08/03/2010. Interview with the admin of GeneralIncome

Hi guys! For the first update today I have an interview with the admin of a recently launched short term HYIP called GeneralIncome. They’ve been online for just over a week now and have gotten a fair bit of attention from fans of high risk high reward games. The admin is a straight talking type who gets right to the point, though of course it’s up to you how much you believe about their business in ForEx trading, or anything else for that matter. Either way, if you’re already a member then chances are you’re in profit by now as is always the case with the first ones to join.

GeneralIncome is a short term HYIP that offers 110% after 3 days, 120% after 5 days, and 150% after 10 days with all plans counting your principal as part of the payment. For further information on them please refer back to my original review published here.

“1. Hi Admin, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us about your own role within GeneralIncome. What are your own duties within the program? How would you describe a typical working day for you as an admin of an online investment project?

Hi Paul, my name is Sebastiaan Martin Dehann and I’m the lead admin of GeneralIncome. Basically my “duty” is to make things happen and keep an eye on things. Make sure everything is working fine and our members receive the best possible service. Typical days as GI admin consist contact with our members, helping them resolve their problems and misunderstandings. Another part of my day is spent checking transactions, updating site information and adding new ideas to make site more attractive to our members.

2. Can you also give us some background on the program? How long have you been running? What were you hoping to achieve by starting it in the first place? Apart from you is there anybody else working on GeneralIncome?

GeneralIncome is an attempt to offer services of a private investment company to people worldwide. As you may know, nowadays the best place to find clients is the Internet and specifically the HYIP field was a perfect solution.

Beside me there are two more people that are related to the program. One of them is helping me to manage the program 24/7, it’s too hard for just one man to handle. And the other is responsible for all operations for us as a physical company.

3. What about the investment plans? Can you explain them in detail to us? What are the minimum and maximum amounts for investment, what rates of interest are on offer and how long do they run for?

We offer three different investment plans:

? General Plan ($5 – $1,000) 110% after 3 days | total profit 10%
? Starter Plan ($10 – $2,500) 120% after 5 days | total profit 20%
? Advanced Plan ($20 – $5,000) 150% after 10 days | total profit 50%

These plans were chosen to suit all levels of investors. For beginners we offer the General and Starter plans with low risks and for more experienced investors we offer the Advanced Plan with higher rates.

4. Tell us about the payment options available from GeneralIncome. What payment processors are you currently dealing with?

Investing in GeneralIncome is possible through many payment processors. We accept LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, StrictPay, AlertPay and GlobalDigitalPay. Most of the withdrawals are instant after the request is made, but SolidTrustPay and GlobalDigitalPay are processed manually within 12 hours.

5. How highly would you rate the security of your own website? Tell us about your hosting provider and how highly would you rate them as a service provider?

I think that GeneralIncome is as safe as it can be. The site is hosted on a dedicated server has SSL encryption. Then we are protected from DDoS attacks by Koddos. We are very satisfied with the work and quality of Koddos, 5/5 stars. The site is stable and the support of our hosting provider is very responsive and helpful.

6. What about your script? Who is the provider and what do you think the benefits of this script are to both the admin and the investors? Are you using SSL encryption to protect your member’s accounts? Why do you think so many HYI sites are reluctant to implement this?

Our site is running on a GoldCoders script which is safe and very handy for us and our members. I think that nowadays protecting our member’s accounts is a must. There are a lot of bad people out there that could use this information, so we found that SSL is a perfect solution for keeping everyone safe.

7. What kind of customer support do you offer? What is the best and most efficient way to contact you if I have any questions? Do you have Live Chat or telephone support? What hours are these services available?

Customer support is one of the fields we paid a lot of attention to. The most basic way to contact us is via the support page by submitting a support ticket. We also offer Phone Support (+1 (423) 299-0310) and Live Chat support which is available 24/7.

8. Do you think that because of the big number of short term HYIPs already working before GeneralIncome that you might struggle to attract members who already have their money elsewhere. Has that been the case? Can you give us any statistics about the membership, the rate of growth, and the amount deposited?

I think that first few days showed that we can and will be a serious competitor for other HYIPs. We have very secure and pleasant site and that is something very important to many members. The rate of growth you can see on our site in the Statistics Menu. In our first 7 days we have more than 700 members with a collective investment of around $62,000 and a total withdrawal of more than $15,000!

9. What other outside business and investment activities are GeneralIncome involved with? What are you doing with your member’s money and how are you generating such profits? Can we see any proof of these activities?

All invested funds are transferred to an investment company in Panama where they are managed by investment and trading experts. As I’m not connected with this part of deal I can’t give you any specific details.
”GeneralIncome financial activities are based on trading Forex, Stocks, Indexes and Commodities. Recently we’ve started to take a part in Arbitrage betting industry and soon will offer our clients to invest in this particular field.”

10. Are there any plans to develop GeneralIncome further in the near future? Will there be any interesting changes made soon? How are you planning to keep the program competitive with so many new HYIPs opening every day?

For every successful business you need to plan your actions carefully going forward in the future.
