Beware! DP9 has stopped paying! Do not invest there!
Hello all! Hope you’re all looking forward to the weekend and even if you don’t have any definite plans just yet then at least I hope it’s a relaxing time for you. Not too relaxing of course, I’d still like you to visit MNO if you don’t mind! But anyway, to finish up the week I have as usual all the main industry news updates which I’ll get to in a moment. First up though is a mid term program that joined the MNO monitoring list called DP9. To be blunt I’m a bit shall we say disappointed with this one as I think will become apparent why. Longer term readers here or industry players will probably know what I’m talking about as soon as they see the DP9 website. Anyone who has a problem with me adding it should realize that DP9 as a program will run regardless of whether I choose to monitor it or not, the issue you need to think about is whether you choose to join it. So if the program is out there in the public domain anyway I think it’s only reasonable that I provide a basic description of the facts (for the sake of the newbies if nothing else). And then, just like any other online HYIP, you are totally free to put it into the list of programs you like or the list of programs you don’t like.
So let’s start with the plans. DP9 is as I said a medium term HYIP and are offering two investment plans. In all honesty they’re a bit mystifying in terms of how they’re organized, and aren’t even explained all that well either. The plans run for 28 days and 30 days respectively. Which one you end up in depends on how much you spend because the amounts accepted in each overlap, which is pretty bizarre in my opinion.
You can get started with a $10 minimum spend, and anything up to $499 puts you into the 28 day plan. In return DP9 are offering you 7% interest per day, principal included. The next step up is a $1,000 deposit (that’s correct, bypassing everything from $500 to $999). For this amount up to a maximum value of $1,499 the rate goes up to 8%, also including your principal. And lastly also skipping ahead a deposit between $2,000 up to a maximum value of $2,999 the daily interest rate is 9%.
To fill in the gaps in those figures DP9 then have a 30 day investment plan, also with daily interest payments. For a $500 deposit and up to a maximum value of $999 you are offered 7% interest for the 30 day duration, a figure which includes your principal and will not be returned. Larger deposits start from $1,500 and for anything between that and $1,999 you can get paid 8% per day, principal included. The next step up from that starts at $3,000 on which DP9 offer 9% per day. The maximum spend is $10,000.
Well, if the plans are a mess then at least the payment options are decent, with DP9 taking all the popular HYIP industry processors. You’ll find SolidTrustPay, PerfectMoney, EgoPay, plus LibertyReserve all listed there. Payments are made manually by the admin and will have to be requested from inside your DP9 members area.
Moving onto the design and security of the website, that’s another mixed bad to say the very least and the one that gives even more cause for alarm than the investment plans. Now, to be fair it’s not all bad either. DP9 for example is SSL encrypted and the script is a licensed version from GoldCoders, though I don’t believe either of those things is enough to salvage this particular train wreck. In what has got to count among the laziest most amateurish things I have yet to see in an online HYIP, DP9 have copy/pasted the entire FAQ page from an older more high profile program that has since scammed. I mean there is absolutely nothing in the FAQ page whatsoever that even remotely relates to the admin’s own program. It even describes somebody else’s investment plans and not those offered by DP9 at all! I know a lot of what you see on HYIP websites especially regarding texts that are taken from other sources are more likely down to the designer than the admin, but this is totally out of order. It’s unthinkable that an admin would rate his own program so poorly and treat it with a complete lack of seriousness to either allow this to happen at all and to either not be aware of it after the website goes live or simply not be bothered about fixing it if he is aware of it. I mean come on, didn’t anyone involved with setting up DP9 sit down and spend just two minutes actually reading this nonsense even once?
And of course part of the difficulty in making a fair assessment of DP9 is that none of the “information” contained there is actually connected with them. The contact details for instance mention Live Chat and a phone number. In actual fact there is no Live Chat feature at all and the phone number is taken (copy/pasted texts once again!) from a completely different program. It was pretty unlikely that anyone would pick up the phone if you tried calling them anyway, but in just in case somebody does then I can tell you who it won’t be – the DP9 admin. What will most likely put you in touch with the DP9 admin is to fill out the online e-mail form and submitting it via the contacts page. You’ll probably be needing it because if you’ve invested here there’s going to be a lot of questions! The hosting provider is also one of the cheaper options on the market. I’m quite sure they’re perfectly OK in the real world and can provide an affordable service, but they wouldn’t be considered suitable for HYIPs and the level of sabotage that goes on here. They’re called Snoork and despite having DP9 on a dedicated server the few times I’ve come across them in connection to HYIPs have always ended badly without exception. In fact there’s been some downtime there already. So I imagine it’s the admin’s idea to keep costs to the lowest possible minimum in order to exit with paying out as little as possible.
