Beware! UFOwin has stopped paying! Do not invest there!
Hi everyone! It’s been a slow enough day in the industry for news stories so there isn’t a whole lot to catch up on. Just a couple of things and I’ll get to that in a few moments. First of all though I want to look at something a little bit different that what’s usually covered on MNO. For the last four months now regular readers will have noticed a program called UFOWin on my monitor’s basic listing, and if you did then you’ll also have noticed its admin who is a regular contributor to my Shoutbox to update readers on his program’s daily results. Well as of yesterday UFOWin was moved up to Standard Listing so I’d like to take a closer look at it for you before we move on to the evening’s news stories.
So what’s so different about UFOWin then? Well, in a lot of ways it’s quite similar to any of the HYIPs covered on my or any other monitor in the sense that it’s an internet based game where you risk some of your own money in the hope of earning a profit. I’ve often said that playing the HYIP industry at all is a form of gambling, but in this case UFOWin isn’t a HYIP. It’s still a form of gambling and one you can lose money in, make no mistake about that, but it’s not a HYIP. In this case it’s a lottery site, or what some people call a “heads or tails” program. What you have is a series of games with two possible outcomes, a bit like a boxing match maybe. You are required to bet on the result. Pick the winner and you win 180% of your deposit, pick the loser and you get nothing. Simple as that.
Websites where users are offered the opportunity to make money exist primarily as a vehicle for their owners to profit from the members deposits. In turn those websites will run for precisely how long those owners take in more money than they are required to pay out. The day the admin has to cover the investor’s interest payments out of his own pocket as opposed from the deposits being made by new members is the day the program collapses. So what I like about UFOWin is that as a straight up lottery game the admin never has to pay out more than what comes in, no matter how big or how small that amount is, theoretically meaning that the program can comfortably run for years. Every day is a new game and every day starts from scratch, with the previous day’s winners having been paid and all the admin’s obligations taken care of.
Let’s look at the finer details so. UFOWin is basically a cartoon themed website with two games you bet on. One of these takes bets exclusively via LibertyReserve and the other via PerfectMoney. It doesn’t really matter what the games are, but for the sake of explaining it better here goes. What you have is two fictional alien characters called Gogis and Mogis. Every day one of these aliens flies down to Earth and kidnaps a human. You make a bet on which one of them did it. The results are announced at the same time every day, and if you picked the winning selection the UFOWin admin pays you back 180% of you stake regardless of how much you actually gambled. Just as long as you make a $0.10c minimum bet that is.
That particular game is the one only open to LibertyReserve users. The next one is exclusively for those wanting to use PerfectMoney. I have no idea why the admin feels the need to limit access to users of one or another payment processor, but whatever his reasons the regular UFOWin players are not affected. Anyway, on kidnapping their latest human victim, our two friends Gogis and Mogis are now flying across the universe to some distant planet where they can hideout, no doubt probing their specimen til his eyes water, lol! The two planets are called Bloentia and Pregenta. You are asked which one of these planets the aliens are hiding on. Again it’s a simple choice between one or the other, so pick the right one and the UFOWin admin pays you back another 180% return, or pick the wrong one and get nothing. Bets for this game are again subject to a $0.10c minimum.
So basically what all that means is that if you make a winning bet of $1 then UFOWin will give you back $1.80. Win with $10 and you get $18 back. Win with $100 and get $180, and so on. Payment options are as I already mentioned limited to LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney, neither of whom have a refunds policy (well, they do have one I suppose, it’s called a “no-refunds policy”) though as UFOWin isn’t an investment site pretending to guarantee you a profit it doesn’t really apply here anyway. The results of the games are announced at the same time every day, and profits are paid out to the successful players typically within two hours of that.
I must say my own experience with UFOWin was quite positive. I mean I certainly can’t guarantee you’ll have the same, but if it’s a game with two possible outcomes then one of them has to win. Maybe I’ve just been lucky, though I have to be completely honest and admit that I do occasionally lose money here as well. For the sake of monitoring UFOWin accurately I play both games in order to verify that a) the admin is paying, and b) the result he announced is correct and where he’s sending the winning payments. Personally I’ve made more than I’ve lost, but as with every 50/50 game you’ll win a few and lose a few.
But as regards the safety of your deposit, the same rules apply here as to any program in the HYIP industry – it’s purely a gamble so stay within an affordable spending limit and of course use UFOWin as a smaller part of a wider more diverse portfolio.

PANAMAHEDGEFUND – ON PROBLEM STATUS ONCE AGAIN
For the fourth time now (if I can count correctly) I’m moving PanamaHedgeFund to Problem status on the MNO monitor. With no payments and no news from the admin I can’t ignore the complaints anymore. This time I’m not sure if he’s actually going to resume payouts or he just decided to finally pull the plug, but please note that no more investments are recommended in PanamaHegdeFund for the time being. If the admin resumes payouts I will let you know, so stay tuned for that!
