Beware! Rubles has stopped paying! Do not invest there!

Hello all! Not much news to report on for you today which is just as well because I’d really prefer to concentrate on a slightly unusual program called Rubles. It’s not exactly brand new, in fact Rubles has been online for just over three weeks now, but it’s new to the Premium List on MNO. It’s a short term program which as we shall see is organized along some very different lines from its main competitors, something that will stand the program in good stead as the final summer weeks give way to autumn. I’ll explain more about that as we go along, though some of you are already familiar with Rubles I’m sure, given the amount of feedback I’ve received since adding it and the fact a couple of cycles have already been completed.

I should start by saying there are two possible strands of income in Rubles. The more important one is the interest which is paid on your deposit, something that’s promised by the admin and which you are entitled to as an investor. The other payment is a bonus which you are not necessarily guaranteed, but I’ll get to that in a few moments. First the regular investment plans. Some of the finer points of the Rubles investment plans are I feel overly complicated, so what I want to do is start with a simple explanation of the basics to give you a general idea of how it works. Then we can talk about the more complex details.

You can join Rubles for a $10 minimum deposit. Currently there are two active investment plans open to you, with a third to follow (which I’m unable to comment on until it’s officially launched). Both plans run for 7 calendar days, make fixed rate daily interest payments, and return your principal on expiry. The first plan offers members a rate of 4% per day, and is open to deposits between the $10 minimum that I mentioned and a $49.99 upper limit. On expiry of the term your payments should add up to 28% which is then your net profit once the Rubles admin returns your principal as promised.

For bigger investors looking to invest between at least $50 and a $999.99 maximum, Rubles are offering somewhat more generous terms. The second plan still runs for 7 calendar days, but the rate improves to 5% per calendar day. On expiry of the term then Rubles should return your principal, leaving you with a 35% net profit for yourself.

I don’t want to say much on the third plan as at the time of writing it hasn’t opened yet. Just to give you a heads up though, because the terms have already been announced, when it eventually does open Rubles will offer 6% interest per day for 7 calendar days, principal back on expiry. Deposits will range from $1,000 to $2,500. That’s 42% net profit.

Pretty simple, eh? Well, yes, but this is where Rubles gets a little tricky. First of all you can join the first 4% plan more or less anytime you’re ready, no problem there. But if you want to join the 5% plan there there are some restrictions. Deposits are only accepted during three brief windows every day. This can change in the future so do remember to check the Rubles website, but at the time of writing deposits are accepted at 03.30, 10.00, and 17.15 UTC each day and will only be available for a 15 to 20 minute period. If you miss your chance then you’ll simply have to come back later.

Another question raised by some of why readers was that of multiple deposits. To the question “am I allowed to have more than one active deposit in Rubles at a time?”, the simple answer is yes. But again there are restrictions. When you join the program you can only start with one deposit maximum in each plan. It’s only after your first deposit expires that you are allowed to keep a second one. So basically you can have one deposit per plan in the first cycle, two deposits per plan in the second cycle, three deposits in each plan for the third cycle, and so on. This will continue until you have a maximum four individual deposits in each available plan. That’s not compulsory of course, it’s just the maximum you are allowed. It’s perfectly OK to just keep one deposit there if that’s what you would prefer.

I know that might sound frankly a bit odd to those less familiar with the HYIP industry or any newbies with a bit less experience. I agree it takes a little getting used to, but once you play around with the Rubles website, ask the right questions, it really isn’t anything too confusing once you’re more familiar with it. The good thing here you see is that the cash flow remains under tight control and the admin is doing his utmost to maintain gradual growth and keep hit-n-runners at bay. It also helps me believe the program will be a long-running hit because the entire organization of Rubles looks very much set up keep a lid on things, and have it moving at a pace the admin wants it to move at. I have no doubt these restrictions will gradually loosen up a bit once Rubles is a more established name in the industry.

So what about the bonus payments I mentioned earlier? Well, as you can probably guess from the name of the program, Rubles claims to be involved with ForEx trading, specifically the pairing of US Dollars to Russian Rubles. As you know, the value of one against the other changes slightly every day. But does it go up or down? That’s what members are asked to predict, and if you guess correctly then you get yourself a bonus (actually referred to as “excess profit”) equal to whatever percentage the change in value was. It can be up to 15% in theory, but is usually much lower than that. This is only paid on business days, obviously as there isn’t any trading over the weekend, and is paid at the same time every day (21.00 UTC).