Clearly there’s no serious business plan of any description in place here and the entire thing looks like a vehicle for for a total first timer in the industry to collect a few bucks, mostly I would suspect at the expense of other newbie investors. Because DP9 would need a complete overhaul from top to bottom if it was to be taken seriously by any experienced players. I’ve seen lazy admins in this business before but the complete lack of effort put into this one is just shocking. But anyway, in a lot of aspects DP9 has a lot in common with what one might consider the “good” programs insofar that it’s a high risk and a gamble. I myself don’t have any personal issues with that and think it’s part of the enjoyment of HYIPs as long as you only play with small money, but I really can’t see many selling points here either. But as ever it’s not my money we’re talking about here, it’s yours. And the decision to play or pass on DP9 is also something that’s yours and yours alone. If you do go ahead with it I’ll just remind you of the standard industry advice which is to keep your expectations modest, keep your spending limit even more modest, and if joining DP9 then try and keep them as a smaller part of a wider more diverse portfolio.
DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY
PHINANCI – GROUP CHAT ON FACEBOOK AND MNO INTERVIEW ANNOUNCED
Recently the admin of Phinanci (interviewed here) reported some technical issues that caused some accounts to expire earlier than the scheduled term. This was in the longer plan of 50 days crediting accounts with 3% daily (in comparison to the shorter-term 120% after 20 days which was not affected). Payment processors include SolidTrustPay, EgoPay, PerfectMoney, and LibertyReserve. This has now been fixed as explained in today’s newsletter.
Other subjects covered included the recent interview with the admin on MNO, the upcoming addition of the Live Chat, and today’s Group Chat on Phinanci‘s Facebook account which will become a regular event every Friday from now on. I hope it all helps Phinanci (reviewed here) to ultimately become a more popular. The full version of the latest newsletter is posted below:
“Update
Cronjob malfunction (6th of November)
Phinanci experienced a small malfunction with the cronjob responsible for crediting the accounts with daily ROI. We have eliminated this issue and prevented it from happening again.
Seven accounts experienced early expiration of their deposits in the 50 days plan by receiving all remaining earnings at once. We would like to thank all members who informed us on time by sending us a support ticket. That helped us react in a timely manner and overcome this challenge. Those accounts now enjoy the benefit of having their deposits expired earlier than the usual time and receiving the full 150% ROI before the 50th day.
Live Chat coming tomorrow (9th of November)
From tomorrow we will have a Live Chat department integrated in Phinanci. Keep an eye on the site for the coming feature. You will be able to chat with us for the most time of the day and receive instant assistance.
Group Chat Fridays (Facebook)
Every Friday starting from 9th of November, we will organize one hour chat sessions on our Facebook Group. This serves as a tool for new members to find their way in our program and receive help from fellow members and admins. The time will be announced on our Facebook page. The group is limited to 50 people and every week it re-opens its doors. This means that if you cannot join and tune in for tomorrow’s session you can try next week. This is due to a Facebook policy not allowing group chats for groups with more than 50 members. You can get in the group by following this link – http://www.facebook.com/groups/phinanci.phriday

STALLIONGOLD – NO INTEREST ON MONDAY
I am sure that many HYIPs will take advantage of the next official bank holiday in the US which is Veterans Day next Monday. Programs that are paying only on business days will certainly use this as an excuse not to credit members’ accounts with regular profits. It seems that the first program to do so and warn its clients was StallionGold (reviewed here). This is the message on their website today:
“Veterans Day
Dear investors and website visitors, due to the Veterans Day celebration within the locales affecting our business operations, no profits will be credited to user accounts for the day of upcoming Monday, November 12th, 2012.”
I remind you that StallionGold was added to MNO about two months ago and pays 1.5%-4% for 100 business days with the original principal returned on expiry. The program accepts investments via EgoPay, LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney as well as direct bank wires.
DIAMONDASSET – ANOTHER WEEK PASSED
DiamondAsset (reviewed here) reported on the completion of all interest payments for the business week. The program started back in August of this year and has been paying fine since then on the 1.8%-2.5% for 120 business days plan with the principal returned on expiry. Payouts are processed to EgoPay, SolidTrustPay, LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney, usually pretty fast, and well within the 24 hour period required. Today was no exception. For more updates on DiamondAsset you can always connect with them via Skype, Twitter and Facebook as listed in the latest newsletter published below:
“Interest Payments
Thank you for maintaining investment relationship with DiamondAsset.
