Beware! DecoFunds has stopped paying! Do not invest there!

Hello everyone! Before getting to this evening’s news I want to continue looking at the recent programs joining the MNO monitoring page over the last week by discussing one called DecoFunds. I have to start by saying that I was less than positive about this one when I first introduced it over the weekend, but to the admin’s credit he listened and has made a decent effort to make some improvement. I wouldn’t go so far to say DecoFunds is exactly “better” than the average HYIP at this point, though it’s certainly a bit closer to the competition now than it was when first launched last Saturday.

So to begin with, DecoFunds is a short to mid term HYIP with three individual plans. In terms of their organization and presentation they’re a bit unconventional. For example the least profitable plan is actually the most expensive one to join, which is not something you see everyday in the HYIP industry. But then on the other hand the less profitable the plan, the faster you see the profit that you do get, so it’s all “swings and roundabouts” as the expression goes.

DecoFunds‘ first plan then is The Deco Royal Plan which is the most affordable of the three. It requires a $20 minimum deposit to join and runs for a term of 50 calendar days. During that time DecoFunds offer you a daily interest payment of 6%. Payments will already include your principal so that won’t be returned on expiry. So at that rate you would break even (earn back an amount equal to your original deposit making it impossible to lose money after this point) in 17 days, and then on expiry expect your payments to add up to a total of 300%. That’s your own money plus 200% net profit. The maximum amount allowed for this plan is $5,000.

Your second choice is called The Deco Spring Plan, and it’s more for the serious investors coming with a minimum price tag of $500 to join. DecoFunds are still making daily interest payments, and while the rate jumps to 10% per day, the investment term is cut to just 20 calendar days. So while that means that you finish the cycle with a reduced total return of 200% (DecoFunds have included your principal with that) you do break even after 10 days and start collecting your profits after that. You are allowed to invest a $15,000 maximum here.

And for the really big spenders out there looking to spend upwards of a $1,500 minimum, DecoFunds have The Deco Everest Plan. Again the interest rate which DecoFunds are paying by the day goes up, but the investment term goes down. So your deposit will earn a daily return of 15% (and will not be returned as it’s already factored into the payouts) for a term of 10 calendar days. That allows you to break even after 7 days, and finish up with 150% in total. That’s your own money back plus 50% net profit.

The program accepts the four main payment processors with LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, EgoPay and SolidTrustPay, however you should keep in mind that the minimum withdrawal is $2. Payments are made manually by the admin and you will need to request them from within your DecoFunds members account area. Strictly speaking you should allow a maximum of 48 hours for your payment to be completed. Otherwise though the admin says he is currently processing them three times per day so hopefully you’ll get yours done kinda fast.

Among the improvements made to DecoFunds that I mentioned earlier include that SSL-encryption has now been installed. The admin had claimed it was at the beginning, but that was not in fact the case. The hosting has also improved even if the hosting provider itself has not. DecoFunds is now on a dedicated server with Koddos as opposed to the shared one it had earlier. They are also running off a script licensed from GoldCoders. For any follow up questions for the admin or any account related issues then DecoFunds can be contacted by filling in your details on the ticketing form provided on the support page and submitting it. For some strange reason there’s also things like Live Chat and phone support among other things listed, but unfortunately DecoFunds doesn’t actually provide any of those things. So I don’t quite get why they say they do.

Texts, what little there is of them, are a bit muddled and not especially well written. Even the FAQ page could do with a clean up to be honest (claiming to accept a number of non-existent payment processors for example) and there isn’t really any information beyond what the plans are. So basically as with all online HYIPs and money making opportunities, you have to be careful and only relax once your own money is back in your pocket where it belongs. So remember to treat DecoFunds with the same caution as you would any other online HYIP and if joining them try and keep them a smaller part of a bigger more diverse portfolio.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY

KISNP SUCCESSFULLY DEAL WITH LIBERTYRESERVE SCARE

The single most important update today comes from Zepp, the admin of KISnP which as you will no doubt be well aware by now is one of the most popular programs on the net today, sitting very comfortably in the #2 spot in the MNO Premium List. After some connection problems Zepp explained that payouts to KISnP members were a little slower than usual (personally I hadn’t noticed!) but that’s been dealt with now so it’s really a non-issue.

