Beware! FACTUnion has stopped paying! Do not invest there!

Hi everyone! With the first day of a new month and winter mostly behind us now I guess it’s time to be looking ahead to springtime and some new opportunities. Despite it being mid-week however I was a little surprised at how quiet it was around the HYIP industry today, at least for news updates anyway. Then again I guess I suppose on days like this it’s often a case of “no news is good news”. But what I do have for you which might be of some interest is an interview with Amelia, the admin of FACTUnion. That’s a medium to long term HYIP that’s been monitored on MNO for a little bit over a week now, though you should be aware have actually been online since the start of December.

Before we here from Amelia let me just remind you exactly what plans FACTUnion have available. They start with two plans 4%-5% per day for 30 business days, though in an unusual move interest in these is credited every hour. Given the age of the program these might be the more attractive options now. Then a more traditional 1.2% for 150 days plan is also available. “1. Hi Amelia, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us please about your own involvement in FACTUnion.

I am Amelia Sandu from Madrid, Spain but currently residing in France. I am an experienced investor and been in industry for over 4 years approx. as an investor and I am also administrator of FACTUnion program, which is categorized as one of risky mid-term programs, however I am running it successfully since past 2 months and I am sure this will continue longer than anyone’s expectations.

As I am not a native English speaker, there might be some errors in this interview so please do tolerate it with me…

2. Can you give us some background information on FACTUnion? How many others are involved with the program or are you operating alone? How long have you been online?

We are a group of traders in ForEx and other commodities but when it comes to online (our website) part, I am the one with full administration privileges along with my 2 co-workers who are handling customers support and marketing departments.

3. What plans are available to investors in FACTUnion? Explain them in detail to us. What ROIs are on offer. What are the minimum and maximum amounts to invest? What payment options are you accepting at the moment?

There are 4 investment plans that are currently offered by us. First one, or “Forex” plan has the least minimum investment of $5 USD which pays up to 4.08% per day (at the rate of 0.17% per hour), Then we have 2 commodities plans offering 4.8% to 5.04% everyday, minimum to get started with “Commodities A” plan is $2501 USD and $7501 for “Commodities B” which lets investors to optionally use compounding (up to 50%) feature.

We also have a “Long-term Plan” which pays 1.2% daily per day for 150 calendar days and total return is 180% from this one. All plans have principle included.

We are currently accepting LibertyReserve, AlertPay and PerfectMoney. Which in fact are the standards of this industry.

4. You offer instant payments, but I can see that this does not always seem to work. Why not? Under what circumstances will the payouts be instant and what are the reasons they sometimes go to pending? If they do go to pending, then how long (at most) will I have to wait before receiving them?

First let me explain that all payments to AlertPay and LibertyReserve are instant, however there is a problem with PerfectMoney automated payments since we recently changed our hosting providers and it has something to do with Proxy and/or PerfectMoney’s API server IP… Well I am not really good with technical things but I have been assured by our hosting providers that it will be resolved soon.

In very rare cases, an investment payment fails but it is then added as a pending withdrawal request in your account. There are only 2 possibilities of it happening, either there would be a technical program for instance some sort of connection issue between our server and payment processor’s API server or secondly we keep limited funds in our API enabled accounts due to security concerns.

5. How secure is the website of FACTUnion? What are you doing to protect it and members’ accounts from hackers? Are you on a dedicated server? Who is your host? What kind of anti-DDoS protection do you have?

We have been online for more than 2 months already, and a couple of times we have also faced downtimes therefore we also understand its side effects and the disasters it might create for any program but we did also came over them and I am pretty much sure that FACTUnion program is safe, hack-proof and secure.

Of course there were attempted to infiltrate our database but unfortunate for the hackers that our database is fully encoded and its hacking proof.

We are also hosted on a managed DDoS protected hosting with dedicated IP address. Did I mention about downtimes? They were both due to our rapid growth and high consumption of bandwidth, we have always been secure from DDoS and always over them as well! So our performance in technical aspects has been unbeatable and far better when compared with our other competitors.

6. What kind of script is your program running off? Where did you get it, how safe is it, and why do you think this one is most beneficial for you as an admin and your members?

We are running on a customized script that is used by FACTUnion program after a closed successful program of past (as anyone could have noticed that). As I did mention, I have been an investor myself and I decided to contact the script providers to give me the exact same script (intentionally!) because I believed it is in attractive system for investors. Investment plans are sustainable and what I most appreciate is there is an always something to withdraw each time investors check their account. During last years I used the same system as an investor but the difference this time is that I am the administrator.

Also the script developers are reputed and known for a very long time so I am sure it is safe and has lots of security features built-in.

7. Can we see any statistics regarding FACTUnion? How many members have joined since the beginning and how many are active at the moment? Are you pleased with the support from the members so far? How important a role do they play in bringing in new members?

Well we have over 2000 members and we attract larger number of traffic as ranked by HYIPExplorer tracker (for example where we are ranked in top 3 traffic receivers). Over 70% of existing membership base are investors.

Indeed I am pleased with the support from our members, and obviously each and every member are important to us (despite of their participations), because having a strong membership base is a main factor and basic pillar of any program.

8. How can members contact you if they have any questions or support related issues? I see that you have a Live Chat feature but no schedule for when members can find an operator there. What time (GMT) does the chat work? Tell us also about the network of Regional Representatives you are trying to organize.

That is right, our live chat is not available 24×7 but Sandra is online there for up to 12-14 hours per day, the timing may vary depending on other different tasks that she is handling almost everyday as well. But the email support offers very quick response as well and all of the queries are answered with in time span few hours everyday.

9. What have been the most common questions and problems you’ve had to deal with so far? Is there anything you wish to say here so that members can avoid having to contact you later?

I am not sure if there is any of such but I’d mention about compounding facility here as its only available in “Commodities B” plan (up to 50%) which has a min. investment of $7501 USD and no limit.

And of course: Principle is included in all plans!

10. How have you been promoting FACTUnion so far? What advertising strategy have you been using? How are you getting new members to join?

I am on a safe advertising strategy, instead of adding program in all the places at once, I instead did it eventually and Today we are reviewed by our 9 recognized multi-lingual blogs and we are monitored by up to 27 monitors in which most are well recognized ones.

11. What exactly are you doing with investors money? How are you investing it and how are you generating the profits being made to members? What kind of solid evidence are you prepared to offer investors about this?

We are using the deposits from our investors to increase our running capital in ForEx market where our experienced and full-time professionals are trading in Foreign currencies and other commodities.

Let ma make it simpler, All the money invested either in Forex or in commodities plan go in the same pool from where we take funds out and put in market and fill it back with our withdrawals. It’s not like we start a trader after some one puts their money in for instance commodities plans. Our outcomes are very higher then what we actually offers but we still prefer to offer a sustainable amount to our online investors so we could also cover any kind of loss if we have to face (Rarely but happens!) during trades.

12. And finally is there anything else you wish to say not covered in this interview? Anything in the review you may not agree with or wish to comment on? If you had just one more thing to say to the unconvinced about the merits of putting their money into your program, what would that be?

That would be: We have proven performance in past 2 months, over 2000 members with vast majority in profit! There should be no reason to not to join and be part of FACTUnion!”
