16/07/2012. Daily News from the Industry

Hi everyone! It’s kind of a weird start to the week with some unusual news updates for you. So let’s get on with that now!

KISNP UPDATE AND PROBLEMS WITH PAYZA

There’s a couple of updates tonight, somewhat confusing and sure to spark some debate in the coming days, but very much connected with each other. The first is to do with a HYIP, and the second is to do with one of their payment processors. The program in question is KISnP (first reviewed on MNO here), and the payment handler is Payza. It seems that Zepp, the admin of KISnP (also interviewed on MNO here) received a highly unusual mail allegedly from Payza, but to be honest it all sounded a bit too bizarre to be believed so Zepp initially dismissed it as spam. Truth be told I didn’t believe it was genuine either when he told me about it.

The premise for this mail was that Payza were not prepared to offer their services to KISnP anymore, and that they should move their funds somewhere else, specifically to another named payment processor who no one has ever heard of before, if they wanted to continue in business. I mean how could you possibly not be suspicious about that? Everyone who heard about it seemed to be in agreement, and so Zepp continued as always, issuing the following update to his members, which incidentally also contains information on STP withdrawals as well as their prize raffle Plans by the way include 1.1% per business day forever, 6.25% weekly forever, or 30% monthly forever with an optional principal return after 150 days, and 4.5% for 50 business days or 3.75% for 80 business days:

KISnP Updates: Payza Update, Payouts
Hi Members,
I just want to inform everyone that deposits using Payza is already enabled.
So far the email we received last week seems just what it is, a Spam.
Though we have not received any response from Payza yet, we sent the copy of the email to few trusted individuals that has been using Payza since the beginning and when it was still Alertpay and we got same reactions and opinions from them all that it is not a genuine email from Payza.
So we decided to open and enable deposits through Payza.
As for the payout requests this weekends, I will process them in few hours.
To those who have STP requests, please expect delays because STP is still inaccessible. I have been trying to log into our STP accounts for so many hours already but I cannot log-in even into my personal account and I know it is really frustrating.
Payouts to the other 3 processors we accept, LR, PZ and PM, will all be process in timely manner.
Also, 5 more days an d our Round 2: Active Referral Contest will be concluded.
Everyone can check the details of it and the status of who are leading through the Referral Contest button inside member’s area.
All members, even those without active investments can participate in this contest and can have a chance to win 1 of the 3 prizes.
Lastly, we would like to encourage you all to participate as well in our Raffle Game. It costs $1 per ticket and 2 winning ticket will be drawn once the goal of 200 ticket sales is achieved.
Details for this can be found through the Raffle Game button inside member’s area.
Let us all start our week with happy disposition and positive attitude. It will help us not get old early.
Admin, Zepp.
KISnP.

So far so good, but to be on the safe side Zepp did contact Payza about the matter nevertheless, as it never hurts to have some official advice on such matters. Much to his surprise, and again I admit I shared this surprise, Payza confirmed that the original mail was indeed from them. Payza are confirming that they will no longer be handling payments in or out of KISnP, but I must stress that this is not down to any problems with KISnP as such (who indeed remain a fine program with an excellent record of both payments and investor support), but because Payza can no longer “support your industry”. And as “your industry”, ie HYIPs, makes up 95% of their online activities it seems even more bizarre that they would say this. But there you go.

Zepp then updated his members again with the following information, saying that he is being forced here to halt all payouts to KISnP members who joined using Payza. He’ll be doing this in the next few days but if you are affected by this then please do NOT worry. It’s a simple if somewhat annoying process of the admin moving your deposit from one processor to another and then continuing to pay you to one of the other options. In this case KISnP are also using LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, and SolidTrustPay, so arrangements will be made to pay you to one of those. Not exactly what you wanted when you first joined the program I guess but the admin’s hand is being forced here. So here’s the second and most recent update to KISnP members. I’ll add my own comments later in the news section after I tell you about Payza themselves:

KISnP Update: Very IMPORTANT Payza Update
Hello Members,
Just an hour ago we received a response from the support ticket we sent to Payza last week about asking for confirmation of the email we received informing us that they are no longer going to support the industry KISnP is with.
We were in doubt due to the fact that for the very first time since we opened KISnP, email from Payza went to our Spam box.
We asked trusted individuals that has been using Payza for so long to check the validity of the email and they all came to one conclusion that it was not genuine.
Today, unfortunately, due to the changes they made with their User Agreement pertaining to Section 6.02, they confirmed to us that the email indeed came from them.
They even said sorry that just a day before that sad email was sent, they sent us a notice informing us that they will put a 10% weekly reserve on our sales.
Here was the response we just received:
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
Both correspondence were sent by Payza.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to support your industry.
Please accept our apologies for the confusion.
Kind Regards,Merchant Risk Analyst
Payza.com
So now we disabled deposits to Payza and would like to inform those members that used Payza investing with us that due to Payza giving us only till July 20th to withdraw the funds we have and close our account with them, we will not process withdrawals to Payza as well because we will now withdraw the funds we have with them and will transfer and distribute them to the 3 remaining processors we accept and will close our Payza account as per their instruction given.
So please if you only have Payza, also open an account either with Solidtrustpay, Perfect Money or Liberty Reserve.
That is the only thing you need to do.
Once you have any of the 3 remaining processors mentioned, update your account inside your user panel by clicking Update Account button. Put the needed information for each processor, check the box in the Action column then click update.
Then you can do the normal thing you are doing when withdrawing your earnings.
We are saddened by this news but we cannot do anything about this as the decision came from them already.
We need to act now and withdraw the funds because if we wait till July 20th, our account will automatically be closed or restricted even with funds inside and we do not want that to happen.
I hope I am able to explain well the situ ation with Payza and if ever anyone still have questions or clarifications, please do not hesitate to send me an email and I will answer them promptly.
I will be also online in MNO ShoutBox so those who are member of it, you can go there and chat with me.
Admin, Zepp.
KISnP.

PAYZA – NO HYIPS ANYMORE?

And so we come to what Payza themselves have to say about all of this. Now, to be honest when I read this first I was sorely tempted to start writing page after page of text on this, but in the end I thought it wouldn’t really be fair. If anything Payza, and before that AlertPay, were the most mercurial and unpredictable of payment processors, but even pulling this latest stunt looks like a real Bond Movie coup, even by their standards. I really don’t want to analyze the situation too closely. Well, not yet anyway. At least not until we see how Payza really want to play this out on practical terms. They’ve issued a private statement to some admins that they cannot accept their programs in the future because HYIPs are no longer an option for them. Read the following, but I would really like to wait about another couple of weeks or so, letting everything cool down for a while, before doing anything drastic:

User Agreement Update
Since the launch of the Payza platform, the Payza Board of Directors has been evaluating all existing and developing market and regulatory conditions in relation to the company’s performance strategy. Because the mission of Payza is to provide the best customer experience in the global online payment processing industry, the Board has identified important emerging business sectors that will foster new payment routes for all of our customers and has mandated the continued development of Payza’s authorized exchangers list. Additional resources have also been allocated to improving customer satisfaction and the processes necessary to resolving outstanding client issues.
As a result of this evaluation, certain sectors currently experiencing increasingly strict regulatory conditions have been recategorized. In order to provide all Payza members with the most secure and stable platform, an amendment to Section 6.02 of the User Agreement has been effectuated:
Section 6.02 – Activities Not Allowed
Any indication or demonstration of a literal rate of return on a contribution, payment or investment, while not being licensed to sell or solicit
Selling of Unregistered/Unlicensed Stocks, bonds, securities, options, futures, or investments in any entity or property, including (but not limited to) corporations and partnerships or sole proprietorship, are prohibited
Solicitation, marketing campaign, direct selling or any other comparative effort will be considered a violation of the User Agreement. If you are registered or licensed to take such action, you may be requested to present documentation demonstrating authority to do so from a Securities Exchange Commission, Commodities Futures Trading Commission or other equal and comparative agency.
Payza is committed to providing all of its members, individuals and businesses alike, with the most secure and convenient platform with which to transact online. The Board of Directors is continually exploring new services and options for the company and its customers, and has as a dedicated mandate the implementation and optimization of the best of these new opportunities. Please stay tuned for the latest in our business offerings!