A far more worrying development however, and I’m not specifically referring to KISnP here but to all users of online HYIPs and related services, is the escalating problem at LibertyReserve. If the payment processor’s reputation wasn’t already in free fall due to their security having more back doors than a warehouse and the never ending hacking incidents going on there, LR now seem determined to destroy what little was left of customer’s confidence in them by blocking users accounts, seemingly at random, and refusing to give any explanation. If it wasn’t bad enough that hackers were just helping themselves to your money while LibertyReserve stood by and watched them, now LR themselves want to join the party (generously financed by you of course, thank you very much) and also started blocking their members accounts. So between the hackers been given a free hand and the owners of LR, you simply never know when it’s going to happen to you and your account is the one emptied. Good luck getting an answer to this from LibertyReserve support by the way, they’re up to their usual, ahem, “high standard” and are giving their now traditional response of “tough luck pal, that’s your problem”.

Acting on this, Zepp issued his first newsletter saying that KISnP was (and in fairness it did seem they had little other choice) suspending all LibertyReserve transactions. Funds were, rightly in my opinion, transferred to PerfectMoney, and all affected customers paid in full. It’s a long, drawn out, process that costs money and should be utterly avoidable. Well, it would be utterly avoidable if not for LR’s own actions with seizing member’s money, and lack of action against account hackers, but there you go. KISnP later enabled LR payments again, but first of all here’s the first newsletter outlining the problem:

KISnP Update: Payouts, LR Issue
Hi members,
I am really sorry if I was not able to process the payouts on time earlier.
I was having trouble connecting to the internet and it took hours before I finally was able to.
So I will now process the last batch of payouts for yesterday.
But before that, I would like everyone specially those members who deposited using Liberty Reserve that there is some disturbing issue circulating and have been a hot topic right now in MNO Shoutbox about LR freezing and emptying some programs LR account.
I have no clear details as of yet because I just got connected but due to the fact that this has been an issue for quite sometime now, about LR accounts getting hacked and emptied of which even Paul of MNO experienced, we decided to take preventive measures to put our member’s safety our top priority.
We transferred most of the funds we have in LR to our PM account and I just left enough funds to cover payouts to LR for yesterday.
Of which I am done processing already.
Now while I am not able to get verified details yet, deposits and withdrawals to LR has been disabled.
To those members who deposited using LR, please if you already have a Perfect Money account, just add it into your account in KISnP. And to those who do not have PM account yet, it is very easy to get one. All you need to do is sign up and once done update your account with KISnP with your PM ids.
If you are not able to update it yourself, just send me a Support Ticket with your correct PM id and I will update it manually.
Make sure to include your KISnP Id so I can cross check.
Please I am not causing or spreading panic here. Just taking preventive measures before anything get too late for our own members and for KISnP.
I did not remove LR but only disabled it.
And will just get more details of the situation and will then send another update.
Of course I would like to hear the opinions of our member’s that used LR to deposit with KISnP. I will wait for you to send me your reactions and opinions.
Then we will conclude the best decision for everyone.
For now, I will resume processing payouts to STP, PM and EP.
Admin, Zepp
KISnP.

Later on after Zepp (interviewed here) had successfully gotten most of the member’s funds out of harm’s way to the relative safety of PerfectMoney, he was able to enable LibertyReserve payments again. The fact is of course that KISnP, just like every other program, are kinda stuck with LR now. Once you start taking them from day one and have a sizable number of investors using them, then it’s not that straight forward a thing just to dump them. Or at least not while active members are still using them anyway. But I don’t think KISnP will be storing more than the bare bare minimum of funds needed to cover daily payments in LR from this point on.

I for one would commend and applaud Zepp for this, even if a few investors were inconvenienced for a short while. Swift action for the greater good of the program is always to be praised, and seen as everyone got paid anyway there was no harm done. I have to say though that I feel you might see more and more admins taking this direction pretty soon, whether they know it or not. The thing is you may see a lot of exchange service providers dumping LibertyReserve in the near future, with some of them saying their patience is already at breaking point (indeed this has already started happening with at least one major exchanger that I know of dropping LR as of today). But that’s going to be a story for another day. Before we get to Zepp’s second update I’ll just remind you that KISnP offers terms of 1.1% per business day forever, 6.25% weekly forever, 30% monthly forever, optional principal return after 150 days, 4.5% for 50 business days, and 3.75% for 80 business days. If you are not already a member and would like more information then please refer to my review originally published here (though I may soon update this if I get a free day due to some changes):