You have two choices here, plain and simple. Either the Dollar goes up in value or the Ruble does. It has to be one or the other. Go to your deposit then and you can flag it either as a “bull” or a “bear”. Bulls believe the Dollar will increase in value against the Ruble, and bears believe today’s trading rates will show the Ruble increasing against the Dollar. You make your choice but can easily change it from one day to the next depending on how you feel. Payments are made every 24 hours and you can see a timer/stopwatch counting down until the next result is determined. You can treat it as a simple “heads or tails” game if you want, or maybe play closer attention to the currency markets if you prefer to make a more educated guess. Some days you’re bound to get lucky, and some days you won’t. I just suggest you don’t make plans around any potential bonus earnings in Rubles because they are by no means guaranteed. You don’t need to be an expert to know that the Ruble has been in decline for some time now against stronger international currencies if that helps with your decision, though that’s just the general trend and there are fluctuations from one day to the next.

You have the choice to change from bulls to bears once per day provided you do so not later than 15.00 UTC. This requires you to simply log in to your account, click the “Deposits” tab, and from there you will see in graphic form each of your deposits in the program. They’re color coded to indicate red for bears and blue for bulls. Click the icon for each individual deposit and a new box opens up to show the details. You will see the function in here to change your selection. This is as I said locked after 15.00 UTC but will be reset after that day’s payment has been made at 21.00. At this point you can either do nothing and remain a bull or a bear, or change your selection again.

If the investment plans are overly complicated, the payment options are pretty standard. You can move money in and out of Rubles using any of PerfectMoney, BitCoin, or Payeer, so anonymous payment handlers only and nothing verifiable. Payments to the Rubles members are made manually by the admin so you will need to log into your account and submit a request, as you do with most programs. Once this has been done the terms and conditions of Rubles call for a maximum waiting time of 24 hours for the transaction to be completed. Personally I haven’t had to wait anything close to that yet, but best to allow the full 24 hours before asking any questions. Smaller investors will need to keep in mind that Rubles have a minimum withdrawal requirement by the way. It’s $1 if using PM and Payeer, or if you withdraw to BitCoin then the minimum is 0.004BTC. Click the button marked “withdraw all” to get paid, but don’t worry, this does not mean you are withdrawing your principal. That’s an entirely separate function which I will explain shortly. In this case it simply withdraws “all your earnings” once you have reached the minimum limit allowed.

It’s quite unusual to see an early withdrawal option in short term HYIPs, but nevertheless you’ll find the option in Rubles. I don’t suggest taking them up on it too soon however as the fees are quite punitive, eating into your profits to such a degree as to actually leave you at a loss when the money is eventually returned. Fees start at 35% if you try to leave on day one, 20% on day two, and 15% on day three. They will no longer apply on the fourth day. Given that the term is only seven days to begin with you may as well stay until the end, though I guess some folks will always appreciate that feeling of extra security that comes with knowing you can ask for your principal back regardless of whether you ever intend taking advantage of the offer or not. If you do wish to recall your principal, just return to the Deposits tab I described above. When you see the details of each individual deposit on the next page, click on the one you want to close. Again a new box opens displaying all the details for you. Click the option that says “close deposit” and proceed from there.

Looking at the more technical side of things now such as design and security features, the first and perhaps most impressive thing to strike me about Rubles was the excellent script. It’s up to a highly professional standard after being custom-made especially for the program from scratch. One of the more obvious features is that the Rubles website is entirely bilingual. You can view it either in English or, predictably with a name like Rubles, Russian. Just take note that the Russian version is vastly superior in terms of how it’s written to the English one. That’s just where so much of the HYIP audience seems to be these days anyway, with the Russian HYIP market growing faster than others for some years now (even though the Rubles contact numbers are all located in the Czech Republic, which I’ll get to in a moment). You can find a couple of videos on the Rubles website as well that try to explain how it all works. Most are in Russian so won’t be of much interest to readers here, though there was one in English that I’ve included on the MNOVision page.

So, what do you see when you log into your Rubles account and how best to navigate? Well, first of all when inside your members area look at the top right side of the page. There you will see a tab marked “account” and a flag allowing you to change languages. Set this to English before clicking the account tab. This opens up your back office, from where you can manage your deposit and withdrawal requests. It also gives a full transaction history and comprehensive record of your withdrawals from each deposit in each plan, complete list of your downline if you have one, and and earnings from the “Excess Profits” (that’s the bonus payments I already told you about). The reason navigation might be a little tricky at first you see is because for a large part of the time you will be a member of Rubles there isn’t actually anything going on there. As I explained, the number of deposits and the times you can make them are heavily regulated, and with the bonus payments (if you succeeded in earning one) only coming through once every 24 hours there’s not always a lot to see there. But that’s fine though, as long as everything works as it should and members get paid on time then there’s not much else needs to be said there anyway.

For a hosting provider the Rubles admin has opted for DDoSGuard, the leading industry service provider who have the program on a dedicated DDoS protected server. Security in general is taken quite seriously with a flawless record since the program came online. There’s also an SSL encrypted connection by Comodo installed for safer browsing and more secure transactions in your member’s area.

