BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!

Hi everyone! The second post today is bit of a step back in time for me. Something from the nostalgia file almost. I want to take a look at a program called MindPowerSurf, which as the name implies, is an autosurf.

Surfing is one side of the online investments industry that’s taken one unmerciful beating over the last number of months. I admit there have been some minor exceptions to this but occasions where there has been a consecutive string of one successful surfing site following another have been pitifully rare. So why am I returning to it now? Well to be honest the main reason is the admin. He’s been a long term player in the industry for some time now and I’m sure some of you will recognize him from the moniker “Mirceai” that he goes by on the MMG forum. I think the man knows how the business works and I’ve never known him to be anything less than forthright and honest with his opinions. If anybody can make a success out of this, then it will probably be him.

I’m not giving some kind of ringing endorsement to MindPowerSurf here just because I think the admin is a nice guy you should understand. He does have a good track record here too. He previously ran a hugely successful autosurf in early 2008 which was a great effort. It finally collapsed (as they all do) after three months but that was a great achievement and it only closed when the cash flow dried up, so it was just the natural scheme of things and not a scam. So can he repeat that success with his latest venture?

Well it’s only natural that I would have a certain amount of trepidation getting into a new surfing program after so long and that basically comes down to the level of acceptance the program receives from investors. I mean the greatest program in history would still be a failure were it not for its members, but I am cautiously optimistic that Mirceai has earned enough of a reputation by now amongst experienced investors to convince enough of us to give him a fair chance and sign up for his new project. Let’s take a closer look and see if you agree.

First of all MindPowerSurf is a new program and that by itself is an advantage that can’t be overstated. “Strike while the iron is hot” as the expression goes and that’s particularly true of this business. So what is it you are joining? There are two options open to you. The MPS Power Plan and The MPS Mind Plan. Both are very distinctive from each other and both have certain advantages over each other. The main difference being that one makes daily payments with the other paying only on expiry. I’ll start with the Power Plan. That’s the one that pays on expiry and the term is 14 days. During that time you will be paid 10% per day on your deposit in return for surfing 15 sites in automatic mode, i.e you just start the process and allow your computer to finish it for you. One ad pack will cost you $5 and you can purchase up to 1000 of them. Or in monetary terms ad packs with a total value of $5,000. Your daily payments will accumulate to a total value of 140% by the time the program expires, at which time you may withdraw. So in more practical language you can invest $100 (for instance) and get back $140.

Then there is the Mind Plan. This one pays by the day, but also pays less by the day. The investment term is longer though so ultimately it does offer a greater reward. Here’s how it works. The price of the ad packs remains unchanged at $5 a pop, and you may still buy anything up to a thousand of them. And you still have to surf 15 sites daily in order to be paid. The difference here though is that you will only be paid 5% interest per day. The cycle runs for 30 days however so on completion you will have earned 150% of your initial spend. So for the same $100 invested here you can make $150 for your efforts.

One thing to keep in mind is that while any plan than offers daily payouts carries a reduced risk, remember that it will still take you 20 days to recoup your full principal in the Mind Plan, whereas the first one offers you full payment of 140% after just 15 days. No big deal, just something to consider when picking the best plan for you.

One great feature of MindPowerSurf is that while you need to surf for 15 days, it doesn’t really have to be 15 consecutive days. Of course you are strongly advised to do it that way, but if you do happen to miss a day or two (or three) for whatever reason, just pick up from where you left off without getting penalized.

Payment processors accepted include LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, and StrictPay. When asked about AlertPay being accepted anytime soon the admin said that is unlikely to happen. The FAQ page does say that it might be added at some point if it becomes absolutely essential, but for now it’s not exactly on top of the admin’s “to do” list. Hard to blame him really with some programs having some issues with their accounts getting blocked for inexplicable reasons. Good and all as AlertPay are I think the list of payment options is still good enough as it is and more than enough to satisfy most surfers. But it may happen if enough people insist on it so keep an eye on MNO and I’ll make sure you hear about it here first if it does.

I have mixed feelings about the security of MindPowerSurf. It’s hosted on a dedicated server which is always the first thing I look for and the first thing I would praise the admin on. And it’s on a Staminus server which for those of you not too in to all things technical is widely regarded by professionals to be the best available. The hosting provider themselves are called SecureServerTech, and while I am less than familiar with their track record I know that they do provide a level of protection from DDoS attacks and if they are using Staminus servers then I’ll happily give them the benefit of any doubt. In fact I’m sure they’re probably fine.

The thing is that I just have some niggling doubts over the script. Neversay is the provider and while that is usually synonymous with quality I just don’t like this particular version. It’s unnecessarily complicated for one thing and it’s also incompatible with certain web browsers. It’s an ongoing problem and the fact that it has yet to be fixed doesn’t make me feel any more confident about it.

Any questions that you feel are not dealt with in the FAQ section can be put to the admin via the online e-mail support ticket system. So far he has been quite responsive which is always good but if you prefer to make your feelings known publicly then there are discussion threads open in the main investment forums.