KISnP Update: LR
Hi members,
I am done processing the first batch of payouts for today and the pending yesterday into Ego Pay.
I would like to inform you all that we decided to enable LR deposits and withdrawals into KISnP but we made sure first that we have preventive measures put in place to make sure we will not get affected much if ever something went wrong with LR.
That is the most recent update we have for now.
And again thank you to everyone who sent me get well soon wishes.
I am so far getting better now and just need to rest some more so please pardon me if you will not be able to see me much in MNO Shoutbox but of course I will do my best to drop by.
Admin, Zepp.
KISnP.

DECOFUNDS – DEDICATED SERVER AND SSL IMRPOVEMENT

As promised by the admin of the above reviewed DecoFunds, they have now moved to a dedicated server protected by Koddos and have installed SSL for more security. All the features of DecoFunds have been properly discussed already in my review posted earlier and for now you can just read the latest update:

Dedicated Server + SSL
Hello DecoFunds Members!!
Today, Our hosting provider completed our server migration, right now we are hosted on a dedicated server with stronger DDOs protection, we also installed SSL for added layer of security.
All payments has been processed. And welcome for this new income generating journey!
Regards, DecoFunds Admin.

IVECON – NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR MANY HOURS

I have no idea what happened there today but the Ivecon website has not been loading for me or many others for quite some time now. I don’t want to speculate here about what’s really going on but I believe it’s a technical issue which could be resolved soon by the admin. Though I contacted him today I haven’t received any response but am not even sure the email was delivered due to the server of the program being down all day long. I just can hope for the best and for a successful resolution by tomorrow. I can say that Ivecon has been paying instantly till the very last minute online, so I want to be more optimistic and that the program will recover and get back to normal soon. For now I have moved Ivecon to Waiting status on MNO and will update you immediately if I hear from the admin. Stay tuned for more info!

INTRODUCTION OF HYIPLA

The first program I’d like to introduce tonight is a brand new site which was officially launched today and called HYIPla. I believe it might be a play on the word “hoopla” but to me first it was unclear why the admin used an extension from Laos for his program, lol. Anyway, the only plan offered by HYIPla is very simple yet profitable – paying 12% for 12 business days (Monday to Friday). The minimum to invest in HYIPla is $12 and there is no maximum. The principal is included in daily payouts and is not returned on expiry. Three payment processors are accepted – SolidTrustPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney – and the payouts are promised to be processed either instantly or within 6 hours maximum after the request is made. From the beginning the script which HYIPla was running from had some glitches, so if your account was not credited for some reason you can always contact the admin and he will credit it asap. He has also registered an account on the MNO ShoutBox and you can ask him any questions you like when he’s online. The program is not SSL-secured but is running off a dedicated Staminus server with DDoS protection provided by Vistnet which (according to the admin) is a pretty reliable company. The script is original and custom made which gives the admin more flexibility in adjusting it for investors’ needs. The other advantage of HYIPla is also a Sticky listing on MNO purchased for the next month, so I believe it will attract a lot of investors with time and hopefully will allow the program to last longer. More details on HYIPla will be in the upcoming review, so please stay tuned for that!

INTRODUCTION OF BULL&BEARCAPITAL

The second program added to MNO’s Premium list tonight was another brand new program called Bull&BearCapital. The program offers two investment plans – 3% for 58 days and 200% after 58 days – and offers instant payouts to LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. On the site it’s specified that STP might be added soon too, so I will let you all know after that happens. The minimum to invest in Bull&BearCapital starts from $10 and the payouts are supposed to be processed instantly. You can also choose a level of compounding if you wish to increase your earnings on the daily paying plan which I believe is the only viable plan you need pay attention to. I will explain it in more detail in the upcoming review of Bull&BearCapital on MNO soon. For now I would like to mention that the site is running off a totally custom made script which is obviously an advantage over the pre-made scripts, the site is SSL secured and is hosted on a dedicated server provided and DDoS protected by AntiDDos. Overall, the program leaves a pretty good first impression and provided the payouts are really instant I believe it might get popular later. More on Bull&BearCapital can be read in the review on MNO soon.