INVESTFORIA – PHONE SUPPORT NUMBER CHANGED

The admin of InvestForia John realized his program is growing at such a fast pace it was essential to provide members not only with around the clock multilingual support (you can chat with them in English, Russian and Indonesian) but with a stable phone line, so they can assist members in real time. While the program already had phone support earlier this new number changed and the new number was featured in the latest short newsletter from the admin.

Apart from that John also announced a poll on the possible addition of direct bank wires. You can submit your vote for or against this novelty on the special poll page. So far I can see that many members of InvestForia are in favor of bank wires but you can change it by casting your vote. By the way, InvestForia (reviewed here) currently accepts LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and SolidTrustPay into the 2.8% for 60 calendar days with principal return on expiry plan. Here is the newsletter in full:

InvestForia – Phone Support number changed
Please note, that we changed our phone support number to +442036033162
Please vote to our new poll about Bank Wire Deposits, it takes only few seconds.

And just a few minutes ago I received a newsletter from John informing us about the completion of processing payouts to SolidTrustPay and the coming addition of Bank wires which is expected within the next couple of weeks. He has also paid for more advertising banners on MNO blog and monitor for one month each which marked the increase in advertising InvestForia took on major forums and monitors recently. I hope this will lead to more investors for the program and more exposure to potential investors. Here is the very latest update from InvestForia:

InvestForia LTD – Bank Wire Deposits and STP withdrawals.
Hello. All SolidTrustPay withdrawals are now processed.
More good news is that more than 50% voted in our poll for answer Yes, which means we will add Bank Wire deposits within few weeks.
Poll results you can see here – http://www.easypolls.net/poll.html?p=50032183e4b08ad9dfac4594
If you have any questions please reply email or call us +44 2036033162
Best Regards. InvestForia.

VERTEXPAYPAYZA DEPOSITS ACCEPTED MANUALLY

The admin of VertexPay Gabiel probably has no idea what kind of transition Payza is undergoing or the expected impact on the whole industry, otherwise he would not be announcing the addition of Payza as the fourth payment processor which VertexPay is going to take along with SolidTrustPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. This decision was made over the weekend and the newsletter sent to the members of VertexPay. [Deposits included: 7% for 22 days plan and at least $250 to invest in the 12% for 12 days plan]. Apparently, Gabiel decided to skip the step of verifying his account in Payza and get the easy way of accepting the deposits via Payza manually. However, due to the current change of terms in Payza and disallowing HYIPs that might not be a wise move. Who knows what’s gonna happen next as Payza have not officially announced yet what happens with the verified sites, not talking about VertexPay who prefers just to accept Payza and not to verify its site with them properly. It may lead to some complications for you in the future, so I would advise against investing in VertexPay via Payza. For those who still prefer to take risks here is the latest newsletter from VertexPay (reviewed here) containing all the necessary step-by-step instructions on what one should do in order to deposit via Payza:

VertexPay now accept PAYZA deposit manually
I wish to again welcome all our new members to VertexPay and also thank all those members who have gone extra miles in making VertexPay achieve the present success we are currently achieving, new members are flowing in steadily.
After much consideration, we are pleased to announce that the management of vertexpay.com have decided to introduce PAYZA Investment Manually and is now considered as one of the payment processor we accept.
Steps on how to invest Via PAYZA Manually
1. Send Your Investment Directly to our Payza Account vertexpay@yahoo.com
2. Put in the Memo Field Your USERNAME and INVESTMENT PLAN
Example Username: vertexpay Plan: premium plan.
3. Send us an email to payza@vertexpay.com with your transaction details in your PAYZA deposit; Send only ONE (1) email / Transactions.
SolidTrusPay site has been down again and this has been the major reason why we have been unable to process payment via SolidTrustPay users. All other payment processor payment has been processed and support tickets answered.
Once again, thank you all for your support and have a wonderful weekend with your families and friends.
Best Regards,
GABIEL HAILEY
VertexPay.

SOLIDTRUSTPAY – SUGGESTED TEMPORARY LOG IN SOLUTION

I just want to give a very brief but also very important update about SolidTrustPay. Though many members are experiencing log-in problems there may be a temporary solution in sight for you. One MNO reader found a way how to get into the account, see the balance, process the withdrawals, and do everything else. Just use this link http://solidtrustpay.com/?a=deposit& and login with your username and password. This page will take you to a Deposit page which was not affected at all and will let you browse your account and use all operations apart from “Viewing Account” which is the corrupted page and probably causing login issues in the first place. If you click on Account Overview your account will be stalling and you will not be able to login again for some time.