Just a quick point before I finish about the practicalities of joining. The first thing that you will have to do in order to upgrade in MindPowerSurf is to fund your wallet. Your wallet of course refers to the money you have in your account. Only after that can you choose the appropriate plan in the “Deposit” tab which you will see. This will enable you to then re-direct your funds from your wallet to the the plan of your choice. You should then surf 15 sites per day in automatic mode to earn your daily (or on expiry) rebates. You can request your payout immediately after finishing surfing (in the daily plan) and you will be paid within one business day. I also like the rule where the admin reserves the right to change the rules of MindPowerSurf as he sees fit to ensure the longevity of the program. As it grows over time, as is undoubtedly the plan, the circumstances will change and it’s good that he is thinking ahead and clarifying that up front. Whatever happens I’m sure Mirceai will do his best as an admin and already his reputation as a skilled and dependable player have added to the popularity of his program. Already it’s doing better than many would have expected and if any surfing program deserves to be a success at the moment then it’s probably this one. Autumn has traditionally seen some excellent surfing programs in previous years. Let’s hope 2009 will be no exception and let’s hope too that MindPowerSurf will be the latest in that tradition.

Other news for today.

First of all I would like to issue a warning which is very important, especially if you are (or were) a member of ProfitEx. I don’t know what really happened with their site but it has changed a lot since yesterday, specifically the script and the layout. Then an email was been sent to the members of ProfitEx with a request for re-registration and to make a test deposit of $0.01 to confirm the account. I could understand the request about the signing up again but was very suspicious as to why they needed a test deposit from me. I decided to proceed anyway, just to take a look at what might happen next. The registration ran smoothly and the system let me in. So I tried to deposit $0.01 via LibertyReserve as it was required from me. But guess what happened then? I was redirected to a phishing website called http://sci.libertyrecerve.com/login/ Note that there is only one letter different and there is no https secured channel so on confirming your deposit the scammer responsible will get easy access to your LR details including all your passwords. You might guess what his next move would be. Of course he would empty your LR account. That’s why it’s so important to pay close attention when you’re redirected to LR (which might be not real for some reason). I hope investors will heed this warning as I can see on their site that they have 24 active investors now, meaning they probably have the details of 24 unfortunate people who unwittingly handed over their passwords. If you’re among them please immediately change them (if it’s not too late) and if you’re reading this please be aware that ProfitEx is a scam. Obviously I have no choice but to move the program to Scam status on my monitoring page. To tell you the truth, I faced this issue for the first time and it just made me mad. It’s likely that the site was really hacked by someone who then sent this newsletter pretending to be the admin. Well, if it’s this or not doesn’t really matter now. The fact is that it happened so please be warned!

I have received a couple of emails from my readers also asking me about a phishing email allegedly received from GeniusFunds. This was the email they were referring to:
“Starting today, we change the interest on deposits and changes the contract between us and the investor. In the attached file you will find a new contract and all changes”.
Of course that did not come from GeniusFunds but rather from somebody who may be trying to infect your computer with some dangerous virus or malware. I hope nobody tried to open the attached file but if you did please make sure that there was nothing harmful installed on your computer. For that purpose simply scan your computer with the antivirus or anti-malware program installed on your PC. For future reference please notice that no respectable company will ever contact you in this manner or send you attached file. There is also a website for all the changes on show. Please also don’t forget to check the news section of GeniusFunds often to find out about the latest changes and days off. As you might be aware GeniusFunds program is officially registered in Cyprus so the site doesn’t work on national holidays there. The latest one was October 1, Cypriot Independence Day, so no interest will have been paid to your account on that day. Here is the news if you haven’t read it yet:
“Please note that due to a Public Holiday in Cyprus our offices will be closed all day on Thursday 1st of October. No dividends will be paid and our customer support department will only provide limited support by e-mail. Please note that World Bond Market Fund (WBMF) dividends which are paid on weekly basis will be adjusted to reflect the holiday. Thank you for your understanding.”
GeniusFunds is a program that accepts all five major payment processors and has two investment plans paying between 1.0%-1.9% daily and 6%-9% weekly. For more information about GeniusFunds please refer to my detailed review of the program published here.

If haven’t seen it yet GeniusFunds is a the second most popular program according to my poll that has just closed. It scored 75 votes (23%) and came second. The third most popular program suddenly became SazaInvestments with 73 votes (22%). SazaInvestments was reviewed by me here and the admin was interviewed here. It’s a program that pays you 8%-10% weekly depending on the size of your deposit. It accepts four major payment processors as well so it’s a pretty good choice here as well. Remember though that the payouts are only processed on Friday so don’t forget to request your weekly withdrawal then. Anyway, the admin always sends withdrawal reminders to let you know when the withdrawal button is enabled and when it is disabled. So that was the latest update from SazaInvestments I received last night:
“All payments has been done again. Next payday will be on next Friday. Thank you all for your trust in us. Regards, SazaInvestments Team”.