If there are any further questions for the Rubles admin (and there’s bound to be a few!) or any account related issues that need dealing with then you have several ways to get in touch. Live Chat support is probably your best bet if you want fast answers to anything, and this is online for 18 hours per day, 04.00 in the morning until 22.00 at night, UTC. This is done through various online platforms which almost everyone has at least one of on their computers or smart phones. I suppose the best known option is Skype, however Rubles can also be reached using Whatsapp, Viber, or Jivosite for chat. For anyone who doesn’t have any of those apps, the Rubles website comes with it’s own built-in Live Chat feature in the bottom left hand corner. Just remember to change languages to English to get the right operator. I had a brief encounter with them myself earlier while working on this review, and found them to be fast and efficient when it comes to answering questions. If you prefer to speak to someone directly then you can try their telephone number, also available during the same working hours as the Live Chat. The other option is to write an e-mail to the address listed. Fans of social networking sites are spoilt for choice here as well, with Rubles keeping active profiles on some popular and lesser known websites. You can connect with them using Twitter, Facebook, or Google+ in English, and VK or OK (a similar Russian language Facebook style site) in Russian. Promotional activities are heating up there and will definitely have a role in the future growth of the program I’m sure.

All and all I have to say Rubles might be a hard one to take on board at first glance for the newbies, but as HYIPs go it’s still a worthwhile experience I think and could well become a surprise hit. Fast payments, profitable plans, an active admin, good customer support network, careful management, it all adds up. There’s plenty of positive feedback out there already so it’s already underway. Just for the record, and I know I mentioned this already, but the alleged business activities we are told are financing payments to investors revolve around ForEx trading. Not the first time we’ve heard this line in the HYIP industry, I doubt it will be the last, and like most of the others there’s very little in the way of practical evidence for you to research and verify for yourself. Therefore I suggest you just take it at face value and accept Rubles as an online HYIP. A very interesting one mind you, not to mention a promising one that’s already proven to put a lot of their early members nicely into profit, but still a HYIP. So you know this ends, right? You should establish a strict spending limit that you can comfortably afford to lose, and if you do join Rubles then try to make them a smaller part of a wider more diverse portfolio.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE HYIP INDUSTRY

CHANGER – NEW IMPROVED SITE OPEN, MORE CURRENCY PAIRS, INSTANT EXCHANGE COMPLETION

Both occasional or professional HYIP investors are well aware of the importance of using exchangers when it comes to dealing with accounts in different anonymous payment systems like PerfectMoney, Payeer, and BitCoin. Everyone has his own preferences on what payment processor to use, but I would always recommend not keepind all the eggs in one basket. Keep accounts in all the major anonymous payment systems just for the sake of safety and diversification, they are free after all. We all still remember the devastating effects of LibertyReserve and EgoPay had on the entire HYIP industry, leaving it in tatters after they closed. Verifiable payment options like Payza and SolidTrustPay are much better when it comes to the safety of your funds and even gives you a better chance to profit in HYIPs (read why in the article featured on the MNO Info Center). However, many of the programs simply do not deal with them due to the admin’s inability to verify accounts promptly, so investors have no choice but to use PerfectMoney, Payeer, or BitCoin if they wish to invest in some programs (especially true of short-term projects). MNO has always been dealing with the main payment processors and I even have a list of recommended exchangers available for viewing HERE where you can find some options that were tried and tested by me personally many times and provided a superb level of service and customer support at all times. I would especially like to emphasize the positive impact of Changer.com, formerly known as xChanger.org, which has been on the market for many years now. I remember that the previous site used to deal with Payza and STP as well, but it looks like at the moment they are concentrating their efforts on providing instant exchanges via many various anonymous payment systems that don’t require manual verification or prior approval of the payment system and where chargebacks are not possible. I received a newsletter from the revamped Changer.com and decided to try their services as curiosity got the best of me. I must say that I was very impressed at the amount of work clearly done on the website which made Changer.com one of the best looking providers on the market now. And the best thing – your exchange request will be processed instantly or in a matter of minutes, if it requires some confirmation from BitCoin or similar crypto-currencies. Speaking of the choice of the payment processors currently available for exchange within Changer.com you will find no less than eleven options there with the admin promising to add more in the future. All in all, I’m thoroughly impressed by what the admin managed to do with his website and you should check Changer.com out if you make exchanges regularly. Open an account there and you will be rewarded with exclusive members only discounts on a regular basis. You can open an account with Changer.com here and to read about the latest innovations please check their latest newsletter below (I’ve added a couple of banners of Changer.com on my site as well, so you can see the offers for yourself when browsing MNO):
