runs for 7 calendar days at the end of which CitaFund will pay you 168% interest. That includes your principal so the actual profit is 68%. Or in other word invest $100 today and get $168 back a week later.

It might be the more difficult of the two plans to sustain, but the high cost of joining might make a lot of investors think twice so hopefully it might not drain CitaFund‘s coffers as much as you might think. One thing you will need to keep in mind however is that the description of the plan says you earn 24% interest per day. However if you were not paying attention you might miss the part that says payment is only made once on expiry. It’s stated very clearly, but do pay attention. Daily payments are not made from this plan! The maximum deposit allowed in this plan is also capped at $20,000.

CitaFund has as I mentioned a better list of payment processors than most. Currently they are dealing with such verified companies as AlertPay and SolidTrustPay, but also with LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney if you prefer the more anonymous ones. For whatever reason the website also displays the logo of GlobalDigitalPay, however at the present time this is not a CitaFund payment partner. It’s possible they may be used in the future, I’m not sure, but not as of today. Payouts are made manually and will need to be requested. Once done you will need to allow up to 24 hours for the admin to have it processed fully. Minimum withdrawal is $1.

CitaFund is running off a licensed GoldCoders script and is hosted on a dedicated Staminus server with Koddos protection. Unfortunately SSL encryption is not a feature. However if you have a question about that or anything else related to CitaFund you can contact the admin by filling out the ticketing support form on the contacts page and submitting.

Being quite a simple and straight forward HYIP, the CitaFund texts and content are equally so. Nothing of any substance is offered other than some vague mention of “emerging markets” and not much else. So in other words we can take it as a high risk HYIP and therefore take the pitfalls and the baggage that goes with that as well as the rewards when we’re lucky enough to get them. So as always proceed with caution, have realistic expectations, and spend accordingly within strict and affordable limits as part of a diverse portfolio.

I was not aware of this but apparently the site of GulfReserve (reviewed here) experienced some difficulties as some investors couldn’t access the site for the last two days. The admin of the program Alina explained these difficulties by the DDoS attack that has been successfully mitigated recently. GulfReserve is doing fine now paying instantly to LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and AlertPay on two investment plans – 4%-5.5% for 30 business days and 1.2% for 150 calendar days. Here is the latest update from them:
“Looks like there has been technical problem lately in last 48 hours and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. GulfReserve was actually inaccessible to 20% of locations around the globe and then there was a problem with SSL certificated but as per our hosting explained us, they took these measures in order to “mitigate” an ongoing DDoS attack at that time.

According to the latest newsletter from ExoticFX its membership is skyrocketing and it will likely be the #1 program very soon. I would like to explain the status of two short term programs which were moved to Waiting status on MNO monitoring briefly today. I’m talking about GoldInstant (reviewed here) and PicoProfit (reviewed here). Today suddenly I noticed that both programs suddenly stopped processing instant withdrawals to both LibertyReserve and AlertPay. However, after contacting the programs’ admins I was told that it was just a temporary issue with processing payouts which would be resolved soon. So, after a few hours my pending withdrawal requests to AlertPay in both GoldInstant and PicoProfit have been paid while the instant withdrawals to LR were switched on again and are also processed instantly again. I guess there is nothing to worry about as I haven’t received any complaints from my readers which prompted me to move both PicoProfit and GoldInstant back to Paying status on MNO.

By the way, a short term program very similar to the above mentioned ones has been added to MNO today. It’s called YourRisingProfit and it was launched just three days ago, so the first instant withdrawals on AlertPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney have been processed already. YourRisingProfit is offering a wide variety of plans all paying on expiry – 105%-130% after 1 day, 116%-220% after 3 days, 137%-300% after 5 days, 155%-700% after 10 days, and 550%-2500% after 30 days. Just like another highly-successful program with similar plans that lasted for a few weeks (CarInvestment) there are also some odd plans that offer trip to Hawaii after 30 days.