The winner of the poll and still the best program remains GoldNuggetInvest (reviewed here). It scored 132 votes in my poll (or 40% of all the participants). It’s no wonder for me at all as paying 6%-7.5% weekly GoldNuggetInvest marked their third anniversary today. Yes, it’s exactly three years ago, on October 3rd 2006 GoldNuggetInvest first opened its doors to investors. First operating as a private club GoldNuggetInvest gradually became open to everybody. It is backed up with arbitrage betting with hundreds of thousands of dollars turnover and thousands of satisfied members. It’s really true that GoldNuggetInvest remains inimitable to hundreds of competitors. Some admins even tell me that they want to be as big as GNI but really nobody can achieve it yet. However today being Saturday and a day off for GoldNuggetInvest the admin, Robert, (interviewed here) just couldn’t pass the opportunity to congratulate all members on this happy event. Though it seems that the new script is not ready yet and no significant news has been published it’s interesting to read this success story anyway, a success story already running for three years:

Just to finish with the question where MNO readers were asked to choose their favorite investment program I just want to briefly say that it was kinda disappointing that such great programs as NanoMoneyCorp (14 votes) and PanaMoney (7 votes) polled so poorly. The came fourth and fifth with 4% and 2% of the voters respectively. Maybe it was because the choice was limited only to one program so of course it was hard for them to compete with such program as GoldNuggetInvest. Anyway, I believe they still deserve your attention and they are still in my Top 5 programs. I suggest you to read my detailed reviews of NanoMoneyCorp (reviewed here) and PanaMoney (reviewed here) to find out more.

There were two more options available in the poll and some of my readers preferred “another low-ROI program” in the poll (14 votes or 4% of the whole amount). 11 votes was cast for “another short-term program”. I can only wonder what that was. The most important thing is that only 7% of MNO readers consider other programs better than those represented in my personal Top 5 on my monitoring page and that’s what matters. I’m glad that MNO rating reflects investor’s opinions too. The admin of above reviewed MindPowerSurf Mircea sent out an important clarification probably aimed at people that were unable to surf for a day or two and were worried about their daily earnings may be affected. The good news is you have nothing to worry about as your plan will not expire until you earn your 140% (for 10% for 14 days plan) or 150% (for your 5% for 30 days plan). So if you miss one surfing day it will be just added until you get your full dividend. Here is the update regarding that:
“I saw members that have fund the wallet but not deposited funds to any plan. Please deposit funds from wallet to the plan you wish to benefit from surfing the 15 pages required. I want also to remind you this text from FAQ: What happens if I miss one day of surfing? Nothing! Yes, it is true. Your adpack(s) expires when percentage of the plan you selected is fully completed (150% or140% or both). I also kindly advice free members to upgrade and benefit this way from their upgrades and referral commissions. Have a nice day! Mircea I admin MPS”.

It’s not such good news for those wanting to deposit into PTVPartner program (reviewed here) using StrictPay that they added just a couple of days ago. It seems many members’ accounts were not credited and have to be credited manually due to some problem with the script. The admin of PTVPartner Garrett (interviewed here) assured everybody that the problem should be solved soon but meanwhile I think all the deposits from StrictPay will be added manually. Here is the update:
“Seems like when things are bad or stressed…they are all stressed. When things are good…they are all good.
Earlier today we tested the API at SP and could not get funds to transfer. Waited for their response, (online wasn’t a great help except to point us in the direction of the support ticket…but understandable)…We have been waiting all day, then.. all of a sudden the tests appeared in our account…and …a couple of people did make spends. They must have had their finger on the trigger. We have manually credited their PTV accounts. But our Programmer was unavailable he arrived about 45 minutes ago.
At about the time Sid (our programmer) arrived, we also heard from GDP. The API problem was solved, uploaded and ready to go.
Within a few moments… our programmer and our designers schedule allowed then to meet to discuss the integration of the website to the script or vice versa. Since their schedules are difficult to accomodate, they will be working to make that a reality.
So, the age old adage of …’When it Rains it pours…..’ ….. we believe!”

You might notice on my monitoring page SeamlessProfitable is the new project that I joined a couple of days ago. It’s really unique in its own way. It’s a type of program where your earnings are not fixed but randomly generated. So depending on what percentage you’re given you will be able to earn between 3.5% and 6.5% daily for 30 days (there is an option to extend this to up to 62 days by the way). The average daily percentage is about 5% so even for the shorter investment term you’ll still earn approximately 150% on your deposit (note that it will not be returned on expiry). The second plan in SeamlessProfitable is more complicated (and in my opinion overcomplicated) It’s also randomly generated. But unlike the first plan you will not be paid daily but rather within a certain period of days (2 to 7). The payouts are higher than in the first plan and there should be vacant places left if you like to join it. There is also Instant sweepstake option which is some kind of lottery where you can win up to 300% on your deposit in seconds. The minimum to try the lottery is $5 with $150 the maximum. In both investment plans the minimum is $10 with $1500 set up as maximum. Unfortunately the choice of payment processors in SeamlessProfitable program is limited to LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. The advantages of the program include a unique script, instant payouts to LR and PM, DdoSWiz dedicated server and protection, and SSL-secured connection. I have a feeling that the admin is not new in the online investment industry but his program is definitely one of a kind. Still confused how SeamlessProfitable works? Then refer to my detailed review that will be published on my blog on Monday. I’ll try to make it all a bit more clear for you then.