As for SolidTrustPay itself it looks like it’s still down for many of their clients and they are unable to login and access their accounts. Although a temporary solution might ease the situation, the stable work of the site is in my opinion essential to satisfy the growing demand from HYIP players, especially considering the currently unclear situation with Payza and its alter-ego EgoPay. I’m afraid all possible solutions for the accessibility issues offered by the site’s administration in the latest newsletter posted on STP blog won’t help before access to the Account Overview corrupted page is fixed properly. Surely this won’t affect STP in the long run, but for now everybody expects them to start working again and without interruptions. I sincerely hope it will happen soon, and meanwhile please read the latest from STP blog:

Site Access Update
We are currently working on site upgrades to better serve your accounts and resolve the hosting challenges described in the previous update.
We do understand that many of our customers are able to login to their accounts and proceed with business as usual, however there are some customers still finding that access to the site is intermittent. We would like you to rest assured that your accounts are secure and that regular service will return again as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, if you are having trouble accessing your own account, we suggest clearing your cache, cookies, and browser history, or trying a new browser as old timeout errors could be cached and preventing you from accessing the site. If you are still unable to access your account, please try again later in the day.
We do ask that customers experiencing intermittent access issues over the next 48 hours refrain from calling or submitting support tickets to this effect as we are aware of the issues and are already working to resolve them.
When the upgrades are complete and regular access is restored, look for a report on the outages here at SolidTrustNews.
We extend a sincere thank you to all of our customers for their continued patience.”

GLOBALOILFUND SCAM, LUXURIOUSFINANCE ON WAITING STATUS!

Please note that GlobalOilFund is a proven scam now as all payouts to LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney have stopped. Payza withdrawals still get processed according to some reports submitted on the program’s Facebook page, but they are obviously selective and are only paid on smaller amounts. If affected by GlobalOilFund‘s scam, your investment is lost with the admin who got “sick” on Saturday and did not recover yet. Most likely he’s on some Caribbean island. I can’t say that it was a bad program, in fact, it was quite good and ran for a long time providon high returns it’s made to the investors.

As for LuxuriousFinance, the program has been moved to Waiting status due to a submitted complaint from a reader not paid to PerfectMoney and whose account I was able to check out already. That poor guy has his oldest withdrawal request pending for 72 hours already and that will probably not be paid at all. Anyway, I’m giving the admin a chance to prove me wrong and pay to that guy within the next 12 hours. Otherwise, I will have to move LuxuriousFinance to Problem status on MNO tomorrow due to the confirmed selective payouts. So, until it’s done please do not invest in LuxuriousFinance anymore!

INTRODUCTION OF FINVANCE

A brand-new program Finvance was added to MNO’s Premium list today and is scheduled to be reviewed by tomorrow. It launched today and is running off a licensed ProBizScript which is well known to experienced investors. The site is fully SSL-secured by Comodo and hosted on a dedicated server by Staminus which is a good start. Finvance offers one investment plan obviously inspired by Royalty7 – 8% for 20 business days. On the program’s website it’s cleverly disguised as 8% for 28 calendar days, although you must remember that the payouts are processed on business days only, and therefore the real investment term is 20 days and not 28.

Anyway, there is nothing wrong in making things look better. You just need to remember that your original principal is included in daily profits and is not returned by Finvance on expiry. The only two payment processors are currently accepted by the program are LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney and you should request your payout daily and allow 24 hours to get it processed to your e-currency account. In my opinion, Finvance‘s website looks quite alright and provided the program is really brand-new there could be a good chance to profit from it. I will give you more details of the program tomorrow and meanwhile, please read the welcome message posted on the website last night:

Finvance Launched
Finvance Limited has announced its official opening to the investment public. View our website and discover Finvance.
Finvance launches investment fund
Finvance is proud to announce our headline investment plan for all investors who are interested. Finvance welcomes investors through Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money with our grand launch investment plan of 8% daily for 28 days with interest paid on business days.