This is to inform you that all Interest Payments for this week has been successfully processed. We appreciate your patronage and invite you to FOLLOW us on Social Media, this will enable you to get our Latest News and Updates faster;

FINNEXIA AND INVFUTURE – MOVED TO PROBLEM STATUS!
Two programs have been moved to Problem status on MNO tonight – Finnexia and InvFuture. Both stopped paying yesterday and I see no signs of recovery in either. Both InvFuture and Finnexia started about two weeks ago and both were complete and utter failures in terms of delivering profits to investors. In both cases the admin was the only person who benefited from running them which had an air of the upcoming Christmas themed December scams about them. Unfortunately it is impossible to foretell such an outcome from the beginning as the HYIP industry is totally unpredictable with twists and turns a soap opera writer would envy. Anyway, there is no way Finnexia and InvFuture will return so I would suggest stopping any further investments there.
CARBONDEALS – UGLY SCAMMING TACTICS REVEALED
It looks some admins can’t stop stealing even after the demise of their programs and carry on with it. For instance, the admin of CarbonDeals today took another giant scamming leap forward with a newsletter containing nothing but lies. Please just read it all to understand what I mean by that and don’t forget to read my comments afterwards:
“Esteemed Members,
As I am sure you found out this morning, we have resumed payments today and already paid all pending withdrawal requests.
We are already back to paying status on most monitors and will be so on all of them shortly.
Even if we had a difficult few days, our members never doubted us and we have already exceeded 8000 accounts in just 4 weeks online.
To show our appreciation to our members who supported us during this difficult period, we are giving a 20% bonus to all new deposits for the following 4 days.
Best Regards, Peter Neperus, CarbonDeals.”
Well, first of all the admin of CarbonDeals resumed payouts nowhere other than his imagination. To further confuse investors he sent out some payment confirmations to members’ emails but didn’t contain any batch number and were not actually processed. The second lie was about the monitors – none of them were paid either and no one moved CarbonDeals back to Paying status. If that’s not bad enough this shameless admin also promised a 20% bonus on all investments made in the following four days. Sure, if you are ready to fill the pockets of this scammer with more money than he has already stolen you’re free to do so of your own free will. But make sure to say goodbye to your money first because any “investment” made there is a stone cold donation, and nothing more. Please note that CarbonDeals is a proven and 100% scam, so do not believe a word the admin tells you! You’ve been warned!
INTRODUCTION OF BLUEMONEY
BlueMoney is a perfect example of another super short term program that just launched today and straight away made its way to MNO’s Premium Listing. BlueMoney only accepts LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney and offers a wide variety of investment plans – 105%-125% after 1 day, 40%-45% for 3 days, 140%-150% after 5 days, 200%-250% after 10 days, 500%-550% after 20 days. Running off a licensed GoldCoders script means you should request payouts which the admin promises to pay within 12 hours of asking. My first deposit is going to expire with BlueMoney tomorrow so I can only confirm that then. Meanwhile I can tell you that the site looks kinda average with no particularly professional layout available. The program is hosted on a dedicated Staminus server by TigerHost although the SSL-encryption is not available. More on BlueMoney please will be in a more detailed review coming soon.
INTRODUCTION OF INVESTLAND
InvestLand is probably the champion in changing investment plans in HYIP world. For its 17 days on MNO the program managed to change plans three times but always the daily profits grew higher and higher, taking investors of the program less and less time to see a profit. Today the admin of InvestLand has decided to upgrade the listing of his program on MNO from Basic to Sticky/Premium and so I’m planning to review the program very soon. On the current single investment plan available from InvestLand via all the popular payment options – LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, and EgoPay – one can get between 20% to 73% for the duration of 15 calendar days with no principal returned on expiry. The exact rate depends on the amount invested which can start from $10. InvestLand runs off is a licensed version of a GoldCoders script. Withdrawals should be requested from your account and have to be paid instantly or within 7 business days (yes, that is how it says in the FAQ section). Well, my withdrawals from InvestLand were never been instant, nor have they taken 7 business days but rather were processed within hours, so I would say that the validity of this withdrawal claim is questionable. The InvestLand website is properly SSL-secured by GlobeSSL and DDoS protected by Koddos who have it on a dedicated server. Well, certainly changing investment plans so frequently is not so good, but in the upcoming review I’ll assess the program according to their current plans regardless of how they may change in the future.
